| (December 24, 2008) Parking was great and convenient, however waiting for the shuttle for 1-1/2 was not good BUT I do know it was only because of the first snowstorm that we were having. |

| (December 24, 2008) Beside the fact that the gate didn't give me a ticket when I checked in, everything went smoothly. Easy in, easy out, the shuttle was prompt and reliable. I will continue to park here anytime I fly out of O'Hare and would recommend Crowne Plaza parking to others. |

| Disappointed |
| (December 23, 2008) Leaving on our trip the parking and drop accommodations were good but I can't say the same about the return pick up service. We called the designated number from the international terminal and was told that it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. After 45 minutes I called again to be told to go to door 2B which is totally incorrect because we were in the international terminal. At 50 minutes I called again and was told to be at door 5B which we were and that the driver would be there in 10 minutes. At 1 hour and 10 minutes of waiting out in the cold I called again to be told that the driver was already there and we weren't where we should have been. I repeated the door number and told the dispatcher that the driver never came to international. She disagreed and said that the driver was standing with her and he said he was there. Believe me the driver never came to international. She said she would dispatch him again but that it would take another 15 minutes because he had to pick up other passengers in domestic. Well, it took another 20 minutes when he finally showed up. All in all it took us about an hour and a half to be picked up. We were not happy campers. When we arrived back at the hotel it took us another half hour because we had to wait in line because people were checking in. We live approximately 20 minutes from the airport, our flight landed early, our first call for pickup was at 7:00 PM and we arrived home at 10:00 PM. Three hours to get home from the airport all due to the incompetance of the Crown Plaza parking accommodations. |

| (December 11, 2008) When you compare the available off site parking facilities near O’Hare airport, you may save a few cents if you park a greater distance from the airport. I felt confident that the parking area was secure and did not worry about my BMW while I was enjoying my vacation. The staff was courteous and the shuttle bus was very clean and on schedule. Settling my parking fee upon return was a hassle free experience. Using the parking facility at Crowne Plaza Hotel was a positive experience you should consider parking here to save some $$$$ and not feel as you are compromising anything when you choose not to park on-site at the airport. |

| (December 9, 2008) Good option if you don't mind the walk from gate upto the shuttle center and then wait for about 10-15 mins for the shuttle. After that you will have wait for 5-10 more mins to pay at the hotel front desk. Shuttle operator helped with the luggage, he/she deserves the tip. Will try airport parking next time to see how it goes just to compare. |

| (December 4, 2008) Excellent idea and place to park only the parking garage was blocked off and so was much of the parking. I had to park in a non-parking spot which worried me. I'm glad I wasn't towed. With enough parking this is a fabulous way to do O'hare.

| (December 3, 2008) We would definitely use this parking lot again. Easy on/off from the expressway. It was very nice to be able to wait for the shuttle in the hotel lobby, especially since we had an early flight. The shuttle was clean and comfortable. |

| Crowne Plaza Hotel Airport Parking |
| (December 3, 2008) Because of the instructions on the receipt from the web site, it was a little confusing to figure out where to park and whether or not to take a ticket from the automated gate, but a call to the front desk gave me all of the information that I needed. You take the ticket and park wherever you want. Hang onto the ticket until you return and then give the front desk your ticket and the receipt for the parking to get the price from the web site.
It was as good as could be expected. The people at the hotel were all very courteous and helpful.

| Needs better signage, more frequent shuttles |
| (December 3, 2008) We were traveling with an infant and it was very early in the morning (still dark) and very cold, so we were happy to find a covered spot near the sign for the elevators. However, there was construction going on in the garage and the elevators were actually much father away - the signage in the garage was very confusing and inadequate. When we finally found them and went down to the main level, we found ourselves exiting into the Embassy Suites instead of the Crowne Plaza (apparently this garage serves several hotels in the immediate vicinity of the Crown Plaza). The Embassy Suites shuttle driver explained that to get to the Crowne Plaza we'd have to walk back through the garage, outside, and all the way around the block to get to the right place. Luckily, he offered to take us to the airport so we wouldn't have to take our little one back outside. Fine - no big deal. Upon returning to the airport after our trip, we had to wait almost 45 minutes for the shuttle, which was supposed to be running every 30 minutes. Now, it's possible that it had been there and left right before we got there, but I find that unlikely as there were other people waiting when we arrived at the appointed spot. I think we'll try a different parking lot next time... |

| (December 2, 2008) location of lot behind hotel is not well marked. construction at entrance of hotel makes this even more confusing.
quite a walk from the lot back to the lobby to get shuttle bus - also again construction, chained off areaa, etc. add to the confusion of how to get there. - some signage would help.
advertised 15 minutes between buses to airport is not accurate - more like 25, almost 30, minutes for us.
return pickup from international terminal a bit confused as airport operator says to exit door 5 (all of the exits from that terminal are door 5, followed by a letter). we picked door 5c (the door immediately across from the courtesy phone in the terminal). bus driver picked door 5e - leading to a mad dash to get to where he decided to stop and where we were. he didn't respond to flagging, etc. like most courtesy bus drivers do either.
even so, covered parking for $8+ (with a third party reservation) is worth the hassle for the most part. we'll probably use it again should the need arise. |

| A Good Experience Overall |
| (December 1, 2008) I had a reservation made many days in advance.
Nevertheless when I arrived every indoor space was occupied and I got what appeared to be the last "legal" outdoor space (although an employee told me later that they would have found room for me and in fact I later found cars parked in unmarked places.
That said, it was a very good experience. Very efficient. The shuttle was right on time and comfortable. Although I didn't have heavy luggage the driver was helping others with theirs. And the price was right!
I would definitely use this facility again! |

| Great Experience |
| (June 13, 2008) Just stayed at this lot. It was extremely convenient. There was plenty of parking, the shuttle left on time and I got to the airport in under 5 minutes! I think this is the closest lot to the airport so it avoids the backup on the 90/94.
Would definitely use again.
