| (May 28, 2013) Wait time at Hyatt was long - 15 minutes plus there were 2 other drop offs (Terminal 5 and a hotel) prior to return to my car.
Then a long and needless wait at the pay window due to some sort of customer hold-up.
Was told by booth attendant that what did it matter to me as to why it took long?
In retrospect, agreed, may never need to know again.

When I got there my van was nowhere in site...I had called ahead and gave them my number. Everyone else on the shuttle hopped into their cars and drove off. So maybe it was a woops. However, I stood alone in the parking lot at 930pm waiting, waiting, waiting for them to find my vehicle. |

| (January 15, 2013) When i arrive shuttle is always waiting. Valet is convenient and driver always helps with the luggage and are friendly. They drop us off right at the front door. When there's snow, your car is warmed up and the snow is cleaned off! AWESOME! <3 them and woudln't park elsewhere. i am a repeat customer and recommended park n jet to all my family and friends.
i also forgot to print my receipt upon return, they were very accomodating and i was able to pull it up on my phone and they honored it. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! |

| (October 23, 2012) This was my first time. I found the Park N Jet online and made my reservation the same day, just hours before. I had a bit of trouble finding it, purely due to my not looking hard enough. But the irony is that I stopped at one of the other lots across the street, Ace Rental, to ask for directions and before they would tell me it was just across the street, a skeevy guy comes over and gives me his perfect insurance salesman push to cancel my reservation with Park N Jet and use them. When I refused he then told me it was just across the street. It just amplified the great service from Park N Jet and confirmed that I would never try one of those others.
Once I got there, the Park N Jet experience was great. It worked just like it says, I never waited at my car, and my waiting time at the airport was less than five minutes. The rates were great and the service even better. I would do it again and again and again. |

| (July 8, 2012) I was having a bad day when coming back to chicago. I thought i had read the map correctly as to where to be picked up....and clearly I did not. I eventually, about 30 minutes later, found where I was supposed to be and the driver was as nice as can be. I was so embarrassed and he was so pleasant about the whole thing.
My car was exactly how I left, well about 100 degrees hotter (thank you mother nature). To go along with my bad day, I completely misread the email confirming the price/how much I had paid. The employee checking me out was very understanding and explained it to me without being short or judgmental.
I like to think I am smarter than I was on Friday. the staff was amazing in the way the dealt with my brain farts.

Since it was only my 2nd time using their services I thought I was in the correct location. I do not need to be treated like a child. I had asked airport personnel where the area was and was directed to where I thought we were to be. The man, again, made a statement in front of other customers already on the Park n Jet van and it made me feel awful. Needless to say I did not tip him once we arrived at our location. |

| (July 2, 2012) This is the second time my family used this service. We depart out of O'Hare sometimes which means a 3-4 hour drive just to get to the airport. We have small children/car seats and too much luggage when we travel. Using this service is cost effective and convenient. Im not sure why anyone would use long term parking at ORD instead of this service. I called for my pickup right after we picked up our luggage and within 5 minutes of arriving at the pick up location the shuttle was there to help us. I hate stress with travel, and Park N Jet removes a couple layers of stress from me. Next time I think I will pop for the full auto detail service as well. What could be better? |

The last part, however, took way too long. We arrived back at the parking lot from the airport, and my wife and I were made to wait for 10 minutes before someone drove up with the car. Which would've been OK but it was also raining and there was no covered place to wait under. The driver should check our ticket #s when picking us up at the airport and call ahead to make sure the cars are ready when we arrive. |

Within about 15 minutes of arriving at the lot we were at our terminal. Upon return we called for a ride and by the time we reached the pick up area the shuttle was waiting. Also, very convenient from highway and easy to find. We have tried several options including the hotel overnight & park/shuttle as well as limos/vans from home (100 miles from airport). This is by far the most reasonable in terms of price and, other than limo, is the most convenient.

Shuttle bus was waiting for me on both ends, and the drivers were safe, friendly, and engaging. The check-in guy, however, could use a lesson in friendly. He was not rude, but he was not very friendly or welcoming. I'm not sure how well secure the lot is, as there are cars parked along the road outside the fence, and there may have been cars behind a building across from the street from an adjacent hotel. Those cars definitely weren't secured in any way. Overall, good experience and I would use them again. |

| (March 30, 2012) Leaving the car at the airport went really well: even though the place wasn't really easy to find (if you are not used to the area), service was fast, it seems we were expected and the shuttle even left right away for a 5mn ride - nice.
Unfortunately on the return flight, when I called to indicate which door at O'Hare we were waiting at (5-E) and I was told the shuttle was leaving immediately, I assumed it would be there 5mn later.
Well, it wasn't, and 25 mn later I decided to give another call. The operator rather nonchalantly told me the shuttle was on its way. No apologies, no high number of pickups, not even a puncture story. And the shuttle did arrive, 10mn later.
It wouldn't be so bad if it was just me, but this time, travelling with the kids, dressed inapropriately for the cold weather, with everybody antsy to get home, a 35mn wait is not an appreciable thing.

I did not notice until after I left. (my Fault) It was only $20 so I did not raise hell. I would use this service again, I would just make sure I did not leave any money or valuables in the car. |
