| (September 1, 2010) I just used their service a few days ago. The location is very close to LAX and the shuttle from parking to airpoort was relatively quick. We had to wait around 15 min. On the way back also the shuttle was quick and we had to wait around 15 min. Tthe price was very good as well. I will use their service again. |

| You get what you pay for...with LAX Airport Parking Center |
| (September 1, 2010) First off the name is not easily distinguishable from others like LAX Park, LAX Park Place, Fox LAX Auto Park, so even when we found the street, we were confused because there’s was another parking services on the same dead-end road.
We were lucky that the shuttle van waited for us while we parked. The facilities is a bit far from LAX. It would have been stressful had we needed to wait for the single shuttle we saw in service make it’s rounds.
The parking garage is find. Covered parking which you had to go above the 6th level before you could park. I few close calls with the speed bumps and low ceilings, but we made it to an open space with our luggage rack equipped SUV.
The shuttle drivers were courteous and pleasant. The parking attendants were not. Upon arrival, the one attendant was over-whelmed with customers while several others, in what seemed to be attendant uniforms, just sat around smoking cigarettes. The same occurred upon our arrival. One guy standing in the booth trying to help 5 different customers and another group just sitting down chit-chatting. You had to pay BEFORE you went to your car. I would think the process would be faster if you paid as you drove out like most other places.
The number of shuttles in service is a concern. Had the driver not waited for us upon check-in, there’s no telling how long we’d be waiting and looking at our watches. The experience was similar when we arrived from our trip. We waited for nearly an hour for a shuttle that the dispatcher said would be there in 10 minutes. All the while seeing shuttle after shuttle for 105 Parking, WallyPark, The Spot and various others firms.
In all, based on the duration of our trip, we probably saved 10 maybe 15 bucks when compared to hiring a Prime Shuttle to take us from Van Nuys to LAX and we traveled to and from LAX at our leisure ( as opposed to having to pick up and drop off a bunch of people ), but the wait for the shuttle and attitude of the parking attendants were a bit put-offish.
I’ll probably park there again, if the price is less than a shuttle service, but I’ll definitely plan better and realize that you get what you pay for.

| (August 31, 2010) I found the place on line and from a friend. The parking garage looks old and dark, always packed with cars. We found a few empty spaces on the fifth floor; there is no security person around but they probably have hidden cameras. I paid around 7.00 dollars per 24 hrs; the staff are very friendly. There are shuttles which bring you to and back from the airport without charge, you just leave some tips to the friendly driver. This place is very close to 405 Freeway; I would use it again for my next trip. |

| (August 30, 2010) Our experience with LAX Airport Parking Center began quite pleasantly. Had I rated it on just arrival, parking, and transportation to my terminal for the outgoing flight, I would have given the experience 5 stars. The attendants were personable, friendly and helpful both at the lot and at the terminal at the airport. However, the pick-up, though not really bad, was not quite as pleasant. Though I was reasonable sure I had reserved outside valet parking, when I returned to the parking facility in a very crowded pick-up van, I paid the charges and was told, "You're good to go." I said, "Okay, but I have no idea where my car is; I didn't park it." (As I said above, I believed I had reserved valet parking, and my car was parked for me.) I was told, "It is somewhere on this level," and sent off to find the car myself. One of the attendants asked the other twice if I had valet parking. He was told, "No," by the other attendant who was somewhat indifferent to my situation. Otherwise the lot was fine, and I will probably use the lot again in the future. |

| (August 30, 2010) Some of the employees are courteous but one driver, unfortunately I didn't get his name was so rude to me. I happen to park and unloaded in an area where I guess I should not. But the Driver instead of just saying excuse me you can't park and unload your luggages there just decide to blow his horn and then decided to talk to me and say that is not a loading zone, and then I replied I was told by another employee to unload my luggages at that area. So there is a confusion which area you can unload your stuff. Comimg back we have to wait for 15 minutes or more for the pick-up shuttle van. |

| (August 23, 2010) Everything seemed to be okay when we did our drop off, did not wait long to check in and get dropped off at the airport. Getting picked up was not a problem either, the problem came when we had to pay. I was quoted a price when I resereve the spot on the computer, but when I had to pay, they charged me 1.00 a day for having an SUV which is fine, but I should of been quoted that when I got my reservation.
The cashier who was not very professional kept telling me that it states that on their website, but if you go through this link to reserve, you never see their website, she also got in to a confrontation with the gentleman behind me and called my husband and idiot thinking it was the man she was just arguing with until I told her "that idiot is my husband" she should not speak like that in front of paying customers nor did she apologize for mistakenly calling my husband that.
Other than that nonsense I witness, everything else was fine.
So just a heads up, if you have an SUV you're going get charged an extra 1.00 per day |

2) We had to wait 45+ minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. It was after 10:00 at night and we had a three hour drive ahead of us. We were NOT happy! |

HOwever, the shuttle bus took an extremely long time and it was pretty trashed compared to the other companies including the one across the street from your facility. When you travel with small children and it is late at night promptness is important. |

| (August 9, 2010) The lot itself is pretty crowded, but it was easy enough to find a place. No issues with parking. Shuttle drivers are erratic and diving in and out of traffic as expected; driver to the airport was good, but the return trip driver was rude (when he was intelligible at all). There's a minimum-charge fee they didn't mention until checking out (bring cash if you owe less than $20).
Ultimately when I got back my car was fine, and it wasn't too expensive. The shuttles got me to and from the airport in good time. I would probably use them again. |

I also benefited from the low cost of parking using the online reservation form. I had quick service provided by the shuttle both being brought to the airport as well as being picked up after I called. I would definitely consider using this parking facility again.

| (August 5, 2010) The garage served it's purpose to store my car for a week, HOWEVER, when getting back from my vacation to pick up my car, there was a $6 a day fee for my car being an SUV which I was never told about AND the attendant decided to charge me for being an hour late from the time I wrote I would pick up my car. Why was I an hour late???? Because the shuttle took an hour to come pick me up!! After telling her that was the reason I was an hour over, she had NO response. That was very frustrating.... |

We waited at least 30 to 45 minutes just to get picked up and calling every 10 minutes to see where they were. Our flight was caneled and reschuduled for later on in the day when I called they came back and picked us up and we were able to keep our reservations with them. After parking my car, I was told that the shuttle would be by to pick me up in about 15 min. I expressed my concern that I would miss my flight. Understanding my plight, the parking attendant offered "VIP" transportation to the airport. I explained that I had not had an opportunity to stop by the bank and did not have any cash to pay for "VIP" service. He told me not worry about that and ushered me to the shuttle van. Very much relieved, I accepted and I made my flight. |

| (July 31, 2010) I found this place via an internet search. The price seemed almost too good to be true. I decided to try it based on the good reviews I read. My experience was not quite as good as the reviews I read. The parking structure is adjacent to the I-405 and is relatively easy to get to. The gentleman at the booth was very courteous and friendly, both on my arrival and departure, a very nice plus. After finding a place to park (the garage was nearly full) I didn't have to wait very long for the shuttle to take me to the airport. So far, so good, but it appeared that they only had one, 12-passenger, shuttle van. When I landed at LAX, I called to tell them I landed and would need a pick-up. The person who answered the phone said to call once I reached the red sign for the courtesy shuttles. I did and they said they'd be there in 10-15 minutes. I called after 15 minutes, and again after 30 minutes. Each time they told me it would only be 10-15 minutes. Forty minutes after I arrived at the red sign, the van arrived. Back at the garage, they only have one person who processes the payments, so again I had to wait. I paid exactly what the internet said I would, no extra charges. So, the price is right, but it took about an hour and fifteen minutes from the time I reached the shuttle stand at LAX to get to my car. |

It seems that there is only one guy operating the whole parking structure, so one has to use common sense to know what to do when you have a question. For example, I chose the cheapest parking price which I was supposed to park on the eightn floor open air parking. However, it was full and the guy working at the entrance did not know. So I parked on the seventh floor (covered parking)and what else can I do? I don't want to drive back down all the way and ask the guy where am I supposed to park. It turned out I was charged as parking on the eighth floor. Coming back from Lax to the parking took me longer to wait, about twenty minutes. Well, we cannot ask for too much if we want to pay less. |

| (July 27, 2010) I have parked at your facility in the past and have selected it based on price. On this stay you gave me another reason to stay in the future. We returner from Boston on a flight that got into LA just after midnight. When we got to our vehicle the battery was dead, so dead that when the key was turned in the ignition the gear shift would not come out of park. I asked your attendent if he could give me a jump start. He went over and above to help me. He also know how to override the gear shift issue so we could push the car out so the jumper cables could reach. He saved us many hours of delay and a lot of money if we would have had to get a rental car or call a auto repair facility. |

I kept calling and waiting for 45 minutes until someone finally answered. It made me late to a meeting I had scheduled. I am not very happy with that outcome.
Your drivers were very courteous. If you had more lines to call on, and someone to answer them, your business would be much improved. |

| (July 8, 2010) I was very happy with LAX Airport Parking Center. The shuttles were on time. The drivers were courteous. I liked the fact that they collect payment before retrieving the car. That way there are no long lines to exit the lot. Only suggestion is they should post on their web site that they do not accept American Express at the payment booth. I will use the lot again in the future, if the need arises. |

| (July 6, 2010) Not a showy place like some other places, But excellent service and customer care. I was dropped off and picked up within 15 minutes. My trip was for 14 days and my vehicle was safe and sound upon my return. |

| (July 5, 2010) it was fine, but a pretty lengthy parking process. Long drive up to the uncovered 8th floor, 10 minute wait for van (25 on the way back), and my car was very dirty after 5 days. Not sure what to make of that last bit |

| (July 4, 2010) I got there and discovered that my pipewrack was too high for your entrance. NO PROBLEM. I parked oudside and one of your staff drove it in through another entrance. It was outside again wehn I got back from my trip.......I will use your facility EVERY TIME I fly out of LAX....Thank you |

| It could not have been any better. |
| (July 3, 2010) First, I booked this online. Could not get the conformation with the bar code to print out. Called and a guy by the name of Louis tried to walk me thru it. Finally said to bring what I had and they would take care of it. When I hung up I found out the reason I could not print it out. Duh, I already printed it out. Louis is a grat guy. When I got there the guy who cheked me in was really nice. Then the guy that took me to LAX was very nice and he told me
he is from Columbia, Missouri.. I am from that area... Got to be a glich somewhere right ? NO, when I got back the guy checking me in said it showed I would not be back for 13 days. Finally, you guys made a mistake, right ? NO, he showed me where I put June 13 instead of June 30 on the return portion of the ticekt. He was a nice guy too. I parked at the Hilton last time and it was terrible..... You guys are great. See you soon.

| (July 3, 2010) after comming back I was charged extra for having a pick up truck instead of a car, they did not mention any extra fees upon arrival. uncovered parking was the roof top which was full.Took their time to taking us to airport but where quick upon pick up. |

| (June 27, 2010) I had my qualms about parking out of the "official" LAX environs, but am glad I took a chance with Johny Park. I arrived at LAX but my bags, not so much, so I was glad to see my car pulled up speedily, dusty and in need of a wash, but whole and read to ferry me home. Thanks.
