| (January 30, 2012) Our experience was great! The parking lot was super crowded but as soon as we parked the car, the van was waiting for us to go to the airport. We called after getting our luggage at O'Hare, and by the time we made it to the door, the van was waiting for us. I would use this place again in a heartbeat. I just wish they would have mentioned their car care services, I would have loved to come back to a clean car! |

| (January 26, 2012) I have used their services and I am always more than satisfied everytime. Most recently, I used the free valet option. We left for Dallas just before the big snow storm. The shuttle was waiting as soon as we got in, he helped us with the luggage from our car to the shuttle. I travel with a 4 year old toddler so I have carseats, check-in bag, and etc. He was helpful and took us to the terminal right away and helped us with luggages again. Upon arrival, I followed the directions that were clearly written on the receipt paper they had given me and the shuttle came right away. As soon as we got to door 1, I called from my cell phone, I lit the cigarette and before I was even finished,the shuttle came! That's how fast it is! I came back and my car was running already warm and no snow on my vehicle at all! Thanks guys! I would definitely recommend friends and family and would use your services again and again! |

| (January 23, 2012) Our overall experience was great. The only part of our stay that was a problem was in parking our pickup truck. We found a space at the end of a row and I believe if we didn't find that space, we wouldn't been able to park. There wasn't enough room between rows pull or back our truck into a space in the middle of the rows. |

| (January 3, 2012) ParkNJet provided an economical alternative to the long term parking at ORD. We were lucky enough to catch the shuttle immediate upon arrival at the ParkNJet parking lot and were whisked to our airline desk. After finishing our travels and returning to ORD, we only had to wait 10 minutes before being picked up at Shuttle/Bus Center. It was a little confusing initially to find our way there but following the red arrows on the ground did the trick. Our car was warm and ready for us when we arrived at the lot. I would use ParkNJet again for my long-term parking at ORD. |

| (November 14, 2011) First time we used the service. At drop off, the crew was very helpful in assisting us park and helped load and unload our baggage.
On our return, we called Park-n-jet as we collected our baggage, walked to the #1 door via the underground walk-way and waited about 8 minutes for the van. After we were again assisted very nicely with our bags, we waited for about 5 more minutes for two more passengers that never showed up and our driver left with us for the parking lot.
Weather was nippy and our vehicle was staged and ready to go and had the motor running and cozy warm for us. Another nice touch. Since we were gone for 17 days, we earned two free days of parking which reflected on our bill. 5 Stars for the entire experience. Will definitely use them again. |

| (October 25, 2011) We loved the service. Only comments, the morning shuttle was very slow. The pickup gentleman was a little rude. I had just gotten a coffee which had a lid on it. And until he told me, I had NO IDEA that I couldn't take it on the shuttle. He pointed out the signs to me, but again, I didn't have time to READ the van before getting on. he was in his seat waiting on me so I was just trying to hurry so not to hold things up. So instead of him telling me to throw it away, which I won't have I would have just drank it and waited until the next van came, but instead he SCOLDED me in front of other passengers. He told me that the owner would check the van and any messes left he would get in trouble with. I think he realized that he had gone overboard with the speech so he then tried to butter us back up. I thought that was very unprofessional and over the edge. And if what he said about getting in trouble was true, either he should check his van before turning it in for the day or the management should be a little less crazy about it so he didn't feel so pressured. |

Then, when it took us a few minutes to get organized (get the car seat out, change the baby who spit up all over himself, you know the drill), the driver waited with a smile.
On the way home, we called the shuttle as we were walking to the shuttle stop. They said they would be on our way. Apparently, they were already very close. When we got to the shuttle stop, the driver was already pulling out, but when he saw us waving him down, he stopped and let us in.
It really couldn't have been easier. |

It was crowded on the shuttle going and coming back but tolerable. The shuttle came right back up to our vehicle that was conveniently parked in the lot to exit. My only cripe was that after picking up our luggage at the airport, it would of been nice to walk right out but had to follow the Red Shuttle Signs but I understand why. I called your dispacher multiple times. I think he knew what he was describing, but I just couldn't visualize his instructions. Perhaps you could give out a printed diagram, or map, to the location of your airport pick-up service to people going to the airport from your facility so that they can find the shuttle to return. Other than the hour it took us to figure out where the shuttle stop was located, the parking service was very good. |

My first time parking at Park N Jet I came back and my car wouldnt start due to my alarm going off. The driver told me it was my battery and that he would be more then happy to jump it for me. Not thinking that would help, I allowed him to jump my car anyways and it started right up. :) I am very grateful for his assistance and helping me as I thought I would be stuck there waiting for road side assistance. I will be parking at Park N Jet again. Seems they care about their customers, unlike their competitor across the street. Thank you!
