Although the garage itself is not impressive, the online reservation, the reasonable fee, the very prompt shuttle service and the employees were great. I came home unable to walk more than 2 steps and the driver volunteered to go to the roof to bring my car down for me, which is exactly what I needed to start my long drive home. |

| (October 14, 2009) The ability, cost and ease of parking in the garage was good, but the shuttle service to and from the garage, not so good. Getting to the airport had about a 20 minute wait as there seemed not to be enough drivers and they waited to get a full van to make the trip to the airport. Travel to the garage from the airport took Way to long. From the time I placed the call to the time they picked me up was 45 minutes. Not good. |

| (October 12, 2009) We had a drop off scheduled at 4AM. No one was there and the gates to the garage were up. After waiting for 5 minutes so one showed up. Then we waited for another 10 minutes for the driver to take us. Very poor on the dropoff and I would give them 1 star.
On the pickup we waited for too long for the van to come pick us up. Must have been 20 minutes or so. But they were really nice once they picked us up. The problem came in that my battery was dead. They were very helpful in getting the car jumped and I give them a 5 in this area. So overall they are a 3. Not great and you wonder if it is worth the money but they saved my butt with the car jump. |

| (October 12, 2009) We got to the parking center early, and it was a good thing we did, because we had to wait around for 20 minutes before the van driver and the cashier stopped chatting. It wasn't as if the van driver was waiting for more passengers or anything. Then on the way back you have to call the shuttle company and tell them you are ready to be picked up. They tell you 15 minutes. Well after 45 minutes of waiting and several calls to them, they finally showed. The van driver speeding like a bat out of hell and nearly getting into an accident, we finally got to the parking center. Once we arrived the cashier tried to charge me for an extra hour saying I was late, even though I was waiting for thier van to pick me up for almost a hour. Long story short, don't go with this company. While waiting for them to pick us up from the airport I saw alot of "Park n' Ride" vans, I would go with them next time. |

| (October 11, 2009) Well, my car was parked on top of the building . I think it might be made clear when reserving a spot on line that, not inside, means all the way on the 8th floor outside. Had I known I would have parked inside.
I did not receive a ticket( Yellow) from the guys. Then I was told that I owed over $120.00 since I only made a deposit of about $5.00. I am going to check on that. Why not pay the entire amount before checking in to park for two weeks. I tought I paid on the internet already.
Other then that the guys were very nice and helpful. A big plus nowadays.

| (October 7, 2009) The shuttle pick-up and drop-off were completely unreliable. Also, I had made a reservation for 3 days online, but ended up having to extend it due to the flight cancellation. I picked up my car a day later, but was charged more than what was noted online because that extra day wasn't part of the original reservation--although there were tons of empty spaces. In the end, I paid as much as I would have paid at one of the airport operated parking lots and the service would have been much more timely and reliable. I would not recommend this parking lot to anyone. |

| (October 7, 2009) The parking is definitely the cheapest I've seen for a covered lot. But the shuttle taking you to the flight waits way too long for everyone else. We got to the parking garage with tons of time. But the shuttle waited so long for other people that if the airport hadn't been less crowded than usual, we would have missed our flight. The garage is pretty dirty, too. The elevator doors close as soon as you open them so make sure you stick your arm in right away. And the "waiting area" outside is made of old car seats.

| (October 5, 2009) When we arrived, it was very busy. Lots of customers were waiting for a shuttle. There was no organization or line for who had priority for the first shuttle, so people who came in after us got to go into the first shuttle. Luckily, another shuttle came in within a minute.
Upon our return from the trip, the shuttle came within 5 minutes and the service receiving our vehicle back was fast. Great deal! |

| (September 28, 2009) Service was quick upon arrival. We were told where to park and our wait for the shuttle to take us to the airport was less than 1 minute. The driver was friendly and he gave us clear instructions on where to find him on our return journey. When we arrived back at LAX, we called him and he told us he'd be there soon. This time the wait was longer and not ideal as we were tired and wanted nothing more than to get our car and drive home. It took at least 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Checking out of the parking lot was quicka and efficient. |

| (September 24, 2009) I booked a spot online and when I got to the garage, it was overbooked! They said my only option was to double park my car and LEAVE MY KEYS for the duration of my trip. When I told them I wasn't comfortable doing that, the parking attendant told me that he, himself, would never even leave his keys there. I asked for my deposit back since there were no spaces and they said that under no circumstances were deposits refunded...even if there was no where to park my car. In the end, I was lucky enough to have someone arrive back at the garage after waiting for 15 minutes and I was able to take their spot. Bottom line, don't sell the spots when the lot is overbooked. This is not brain surgery! |

| (September 24, 2009) No significant issues. Like everything else you get what you pay for. The van that picks you up is simple and old, the driver seemed strung out, and the wait when you arrive can be a bit long, you must call and there is no fleet of vehicles constantly circling the airport. All of that adds an extra 20 minutes or so. But what does one expect from a cheap no frills lot. It is safe, and once you get there it's quick with no surprises. |

You need to call them up and ask them to send the shuttle. |

| (September 15, 2009) One of the drivers decided it was more important to take up space with his girlfriend riding around in the van then making room for additional customers. It took over an hour to get to my car from the terminal as this guy drove by us twice. A backup driver arrived to pick us up and took the brunt of our frustrations.
I will not utilize this facility again. There are much better service companies available. |

We were told to park in handicapped if necessary. We parked on the roof, and it was terribly dark; we couldn't see the space number. The elevator took 3 tries to get to the ground floor (it kept stopping at another floor). When we returned from our trip, we waited quite a while for a shuttle. Another shuttle from the same company careened around and through traffic cutting off other cars and passing us. We didn't feel it was the best experience we ever had. There are a lot of other places to park. |

There has to be either printed directions on the ticket or a designated place so that both of us know where to go. LAX is hard to navigate without knowing where you are going.

When we parked our car we were told to note where, but there were no numbers on the spots. When we got back we could not find our yellow ticket and it took along time to check us out. I think that after I have already put my card into your system online it should not be necessary to swipe it again, simply I could just sign something ect. However I was very pleased with one of your drivers that took us to the Alaska terminal. We were running increadbly late and if it wasn't for him we would have missed our flight. I wish we got his name but if you ask around I'm sure he remembers the two blond girls who were freaking out they were going to miss their flight ha! Anyway, over all great location, great price, but I think there are a couple organizational improvements that can be made. |

| (March 12, 2009) From charging more than the quoted price, to excuses and lies for why I had to wait 40 minutes for pickup from 1 mile away, I've no one but myself to blame for taking the cheap route. Nothing is worth sitting on your suitcase continually scanning for a broken down van that never comes, calling and being assured it's "on its way" when in fact they don't know, don't care...
That's what you get for having high schoolers running the show, with some foreign guy on a cellphone taking complaints--you're just a nameless, faceless person who's taking the cheap way out, and you don't deserve service for your bargain. I wouldn't use LAX Airport Parking if they were free--yes, they were THAT bad.
If you even think for a minute that you'll have a different experience, then you're even more stupid than I was. |

| (March 11, 2009) When I first arrived, I was slightly behind schedule to catching my flight. They had a shuttle immediately available which was great. Drivers on the way to the airport were great.
After returning back to the airport, I waited 40 minutes for a shuttle and another 20 minutes just to get out the gate or the garage. Not great service at all upon my return.
Again, not the worst experience, but I will absolutely pay a few more dollars at another garage if it gets me better service in the end. |

| (March 11, 2009) My van would not make the height clearance for their indoor lot and they had no outdoor spaces. I suppose this is my fault for not finding the clearance info on their site page, but it wasn't exactly made obvious. Of course they did not refund the $8 that I paid to make the reservation. When I asked how to get to Lot C (I was in a hurry, duh), he said it was too complicated and directed me toward the more expensive lots on Century. I ended up using Lot C (not too hard)-at least you don't need reservations or deposits, the shuttle works fine, just remember (write down) what lane and aisle you parked in. |

| (February 19, 2009) i made reservation online...no where did it say you needed a printed copy of reciept till after you made the reservation...no matter...i noted the reservation number and off i went....when i go to the parking....the lot was overflowing....selfpark was not an option....i had to prepay and because i didnt have print out i paid again....i would like a refund...keys were thrown in buckets and on floor everywhere....employee said it was not his problem and left....we had to wait for another staff member....finally we got to airport.....on return we called for pick up..all numbers had mailboxes full...after 20 min someone did pick up and then sent a van....or promised to....van arrived 30 min later....so we had now waited just under an hour....we go to parking lot and were told we had to wait because cars were blocked...after 1 hour we got the car and on top of this we gave the guy $5 and he was pissed....someoen need to know how to run a business and what are the laws as far as the amount of cars u can take....i was traveling with an elderly person and if they had had a medical contion they would have died....no way no how any emergency or fire personnel could get into that lot....please refund my deposit. |

I called the office the following week and they would not return the deposit. This sounds like a HUGE internet scam.

LAX Parking Center - Let the Nightmare Begin . . .
If you value your time, your car, and your peace of mind, DO NOT park at LAX Parking Center located at 9920 S La Cienega Boulevard in Inglewood, CA. Spend a little extra and park your car at a reputable garage like The Parking Spot or Park One. Believe me, it will be well worth it in the long run.
Long story short, LAX Parking Center damaged my car and they and their insurance are denying liability. My goal with this review is to help people like you avoid wasting time, wasting money, and having your vehicle damaged. Learn from my mistake - DO NOT park at LAX Parking Center.

| (January 25, 2009) These guys are great. I lost my Debit card to pay for my car and they allowed me to leave my luggage and still take my car home. Come to find out, my card was stolen and used in three different states. This was on Thursday Jan 22. My bank is refunding my money and I will go down and get my luggage. Thanks LAX Airport Parking Center!
My only issue was waiting at the airport to be picked up was a wait time of 20-30 minutes. That's why I didn't give them 5 stars |

I think the parking rate was higher than advertised.
I think the driver tries to overload his van with too much luggage. Stacking mounds of luggage on top of other luggage. There is no excuse for this even if a 30% reduction in trips must be made by all shuttle trips to LAX per 24 hour period.
Finally on the date of vehicle pickup, the front desk clerk was impersonal and rude stating as soon as I walked in the office"Do you have your yellow ticket? Are you sure you havre your yellow ticket? Once I returned at 3:00pm with the car to load the luggage, he was asleep on the bench in front of the office. Great Service! |

I paid him whatever he asked and I said I am not gonna come back again.....
I didn't see any notice for mini-van when I made a reservation and any post in the parking lot office.
I paid $8.00 + $55.00 + $15.00 = $78.00 for 7 days 8 hours.
I waited $35 minutes for shuttle.

When picking up our car he did not mention that there were other cars parked behind. When I came back down and said that there were cars behind us he asked what make and type, I responded that I am on the 5th floor, and it is an SUV. He implied he wanted me to go back and get specific information. I told him that was not my job but his. He then copped an attitude and looked at me as if I was there to serve him.
I will not be using this particular parking services again. |

| (December 15, 2008) I tried this parking service for the first time last week. They have reasonable rates and they didn't charge me extra for my truck (Toyota Tacoma). We were there at 6:30 am and we only waited 10 minutes before we left for the airport in their van. When we returned to LAX at 9:30 pm, we only had to wait 10 minutes for a pickup (at Terminal 2). The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars was because we had to wait 15 minutes to pay for the parking. Be sure to note your slot number when you self park because they put it on your parking ticket. I will use them again. Easy freeway access to the 405 - the onramp is only 1/2 block north of the lot.
Pros: Low Rates, Safe Parking, Individual Slots (i.e. no tandem parking)
Cons: They keep your car key to make sure you pay, but I noted the mileage and there was no additional mileage when I returned. |

| (December 3, 2008) I don't know if I'd used them again. It was a little confusing when I arrived because there was no attendant visible so I ended up mistakenly going to lot across the street. Then when I was re-directed to them and finally found their attendant, I had to leave the car and keys with her, even though I chose them because it was "self-park covered parking." The wait for the shuttle to LAX wasn't too bad, but when I was dropped off and handed my one carry-on bag, I got a nasty look from the driver presumably because I didn't tip him. (My bad? He didn't do anything special!) Upon my return (Sunday night after Thanksgiving) their van picked me up 30 minutes after I called them. At least they parked my car under cover. |

| Convenient and cheap indoor parking. |
| (December 3, 2008) Good rates if you make a reservation, and convenient transport to and from the airport. However, customers are not made aware that in the case of parking overflow, car keys are to be left with the parking center and that they may have to move customers' cars around to get cars in/out (which was the case when I parked there). It wasn't a problem and I would use the facility again, but they should let customers know beforehand.

| (December 2, 2008) Upon arriving, I at first had trouble locating the garage because it was not well marked and located right next door to another parking lot. Then they had apparently overbooked the lot, so I was forced to double park and leave my keys with them, even though I had pre-paid and chosen the self-park option.
However, the shuttle service was reasonably quick, a 15-20 minute wait each way. For the price, it was worth the minor inconveniences. I would use this lot again. |

| (December 1, 2008) When we arrived at the parking structure, we were informed that we would have to leave our keys with the attendant because "people leave without paying the full amount for the days they stay". My answer to that is they could fix the gate so that that can't happen. I refused to give my car keys to them for $30 and instead paid up front in order to hang onto my keys. I was also charged a dollar more per day to park because I drive an SUV. The spaces are the spaces, my SUV is an Xterra, slimmer and shorter than some full sized sedans. Fine. I paid it.
When we came home, we were lucky that we had parked at a corner on the indoor lot because every single car in the parking garage had been parked in by another lane of cars parallel behind them (except those on corners, I suppose so that they could move cars for people).
I imagine that if you ended up parked on the 7th story roof it would probably take an hour to get out of the garage.
We won't be parking there again and won't be recommending it to anyone else. |

| Avoid at all costs! |
| (November 27, 2008) I reserved a parking spot online for 4 days, printed out the reciept and brought it with me. I was told when I showed up that because I did not pay in advance that I would not be allowed to park. It says plainly on their website that paying in advance is not necessary. The parking site next door was much better, and cheaper.

| (August 15, 2008) I've probably parked here forty times over the past several years (I started parking with them since they were located at La Cienega and Imperial). They've always been the most affordable at LAX and they've always taken five minutes or less to get me to my terminal for departure (even when I parked 45 minutes before departure). The only negative is they have fewer vans than most of the bigger operations, so your wait for pickup upon your return will always be slightly longer (avg 22 minutes after the call) - but I'm willing to put up with that for the price. |

Free shuttles run on call 24/7, waiting for the shuttle is 10 to 15 minutes. Have been using the service for 10 years. Pros: Always spaces available, and alwaya the best rate. Cons: At LAX, if you dont wait for the shuttle at the right pick-up spot, ypou wont be picked up fast. |

(July 26, 2007) I used this service in February for a trip for a flight to Florida. When I returned for my car, I had to call twice and waited 45 minutes for a pickup. When I finally arrived at the garage, paid, and found my car, two other vehicles had been double-parked behind me. I had to return to the office and wait while these stooges found the keys to the other vehicles and moved those cars. This lot is cheap for a reason! The inconvenience, slow service, and general don't care attitude (as well as employees just sitting around while customers wait) is not worth saving a few bucks. TYhese people are a joke. Pros: It was cheap and is an advantage to anyone who considers their time to be of no value. Cons: see above |

| Worst you can find |
| (July 12, 2007) I used this service a couple of times before when traveling alone. Although they are slow in picking you up (30-40 min), at least the shuttle showed up. But not this time when we came back from a family vacation. We called several times and waited for 40 min. Finally a van came with limited seats. I couldn't get in and had to wait for the next one, which they told me was coming in 5 min. I waited for 40 more min and nothing showed up. Finally one van showed up but didn't stop. I called and called and they said they were coming. My friend (who was picked up earlier) told me that when he got to the parking structure, he saw several vans parked there and a couple guys were chatting - I guess they don't care if you are waiting! My friend also found out they left his interrior light on when they parked his car and his battery was all out! He had to jump start his car to get out of there!
I finally gave up on waiting and took a cab to the parking structure (after waiting for 1.5 hrs)!
Take your own risk if you want to use their service. I'm done with these guys. |

(July 4, 2007) This is not the best organized or a clean management but I never had to wait unreasonably for either from or to the airport. I must have parked there many many times. I would give five stars for the overall value but since place is not so clean I have to give 4 stars.
Pros: Conveniently Located. Lower price and overall better value. Cons: Not so clean office or the staff. |
