| Lost Keys |
| (March 10, 2009) Anybody that wanted a tip was freindly and helpfull. I probably should have tipped the guy who handles claims. When we returned from vacation we were told that they could not find our car. 45 minutes, or so later we were told that our car had been found, but not the keys. The GM called a locksmith and assured us our expenses would be covered.
My housekey was on they key ring, so to asssure my family's safety I had the locks changed on my house. When I tried to file a claim I was told that they do not pay those claims as I could not prove my house key was on the ring.
He did send me a coupon for a free nights parking. I think I will give it to somebody I do not like very much. |

| Not going back |
| (January 23, 2009) In the past I have parked there many times. On my last time when I returned I had missing items from my glove compartment. The items were not very expensive and I didn't find out until I was home. I just don't like the idea of people stealing from me. I also was charged a different price than was quoted. When I complained I got no where.
I plan on taking my business elsewhere. |

| Rat Food!!!!!!!!! |
| (December 10, 2008) Upon returning from a week long vacation, my car would not start. Had to get car towed from Avistar. Turns out the mechanic said rodents had chewed wires in vehicle while it was parked at Avistar. They never accepted responsibilty. Will never use their service again!!!!! |

| WORST PLACE TO PARK |
(February 3, 2008) ABOUT A YEAR AGO I PARKED FOR A FEW DAYS AT THE OHARE FACILITY WHEN I CAME BACK TO PICK UP CAR I FOUND THAT IT HAD A NEW WINSHIELD WITH HEAVY DAMAGE TO THE ROOF AND THE HOOD ACORDING TO THE DRIVERS THEY HAD A BAD STORM AND SOMETHING FROM THE ROOF FELL IN TOP OF MY CAR, DAMAGING IT.THEN THEY DECIDED TO REPLACE THE WINSHIELD BEFORE I CAME TO PICK IT UP THE INSTALLED A REAL LOW QUALITY WINSHIELD ON THE CAR AND AFTER TWO MONTHS THEY FINALLY PAID ONLY A PORTION OF THE DAMAGES ON THE ROOF AND HOOD.
WELL LAST WEEK A PARKED AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION AND WHEN I CAME BACK FOUND IT WITH BROKEN WINSHIELD AGAIN ONLY THIS TIME THEY CLAIM THAT WINSHIELD WAS BROKEN WICH IS NOT TRUE.FINALLY I HAD MY OWN INSURANCE PAID FOR IT
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO PARK AT OHARE AIRPORT!

| Worst Airport Parking EVER !! |
(July 12, 2007) I paid for a Indoor parking for a luxury brand car. When it was time to pick up my car, I was shocked to see how dirty and dusty it was especially when it had a mirror shine when I dropped off. Also somebody put a small parking dent on one of the doors. It took me 3 hours of tough dealing with the person incharge before they even agreed to let me file the complaint. Horrible rude customer service. After filing complaint, followed up several times and nothing happened. No response. Had to cough up 700 bucks from my pocket to get my door fixed. Pros: Can't think of any Cons: Everything and anything bad that can happen to your car that you can think of...can happen here. Will never go back to this parking again. |

| Extremely poor service |
(April 11, 2007) Fortunately, we had plenty of time prior to our flight. What was supposedly a 20 minute process turned into an hour. All the people waiting in line ended up leaving the cars in the middle of the street, since the parking lot staff was unable to make room for the vehicles. This took over an hour of waiting, no explanation given to anyone. It seems like no one is in charge in the place, they all point at each other, but end up providing no answer nor service. Don't try to save a few bucks and risk loosing your flight! Pros: The shuttle drivers were very helpful and corteous. Cons: The staff at the office (for the drop off and pick up) are useless. |

| Never again |
(April 9, 2007) I booked online and followed instructions. When picking up my car the service attendent tried to charge me for more than what I owed, considerably. It took almost one hour to get it straightened out. Even the manager didn't seem to know what he was doing. Also a surprise surcharge was added on that I didn't know about before hand. I question the ethics of this company Pros: Convenient to O'hare Airport Cons: Extremely poor service from people collecting money. |

| Dead battery |
(February 23, 2007) On Sunday, February 19, 2007, my husband and I drove to the AviStar lot in Franklin Park. given my use of some of the other park and fly lots in the area, I found this one to be organized and straightforward.
We returned to O'Hare on February 22. The shuttle from O'Hare was prompt and the driver was most helpful. We paid and received the keys to the car. Initially, we started to wonder as the electronic door lock to the cargo compartment would not open remotely. Finally realized that the battery was dead -- completely. We diagnosed the problem as that someone left the interior lights on in the vehicle. We know that it wasn't us. We left the keys in the car as instructed approximately 30 feet inside the garage. The car had just been washed. Upon our return the outside of the car was uniformly covered in dirt/grime due to outside parking (the windshield was completely covered that you couldn't see). There were two foot mats inside the vehicle with different size footprints. The vehicle was parked in the waiting area inside the garage upon our return.
The individual did promptly come out to jump start the car, but we were forced to sign a waiver of all liability before he would do so.
I went to file a complaint and both of the receptionists glared at me, stating that it was obviously not their fault, the car hadn't been moved, etc. and were seemingly annoyed with me. They reluctantly gave me a piece of paper to write a complaint to the General Manager. He/She has not replied. Pros: Drivers were most helpful. Cons: Lack of accountability. |

| Lost longtime customer with bad service |
(February 2, 2007) Have had to wait over 45 minutes on more than one occasion. On our last stay, we discovered that someone had tossed a chocolate milkshake onto the trunk. It was not cleaned up, we were not notified nor would they offer to resolve the situation. Also, an express account took 6 visits before they got it right in their computer. Pros: Often cheap with coupons available, Drivers generally friendly Cons: Unreliable pickup service, poor customer service |
