When I first came, they looked at my print out reservation, but didn't take it. I assumed they didn't need it. Then after parking when I was ready to board the van, they again requested me to get the print out (which I had previously shown to enter the garage). So that was a little frustrating...there should be a simpler process to avoid this type of thing.
Attendants were friendly - so that's a plus.
Overall, for the price I paid, I'll be back.

| (January 15, 2012) Wait times for pick up are long so arrive early or plan not to be in a rush to an appointment. The drivers are friendly and polite. The garage is dark and scary so make sure you have a pen light and courage. make sure that you know where your car is because otherwise it will be difficult to find. not the cleanest lot but if you are looking for a deal, this is it and it is a straight shot the airport. |

| (December 27, 2011) When I entered, the parking structure was relatively open (but, apparently, my reservation was for the roof--8 floors up). When I picked up my car 11 days later, every possible spot--including the driving aisle, was jammed with a vehicle. It took more than 10 minutes just to carefully back out of my slot, with a car very close behind (in what was previously a driving aisle. Then driving to the ground level took another 10 minutes to weave through the extraordinarily narrowed driving aisle that had become a parking spot for its entire length. This was tough after being exhausted from traveling and awake for nearly 24 hours.

One recommendation: I would change your website to show the same company name shown on the signs at the parking garage: "Air Park LAX." It was very confusing to find the building and see that sign, as the website identified the company as "LAX Airport Parking Center."
Also, it was unclear to me that the $5.99/day rate was for parking on the roof. It was fine with me, it would be just have been good to know ahead of time.

| (November 2, 2011) When you make a reservation, you get the impression that the system is automated. When you get there, it is strictly a manual system. So the bar coded sheet I printed out and all of the information I entered on the computer where not used. I had to manually fill in all the information again once I got there (delaying my ride to the airport). I specifically wanted (and reserved) a covered parking spot, but was told to park on the roof which is not covered. Actually there were no more spaces on the roof so I parked on the 7th level. When I was returning, I waited a long time for the shuttle while I watched 10-15 of the competitor's shuttles pass by.
You have to take the elevator up and down and walk a bit to/from the entrance to get your shuttle which is parked there. This would be an issue if you have a lot of baggage (which I did not). There are no obvious signs telling you where the elevator is. |

| (October 25, 2011) We arrived at the airport after flying 8 hours and had a short wait for the van. When we got to the car the batter was dead. At first they said we had to call AAA, but then one of the guys(wish I got his name) brought over a charger from across the street, jumped the battery and we were on our way. It was really nice to be able to get the car an go. This is the 2nd time we used LAX Parking Center. Both times we were happy with everything. |

| (August 25, 2011) There is no rest room at the parking garage. It is located in the building on the corner. The rest room house keeping could be better. The wait for the van to go to the airport was a little longer than desired about 15 minutes. We were lucky when we arrived and were picked up a few minutes after calling. We had some problem finding the pick up location (red sign at second island). The seat belts in the van were not easily available and the van is well worn. The staff was friendly. My battery drained while I parked and they did not have a portable jumper system. I was able to roll the car to the ground floor and jump it using their van. The service and people were good, but the owners need to invest more in the business to improve it. Although I would consider using the service again, it might go across the street and try someone else next time. |

| (August 12, 2011) This was by far the lowest cost parking available for LAX. I prepaid with this website and read the reviews about the staff telling people to park in covered parking even if they paid for uncovered parking, then charging them the covered rate.
I was also told to park in covered parking after I arrived and showed my printed receipt, but I informed the man that I had paid for outdoor parking and he directed me to the top floor. The trip to the airport was very quick with no wait time at all.
On my return 16 days later, I was picked up nearly five minutes after my phone call and ferried back to the parking area, although the shuttle is a van and only has little room and I heard some people were left behind because the van was full.
My car was unmolested and I paid the price I agreed to (which was 112 dollars and change total with the booking fee) and left without any problems. It seems as long as you read the reviews before you go and know what to watch for, this parking center is quite acceptable for longer term parking like mine. |

Sure, it's not the fastest shuttle, but they try to ship you off to your terminal as soon as you arrive and if you call for your pick up as soon as you get off the plane, as long as you don't have to pick up bags, by the time you reach the sidewalk, they'll be there in about another minute. Great service and personalities. They're not pushy about anything and everything is as advertised. The instructions are clear and I'm glad I didn't have to search for my car (like in Lot C). Recommended! |

Weather speaking on the phone in the van to and from the airport or when pay window. I got the feeling that because i paid a reduced rate I got reduced service. there has to be a happy medium. They should have a sense of pride in there Jobs no matter what you pay them. I don't believe you get what you pay for, I do believe we hire what you expect from people (i.e. we hire our problems).
I'll leave you with this, the rest area for the customer shouldn't be an old van seat setting in front of your sign, and your van drivers shouldn't stick the tips in the air conditioning vent's as a way to encourage me to give him money, the whole process felt unsafe and looked unsavory. however you did have a killer price, it was enough of difference for me to drive to LA to fly out and leave my car (SUV). and why is it more for an SUV?

| (July 24, 2011) I gave your company three generous stars because technically you did what was required, you kept my vehicle secure while I was out of town.
However, I have had several experiences with your company that have made me uncomfortable, and it was after this last trip that I decided I am willing to pay a little more for courtesy and peace of mind,
The best way for me to summarize my feelings would be on a trip by trip basis:
Trip 1: Having paid for uncovered parking, was told to go to the roof. The roof was completely full, so I had to drive all the way down to make sure it was OK to park somewhere else. Your people should know that the uncovered area is full to keep customers from wasting their time.
Trip 1: Upon return to the facility by one of your drivers, was asked "What, No Tip?". I told him I had no change on me, to which he responded "C'mon man...". I was carrying my own small bag, and I don't feel his behavior was professional.
Trip 2: I did not have much time to spare for my flight, and when the van driver arrived at your facility he told me to wait 15 minutes before I got into the bus. There was nobody else there, and nobody arrived while we waited.
Trip 2: Upon return, waited almost 45 minutes for a van. The van driver then waisted another 15 minutes waiting for a "supervisor" that never arrived, to report an accident. The driver never explained to me the issue, I had to find out from the van-full of other customers that were also very unhappy with your company.
Trip 2: On the way out of the garage I was told that I was going to be charged an additional $1 per day because I have a SUV. That is ridiculous, because my vehicle does not take up any more space than the average car. Your employee showed me where this was indicated on the ticket I printed, but it was not something that had been made clear anywhere during the reservation process, and this was not a charge that I received during my last trip.
Overall, I think your employees are rude and unprofessional. And I would be happy to pay more to a company that allowed me a little more peace of mind and courtesy during my travels. |

Had to go to 7th floor (or higher) to park. After taking elevator to first floor to check in...van just left BUT another driver did immediately take me to airport (Great job!). Shuttle vans are regular vans...not the bigger comercial ones. They are not the "newest" models.
On returning to LAX, called for pickup. Waited...called again...waited & called again. Total time from first call to pickup was 28 minutes. Driver had radio blaring to hiphop or something like that. One other passenger. She waited 40 minutes for pickup. When paying balance of bill, was going to be charged an extra $1.00 a day for a SUV (my vehicle is classified as a station wagon). BUT attendent immediately took off the extra charge.
I will "give up" a little luxury for a good price BUT I will not use this facility again. |

After a long return flight, I was eager to get my car and get home. Unfortunately when I got to my car, the battery was dead--oh no!! The parking lot staff gave me the "no problem" treatment and provided excellent service with a jump start and had me on my way with a minimum delay. This level of customer service, I felt, was beyond the call of duty and was rewarded and guarentees a return customer. Thank you!! |

They did pick us up quick and after 20 minutes of letting them try to figure out what we had paid for on the internet, we got out with an undamaged truck.
I guess I would park there again, but it is not the cleanest or nicest place. |

| (June 5, 2011) This was not the first time I used the LAX Airport Parking Center. My experience is always the exact same. I arrive and look for a space (15 minutes), Fill out paperwork and check in (10 Minutes), and wait for a ride to the airport (20 minutes). The arrival process takes 45 minutes + the ride, everytime. When I return I always wait more than 30 minutes for a pickup. They say no more than 20 minutes but it is always more than 30. Once I waited 45 minutes. Then when you get back to the garage it takes between 10 and 25 minutes to check out depending on where you end up in the line. If you return at night it is also very dark where they unload your lugage. Not scary or anything like that, just dark. They could add a light or park the van in a different direction to improve this. This is an issue for me because I can't see at all in dark places so I fumble around for my lugage. So why do I keep going back. They are the least expensive parking on the planet, the car is inside, and I have never had an issue with damage, wrong billig, or dis-curtious employees. So in short, I plan accordingly, leave early, and suck up the waiting. Still a good deal for the price....Just plan your arrival time. |

| Better than average parking and shuttle service |

| (May 27, 2011) I have used this parking center for the last 5 months every month and this is the first time i am unhappy. I called to be picked up and was told the driver would be there in 10 min. Well he did come but just did a california stop and left asap, he pulled in front on 2 large buses and i tried to run to him but he left. I called back to see if he could come back or wait but i was told that maybe i should stand in the correct place? Like i said i know where to stand and felt insulted- not every nice on the phone. I waited 40 more minutes and a total of 3 calls. :( I have left messags for the manager and no return call?????????? |

| (May 23, 2011) Shuttle was a bit slow on leaving the parking lot and arriving for pick-up at the airport. Parking lot is a bit crammed, but they don't tell you that. If you can't find an actual parking spot you're apparently supposed to double park behind other cars but then you have to leave the attendant the key, which 1) they don't tell you that as you drive up the ramp to look for parking you find out by yourself, and 2) they don't say that on the website to let you know that's the case before you get there.
I would only park here again if I couldn't find anywhere else. |

| (May 11, 2011) The price was good and the garage was easy to find.
We waited 15-20 minutes for the shuttle van to the airport. There were plenty of vans sitting there, but no drivers. Eventually, a driver showed up and took us to the airport.
We waited about 45 minutes for the return van to the parking garage. While we waited for our pickup at the airport, we saw vans for the other parking services come around many times. Wally Park vans made about 6 passes while we waited. 800 LAX PARK, All Star, 105 Airport Parking, and others all made multiple pickups while we waited for our van to arrive. I had to call 3 times to find out when our van was coming. |
