Got our van parked and brought over to the airport in a matter of minutes. A pleasant ride over and the driver was very nice and explained to us where we would be dropped off and where we should go to upon arriving back at O'Hare. Once back we were again picked up within five minutes of calling the office, brought back to the lot and we were charged exactly what we were informed of on the internet. We would not think twice about using your facility again. Thank you for a job well done!!! |

| Park N Jet Very Accommodating |
| (August 1, 2010) Being a first-time user of Park N Jet, I actually found it to be a great alternative to taking a taxi to the airport. The rates were surprisingly low and if you print your recipt online, that's the amount you pay when leaving. Free shuttle service from parking lot to airport and back to your vehicle location is an added plus especially if you return late at night.
I highly recommend using Park N Jet to others. If there is a negative side to this facility is that parking can become cramp like sardines; larger spaces between vehicle parking would be nice. Other than that, I plan to use them again in the future. |

| (July 31, 2010) The people are very nice who work there. However, we called to be picked up at 4:40am. We were told to go to door #1 and wait for the van. The van drove by us about 15 minutes later. We called back, and were then told that we had to get picked up at the shuttle center - which we had never heard of. We walked for about 10 minutes, following vehicle signs directing to the "center", and finally found the door. The van came shortly thereafter and took us back to the lot. We checked out from the lot at 5:50am - a ridiculous amount of time to "turnaround" a parked vehicle. |

For my husband who travels weekly and does quite a few turnaround trips this service would probably not be beneficial due of the time needed before and after your flight to get to and from the location.

This time however when the shuttle brought me back from the airport, my car wasn't in the main lot, and they didn't know where it was. Apparently they put the wrong ticket stub in the window. Not really a big deal, because after I described my car to them they found it at one of their other lots down the street. I think I had to wait about 15 minutes to get my car, but there is no place to wait there and it was raining. |

Upon return after retrieving our luggage ai called parknjet and within minutes we were transported to our car and were assisted with our luggage by helpful polite driver. Took a short time to drive through and pay and we were on our way. Price was reasonable and felt car was safe during our vacation. I would recommend parknjet to anyone. |

Park N Jet was absolutely wonderful. The shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport when we got there and when we got back to the airport, I made the call and a shuttle driver was there in minutes! Not 10 or 15, but 1 or 2 minutes! Friendly employees, easy to reserve, loved it and will most definitely refer to friends and I will use again and again! |

| (March 1, 2010) The trip to O'Hare was very smooth--great driver and very courteous. The driver on the way back was another story. He had his seatbelt buckled behind the seat instead of on, honked at two cars for no reason, floored it except when he slammed on the brakes to cut behind a bus, and had his door open and one foot out before he even got the van stopped. Very unprofessional. Once I got back to the lot I discovered I'd left my dome light on all week. Another driver jumped my car for me within 5 minutes. Their jumper cables were dangerously frayed and actually fell apart, but they got my car started and I was on my way quickly. I'd say 3 out of the 4 employees I dealt with were very courteous and professional. I'd use this service again. |

I was a bit reticent about booking a reservation without having ever heard of the service before, but at the same time I was pretty desparate to obtain economy parking for the 12 days that I was going to be out of town. Bottom line is that I did book the reservation, and now that my trip has come and gone, and can say without any hesitation at all that I will continue to use Park N Jet over and over again. The service was excellent from every aspect....location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, property security, etc. I will highly recommend Park N Jet to all in need of convenient economy parking! |

| (February 11, 2010) After calling for the shuffel bus, we waited inside door #1 as did several others.It was cold It seemed to take a long time for the shuffle bus to arrive, upon looking out the window and walking down several other bus' the Air Jet bus was parked at the curb. We then walked with our luggage to the bus. Had we been told that the bus would not be at the door we would have waited outside. It is hard ro see the bus from inside and you have to almost be on top of it to know if it is the bus you are waiting for. Other then that the service was excellent.

All that was said was "door 1" not where door one was located, it's not the terminal, but another building entirely the "shuttle center" which is not very well marked in the terminal, just takes you to an exit door from which there are no other markings. Cost me about another 40 minutes with all the "help" you get from o'hare employees, only one who finally helped was a female chicago police officer. |

| (December 30, 2009) We had an overall great experience with Park N Jet Valet Parking. Upon arrival, we parked our car under a pavilion and were loaded in the shuttle, on our way to the airport, within 10 minutes and were at the airport in another ten.
Our only minor problem was when we got back to Chicago. It is rather confusing figuring out where to go for pickup. Just call and make sure that you get very clear directions on where you need to go for the shuttle back to the parking lot.
We would definitely use this lot again. |

AFTER CALLING YOUR LOT I HAD TO WAIT FOR YOUR PICKUP VAN. THEN IT TOOK SEVERAL MINUTES TO GET TO YOUR LOT PACK MY CAR AND CHECK OUT. I WAS TOLD MY TIME WAS LONGER THAN ORIGINALLY STATED. | (April 27, 2009) We've used Park-N-Jet for many years but as a result of a recent experience we will not give them our business in the future. The shuttle drivers are great, but the people who run the place haven't got a clue when it comes to customer service. A recent trip turned to a disaster as a result of bad weather at our destination. Our flights were canceled two days in a row, and we finally just canceled the whole trip. On both days we parked at Park-N-Jet. We paid a total of about $26 to park for about 7 hours. The folks at Park-N-Jet refused to consider any adjustment. We got a refund on our plane tickets, our rental car (which was prepaid) and our hotel was great about not charging us. Only the bozos at Park-N-Jet were totally movable, and not very nice about it to boot.
On a previous occasion during the winter we parked at Park-N-Jet and I slipped and fell on the ice. I sent them an e-mail suggesting that they might want to salt better for the benefit of customer safety. I never heard a word of reply.
It's now April 2009 and gas prices are about half what they were at their earlier peak. Park-N-Jet is still charging a $2.00 fuel surcharge.
We're done with Park-N-Jet. From now on we park elsewhere. |

| (April 13, 2009) About a week ago, we took a trip to Florida out of O'Hare and chose to leave our car at the Park-N-Jet on Mannheim. We had reserved this online and had selected the "Valet" option thinking how nice it would be to dress for the warmer climate of our destination and know that our car would be shuttled to and from us at the lot. We arrived in the middle of an unseasonably-late snow storm and pulled into the lot. We were directed by the gate/booth operator to pull off to the side and wait in our car until a shuttle came. No valet greeted us. No one offered to take our car and have us wait indoors where it was warm and dry. We just sat there with our car idling, unsure when or where the shuttle would arrive to take us to the airport, while my husband tried to find someone who knew where we were supposed to wait. No one working there seemed to know when the last shuttle left or when the next shuttle would arrive. Finally, after another 10 minutes, we saw an an empty shuttle returning to the lot and got out of our warm car - assuming that was our ride. A staff member tagged our keys, we got our own luggage out of the car and joined the growing crowd of people waiting for the shuttle. We all watched the empty shuttle circle the lot, picking up people that were (I guess) waiting in their cars around the lot, before it came back. It was snowing and very cold as we stood out there for another 10 minutes before the shuttle (nearly-full now) finally arrived back to the front. Thankfully, because we had arrived first among the crowd, we got the last seats in the back of the van. The trip to the terminal was uneventful/fine, and the driver did seem to be hurrying to get us there as soon as possible. The worst part, and the reason I give one star, is our return to the lot at the end of our vacation. It was a blizzard. As soon as we landed and saw how ugly the weather was, I was comforted by the fact that Park-N-Jet valet service had promised that our car would be cleaned off of snow, warm and running when we returned. However, after the drop-off experience we had, I was pretty doubtful they would deliver on those promises. After working our way through the O'Hare maze to the off-site lot waiting area, we boarded the shuttle back to our car. Here's where it got ridiculous. Only ONE couple's car was running and parked up front when we got there, and so they got off first & back into their car. The rest of us were left to wonder where OUR cars were... Apparently, the driver was wondering the same thing, because we spent the next 10-15 minutes circling the lot in the shuttle van trying to locate our snow-covered cars!! In the 25 minutes since our call from baggage pickup to let them know we had arrived, no one there had: A.) found our car, B.) pulled it up or C.) cleaned the snow off - let alone started it! We were the last to get off the shuttle after finally locating our [white-ha!] car, covered in snow. My husband, 10-yr. old son and I were freezing, irritated and disappointed (and unprepared for snow removal) because we had trusted Park-N-Jet to honor the most basic of valet services - as in: FIND THE CAR AND PULL IT UP BEFORE WE GET THERE!! We definitely won't be back there anytime soon!! |

| (March 28, 2009) This is the first time that I have parked my car when flying out of Ohare and I can't believe that i never did it before. Park N Jet was great, when we got there the shuttle drove right up to our car as soon as we got there and when we got back it was just a phone call and they were there. Definitly will be using them again! |

| (March 27, 2009) My car was damaged when I returned from my trip. They told me too bad and still charged me for parking. This was after I waited for an hour for the "every 10 minute" shuttle to arrive. We even called after 30 mins, but apparently once they have your car, they don't care. |

| (March 22, 2009) Park N Jet is a fine, cheap place to park, with freindly helpful staff, a short ride by the Lot's van from O'Hare. The only concern for me was the fairly long distance to walk from the terminal baggage claim, to the pickup site at the bus depot, to meet the van to return to the lot. For a person with mobility issues, heavy bags without a luggage cart or luggage handler, this may be a problem. In fairness to Park N Ride, this is not their fault. The airport authorities restrict where they can pick people up, but not where they can be dropped off. |

| (February 4, 2009) I used the Park N Jet at O'hare for the first time this past weekend and found it to be a very convenient service and a great deal at $9 per day (plus taxes). The shuttle service was prompt in both directions and the drivers were very couteuous and helpful to the travelers. I would (and have) recommend this service. It's great to find a deal like this with such good service. |

| (January 31, 2009) Park N Jet made my trip easy in the middle of winter. The shuttle service was timely. My car was ready, cleared of snow and warmed-up when I arrived to pick it up.
My one comment is that my online reservation with discount was not registered when I went to check out, but this was easily resolved. |
