| (September 9, 2009) It would be better to park your car anywhere else but here. When we returned we found a scratch in our back bumper and while there another customer had a longer scratch than ours. We paid for indoor parking but could tell our car had spent some time outside anyway as it was not as clean as when we brought it in. When we complained about the scratch the man was belligerant. Other indoor parking is consistent and they don't move your car around. We suspect they moved our car around many times and we had to leave our keys. The only way to get back our car was to sign the paper to get the keys to leave. Park at your own risk! |

| (August 1, 2008) HORRIBLE, charged me 20% more than my "contract". I didn't find my printed reservation, with price quote, 'till I got home. They must have only 1 or 2 vans. I waited 20 minutes at the airport. When the van arrived, it had only 3 seats left (I had 4 in my group). Their van is too small for 10 passengers and luggage. I only had 5 bags, not the 10 (2 per) that most travelers would have. DON'T USE THEM. I had used WallyPark in the past and watched dozens of their vans pass by while waiting for these idiots. Remember, we had a great vacation, only to have these morons ruin the final hours. |

| (July 30, 2008) This place is dreadful. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I used them in early June. They did not have shuttles to the airport, and made it sound like they were doing me a favor by not charging me for valet service when they used my vehicle to take me over. Their driver was afraid to make the trip because my non-California truck has no front license plate. When my truck was returned to me, there were shoe prints on the hood. And they charged me more than the website pricing stated. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER park here!! |

| (May 9, 2008) I like a good deal same as the next guy BUT every review here is RIGHT on, these guys are the worst. I would not use them again if they where the only place to park at LAX. I would walk.
I said to my wife, I bet they drove our car while we were gone. That would go along with the VERY RUDE attitude these guys have.
What do they think, that they have the only place in town. Rude and inconvenient |

| (March 4, 2008) I'm a real cool customer. It takes a lot to knock me off-kilter. I consider what these workers must got through. The customer service at the place was aggressively rude and angry. There is ZERO chance I will ever park here again. They put the bad in a person's day real wuick. |

| Do not park here |
(December 1, 2007) First of all, there's no signage that points to this place and it's tricky to find. Then, it took 35 min to arrive at my terminal from when I dropped off my car, making me miss the bag check in window. The shuttles only leave every 15 minutes, and they made us wait even though there were enough people standing outside to fill the shuttle which was waiting there. They drop off in order of terminals, and there were people going to 6 different airlines on my shuttle. Then upon my return, I noticed several scratches on my car that weren't there before. I thought I'd save a few bucks, but it will end up costing me more because I had to bribe the curbside guy to check my bag, and I have to have the scratches touched up on my car. Never again, I wish I'd read the reviews before I chose this place from the web ad. Pros: You can get a reserved space Cons: Pretty much everything else, see the review. |

(November 15, 2007) They quote a price and then charge you a different price; my flight was cancelled and I returned ready to pay them for one day at most, they charged me $15 for having driven me to the airport. The front office staff is rude and has an attitude. The drivers are nice though. I had to call them three timwes before they would come pick me up. I waited for about an hour to be picked up from the terminal. NEVER AGAIN!! Pros: Nice drivers Cons: Rude, and it takes them forever to pick you up on yourreturn. |

(July 17, 2007) They hide costs in their price. I had a valid coupon which they said was no longer good. When I asked why, the manager mumbled something and walked away. I was quoted one price and then charged another when I got back to get my car. They could not find my car at first. This was of course, after waiting at the airport for 35 minutes to be picked up. Horrible service!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! Pros: None Cons: Plan in waiting when you get back into LAX. You have to call them and then they come to get you.... eventually. |

(July 4, 2007) If you want pickup, they send someone out to ONE TERMINAL ONLY. Then return directly without going round the terminals. A few cents here, a few cents there, and soon you are talking real money right?
Thus, over 1 hour for pickup because I was on united/US air codeshare (outward united, return us airways), and they followed the dropoff form which said united. They never actually asked what terminal # I was at when I called for pickup, something that should have been routine for people doing this every 10 min for years on end. Pros: none really Cons: crap |

(June 11, 2007) The reviews already posted are well written, and I agree with everything they say. My car had a large/deep scratch on the passenger door when I picked it up. They would not admit to the damage, and were not willing to pay for the $600 in damages. I should sue them, but I do not even want to deal with the aweful people at LAX Park Place anymore. Pay the extra money to park your car in a better place!!! Pros: Nothing at all Cons: Horrible customer service, ghetto parking place, nasty shuttles, long wait for shuttle |

(April 19, 2007) When you park with this parking agency your car is not parked anywhere in the compound where you drop it, its driven a few miles to another parking spot. Funny they don't mention this when you call them or pay them in advance. Must be in the fine print somewhere. Further, if they bang the car while driving it to and fro, they'll only pay you $250. Another fine print item.
If you can help it, never do business with these thieves. If you do, then God help you. Pros: none. Cons: shuttle arrived after 40 mins of wait. |

| The worst service |
(April 13, 2007) Just used this place while vacationing in Hawaii. Total dissatisfaction in every way. They boast great customer service in their ad and nothing could be further than the truth. Our flight wa delayed six hours so we wanted to take their shuttle back to our car so as not to be stranded at Lax and guess what? An extra twenty bucks, even though they have shuttles going to and from Lax all day. Also their dispatcher has no phone skills and is very rude in demeaner. plus we had to wait over half an hour after calling them. Upon picking up our car guess what? Twenty more dollars for city tax (fine print) and twenty more for a mini-van because they think a mini-van is an oversized vehicle. Plus when I paid them the extra twenty for the ride back to our car due to the delay I made the mistake of paying cash which I didn't get a receipt for so at the end they charged me another twenty to my credit card for that same ride. My mistake, I had no proof but any reputable business would have believed that I had already paid. For all you potential customers, use someone else. These guys are rip-offs and rude plus their shuttles are the oldest and most beat up ones you see at the airport. All in all, they suck. Pros: Drivers okay Cons: Dispatcher is dishonest, rude and needs to have his attitude adjusted. Shuttles are old and beat-up and make you wait a long time. |
