He also told me the nature of the problem and supplied a temporary fix for me. I had the problem fixed at my dealer's on the way home. So I'm pretty much sold on Fox. I'll come again.

| (March 12, 2010) At first I was a bit skeptical never having left town, giving my car keys to an attendant to hold whilst away. But I read wonderful reviews about "Fox LAX Auto Park" which seemed to easy my worry. I have to rate them 5 Stars. The process was simple, convenient, and very affordable. I got the deposit back which I paid to hold the booking, right when I checked it. When I returned to pick up my car, it was parked outside waiting, and my final bill was about $5 cheaper than I expected based on the previous invoice. Brilliant service! Can't go wrong using them. |

| (March 12, 2010) The lot was easily accessible from the 405 freeway. Shuttle bus was right there to take me to the airport. Upon arrival home, only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle. The driver radioed my receipt number to the lot, and by the time we got there, my car was waiting for me right up front. Easy to make reservation on the internet, and received a good price. |

They park your car, help with bags, immediately take you to airport, and on arrival, pick up came in about 3 minutes, or you can call for pick up. Car was ready at exit upon arriving at Fox. Pay your bill and that's it. We've had some disasters at other lots; even after prepaying for reservations, the lot was so messed up that we missed our flight despite arriving at the lot 2 1/2 hours before flight. This was the most organized and helpful lot we've found for LAX. |

| (November 29, 2009) It started out well as my family of six were taking a long week holiday and needed a parking area. It was easy to find the the bus was waiting to take us to the airport. However that is where it went wrong. Once we got dropped off at the incorrect terminal, the driver insisted on a tip and would continued to ask for one until I gave him one. I am not cheap but don't understand why the driver would embarrass me in front of my family when all he did was dive a half a mile. Upon his leaving, we quickly learned he dropped us off at terminal 6 and not terminal 2 where our airline was located. With that, my family had to grab all our luggage and hike across the airport where we almost missed our flight.
Not a good and relaxing way to start off a family vacation. I will not use Fox again, There are many other ones to chose from. |

| I Will Definitely Use Fox Again |
| (November 19, 2009) Fox personnel were friendly and efficient, the rate they charged me was indeed the one advertised, my car was waiting for me, and they did warn me that I had to wait until the second stop on my trip back from the airport. But I forgot that warning and I lost a half an hour by getting off at Fox Rent-A-Car instead of Fox airport parking. Fox paperwork said to wait under the purple sign in arrivals but on a sunny afternoon the colors are backlit and hard to see even when you know where to look. A little more description of the location of the signs would have been helpful. Also, the pay phones at the airport do not physically refund money now when a call doesn't go through, which happened to me because area codes are required even though the airport is in the same area code as Fox and I didn't have enough change for two calls. So my first experience with Fox was frustrating and though these aggravations were small they added up and all could have been avoided if more information was provided in the paperwork. |

| (November 17, 2009) My first time overnight parking at any airport. The shuttle will take you directly to the front of your terminal and pick up at the purple "Car Rental" sign at your terminal. Pick up may not necessarily be at the front of your airline baggage claim, in my case, Southwest; I had to walk a few airlines down to the island across. Overall good experience for someone who has never parked overnight. Drop-off was quick and easy, pick up was fast - just call the number on your receipt. Print out the online coupon for $7.95/day parking discount.
My only complaint: When I arrived to pick up my car, I waited almost 10 minutes for an attendant. My car was parked right in front of the building, and the doors were unlocked. Someone finally came about 2 minutes after that. |

| I am not happy with Fox LAX Auto Park |
| (October 21, 2009) For many years I used to park at Lot C, and I am very happy with it. For the last two flights out of LAX, however, I parked at Fox LAX Auto Park. As compared to Lot C, I saved $1 a day with my Lexus SUV, but it took a long time for a shuttle.
On 10/15/2009 I had to wait 15 minutes for a shuttle to take me to the airport. While waiting I was so nervous that I could miss my fight that I had to ask the Park's clerk several times whether to shuttle was coming. Then when I came back on 10/18/2009, I had to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle. I had the same experience on 9/11/2009.
In short, time is more critical than saving $1 a day with Fox LAX Auto Park. On my next flights I will park at Lot C. |

My problem would be that after picking up vehicle I found the center consle to be ransacked. Some loose singles and the majority of my change was gone. Probably about $20. I guess my fault for leaving in car but goes to show trust is questionable. After all, only their employees had access to vehicle. Someone there can not be trusted. | (September 20, 2009) If you are coming from the south it is very difficult to find the parking area at night! Mapquest and other internet maps will get you lost.
When we returned from out trip we waited for 35 minutes and the Fox Shuttle never came by. My wife called and told them we are waiting and gave them our reciept # and it still took 40 min to pick us up. Then the driver unloaded our bags at a stop where other people were getting off and if I would not have caught it he would have given our luggage away.
The worst part is I paid over $40 for this. I will never use nor recommend Fox park. |
