| (March 27, 2010) An earlier review suggested figuring out where to pick up the return shuttle., it's pretty confusing at o'hare. I was told door #2 and I got off the elevator on the 2nd floor by mistake. When I got off the 1st floor and saw the van at door #2, of course he took off as I was only a door away from him., since it was about 30 degrees outside, I decided to wait inside. I saw the next van pull up, I was finishing a text message, got up and the van left!!! It hadn't been at the stop for more than 30 seconds.. I would have thought the driver would have stuck his nose INSIDE!! (especially on a cold day). Luckily I wasn't in a hurry and for the next van., I was standing in the cold waiting., I never parked in long term at o'hare and I think that your spot is a lot closer at the Marriott suites., just be careful about your return shuttle |

Staff is always helpful and professional.... but most of all your in and out in a flash. The van drivers are always pleasant. I appreciate about airport parking, I will continue to use and tell friends.

| (March 24, 2010) Everything was great with the exception of being a little confused as to where to go to get the shuttle back. All I read was door 2, but had no clue where that was. I didn't realize there was even a shuttle center to pick this up at. I called the hotel to find out where to go, but no one answered after about 10 rings I hung up. |

| (March 23, 2010) Our parking experience was as good as could be expected. We arrived at the hotel and the shuttle pulled up 5 minutes later. Just a short drive to the airport and it dropped us off right at ticketing. The return trip picked us up outside our baggage claim. Location was great. Service was great. Our driver on the way to the airport was very curtious and very freindly with the customers. He was a pleasure to ride along with. |

| (March 22, 2010) This was my first time using Marriott Suites-O’Hare parking service although I am a loyal Marriott customer. Overall I give 3 stars. The front desk people gave me very warm and welcome smile and great service. I give 5 stars for the front desk people. However, when I came back from my trip, the shuttle driver provided a very poor service, and in a certain way, I would say he discriminated me. Two gentle men were ahead of me waiting for the driver to take over their luggage. It was snowing and late, they saw me behind them, they were very politely let me go first. I thanked them for their kindness. I stepped ahead of them and handled over my luggage to the driver. The driver didn't take over my luggage; instead he told me that this shuttle was going to Marriott suite, not going to Marriott hotel. I told him "yes that is the place I need to go". He ignored me and asked the two gentle men to handover their luggage and left me standing there under the snow with my hand lifting the luggage in the half way. |

| (March 22, 2010) The gate was broken when we arrived, causing me to run in to report the issue and then drive to the other gate to get in. The gate on our way out several days later was closed, so we had to call into the front desk to have the gate opened to let us out after we paid. It didn't cause any crisis moments, but it was an inconvenience. The service of the staff at the front desk was good. |

The desk clerk (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) was kind enough to let me check in for parking when I returned from my trip so as not to miss the shuttle.Awesome customer service! | (March 13, 2010) Parking at Marriott Ohare is very convenient and time saving. It's extremely cheap compared to economy parking or even taking a cab.
It's approximately $10 per day.
They provide frequent shuttles to OHare. I had never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Drivers are helpful.
I recommend it. |

However, between walking to the Shuttle Bus Center on my return, having to check in and out at the hotel upon arrival and departure and the additional taxes on top of the $8.00 per day charge, I see no advantage to this over the Airport's remote parking at $9.00 a day. The wait times are the same or less, the fee is actually $1.00 a day cheaper and I don't feel obligated to tip a driver for handling my bags. On net, there was a slight disadvantage to this over using the Airports lot. |

| Very Good Experience - and a Bit of Advice |
| (January 31, 2010) I started looking for an alternative to parking in the Ohare lots. I do not have a front liscence plate on my new Mustang for cosmetic reasons... and apparently liscence plate violators are an important source of income for Ohare parking cops who have nothing else to do. I found the Mariott Suites through necessity, but I am happy because it offers better convenience than the O'Hare long term parking lots. After parking at the Mariott, you walk 2 minutes to the reception, check in, then catch the hotel shuttle to the airport. The hotel shuttle drops you at the ticket counter. Upon return, the O'Hare signs lead you through a bit of a rat maze to get to the shuttle center. Here's some easier advice... (returning on American, terminal 3).. After picking up your bag, walk to Vestibule 3A LL. Walk straight out (like you're catching a limo) across the two streets, stay to the right and you will see the shuttle center on your right. Mariott Suites picks up at door 2. |

| (January 29, 2010) Make sure you go into the Marriot and give them the make and model of your vehicle. The shuttles depart every 15 min to the airport. If you’re flying internationally you will need to call the Marriot when you arrive because the shuttle bus normally don’t dive through international arrivals (door 5E). Also, make sure you go into the Marriott when you return so they can scan your parking ticket to the reduced rate. If you don’t when you leave the machine will charge the standard rate and not the internet rate. I would highly recommend this as an alternative to parking at O’Hare. |

The only apparent downside is the slight wait for the shuttle at the "shuttle center." That minor time inconvenience is not even close to canceling the convenience of parking within yards of the shuttle, the friendliness of the desk staff, the ease of getting dropped off in front of check-in and the reverse for arriving back. I recommend it to my friends and will continue to use them. |

Didn`t have to wait more then ten min, before van picked us up. Outstanding savings compared to the daily economy lot rates. Your car is not more than 25 -50 yards from the front door of the hotel and in a secure lot. | (January 2, 2010) Where was I going to park, I wondered? It has been years since I parked at the O'Hare lot and I had to drive myself in a pressured situation. I was amazed to learn that hotel parking lots make space available to O'Hare travelers, some at a great price. Marriott Suites - O'Hare offered a great price and when I used them, the staff at the hotel was courteous and helpful. The shuttle was frequent and also easy to use. This parking arrangement made my trip easier and I am pleased to know about this option for the future. |

| (December 4, 2009) The staff was very acommodating and the bus for the ride to the airport prompt and comfortble. The only was that the usual lots for airline passengers were full because of the Thanksgiving holiday, so I was told to park elsewhere on the Marriott's property. When we got back, I discovered that my car had been boxed in by that of a restaurant patron, so it took about a half hour to get that car moved. It's worth noting that this was our first experience with off-airport parking, and when we flew back and called the Marriott to ask about a bus back to the hotel, we were told 'It comes by every 20 to 25 minutes." What we were not told was that it picked up returnees only in front of the Airport Hilton, not at the various terminals. That we discovered by accident in talking with a police officer after waiting more than 30 minutes for the Marriott's bus in front of Terminal 3. |

| (November 30, 2009) Could NOT have been easier. The hotel is extremely easy to find, right off the highway, well marked, just before O'Hare. I waited less than 30 seconds (not kidding) for the shuttle. Our driver could not have been more polite, helpful, or friendly. Took less time, and seemed closer than any of the actual O'Hare satelite lots. On the way back, again, shuttle was easy to find and even though I was the only passenger at the time (not a busy time of day, I guess), the shuttle didn't make me wait - we proceeded straight back to the hotel. Best deal ever, would never park at O'Hare any other way. Thank you! |

| (November 27, 2009) The experience was pretty good and very economical. ~$30.00 for three days at the Marriott Suites vs $~30.00/day at O'Hare!
I was a little unclear on where to pick up the bus at the end of my stay, but once I figured it out, it wasn't too bad - 15 to 20 minute wait. |

| cheap price but too much waiting |
| (November 24, 2009) the airport shuttle only runs every half hour, so i ended up waiting 25 minutes to get back to my car at the end of my trip. next time, i will probably pick a location that has a more frequent shuttle or on-demand service.
