Would use park n jet again. Pleased by the fact that they accept credit cards. |

Your drivers were cordial and helpful and we didn't need to wait when we returned to be picked up. You were already there. I will recommend you to anyone needing to drive in. Thanx for making what could have been a headache so much easier!

| (June 17, 2011) When I arrived, I was greeted cordially, asked to move to a specific spot nearby, and a young man assisted me with my luggage into the shuttle. He was courteous, opened doors, and in a matter of minutes, we were on our way to Terminal 5. We were dropped off at Terminal 5, with assistance again with our luggage. Upon returning, we called, and 7 minutes later were picked up at the door. When we returned to the lot, our car was waiting (third in line) at the exit.
Once more, assistance with our luggage. All in all, we were very satisfied with the service. The only problem we had, was looking for the "Red Signs". We never did find them. |

My only complaint is the wait time when I returned. I was waiting at the airport for 30+ minutes which felt exceptionally long since it was already late at night and I had been travelling all day. |

Our only negative would be that we made our reservations on our iPad while in transit to the parking spot, but lost the page that showed our deposit when we checked in. We ended up having to pay again for the deposit. Bummer, but overall a great experience otherwise. |

I arrived at the lot with my car/luggage and mini van was right there waiting to take me to the airport. When I returned, I called the number on my receipt for pick-up, 3 minutes later after I arrived at door #1, the mini van was there pickn me up. Returned, to parking lot and my car was out waiting for me, gave cashier my printed copy of on-line receipt/confirmation and yeap, I paid $46.75 just like my receipt said i owed.. | (May 19, 2011) I love the car to van service provided when you arrive to leave your car as well as when you arrive from your flight. They were also prompt with pickup from the airport. I did not like waiting on other passengers who were not quite ready to board the van and head to the airport. I feel the van should have simply picked them up on the next round (or the next van), instead of having a van of passengers who were prepared and anxious to get to the airport wait on someone who wasn't prepared. All in all, it was a good experience and I would quite possibly use them again. The pricing was good as well. |

| Good Deal, No Frills |
| (May 11, 2011) When we arrived at Park N Jet I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling - the lot and structures were not in fantastic shape, the parking itself seemed quite over-crowded, etc. We parked the car ourselves (they do offer vallet) and their van picked us up. Again, no warm and fuzzies as the van was old and not in great shape.
However, I have to say the people were friendly enough, they got us to the airport right away and when we returned we only wait 1 - 2 minutes for the van to pick us up (I think we got lucky that there was a van already on the way). Every thing went very smooth and worked out well. |

They do charge you more for tax (like 2$ a day), but i was expecting this so there werent any unexpected charges. the bus charter system was flawless.. total waiting time less than 5 minutes. |

We were at the airport in less than the 20 minutes we were told to allow. Coming home, we stepped outside the Shuttle Center while making the call to the shuttle service and they were already parked outside, ready to serve us. I can't imagine quicker service. Shuttle picks you up right on thee same lane where you park your car so no scary walks to the shuttle area in the dark. Parking lot is well lit, secure and One way in and out that's always tended by friendly staff. Rates are always reasonable. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because of the long walk from the arrival gate to the shuttle pick up area upon on return flight. Then again, ohare is ridiculously huge and it's always a long walk everywhere. Better explanation on the pick up sheet on where to go for shuttle pick up may help me find it better as well.. maybe it's just me, but it was a little confusing to find shuttle area pick up at ohare. other than that, i love their service, love the rreasonable rates and friendly people!
would definitely park there again for future trips and would definitely recommend.

When I arrived at my original location to park (Thrifty) I was told there would be an additional $8.75 charge a day to park my Chevy Avalanche. This would raise the price to 16.25 a day...no way. With Park N Jet I had literally 0-2 minutes of waiting for a shuttle, whereas with Thrifty it was sometimes 10 minutes, but sometimes 30-40 minutes, especially when coming back to Chicago. I will keep using them. |

| (March 15, 2011) On Wednesday, Feb. 23, I used your parking facility and was asked by the attendant to park my own car when I drove in. This was despite the reservation being for valet parking. I wasn't sure if this had been a change so i went ahead and did it. Unfortunately, this meant that when I returned with my daughter who had just had surgery at the Mayo clinic, that she had to get into a freezing, cold car until it warmed up.
I parked at your facility again on March 5th after confirming that my reservation was indeed for Valet Parking. Nevertheless, the attendant again asked me to park my own car. When I told him that I wanted to have it parked for me as the reservation said, he relented.
At both times, the parking lot was so full there were no spaces for my (large) Yukon XL that I use to transport my family of 7.
One of the reasons I have used your facility in the past has been the easy in and out that the valet service affords. If this is changing, I would look elsewhere.

When my flight arrived, I was able to immediately catch a shuttle back to Park N Jet. They had already pulled my car up and when I arrived it was running and ready to go. The staff is friendly and efficient. It has been by far the best way I have used to take a flight out of O'Hare. |
