| (January 10, 2009) I park at 105 Airport Parking at least once a month.
Usually very good valet service:
Not really a fancy facility, but realy easy to leave the car there, shuttle starts usually immediately when you left your car, employees are friendly and help you to bring heavier bags from your car to the shuttle, and they help you to unload heavy bags from the shuttle when arriving at the terminal, and the car is always ready and waiting when you return to the parking facility.
Only negative topic (very few times since I park there): sometimes it takes a while until the shuttle comes to pick you up at the terminal, but usually it's not over 10 minutes.
Great: Last time (after New Year 2008/2009) we came back and the car was not washed because the washing had closed. After asking why the car was not cleaned they explained it and gave me a further discount.
Feedback on other comments: I've never had any problems to get my coupons accepted (which I always received easily through email and I always could print the coupon). I always paid the discounted price - exactly as mentioned on the coupon. |

| (August 22, 2008) We used this facility for a week in July 2008. Everyone was decently professional and they got us to the airport in a reasonable amount of time- about 30 minutes from when we parked the car. When we arrived and called for pickup, we only waited for about 20 minutes. All in all, a very good experience and we only paid $8 a day using an internet coupon. We will very likely go here again! |

| (June 24, 2008) covered parking , very friendly staff, quick tranfer to the terminal, when i arrive back i called them and the shuttle arrived in 8 minutes, they honor coupon specials, i'll recomed it and park there again. |

(April 19, 2008) I park here almost every time I go to LAX. It's not the nicest lot, but the location is great especially if you are coming from the south up the 405 -- you bypass all the traffic going through or past LAX. The shuttle to the airport is fast, and I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for it to leave even if I was the only one on the bus. But on the other hand, returning from the airport takes awhile; I've always had to wait at least 30 min after I called while I watch everyone else's shuttles go by. Some people have complained about them not honoring coupons; I've had a different problem where when I did get a coupon it was honored, but in a number of cases I couldn't get the coupon to print from my computer.
Pros: Location, fast to the airport, drivers always respectful

(August 13, 2007) Deals that sound too good to be true generally are. Don't expect to be charged the rate quoted with your reservation, you will be charged more and will have to fight for your agreed upon rate.
Pros: None.
Cons: Only self-parking available is outdoors--rooftop, and the elevator doesn't run that high. |

(November 26, 2006) WE HAVE BEEN USING 105 PARKING FOR YEARS, WITH A PARKING FREQUENCY OF AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH. THE LATEST BEING NOV 2OTH THRU NOV 26TH. WHEN PARKING ON THE 20TH IT WAS POSTED THAT COUPONS WERE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON WHICH HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED TO BE FROM NOV 19TH TO JAN 6TH. THE RATES WERE JUST RAISED A FEW MONTHS AGO AND WITH THE LACK OF A COUPON 105 HAS STOPPED BEING COMPETITIVE. THANK YOU 105 FOR TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BEEN LOYAL TO YOU. SHAME ON YOU, IF I PARK HERE AGAIN SHAME ON ME.

(November 17, 2006) I haven't parked here since March 2005. I'd been a regular customer before that (once a month or so). It had undergone new management around the beginning of 2005.
I came back from one trip to find my car damaged, the passanger side rear-view mirror had been knocked off (not the housing, just the mirror) after the car had been valeted and the car had been washed. I noticed it immediately on entering the car and went to complain to the manager. He said that the damage must have happened when the car was being washed and wasn't reported. He said he'd pay for the repair. Later he claimed that I brought the car in damaged and that he wouldn't pay for any repair. Finally we settled on 1/2 the cost of the repair!
I haven't parked at 105 Airport parking since.
Pros: Used to have good discounts for multiple day parking
