| (January 29, 2012) The busses were clean and in good condition. Leaving the lot to the airport was great with prompt check-in, courteous diving staff and timely service, however the return trip was not as good. At Ohare we waited about 15 minutes in the cold, snowy wind for the shuttle. When it arrived it was another 10-15 minutes waiting for other passengers, and the driver was a bit grumpy. we understand that things happen, though.
We arrived at the lot around 11pm, and it was well-lit and secure. The checkout process was smooth, and our car was running and warm, and appeared just the way we left it.
Overall a good experience, cheap rate and we'd use them again.

| (January 22, 2012) Travelling for business on Jan 16th and 17th. The shuttle left within 5 minutes of my arrival at the airport parking facility. The same would be said for my return.
One note however, is that although the shuttle was full to capacity with passengers the driver allowed three more people to enter the bus. She did advise them that they would need to stand and accepted the decision. I would not have added more passengers and advise that a second shuttle was on the way. This could have been a dangerous situation. |

| (January 22, 2012) The shuttle pulled out shortly after I arrived, one employee told us they come every 5-7 minutes. The next bus cam 20 minutes later and told us to wait there, they had to take a group of passengers next door to the hotel, so our hotel wait time was over 25 minutes.

| (January 17, 2012) Dropping off my car was a great experience. However, picking up my car was quite the contrary. I texted the number on the card twice but received no reply confirmation. Then, the shuttle driver tried calling it in several times on the way over, and he too, received no response. So, when we arrived at the lot, I was instructed to wait inside the building. After about 10 minutes, I observed my car being driven through the lot without the windows being cleared off of the snow and ice! They parked the car behind several other parked cars in the lot and waved at me to come get my car. I was shocked that I had to clear off all the snow myself and scrape the thick ice off of my windows!!! After I was covered in snow, I had to walk back inside to ask how I was supposed to get my car out (there were parked cars blocking the driveway). I was told that I needed to reverse all the way around the curve and pull around. When I approached the gate, the attendant was not friendly at all and offered no apology. I am very shocked to have received this type of service. I have used your lot in the past and have never had such a horrible experience! |

I have to say that i was a bit disappointed this last time because my car was no cleared of snow and the teammate left the driver side window down. It appears that when they opened the door, all the snow fell onto the drivers seat and floor. Many people have recommended Thrifty because they do clear the snow and make sure the car is warmed up. This time they didn't deliver. If the price wasn't right, I don't think i would go back. |

Drive was very nice. Car was ready. But on a cold, snowy night at 1 am and a 3 hour drive ahead of us, it would have been nice to have gotten started sooner. |

Our car was warm and none of the items in the car had been moved; therefore, I felt that the car was secure and we would definitely leave the car again. It would be nice to have the car washed!!! Check-in and check our was efficient, quick and easy. All staff we encountered were polite and friendly. Price was a little expensive and I would like the cost to go on my American Airlines points A9U0650. No one mentioned about discounts or placing the cost on points. We belong to AARP, retired military, etc.. all groups that usually give discounts. Maybe the fact that I booked on line did not give me the best price. |

| (January 7, 2012) The woman I had initial contact with in the curbside booth apparently could not be bothered to greet me or speak to me, so I stood outside for a couple of moments while she worked on her computer screen. I finally had to ask what the procedures for parking were (first time). Terrible customer interaction skills. She did not seem happy to be working there.
However, the shuttle bus arrived within ten minutes; the driver was extremely pleasant and reached in to get my suitcases when I started to lift them.
The same upon return. Shuttle arrived within five minutes, and the driver was cheerful and very helpful. When we got back to the Thrifty lot, they had already pulled my car up to the curb, and it was ready to go. Overall, very impressive. Trouble free. My new flight connection! |

| (January 7, 2012) I can't imagine a more convenient and cost effective parking alternative near O'Hare. I've had a variety of negative experiences with other parking options. This was my 2nd time using the Thrifty lot and both experiences were flawless. One slght improvement opportunity...we JUST missed the return shuttle on our return (our fault) and had to wait 15 minutes for the next one while other shuttles came through repeatedly. But seriously, this was a VERY minor inconvenience when compared to the overall experience. |

Upon return, a shuttle happened to be waiting, the driver called ahead and our car was sitting warming up with the key in it when we arrived.
Everyone was pleasant and we would definitely use Thrifty parking again. |

Shuttle is inconsistent. Waited 20 minutes for a shuttle that the driver had just smoked in. Then the driver waited 5 minutes for a guy to wave his wife over from inside the terminal. All in all from the time we got outside until the time we left, it took 25 minutes to head to the lot.
I hate loud 80's R&B which is what you seem to always be subjected to on the shuttle. Not sure if it's driver's choice or just the Thrifty way.

People were friendly, the shuttle was there relatively quickly both coming and going, and most importantly my car was kept safe at a reasonable price. I would likely use the service again, but probably not for a one-day trip. While the service is good, the fact of being traveling off-site made the process time consuming. It's worth the savings for a longer trip, but for a day trip, I just wanted to get my car & go home. |

O'Hare has a shuttle pick up are for rental cars and area but I didn't find the shuttle there. I ended up going to the general arrival area and I eventually saw the shuttle bus there. During that time, several of the major rental car shuttles passed by several times, but the wait was only about 10 minutes. The driver was very courteous and my car was warmed up and running when I returned. I paid the price I was originally quoted. Overall, I was very satisfied. |

| (December 18, 2011) I used the About Airport Parking site to reserve a space at Thrifty Airport Parking for the week of Dec 8th through 15th 2011. I had printed the reservation sheet with bar code and prepaid the $8.99 deposit on-line.
Drop-off and pick-up were timely and efficient. At drop-off, we were directed where to leave the car. A shuttle bus was waiting; it left within 10 minutes of us boarding.
On return, we waited about 10 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. The driver called our number ahead, and my car was waiting when we arrived. Paid the balance due at the gate on the way out - everything went smoothly. I will certainly use them again. |

| (December 17, 2011) This experience with Thrifty was a mixed bag. I am NOT an experienced traveler and i had to travel for a funeral. The reservation process online was easy. I found the location easily and the person who check me in was courteous and professional. I was told where to wait for the shuttle and given a claim check for my car. I was instructed to give the card to the shuttle driver when I returned and my car would be upfront and waiting at the side. So far, so good.
I was NOT told where to catch the shuttle on my return. After asking several O'Hare reps, I finally located the stop for the rental car shuttle buses. The driver was very chatty and it was just him and I, and I was tired, so I would have preferred less talk. But that's okay. When I got to Thrifty, my car was NOT pulled up to the side. I went in and waited and the agent said "No, it is waiting out there." I looked again. Nope. I went back in. Finally, it was pulled around. They said it was parked in the wrong spot. Sigh. I went to leave and someone came out of the gate house and told me how much I owed. I went to get cash, and they said "credit cards only." That was fine, but I wish I was told that sometime earlier in the process. To sum up, it took me as long to get to my car and get out of the lot as it took me to get on the plane. |

Both times, the shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport once we had dropped the car off (a process that took all of 2 minutes). | (December 3, 2011) The trip to the airport was good. We did have to request a shuttle with a ramp since my husband is wheel chair confined, but we didn't have to wait long. The operator, though, wasn't too familiar with operating the ramp and I think he could have secured my husband better on the shuttle.
On the return trip from the airport to Thrifty, though, we had to wait a very long time for a shuttle with a ramp (20-30 minutes). The operator, though, was very familiar with the operation of the ramp and really secured my husband safely on the shuttle. If we didn't have to wait so long I would give this return trip five stars.

| (November 30, 2011) I figured I would catch the shuttle for Thrifty at O'Hare's Shuttle Center, so I went straight there upon arrival. There was no clear signage, although there was a sign that Thrifty Car Rental stopped there (by then I had figured out that the rental and car park business were the same). After waiting about 15 minutes I called and asked if the shuttle stopped at the shuttle center and the manager told me that it did. This was actually my second call, since the instructions given on the voice menu referred to Terminal 1- go out door 1G and proceed to the "car rental pickup area". No mention of shuttle center- very confusing. Drop off and pick up of car was smooth. |

| (November 29, 2011) I truly appreciate the great service you offer your parking customers! I've now parked my car with you several times and have absolutely no complaints. I appreciate the frequency of the shuttles --- very rarely have I had to wait for more than 10 minutes. Also, I really appreciate how you have my car "read to go" when I arrive. The bus drivers are also very courteous and helpful. I have recommended Thrifty airport parking to many of my friends at United Airlines (as we travel quite a bit). Keep up the good work!

| (November 29, 2011) Airport Parking worked swimmingly for us when departing for and returning from our annual Thanksgiving week vacation. We were picked up and whisked to our parking area and back to the airport for departure, and were picked up timely and returned to our car on our return. No muss, no fuss, and a reasonable price for knowing our vehicle was safely waiting . . . We'll be booking with you again

| (November 29, 2011) The quality and timeliness of the shuttle was fantastic and the drivers to and from the airport were very courteous; however, this being my first time using this service I felt I didn't know a lot of information on where to get picked at the airport at the end of my trip or where I was supposed to pay my remaining balance. Nothing was explained and I found myself asking a lot of questions. Also, the both the clerks I dealt with needed to be a little more friendly and courteous. Both needed to smile a little more and look less evil.
However, overall, this was a great service and I will most likely use it again in the future. |

| (November 29, 2011) waited 50 minutes, from 11:30 pm to 12:20 am, for the shuttle bus to pick me up at the terminal in the cold and rainy Chicago weather. tried to call several times but nobody answered the phone. horrible experience! |

| (November 28, 2011) Great rate - convenient shuttle service outbound(to the terminal). However the wait time for pick up on my return was over 30 minutes. Overall a great experience though and I will use this parking service on my next trip!!! |

| (November 28, 2011) This was the first time I used an offsite parking choice at O'Hare Airport. Thrifty's service was excellent - the price was extremely competitive. I did have to wait about 10 minutes for a shuttle pick up to the airport, which was no problem. Upon my return, I was thinking I would have to wait additional time for them to pull my car up, however, it was waiting for me when I arrived and I was able to leave immediately. Thrifty will be my parking lot of choice for all future travel through O'Hare. |

| (November 26, 2011) my only complaint was the long wait for the shuttle bus. i keep seeing other shuttle buses circling the airport on several occasions but not thrifty. the wait time needs improving. |

| (November 25, 2011) My thanks to my Thrifty driver on Wednesday afternoon when I returned to O'Hare. I fell on my way to the van, and really needed help with my luggage. He was very helpful, made sure I was OK, and brought all of my luggage to my car for me.
