Yes, you have to reserve ahead and it helps to print out the reservation and bring it, but if you are organized, who cares? The busses are frequent and the drivers nice. And we feel the car is safe; never a problem, even late or early. |

They just stood there , not even asking me anything. Upon return they asked for my ticket. When I left they DID NOT tell us to keep this ticket handy. Myself and 2 others didn't know we had to even keep the "ticket"
Our driver was awesome, he let us know he would help us (not people in my party) find our car! Return again worked out, thanx to the pleasant, upbeat shuttle driver :)
My car was fine, lot clean, shuttle person great, some how made it to the airport on time. Would try this service again, price was (1-5) 3 , good.

| (October 18, 2012) We recently used Thrifty's airport parking and shuttle service for a recent trip. It was super convenient exiting the interstate and arriving at Thrifty where an attendant met us immediately to coordinate our reservations. We waited about 5 minutes for a shuttle to take us to the airport and the driver assisted with our luggage on and off the shuttle. Upon our return, we waited about 8 minutes or so for the shuttle and again the driver helped with our luggage and called in our car claim ticket. When we arrived back at the Thrifty office, our car was ready and waiting for us. The service was excellent and the price was good! We will definitely use Thrifty's service for future trips. |

| (October 17, 2012) This was my second time in two months, entered, was checked in immediately, waited less then five minutes for the shuttle and off to the airport. Returning I did call, did wait for maybe 5 - 10 minutes but it was ok. Took us to the parking, car was waiting for us.

| (October 15, 2012) We have used a few parking places near Thrifty. Thrifty is the place we like the most. Less wait time for a shuttle, less hassle to the airport, rates are reasonable and when we return we make a call and within 10 or so they are there to pick us up!
It makes using O'Hare alot less scary and much easier!!

The shuttle going was also a bearable wait time but the shuttle going from the airport to the parking lot took almost an hour. This could have been a fluke but they also don't seem to have as many shuttles as other parking lots. Very good for the price. |

So why not a 5 star rating? It is because we had trouble finding the correct location to get the shuttle at the airport after arriving on our return flight. Perhaps it was our error as we were given a terminal and door to find and it may just be that we went the wrong way. |

The shuttle was there waiting for me and got me to the airport in plenty of time. The same was so on the way back. So over all, I would certainly use this service again. |

I was a bit unsure of where the shuttle was to pick us up, as I was in the process of calling. Fortunately, I caught him. The whole process went smooth and the driver(Barry) was very pleasant and courteous. Car was waiting when I arrived at the lot, hopped in and then paid attendant on the way out. | (September 7, 2012) While departing from the facility to the airport, I had to wait for about 15 minutes in the parked shuttle before I literally had to force the personnel and the driver to take me to the airport otherwise I would have missed my flight.
While returning back, I had to wait for about 20 minutes at the airport to on-board shuttle to the facility.
Overall, the service and the Valet parking is nice except the shuttle timings vary. You should expect to wait at the facility and the airport for at least 20 minutes before you hop on the shuttle. |

| (September 6, 2012) I've been parking at Thrifty for several years and my last couple of experiences have not been nearly as pleasant as they used to be. Upon return from my last three trips I've had to wait at Thrifty for 10-15 minutes for my car to be pulled around. In one case there were several parkers on the bus so that was understandable but on the other two occassions I was the only one and I had to walk around to the valet and physically ask them to retrieve my vehicle. On this last trip I not only had to wait but when I arrived at the booth to pay they charged me the $10 rate when I had booked online and should have received the $7 rate. When I questioned the charges which were about $20 over what it should have been I was told there was nothing that could be done. Luckily I still had a copy of my receipt printed in my vehicle which proved that I had booked online and had a breakdown of what I was required to pay. They changed the charge but if I didn't have that receipt I would not have a choice but to pay the full $10 per day. I would say that this might be my last time parking with Thrifty unfortunately. |

When I left my car the shuttle was there and it left in few minutes, but on the way back I waited half an hour at the airport.
Then I arrived at the parking and the car was not ready, even though I sent a text with the ticket number (as they suggest to do) and gave the ticket number to the shuttle driver as well. |
