| Not entirely easier or cheaper |
| (November 11, 2009) Since this was my first time with Thrifty, I had many questions when I pulled in to leave my car. The computer system was down and I kept being told to save my coupon question for my return. I was told to leave my keys in the car, but told them my car will automatically lock. Then I was told to roll my window down and leave the keys in there. I wasn't comfortable leaving my keys in my car with the window rolled down no one coming to get my car (It was btwn 5:30 & 6am). When I picked up my car, I was under the impression it would be washed - it wasn't (not totally a big deal). I was given a coupon to use for my stay and when I tried to ask about it, I was told it would be taken care of when I left the lot. As I was leaving and settling up, I was told I couldn't use the coupon. I had many questions about this since I wasn't given the opportunity earlier and then a line of cars was behind me waiting to leave. I just wish this whole thing could have been taken care of at the beginning. |

| Our Experience with Thrifty |
| (November 11, 2009) I have to say that we came in very late the first night and the one gal that was there was still very helpful and friendly. There were more people working when we came back to get our car, but the experience was still the same. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, which was an unexpected surprise. There was some problem finding my car when we came back to pick it up, but the attendant who helped me worked hard to find the car and got it to us as quickly as possible. Over all we would come back again. |

| (November 5, 2009) It was great to have my car ready and waiting when I returned to the lot. Only problem was that the shuttle did not come too often for pick up. But other people were waiting for different lots so this just might be a universal problem. |

| Excellent response time |
| (October 25, 2009) We arrived at O'Hare from a 17 hour plane ride exhausted...picked up our luggage, walked out the door, and Thrifty was just pulling up...arrived at Thrifty parking lot within minutes and left for home...We will be life-long customers....

| (October 21, 2009) Airport parking has always been a hassle and expensive. Thrifty took the hassle out of both times for me. The charge for parking is very, very reasonable for the peace of mind in not having to worry about my car while I'm away. I would unhesitatingly recommend them. |

| (September 17, 2009) Took a chance and tried it and was most pleased! Every employee was friendly and helpful. Valet service sure beats dragging your suitcase through a parking lot from and to your car. I will definitely use it again. |

| Too Slow |
| (September 15, 2009) I came in at 5:30am and it took about 25 minutes for a shuttle to come. Then it took another 15 after arriving at Thrifty for them to get my car - not what I needed after a night on a plane. Also, you should not require online users to bring a printed copy of their reservation, people are often in hotels or other places without access to a printer. |

| Great Value |
(May 10, 2007) Use this everytime I travel out of O'Hare on family vacations. The valet service is nice since your car is waiting curbside right where you get off the shuttle.
Pros: Easy and one of the least expensive options.
Cons: Thrifty shuttle bus doesn't seem to run as often as the other car rental companies. |
