| (August 14, 2010) The van was clean, both drivers were very courteous. The shuttle was running 12 minutes late and sometimes that can mean all the difference between getting your bags checked the required "hour in advance". We were lucky. Next time we'll leave more time. |

My only problem was that we picked up at about 2 am, and we had to go to the desk to get the proper rate on our reservation. We were not able to do it via the parking ticket machine by the door. This was really a minor issue. I would certainly park here again, rather than take a limo! |

| Wonderful departure - Difficult Return |

The only thing that was distressing was the return...the person that drove on the evening of our arrival was not helpful with regard to whether or not you were getting on the correct shuttle. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport back to the parking lot. |

One of your employees was checking out around 9pm-10pm Sunday nite and we asked him if he would help jumpstart my car as my battery was dead due to leaving a map light on for seven days.He started my Subaru, gave great advice and refused a $20 tip for his trouble. I wish I knew his name. He was a guardian angel and I told him that. He was a 50ish male who spoke with an accent and was dressed in a janitor/security type outfit.He was just wonderful.

A few months ago I flew alone to Arizona and had to wait over 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up to return to the hotel. Then the last two times I have had to wait in a long line at the front desk to pay for my parking. Wish there were a simpler way to pay or have a separate way to pay without having to wait with those guests who are checking into the hotel. |

| (June 2, 2010) Your parking process was quick and painless. We had just arrived when a shuttle was leaving to go to the airport so our wait was less than 5 minutes. Upon our return, it was a little confusing getting to the correct area for pick up but once there, it was less than 15 minutes that we waited. Once we arrived at the hotel, paying for our parking was quick and easy and we were able to get on the road for our 5 hour drive home very promptly. Thank you to Crowne plaza for offering those services!

| (May 27, 2010) The Crowne Plaza parking is your standard parking facility. No frills or special benefits except the price is GREAT.
Upon returning from my vacation, though, I discovered that my battery had died. Stupid me, I left a light on inside the car and it eventually drained my battery after being on vacation for 4 days.
When I asked the front desk if they had 'security' or an emergency mechanic on call, he said no. If you are the owner of a parking lot, it would behoove you to have those minor car services available for customers. These services could include flat tire repair, lock-out, and car battery emergencies. All other major services can be provided through a towing company.
Thank goodness I had AAA motor club. While I didn't mind using it, I thought it strange the hotel/parking lot didn't. I know for a fact, had I parked at O'Hare, I would have received the jump start I need with minimum inconvenience.

The only thing preventing me from giving them five stars is that I wish that their shuttles departed more often. You can end up sitting in their lobby (or at the airport) waiting for their shuttle to come every half hour. |

Coming -- at the airport, no clue where to go to pick up the shuttle, if I was to call to get it, where I was going to pay for my parking, etc. I was tired and being confused did not help. A few clues before I left would have been helpful. Now I know and if and when I fly again, I will know where to go.

The shuttle was fast and pretty convenient. Although the signage could have been better at the structure/hotel/and the airport about where to pickup the shuttle. Getting back on the expessway to return to Milwaukee couldn't have bee easier! We saved $400 just by flying out of O'Hare vs Mitchell. Worth the drive!!! 4 of 5 stars. |

Their shuttle service is very prompt to & from the airport, however if your not use to Chicago drivers...don't sit in the front of the shuttle. If their rates stay the same or decrease I will certainly use the Crowne Plaza for parking again & again. |

There were no instructions when i signed up for the parking telling me where I had to go, I drove around for a little while before I finally had to stop and ask someone where to go. The shuttle service was also lacking, I was late for my flight and ended up having to take a taxi from the hotel because I had to wait 20 minutes for a shuttle that still had not shown up before I left. On the ride back from the airport, you have to stand right in front of Door 2 or else you will miss the shuttle and it will not stay for very long. |

| (March 15, 2010) Parked at Crowne Plaza O'Hare for a week in March 2010. After a bad experience with one of the nearby lots (which involved damage to my car that the lot owner wanted nothing to do with), I was looking for another option. I liked the price and ability, especially in winter, to park in an enclosed building, even though the weather was somewhat mild in Chicago that week.
Like any off-site parking at O'Hare, you are subject to waiting at the bus shelter at the airport. Sometimes you time it right; sometimes you don't. Important to get off the bus quickly, as other hotel guests will be jumping in line to check in. This can be annoying if you do not move quickly (luckily, I did)..
Overall a positive experience and I will use them again. |

Over all it was a painless experience and one I would consider again.
My only concern is the checking out process. You are required to stand in the same line as those who are checking out of the hotel. This line can be very long and slow to move.
I would suggest a faster way to accomodate those paying for the parking lot only.

| (February 23, 2010) I chose this location due to the $7.50/day parking and the lack of "small print extra fees". All went well and I paid exactly the amount estimated at the time of reservation. The only relatively negative feedback is that airport parking is not clearly marked. What the website didn't reference is that it's actually the same parking as if you were a hotel guest. Also not clear, was how you paid at the end. Read this review and just know that you pay the front desk clerk when the van pulls into the hotel upon your return. Don't get in your car and all the way to the gate.

| (January 24, 2010) I hopped right on the shuttle, just before it left last Tuesday. My car was happily parked in the garage next to the Crowne Plaza. I was in the terminal exactly 1 hour after I had left home, 30 miles away. Not bad. And the price is certainly right at $7.50 per day. The hotel is on a direct route to the airport, and the trip is very quick.
But on the return I raced to the pick-up point and arrived exactly at 1:30 PM, when the shuttle was due to arrive. After 10 minutes or so, the people waiting with me said that the Crowne Plaza bus had left before I got there. The next bus, which should have been there at 2 PM, arrived around 2:10 PM. If another couple had not called the hotel upon their arrival, who knows what time that bus would have picked us up.
Would I use Crowne Plaza again? Maybe. Unless I could get parking at one of the hotels (Marriott, Intercontinental, Green Bus-serves several hotels) whose buses came through 3 times while I was waiting.
All in all, it was not bad and way, way cheaper than parking anywhere within the airport. And the driver handles your bags, too. |

| (January 21, 2010) My experience with the Crowne Plaza parking was very good going in...but not good at all coming back.
I was told to be at Crowne Plaza at 6 pm for my 8:00 pm flight. I was there at 6 pm....just missing the bus and was told that another would be along in 30 minutes. I waited...the bus came and the driver told me he was going to lunch to talk to someone at the front desk. The front desk was very nice and called a cab for me and paid to have them take me to the airport.
On the way back....I was informed that the bus leaves every half hour on the hour. I arrived a little after 8:15 pm to which I notice the bus pulling away....I tried to flag it down and did not. I then waited until 8:30 and no bus, 8:45 no bus...finally at 8:55 the bus pulled up....about 20 people rushed for the bus which was already at 3/4 capacity. We had to wait for the next bus. I waited for the next bus and almost did not make it on....one seat left, there were still people in couples in front of me..that didnt make it on.
apparently there was a bunch of people that missed a connecting plane and Crowne Plaza was where they were going to stay the night. I think that they should have realized and be able to accomodate the shuttle service...especially to us...to those who just paid strictly for the parking.
I will probably not use the shuttle service again. |

| Shuttle Services |
| (January 13, 2010) I fly at least two times a month and always have to park my car. I have parked at many locations and have found that the most important components to parking anywhere are:
1. Shuttle Frequency
2. Parking Lot Distance
When I parked at Crowne Plaza, I missed the shuttle by a few minutes. At first, I thought that the shuttle would be arriving in the next few minutes, at maximum 15 minutes. However, their shuttle is every 30 minutes. This is a long time to wait for the next shuttle if you are trying to catch a flight. While waiting for the shuttle at the airport, I saw the different hotel/parking services that had shuttles filter through at least 2-3 times within that period.
I have had great experience with Pride Parking, a privately owned service. They not only have a frequent shuttle, but if you are late, they will try to get you to the airport without delay. In addition, they will have your car out and ready to drive once you have arrived from the airport. That service is much needed.
I appreciate this website to find cheap parking services.

| Safe to park here and inexpensive |
| (January 13, 2010) After reading all of the reviews, I made a reservation to park at Crowne Plaza while we were traveling. My van was found in the same condition that I left it in. The price was as quoted-$7.50 a day including tax and we got in and out quick. The shuttle service to take us to the airport was quick too.
I would park here again if needed! |

| (January 9, 2010) Our car was parked for atleast couple weeks. Our car was fine where we left it. The only downfall was that we waited for a long time for the shuttle to come pick us up on our arrival. We were at the international terminal. Otherwise, everything was great. |
