Unfortunately my car had almost 2 miles registered on the trip meter which I had reset when I got to the parking lot to drop it off. I was not comfortable with the idea of leaving my keys in the first place. I will not use the service again. |

| I am not happy with Fox LAX Auto Park |
| (October 21, 2009) For many years I used to park at Lot C, and I am very happy with it. For the last two flights out of LAX, however, I parked at Fox LAX Auto Park. As compared to Lot C, I saved $1 a day with my Lexus SUV, but it took a long time for a shuttle.
On 10/15/2009 I had to wait 15 minutes for a shuttle to take me to the airport. While waiting I was so nervous that I could miss my fight that I had to ask the Park's clerk several times whether to shuttle was coming. Then when I came back on 10/18/2009, I had to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle. I had the same experience on 9/11/2009.
In short, time is more critical than saving $1 a day with Fox LAX Auto Park. On my next flights I will park at Lot C. |

| (September 20, 2009) If you are coming from the south it is very difficult to find the parking area at night! Mapquest and other internet maps will get you lost.
When we returned from out trip we waited for 35 minutes and the Fox Shuttle never came by. My wife called and told them we are waiting and gave them our reciept # and it still took 40 min to pick us up. Then the driver unloaded our bags at a stop where other people were getting off and if I would not have caught it he would have given our luggage away.
The worst part is I paid over $40 for this. I will never use nor recommend Fox park. |

They were ready to get me signed in and ontime for my flight. te shuttle drivers were very entertaining and helpful with my luggage and when I returned I called the office, they sent a shuttle and we only waited about 5 mins for it. Then when we arrived at the office my car was in the front ready for me just hop in and head home.

| (September 9, 2009) I wasn't really sure at first if it would take a long time to get to and from the airport from the car park, but after going to fox park, i definitely wasn't disappointed. I showed up on the day I was dropping off my car and they got me checked in in five minutes. After getting checked in, the shuttle showed up in five minutes and took me to the airport. The driver was very nice and helpful with my luggage. When I came back, I had pretty much the same experience. I went outside and walked towards the rental car shuttles and there was the fox shuttle stopped right there. Again, the driver was very helpful and asked me for my car ticket number so they could get my car ready to go when i got there. I figured I'd have to wait like 10 minutes when i got there, but sure enough parked right in front of the cashier's office was my car. I was a little skeptical at first especially since i've parked at the airport run lots and it usually takes quite some time to get to the terminatls from those lots. but after trying out fox parking, I would say that i'd definitely use them again next time I fly out of LA. |

I know that is specified on the receipt, but when you return from a long trip it's easy to forget. Also, when I picked up my car it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, as if someone had been smoking in my car. I had to air it out for a while to get the odor out. That is the main reason I would rate your parking lower. |

**MAKE MULTIPLE COPIES OF YOUR RECEIPTS!! I noticed all the other people that said they had trouble was because there were issues with receipts. Print a couple copies and keep everything together.** :) :)

| (August 29, 2009) After researching many companies, I decided to try Fox Auto Park because of the great reviews online. I made a reservation online (which is required to receive the $7.95 advertised rate - if you just show up without a reservation you will pay more...$12.95 I think). Checking in took about 5 minutes, and I immediately boarded the shuttle which was waiting outside. When I arrived at LAX, I waited less than 10 minutes to board the shuttle. When I returned to the parking lot, my car was parked out front and checking out took less than 5 minutes. I will definitely use Fox Auto Park again. |

Just keep in mind that Fox also have Rental car and shuttle first stop there before going to their parking which is around 2-3 blocks away. Staff was friendly. |

One item I would correct if possible was the return trip to parking facility. I waited by the appropriate sign, got on the correct van, and was dropped at the Fox rental spot. I knew this wasn't the correct location but had to convey this to the driver who hadn't checked with me upon pickup. I think I would encourage the driver to ask if we are going to rent a car or to pick up a car we have left. It would have made the arrival home just a bit smoother.

We had to wait a few miniuets for the shuttle bus and the bus was very crowded but we found seating. When we returned we found the "purple sign" to wait under, as instructed, close by, the shuttle arrived almost immediately and was not crowded but alwost empty . We were taken to the lot, paid, our vehicle was brought to us and we were on our way. Very fast and easy process. Everyone was very courteous. Since I was in a hurry I didn't pay attention of what the parking looked liked.
I did like the fact that the car was out and ready for me when I arrived there back from my trip.
One thing that could help the customers keep coming is maybe the idea of proving a car wash for a small fee, like 5 dollars or so, of course it has to be optional to the customer.
Other than that, It was Great! I will park there again this coming Dec. when I have to leave again.

| (July 30, 2009) I had a great experience with Fox LAX auto park going to and from the airport. When leaving for the airport, I waited only 5-10 minutes for the shuttle. On the return trip, the shuttle showed up right when I arrived at the pickup location and my car was ready to go when I arrived at the lot.
The only trouble I had was actually finding the parking lot (it's somewhat hidden in a maze of parking garages and car rental facilities); call ahead or check the website for clear directions for finding the place.
The online reservation system is convenient - all payment info is taken care of before arriving and a space is guaranteed. |

i went there and it was NOT covered parking and they charged me $12.95/day. i mentioned the website, but the rep said i need to talk to the manager. and manager wasn't there. when i came back to pick up my car, the manager said, he can't give me the discount since i was already informed that the rate was $12.95.
you can find Covered parking at $9/day around the LAX.
another thing..
i was picked up at the LAX, and the driver told me that i was at destination and i got off. the fact was it was NOT fox auto park. it was Fox rental. so i had to walk about a half a mile to get to the Fox auto park with all my luggage.
i do not recommend Fox LAX auto park. |

I will use Fox again and have already recommended them to a friend. The check in process was quick and easy. The employees were clean and polite. The shuttle to the airport was quick. The only complaint I have is we waited too long for the shuttle to pick us up after out arrival. They claim their shuttles run every 15- 20 mins. I actually ended up calling them after waiting 30 mins. and then it was another 10 - 15 mins before the shuttle arrived. When we did get back to the lot our vehicle was parked up front, ready to go. Check out was quick and easy as well. My car was in the same condition as I left it. I am happy with our experience. |

| (June 30, 2009) A truly excellent experience. We will certainly use Fox LAX Auto Park everytime we fly out of LAX.
We made the reservation via the internet. Parked the car, got picked up by the shuttle bus within 5 minutes of parking the car. Same with the return flight. Picked up at the airport within minutes of getting to the shuttle stop, and found our car waiting for us in the front of the lot. Very polite employees and positive experience.

| (June 29, 2009) This place had more reviews than any other on this website, so I am happy to be useful to others in the way they were to me.
Directions to the place were clearly given over the phone, service was prompt, and the car was ready, as promised, when we arrived. We were, again, served promptly. The employees were courteous and competent. Our bags were loaded and unloaded at every juncture, which was very nice.
The only drawbacks were getting ourselves over to the shuttle, which was not at our terminal and, also, when I called upon landing, nobody answered the first time I called. The phone was promptly answered on my next attempt, but I got a little nervous at first (but not too nervous).
Overall, the experience was very good and I would use this place again. In fact, I probably will. |

| (June 29, 2009) FOX LAX Auto Park is very close to the LAX (almost walking distance), but coming back from the Airport (shuttle pickup, paying the balance to a cashier and getting your car back) is a real hassle sometimes. It leterally took us almost 1.5 hrs last weekend before we took off. Valet parking overe there is really a joke!
Overall, it will save you a few bucks (I've done some pretty intense research beforehand). I think I'd probably use them again. |
