As this was the first time I used this facility I was quite impressed. When I arrived the shuttle was waiting and took me to my terminal immediately. When I arrived at LAX days later I called for the shuttle and within 5 min it arrived and I was on my home in no time at all. As I did book my time online and self-parked I ended up paying far less than if I had parked at most any other lot within miles of LAX.
Overall I had a very good experience. I only wish the spaces were marked or numbered so a newbie could jot down the exact location of their car.

Keep your reservation printout because you can't recall it later. Otherwise, the shuttles ran in a timely fashion. | (December 31, 2011) I must say that our experience was awesome. Going was perfect, employees very polite and helpful. Returning was a bit different in that the shuttle bus was not there. I called and was told that the bus would be there in about 15 mins. We took another bus from a vendor in the same building. I would say this mishap is due to our very late return and the Holiday travelers.

| Park Air Express: The Good and Bad |
| (December 29, 2011) Finding the entrance to Park Air Express is tricky, as the address and signage from Century Blvd are not very prominent. I had to circle the block one time.
Once inside the parking garage, the directional signs are very confusing. Apparently, pre-paid reservations are lumped with all other "Visitors". Most of the parking spaces appear to be set aside for Valet and Contract customers, and it is hard to find where pre-paid customers should park. I had to drive back up to the office counter to find somebody to explain where to park.
Once down in the guts of level P3, I was told to find a spot to park that was not "blocking" another car. This is quite difficult, as most parking spaces are double deep. Were I to park in one of those, I could easily have been blocked in by another car. Eventually I found a spot that was a single.
Upon return, it was much easier gettting out. The staff at the counter are very friendly and easy to work with. They lent us the restroom keys before we headed back home.
Too bad the management of this garage can't design a more user-friendly parking scheme, as the current model is very frustrating.

I wanted to leave my car for car wash but ended up self-parking because that's the attendent kept telling me to go all the way down. by the time i found the last level, I had to run to the airport, but to find out I had to wait another 10mins for the shuttle. |

| (December 15, 2011) This was my first experience with Park Air Express…
The good: there was no wait for the shuttle to go to LAX and the driver was very friendly. Upon return to LAX, I waited less than five minutes for the shuttle and the service was good.
The bad: upon arriving at Park Air Express an attendant on the second level directed to go down one more level. Upon arrival at the third level, no attendant was there. After driving around a few minutes I saw the attendant and he advised to park anywhere and bring him the keys, which I did.
When I walked, with my luggage, to the kiosk to give him my keys, I asked if I should come back here upon my return and the attendant asked how long I’ll be gone. I said I’ll be back in three days, and he then said if you’re going to Lax you have different parking, and you keep the keys, and you need to move your car.
I went back to my car and the attendant directed me to a parking spot with literally 12 inches distance between the next car. I questioned it and he said it’s fine. I said, no it’s not, and moved my car to a parking spot on the fourth level.
I spent at least 15 minutes dealing with this and luckily I was not pressed for time. There was not enough signage and the directions from the attendant were unsatisfactory. This was my ninth trip this year so I have experience with airport parking. I’m hesitant to return to Park Air Express.

| (December 6, 2011) This was my first time using Park Air. When I drove up to the valet desk I did not see anybody there so it took me awhile to find someone. Once I found the valet staff the process went quickly and I was promptly loaded onto a shuttle for the terminal. On my return, I waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, phoned three times. They said I missed a shuttle, I said I would have noticed 15 people getting on to a Park Air Express shuttle. When picking up my vehicle I had to present the internet receipt that showed my special rate. Had I not done so the charge would have been about ten dollars more. Kind of annoying since when they checked me in they printed out the receipt - so they knew what rate I had to begin with. Kind of like ordering the daily special at a restaurant and then when the check is presented having to show the staff that what you ordered is in fact their daily special.
I would recommend Park Air Express to a fellow traveler. My experience was probably a combination of my fatigue and their lack of attention to detail. |

| (October 29, 2011) Reasonable shuttle wait time during early morning and late night hours. Clean shuttle bus. Courteous staff at hotel lobby desk and on shuttle bus. Check-out was fine, although very slow, while clerk at parking courtesy desk area figured out the pre-paid online discount.
Difficult to find location. No attendant available upon arrival (5:15 a.m.). Plenty of signs indicating valet parking and plenty of signs indicating areas where we were NOT allowed to park, but it was unclear where we could self-park.
Difficult to find parking place. Wasn't clear ahead of time that keys can be left with ("unavailable") attendant; therefore, a great deal of time was spent finding a space that would not be blocked by another vehicle in the two-car-deep self-parking spaces. The couple on our shuttle to LAX said they had the same experience. Overall, a confusing and time-wasting experience to find and park in Park Air Express for first-time users. |

If you are not blocking someone, you can just lock your car and keep your keys. Write down the parking level and area location so that you can find your car quicker. | (October 17, 2011) The parking lot was well lit, it was difficult at first to find out where / how to park the vehicle. We got there at 5 AM and there was no one in the garage at first. we found someone and he was helpful at telling us where to park.
When we came back the wait at the airport was about 10-15 minutes. He dropped us off and when I got down to the car it took a few minutes to get the car behind mine moved out of the way.
The people were very courteous to us and helpful when asked to help.
All in all it was a pleasant trip. I would stay there again. We are going to Costa RIca next month and will be parking a truck for 10 days and will probably stay there again then. |

| (October 12, 2011) This is my go-to place to park when I fly out of LAX. Easy, convenient, very cost-effective. Got to the airport in less than 10 minutes. The one thing that Park Air Express needs to do to make the whole experience more seamless is to mark the parking area more clearly so that first-time users know exactly where to park and also how to exit. The marking in the garage is awful... they need to repaint the gray line that customers follow to get in and out. Also, another customer and I were left waiting for 10 minutes for the attendant who had our keys to show up. We had to call back up the front desk. Otherwise, it was a good experience. And the price is right. |

| Shuttle Is The Biggest Problem |
| (September 24, 2011) I like this service a great deal. It is very reasonably priced and even more reaosnable for indoor parking. I prefer self-park so I can take my key and I always find a place that allows me to do that. The only real drawback is the shuttle. There is usually one about ready to go when I depart but returning is usually an annoying wait. This last trip, arriving Wednesday evening (9-21-11), I called the office when I got to the shuttle stop and was told I would be picked up fairly quickly. It took about 15 minutes for the shuttle to show up and then it passed me without stopping.
I called again and complained and was told the driver would be called and I would picked up shortly. Eventually the shuttle returned, picked me, but repeated the same mistake at another shuttle stop where a traffic monitor yelled and waved his arms at the driver who then stopped 50 feet or so beyond the stop so a passenger could board.
In fairness, it might well have been that they were short drivers or this driver was being pushed to go very fast. Whatever the resaon, the shuttle is the weak point in the service from this organization.f |

| (September 7, 2011) The reservation process is very unclear. You must reserve online via a 3rd party, not through Park Air Express directly.
We selected Self Park. When we arrived in the garage it was really confusing and there was no attendant on duty. They double park cars into spaces and if you park someone in, you're supposed to leave your keys with the attendant. Good luck with that.
The shuttle process to the airport was great, however the return shuttle took a long time and was cramped during the ride back. Not sure what's worse: a cab driver's bad attitude over a $20 fare or waiting on a curb at LAX on Sunday night for 20 minutes.
If you must use Park Air Express, splurge on the extra few dollars and use the valet option. |

| (August 3, 2011) I have parked at this location several times. You need to keep your eyes peeled for the entrance, but once inside, it is the easiest airport parking I have found. There are always shuttles waiting to take you to the terminal, and upon return they are waiting under the red signs. I have used valet most times that I've been there. My car is ALWAYS waiting for me upon my return. Great service. Happy to keep using this at LAX. |

| Worth Using Again |
| (July 18, 2011) As other users have noted, Park Air Express is not that easy to find. Fortunately, there was very little traffic on Century Blvd., so I was able to go slowly so as to not miss their entrance. Once we entered the parking structure and grabbed a parking ticket from the dispenser at one of the two entrance gates, we didn't see any signs that pointed to where we were supposed to go. Luckily, one of the workers happened to be walking past us and told us to drive down to the lower levels. There were still no signs to indicate where exactly to park, but again we happened to pass by another wandering worker who found a spot and told us where to park. It wasn't like the place was packed. There were parking spots available, but since there were no signs anywhere, I couldn't tell if the whole place was for Par Air Express or if part of it was for the residents of the building above it to use. After we parked our car, we took the elevator to the Lobby level (I think it said Lobby). There was no one at the desk, but calling out for help got someone to come out to tell us to just go to the free shuttle and to pay when we return from our trip. Upon returning the LAX, we called Park Air Express and told them that we needed a ride to the parking structure. We were told to wait under the "Red" sign. We wait for about 10 minutes before the shuttle arrived. The shuttles to and from the airport were fine. Upon returning to the parking lot, we asked the attendant at the desk - there were two people there - about paying for the parking and she said to just go get the car and come back with the parking ticket that we got when we entered. When I got to my car, there was another car parked in front of me, blocking me in. We shouted for help, but there was no one on our level. We went up a level and found two attendants sitting there. We told them that our car was blocked and he follwed us to our spot. He got the ticket stub off the windshield of the car blocking us and went to get the key. He promptly returned and I was able to drive out to the lobby area to pay. Even though I had the parking ticket that I got when I entered, you need to have your printout specifying the daily rate you signed up for. I had mine and the attendant charged the balance to my credit card. For the first-time user, parking here may frazzle you. Since now I know where to go and who to look for, I think parking here next time should be quick and straightforward. Hopefully, the details I provided will be clear enough for other first-time users. They're cheap enough to try once, and all of the attendants were friendly enough - just hard to find sometimes as others have mentioned also. If you're a first-time user and you're in a hurry, you may get frustrated at not finding signs or attendants to help you. I gave them a rating of 4 stars because of their friendliness. |

He assured me this was the right thing to do then I was taken to the airport. When I returned, I learned that my car had been towed to another section of the parking lot because it wasn't supposed to be parked in that reserved section. Since they didn't charge me, I didn't mind.
Other than that, it took them about 30 minutes to pick me up once I called for a ride. They promise about 5 minutes but it was not in the cards. |

| (July 8, 2011) Everything went fine. However, I was a bit late to the airport, arrived early in the morning and was confused to the parking process. Wasn't sure where to park, or how to park. This was cleared up once I finally parked and spoke to someone at the front desk. A couple large signs placed with simple directions:
1. Park in P4
2. You can park behind someone, you just need to leave you keys at the desk
Something like that would have helped. |

| (July 6, 2011) I have used many lots for parking at LAX and have never used Park Air Express until now. I first checked out the reviews and since the cost was nominal I decided to use the lot. I felt that the service was some of the best and I hardly waited for a bus going to the airport and coming back to Park Air. The fact that I had to pay the ticket before retrieving the vehicle was not that big of a deal especially since I knew about it ahead of time, and the ability to call ahead for the bus was exceptional with less than 1 min wait time outside the international terminal. I would definitely use them again. |

| (July 3, 2011) All the staff I came into contact with were friendly and helpful. I lucked out in that there was a parking spot available right when I arrived. Not so lucky in having to wait a while for someone else to find one, however. Aside from that though, a very positive experience and I would use your facility/service again.

| (July 2, 2011) signage was seriously lacking resulting. As someone who travels by air infrequently it was difficult to determine where to place my vehicle. People in the garage who I has seemed to assume that I parked there frequently and gave instructions that were not helpful. The best instructions that I received was from the shuttle driver. The garage kept my car safe. I was able to locate my vehicle when I returned, but I would give some thought to better signage.

| (June 12, 2011) The place was a little tricky to find, and once there you need to watch for signs and look for visiting parking, keep driving to lower floors until you find a person and then he will direct you where to park. You pay to park once you return in the office on the ground floor and not below where your parked. It's the cheapest and only waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle at LAX upon return. I will use them again. |
