| (April 6, 2011) The Marriott Suites-O'Hare parking was by far, the best part of my most recent travels. I was kept in CO a day later than expected due to bad weather and a flight cancelation. When I called the Marriott to inquire about my parking situation I was told not to worry, that my car would be there, and no huge additional fees, just one more day at $8.00. I was very relieved. The shuttle to and from the airport was so much easier than trying to find parking.... and the shuttle driver went out of his way to help me out on my return trip! EXCELLENT services, and I will definitely use this site again when traveling from Chicago-O'Hare! |

| (April 6, 2011) I have parked at the lot before with no problems. This past time was not so uneventful. The lot was full and cars where parked in areas not designated for parking. I entered the hotel and informed the attendant of the full lot and lack of space. He suggested to leave it at the driveway entrance and to leave the car key with him and he find a spot when availabe and lock the key in the hotel safe. I didn't feel comfortable with this sceneario, but since the parking fee for one day was prepid I had no choice. Fortunately, for me a car pull out of a space just as I was to leave the car. |

| (March 15, 2011) It was perfect for me to park at the Marriott. Besides being reasonable, it was convenient. I even managed to get a spot pretty close to the registration area of the hotel.
There is only one downside to the whole experience. I was never told that I needed to return to the front desk to get my parking ticket validated (the same little ticket that I needed to get through the gate) when I returned from my trip. I assumed that my credit card would be automatically charged. I was never told otherwise. I was extremely exhausted from my trip...immediately loaded my car up and attempted to leave. Obviously this didnt happen, but was rectified once I went inside. However, as I went to leave again, the machine that would have otherwise opened the gate for me (once I stuck my ticket in it) was still telling me that my ticket wasnt valid. All I had to do was press the red help button on the box to let them know I was still having issues.
Everything that this novel contained should not deter anyone from using this service. The hotel staff was extremely personable and polite (I used to work for Marriott, and that is one of the reasons I chose this lot to use and not another one offered by the same service).
**On a side note, it is very confusing to find where the hotel shuttle picks you up once you arrive back at the airport. Again, this is not any slam on the About Airport parking company or the hotels using the service. You might expect this at most of your larger airports. However, it is not something I have ever seen and I have traveled quite a bit** |

Had to wait 45min at ORD for the shuttle my last time experience...not acceptable. Also, I never receive Marriott points, the person at the reception desk takes my Marriott number, but it is never applied; don't know what to make of that, but would really appreciate a change so I can get the points credit. |

| (January 24, 2011) This parking is easy to use, very convenient, and way less expensive than parking at the airport. The shuttles were on time and the drivers were helpful. They dropped us off at our terminal for departure. When we returned, we made our way to the shuttle center and waited only a few minutes for the Marriott Suites shuttle to take us directly back to the hotel to our car. The only confusing part was that there is ONE shuttle center for all terminals. You don't get the shuttle right outside of your baggage claim. Get your baggage and then follow the signs to the shuttle center (it's not far, it's just centrally located). I would definitely use this parking service again. |

The van pulled in at 5:05 a.m. precisely as promised (a great relief when you have a 6:00 a.m. flight!) and the driver was courteous and cheerful. The reverse transfer was just as pleasant. We did not sit around and wait for a distressing amount of time, but made our way directly to the Marriott Suites. The lot is adjacent to the hotel, about 100' walk only, and is secure with a ticket required to go out the security gate. I felt confident that my car would be safe. The shuttle took me directly to my terminal and picked me up on the way back. The staff is friendly and cooperative. Going through this website also saved over 50%.

| (January 3, 2011) This was the first time I had to park and leave my car at O'Hare. The thought of leaving a car over the holidays as well as wondering if we could rely on a shuttle to show up for an early morning flight was a bit stressful.
I called the day before and the person was very helpful. The reviews online also were a big help. In the end, we arrived at 4:25 am just in time to catch a 4:30 am shuttle for a really early flight. Upon return, we easily found the shuttle and it happened to be waiting to take us back to the lot. In all, very EASY and I would recommend it to anyone. |
