The service was great and you can't beat the price for parking only miles from the airport. I accidentally left my IPAD in my car and it was there when I got my car. Victor Valencia, Manager, assured me that it would be there. That alone is the reason why I will use Fox LAX auto park again! |

| (January 30, 2012) The process was quite smooth. There was some delay in getting back to the parking from the airport. The shuttle apparently stops by default at Terminal 2 only. So even if you are standing at the designated Rental cars (Fox/Payless) spot in any of the other terminals, there are chances that the bus guy may not pick you up. |

The location was a little hard to find based upon the map, as it looked like I was going into a warehouse district. Pricing was great; having my truck waiting for me when I returned from LAX was a great benefit. I will definitly use FOX again, and will refer to my friends and family. |

However, check in and check out could not have been easier and the lot is not hard to find and right off the freeway. The price / savings cannot be beat! Be sure to allow at least 20-30 minutes of buffer time for your departure from FOX parking to LAX. |

The shuttle bus is always on time and we rarely wait longer than 5 minutes for pick up when we arrive home from our vacation. The staff is courteous and friendly. This is the only parking facility we will use. The car is always out front waiting for us when we return. This is first class service. |

| (December 27, 2011) Count on sitting for a shuttle longer than with the other guys- the spotted shuttle and park and fly circled a good 6 times to this companies one. Also do yourself a favor and use the bathrooms at the airport. But it is cheaper....so it depends on what your time is worth. |

The wait time to LAX was nearly none and coming back from LAX the wait was about 15 minutes. The texting is very smart and if you call they pick up right away to help.
Our car was in perfect condition left for almost 2 weeks. It wasn't cheap but it's cheaper than most places and you get what you pay for.
5 stars. Will park here again. |

| (December 15, 2011) Hi. I just parked my car with Fox parking at LAX for the second time. This time however, I got off when it stopped (it was late at night and I wasn't really paying attention) and it was at the car rental Fox. The driver took off before I figured that out and I had to wait for the next shuttle which came about 10 min later. When that driver arrived, he told the passengers if they were looking for the parking lot service to stay on the shuttle. His name was Malcom and I was much more impressed with him than the first driver who didn't warn us when we got off the shuttle. I think his name was Bonce or Bronce. Something like that. It was especially an issue because it was so late at night and I was very anxious to get home.

| (December 14, 2011) Not easy to find in that neighborhood-the online map & directions were helpful. Arriving at the airport was good; returning to LA was not. My problems: no help loading my extremely heavy suitcase up the steps into the van; I wasn't aware there were "two" stops-one at the rental facility and the 2nd where I had dropped off my car initially. I assumed my car had been moved to the lot at the rental location. I waited in line at 1:00AM for 30-40 minutes, handed the agent my receipt and he told me I was at the wrong location. Who knew? I wish the van driver had made that announcement or at least asked if anyone needed to go to the parking area instead of just the rental area. That was annoying. So what I had thought was going to be easy access, no more than 20 minutes to get my car ended up being over an hour, all in. Bad. Not sure if I'll return, but good luck with your business. |

Nothing fancy, but both going to the airport and coming back the shuttle was there in about 5 minutes. For the money this is the best one around. They valet your car so when you call for pick-up they move your car right to the front, so you're out real quick. |

The driver did not ask whether we were going to the car rental area or to pick up our car- this caused us to get out at the wrong stop, go inside, wait for the bus to return (all at 5am with multiple suitcases). When we got back on the bus, another group was getting off, and I asked them if they knew if they were at the right area and they weren't either. I suggested to the attendant that they verify that there droppong people off at the righ drop- when you arrive, you are not aware that there is a second stop because you go directly to the airport from the car lot. |

Pick up at 645 pm. Texted for pick up but received error about land line.
Fortunately shuttle right at stop and again the attendant was helpful and courteous.

When we got to the place, we had to wait 5 or so as the person was hiding in the back somewhere. Car was pulled up, waiting. Total time from texting for pick up to driving off lot was about 45-50 minutes. Can't beat the price! |

When we arrived I didn't have the printed confirmation and the staff kindly took the confirmation code off my phone - no hassle at all. The shuttle waited for us to unload our car and get to the shuttle and we had a baby with us, along with the stroller and carrier - again no hassle. My husband forgot one of his bags on the shuttle... I called, less than 10 minutes later, the shuttle was back around with his bag. Our experience upon return was just as amazing, but I can spare all the amazing details... I think you get the picture by now. |

| (October 27, 2011) Shuttle was ready and waiting to take me to the terminal when I arrived at the car park. Followed the instructions upon my return to call for the shuttle to come and collect me and it was there within 10mins. Transfer time between the car park and terminal was ~10mins, although both times I was travelling in the early hours of the morning, so it might take a little longer during the day.
Overall a great service, with a great price. |

Waited 6-7 minutes for the shuttle to fill up and we were off to the airport. Location is clean and seems to be well secure. A little hard to find though, so make sure you look for FOX parking and not FOX rental. On my return I ended up getting dropped off at the FOX rental which is a few blocks away from FOX rental, so I had to wait for another shuttle to get me to the right location. Once there, check out was a cinch. Car was already waiting for me to drive off. I would definitely use again. |

However, it rang and rang and finally disconnected me. I called over and over and the same thing happened. If I had not finally spotted your shuttle and flagged him down I never would have gotten back to my car. Otherwise, everything was fine... except for some reason my car was covered in dirt. Where did that come from? |

No one answered the phone when I called for the shuttle, but it arrived promptly.

| (September 6, 2011) As first-time users, my hubby and I were very impressed. The directions provided on the website were very clear so we got to the auto park easily. Once there, we had our car checked in and were on our way to the airport in under 10 minutes.
On the way back to the auto park following our trip, we caught a shuttle right away. The only glitch was that we exited @ the Fox Car Rental stop, not realizing there was a car rental location. (We didn't understand the shuttle driver when he asked if we were renting a car as he had a rather heavy accent.) This was easily remedied by getting back on the shuttle and going to the auto park. Our car was waiting by the gate, we paid and were on our way in under 10 minutes. We'll definitely use them again! |

| (August 22, 2011) I had used Parking lot B and C in the past. No more! Upon recommendation from a friend I decided to try Fox and was glad I did. It was so nice to have the car valeted upon arrival, and 10 days later it was waiting for me at the office. No more hassle trying to find a parking spot and remembering which row in lot C I had parked the car. The shuttle pick up and drop off were quicker than the C bus and much more comfortable. The shuttle is not luxurious by any means but it was adequate. The drivers in both directions were very helpful, especially handling the bags. I was happy to give them a tip. Great service at a great price. I definitely would recommend Fox. |

| (August 7, 2011) The first time I flew out of LAX, I just used the airport's long term parking...it's very exposed...right in the fight path. Car alarms were going off constantly just in the short time I was unloading my luggage. So, I decided I wasn't going to do that again. I chose FOX Autopark because it is close to the airport, very reasonably priced and had received good reviews. I was not disappointed. With my online reservation, I was in an out very quickly. The shuttle was there to pick me up within 15min and I was on my way. When I got back, I just sent a text message to the company, the shuttle got there within 15min and my car was waiting for me when we arrived back at the autopark. The only downside is that there is no option for covered parking...that may deter some people. But, for me, I will definitely use this company again. |

This place has very few negative reviews, and most of the negative reviews I saw are unwarranted. Read the details, so you won't be surprised. It's outdoor parking, so yes your car will be dirty when you return. It's valet parking, so no you can't park it yourself. If you have a large vehicle, they'll add $1 or $2 per day, but it's still a better price than Lot C. If you go over 2 hours, you'll be charged an additional full day. That's the way it works at most other lots too. It's all spelled out for you, so if you're unhappy about any of these things you have only yourself to blame for not reading the details.
I waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle both ways. I may have just had good timing. I don't know.
Okay so the one thing they didn't tell me is that the return shuttle stops at the rental car place first. An additional 2-3 minutes. No big deal. |
