| (September 1, 2010) I got dropped off at the terminal and realized I forgot the diaper bag in my car; talked to staff and requested them to hand over the bag to next shuttle so I can pick it up at the terminal, they said they are not supposed to get into my car and its against the policy. I had no choice but to take the next shuttle to get to my car, I told driver that I have to catch a flight in about an hour, he took me to the parking lot fastly and also paged the staff about my situation. Then I arrive at the parking lot and a lady asks me to sit in her car and she drew me to my car to pickup my diaper bag and she dropped me back at the shuttle, the shuttle took me (only me) to the terminal so I wont miss the flight and my vacation started smoothly as I didnt miss the flight.
I am amazed with the customer service and these kind of experiences stay with you for long. This is 2nd time I parked at Ohare Thrifty and I will continue doing that. |

| (September 1, 2010) When you make an online reservation with Thrifty, it is a breeze! Upon arrival at Thrifty, give them your key, and hop on the shuttle. We waited 5 minutes before it left. On our return to O'Hare, we saw the shuttle immediately upon our exiting the building, we left immediately, and made just a few momentary stops at other terminals to pick up other passengers. We gave our receipt to the shuttle driver and he radioed in that we were coming, and our car was up front and ready to go! On exiting Thrifty, you pay the balance of your bill at the booth and go! The cost was amazingly reasonable. Our vehicle was protected behind a chain link fence which gave us confidence it would still be there on return! |

I was waiting with another customer and we both call twice. The driver was apologetic and was pulled off his break - but ALL the other vans were parked on the lot when we arrived. To top it off my car was not there when I arrived. Changing to another parking vendor. |

| (August 30, 2010) I have tried several lots around O'Hare for parking. Thrifty was by far the best. Your dropped off and picked up right in front of the terminal, no need to use the Transportation center that normally adds another 10-15 minutes to your wait. My car was ready, waiting under the canopy for my bags to be loaded and go.
I highly recommend Thrifty to everyone. |

| (August 26, 2010) I love using this facility to park my car, catch the shuttle and head over to the airport in less than 20 minutes. The staff that parks the car is always so nice and accomidating and upon my return my car is always sitting there waiting for me as I step off the bus. I have always found the attendant at the check out booth very kind and curtious.
As for the bus drivers thenselves, I have noticed recently several seem to have an overall attitude, find it a pain you you make them move the bus any closer to you than where they parked, rain or shine. Some want to help with the luggage and I had one gentleman last week that chose to stand on the bus as I carried my 4 pieces of luggage up. I was the only passanger and that is fine if he choses but I can say he would have earned a tip if he was in a better frame of mind.
I have noticed the bus drivers love to BLAST their music as we drive back and forth to the airport well over the speed limit. That is their choice and Thrifty's insurance.I can say they could make really great tips if they would get rid of their attitudes, be more professional and greet everyone as if they really cared. We need more of that and thank you's in this world!
Because of the bus drivers I am rating you a 3! One day hidden cameras will capture them and they will be amongst the unemployed and wonder why.

I had booked the reservation on-line for a specific price and the attendant could not explain why this this additional amount of $4.00 was being charged. Otherwise, the service was satisfactory. |

| (August 26, 2010) My dealings with Thrifty would have been a 5 star rating if not for the mass confusion regarding picking up my car. Once I was dropped off at Thrifty I was told by the driver to go into the office to give someone my claim ticket and my car would be brought to me. I stood in line for 10 mins waiting to be served and was then told to give it to the man in the booth outside which he then told me a totally different story. After much back and forth I was finally told to go and get my own car and the keys were in the door?!! Then once I did I proceeded to pay and exit the lot and then found that I was being overcharged...which led to more confusion but luckily for me I had my paperwork showing the correct rate I should have received. |

My return flight was delayed by a few hours and when I tried to call Thrifty to let them know (since I had indicated my return time earlier) I found out that they don't answer their phone on Sunday evenings. We were confused on where the pick up would be because the van went right passed us and after a stressful day of flights, it was just not a happy time. Otherwise, I would use Thrifty again and know that they will pick you up where they say they will just don't try to call them for information on a Sunday. |

| (August 23, 2010) I didn't want to park my brand new car (<2000 miles) in airport parking for my 3-day business trip, and figured I'd be at least marginally safer from door dings, etc. in a valet lot. Car was in perfect condition when I got back, and ready to go since I'd given the shuttle driver my claim ticket. Only knocked off a star because they were a little slow to help when I first arrived, and the wait for the shuttle to the airport was somewhat longer than I would have liked (admittedly it probably seemed worse because I'd arrived late due to traffic and was nervous about making my flight). Between this good experience and the low cost, I'll probably be using this lot again. |

| (August 23, 2010) I arrived at the lot very early, and I was confused about how the process worked. I wound up just parking my car and taking the keys with me. When I arrived back at the airport I got on your shuttle and was asked for my ticket (which I didn't have).
Long story short, thankfully my car was still in the lot, and your team of employees could not have been more helpful or understanding, including Blanca the shuttle driver, and the nice young lady working the cashier booth that evening.
I will definitely use your services again, and have recommended it to others. At least next time I will understand the process.

Charged 5.42 as told. On return they had problems accepting the price quoted and charged me more than the agreement stated without explanation. I am in the process of writing for my refund of 3.00 over charged. I love the idea that the bus driver called ahead and had the car ready when I arrived.

I searched for my car on my own and never found it while lugging my baggage. Once I notified the same person that directed me I was told that I should give my ticket to a valet and he would locate my car and bring it to the same location I was first directed to. Instructions on your pickup procedure should be given to the customer when departing so it will be hassle free when returning. | (August 6, 2010) Upon our return trip home, we arrived @ 5am to Chicago O'Hare and the wait for a shuttle from the terminal to the parking lot was over 45 minutes. It didn't help that it was raining and we had to walk from Terminal 1 all the way to Terminal 3 because the instructions on where to go for the shuttle buses aren't very clear. I tried contacting Thrifty parking, but no one ever answered. I called Thrifty customer service explaining there has been no shuttle service, and they kept me on hold trying to find out how much longer we would have to wait. Eventually, the shuttle bus came to pick us up. Other than this hiccup, the experience was okay. |

Once the shuttle bus got there & I was on the bus the valet attendance asked who's car was parked in the line. | (July 29, 2010) This was my first experience with Thrifty O'Hare and I will DEFINITELY use them again AND recommend them to family & friends! As soon as I pulled in, the valet attendant was super friendly and nice to me. I explained this was my first time using a parking lot alone when flying and he made me feel very comfortable by talking me through all steps. The shuttle driver was very friendly as well and helped me carry my luggage onto and off the shuttle. On the shuttle ride home, the driver was very personable and chatted with me during the ride. All in all, Thrifty is a company that should pride itself on excellent customer service because that is exactly what I experienced when using them! |

| (July 28, 2010) How convienent!! everyone was wonderful; we were greeted upon arrival, shuttle was waiting. Our return was uneventful, shuttle was waiting for us and car was pulled up and ready when we arrived. We will use Thrifty again. |
