| (August 25, 2010) I booked online the same day. The drop off and shuttle to the airport was very quick. They had my car up front at the time I said I was going to arrive for pick up - even though I lost the number and didn't let them know I was on my way. The shuttle also came very quickly under the purple sign, again without them knowing I was on my way (another passenger had called.) I was out of there in no time. This was the easiest process ever and I will absolutely park here again and pay for 5 days what would be 1 day at LAX!

| (August 19, 2010) we weren't sure where to park at LAX on our weekend away, but the great ratings for FOX are true. they provided efficient service, pick up and drop off were very fast, we never waited more than 5 min for the bus to come. actually, the parking lot is very conveniently located on the 405 so we didn't have to deal with any airport traffic.
it's a great deal, esp with the online reservation. the lot looked safe, and it is all valet service.
we will probably park here again, and we recommend it. |

| (August 16, 2010) I parked at Fox LAX for the second time this month, and had a very rocky departure experience. I arrived at the facility a little more than two hours before my departure time, but there was a huge line and there was only one guy processing orders. Additionally there was only one bus operating. Many folks were stressed about getting out in time for their flight. It took 45 minutes for me to get out of the parking lot, onto a bus, and the bus was filled to capacity and had to leave others behind. I was dropped off at my terminal with only 55 minutes before my flight, and early in the morning this is a big mistake due to all the flights leaving. The security line was huge. I barely made it through security and was literally the last one on my flight. Not a good way to start a vacation and it will make me think twice about going back to Fox again. |

| (August 16, 2010) The first impression you get when you pull into the parking lot is that this doesn't seem right; the lot looks more like a make shift operation rather than a full scale park and fly operation. This notwithstanding, the organization and service are quite good. The desk agent and the bus driver were courteous. It might take a while to reach your terminal from the lot since this lot is closer to the 405 and you have to cross a few lights until you reach the airport; then there is the terminal hopping that ensues; this is irrespective of which service you choose. On my way back, they had my car pulled up at the entrance and I was on my way within a few minutes. |

There was a shuttle waiting to the airport. We phoned and a shuttle picked us up at the airport within five minutes to go the lot where our car was. It was parked at the office where we checked in when we got there. A great experience. This has got to be the best place to park !!!! |

| (July 20, 2010) The experience would have been perfect were it not for the fact that the young man who checks you in/out at the counter was oddly uncommunicative and disengaged. He checked me out quickly (with minimal conversation) and then promptly went to retrieve my car. So, I was prepared to give him a tip when he pulled up with my car. However once it was in park, he got out, left the keys in the ignition, walked around the front of the vehicle (I walked around the rear in order to set my luggage near the trunk), and headed right back into the building. There was no opportunity to give him a tip or tell him "thank you." Had there been a number of customers inside waiting to be served, I could have understood the rush. As it was, it was an odd, low-interaction customer service experience. |

| (July 11, 2010) The drop off in the morning was fine, no frills, a bit of a slow wait but not bad. The return and pick up at LAX in the evening was very poor. I called at least 3X, as did all the rest of us waiting on the curb. We waited at least 45-60 min. and then the van was full enough of people and luggage so that not all of us got on. One family with child had waited and repeated called but did not get on my van because there wasn't room for the luggage. The luggage was poorly and inefficiently stowed on the racks, the one van was extremely slow for pick up and I had no idea that it was also linked to Payless rental cars. The majority of the riders were for the rental business which left the couple of us parkers to wait while unloading the renters and then proceed to another stop. Very disappointing. My plane got in on time, I only had carry-on, so the longggggg wait was frustrating, tiresome at 10 PM and inexcusable. I'll find another company next time. Better loading of luggage, more vans, (or at least get a separate van for those who park), better on time pick up would make a huge improvement. |

Shuttle service to and from the airport are fast. By the time we got from the terminal to parking lot, car is already pulled out waiting for us. The only thing is if they can do a prorated charge by hour (say under 4h), would be nice. We missed the 1h grace period by 20min and still had to pay for another full day. But at $9/day, it was not too bad. Overall is good and we would use it again. |

Got on the shuttle and when I got back to the lot, my car was right up front! What great service and for such a great price. We usually take the flyaway in from the Valley, but no more!

| Like the experience with a few caveats |
| (June 2, 2010) No problems or issues dropping the car off. On return I don't think I waited more than 10-15 minutes for the shuttle. But once I got to the lot, the office there was obviously understaffed and the person helping me at the counter couldn't find where the previous clerk placed my keys. However, I didn't lose my cool, and neither did the staffers. Eventually someone did find my key and pulled my car around. Total time waiting was somewhere between 30-40 minutes, which I found acceptable (I might've been stuck for 30 minutes just trying to get out of the Central Terminal Parking Lots). Overall I would use Fox Auto Park again. |

| (May 31, 2010) The 2 times I used Fox Lax Park were fine! The first time, the parking area was hard to find and when I arrived at LAX, it took about 20 minutes to be picked up! It would have also been nice if the attendant told me NOT to get off at the first stop...Get off at the second! I realized, it said this on the counter but I didn't notice it until my second time.
The second stay was much easier and I was picked up at LAX within minutes! (I guess the timing was right) Both times though, my car was ready and waiting for me when I arrived!!!

| (April 29, 2010) Before choosing Fox Auto Park, I read the reviews online and it seemed like a great service. When I got there to drop off my car, it was pretty simple and straight forward. Less than 20 minutes between car drop-off and arriving at the terminal. However, when I returned to the airport after my trip I called in to let them know that I had arrived. They said they would send someone right away. I was waiting outside underneath the purple sign like they told me to. I see a van marked Auto Park, and when I asked him if he was with Fox auto park, he said no. Then I see a van that says fox rental cars. I called fox lax auto park again and asked if their vans were actually labeled "Fox LAX Auto Park" and they said yes. So I continued to wait (for an extra 20 minutes). Long story short (or I guess fairly long), the service is fine, just know that you want the van that says Fox Rental Cars, because they don't make that clear. |

| (April 26, 2010) I was flying on a business trip by myself, arriving and returning very late in the evening. So I wanted to park somewhere that would be safe for a woman, alone, at night. Fox came through and made my experience safe and secure. I also drive a nice Mercedes and wanted to park somewhere where it too would be safe, and the overall experience was great. I waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle once I dropped my car off at Fox and upon returning waited for about one minute at the terminal for the shuttle to take me back to my car. A great thing about Fox is that once you step off your plane you can call them and let them know you are there, so they have a shuttle coming by your baggage claim door and have your car ready and waiting by the exit upon your arrival back at Fox. Also, their facility is gated and well lit. I will be back. |

| (April 22, 2010) I like the company, lots of good memories of fun trips starting out normally at 4AM pulling into the FOX lot. We love to fly out of LAX for the cheap fares even though it involves a 7 hour drive from Sacramento. Well I love the drive down, wife usually sleeps.
Arriving , we've never waited long for a van to the terminal we are flying out of, when returning, we give a call at the baggage counter and our car is ready for us when we get back there. Never any damage, people are nice. I mean it's a parking lot - how much variation is there between compnaies? |

I pulled my car into the front of the lot, dropped off my key, got a receipt and was at the airport in less than 15 minutes from the time I got to Fox. Driver was excellent. He asked everyone for their airlines and helped with all bags. Return experience was stellar - the shuttle got there within minutes, the driver called my parking number in, and my car was ready for check-out when I arrived.
I'm never using LAX Lot B or C again! This was cheaper and more convenient.
Also, the reservation system through this website was exceptional, and I had no problems with any of the transactions. |

Also, to those of you who don't have front plates on your car and are worried about tickets... don't worry with these guys. It's a private lot with a gate.
It's close to the airport. It's cheap.
If I had ONE suggestion for these guys, it would be an option to get covered parking. |

He was 1 to 2 lanes over and with all the other shuttles, vans, cars, etc. driving in between us and the Fox shuttle, he did not see us waiting at the designated area. He should have pulled up to the curb. But we called the office and they had him come back in a reasonable amount of time. |

But I read wonderful reviews about "Fox LAX Auto Park" which seemed to easy my worry. I have to rate them 5 Stars. The process was simple, convenient, and very affordable. I got the deposit back which I paid to hold the booking, right when I checked it. When I returned to pick up my car, it was parked outside waiting, and my final bill was about $5 cheaper than I expected based on the previous invoice. Brilliant service! Can't go wrong using them. |

| (March 12, 2010) The lot was easily accessible from the 405 freeway. Shuttle bus was right there to take me to the airport. Upon arrival home, only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle. The driver radioed my receipt number to the lot, and by the time we got there, my car was waiting for me right up front. Easy to make reservation on the internet, and received a good price. |

Short wait on return at airport. Car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived at Fox.
