| (November 6, 2009) My experience in general was excellent. The attendant showed me specifically where to park. It is covered parking and there was no damage, etc to my car. The only difficulty was when I paid, the clerk tried to add in the tax - again - even though the online invoice clearly showed that it was already in the total to be paid. After several minutes of trying to convince him, someone else came out to help and straightened it out quickly. However, I would definitely park there again. |

| (November 5, 2009) I have never had to park my car at the airport, but rather always had a great friend to take me. I read the reviews about Park Air Express and decided to give them a try for my first time. I could not have been more satisfied! I had a great parking spot, was brought to the airport immediately, driver was great! Upon returning from my trip, waited only 5 mins for the shuttle to pick me up and then take me directly to my car. Could not have gone better and I will definitely be using them again!! |

| (October 24, 2009) This was the first time I used Park Air Express. Called them from LAX baggage claim area and only waited 5 minutes for a ride. Was traveling with my daughter, her baby and lots of luggage. We realized on the shuttle that we forgot to pick up the car seat at LAX. The shuttle driver dropped off my daughter and then drove me right back to baggage claim. He even waited for me while I ran inside to retrieve the car seat. He was so nice about it and even suggested the best route for me to drive to my destination.
When I arrived at the lot to pick up my car it was waiting right at the front desk. The facility was extremely clean and well lit. The valet loaded everything up in my vehicle and sent us off with a smile. The staff were all friendly, polite and professional. Would definitely use them again! |

| (October 19, 2009) Overall I'm very happy with my Park Air Express experience. It's hard to see the sign in front of the building when driving down Century, so i ended up passing the entrance the first time then going around the block. Once inside the structure, the signage for parking is again...not as clear as it could be. I had parked in a reserved spot initially, and only noticed my "mistake" after i got out of my car. Eventually, I made it to a good spot. Once parked, everything was fine. I met some returning customers who pointed out the elevator and upstairs the lobby control person guided me to the shuttle area. The shuttle waiting area could be marked more clearly, though... The wait between getting outside and the shuttle taking off for the airport was just a few minutes. maybe 5 at the most. Driver was great. And when I arrived back in L.A., the shuttle showed up soon after I called, maybe 10 min at the most. The guy who took payment could've had a bit more customer service finesse (he was rather silent, waiting for me to say why I was there, instead of saying anything like "how may I help you?" or whatever. A "thank you" would be nice too or helpful directions back to the parking area...but that's ok, the guy at the lobby reception area took care of that (again). My car was safe and sound right where I parked it. And those are the three most important things: quick to the airport, quick pickup upon return, and car safe while I'm out of town. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

| Why in the world was there a car behind mine? |
| (October 13, 2009) By the time I pulled out of Park Air Express it was a full hour after I had walked out of the terminal... too long! the shuttle wait was long, and then there was a truck parked behind my SUV -- I specifically asked the guy who kept making me pull forward if there would be a car behind mine when I came back, he said no there would not be... liar! Good thing I am very comfortable getting out of tight spaces as I had to contend with the wall and the truck but managed to do it with only an inch or two to spare on each side... so frustrating! When coming home form a trip no one wants to deal with this

| (September 29, 2009) I arrived at a time when there was no parking attendant on duty. Finding a parking space, knowing where I could park was difficult. Finding the Lobby was difficult. Very poor sinage. At checkout I was not given instructions which way to go to get out of the lot. Again, very confusing sinage. I probably would not park at your site again.

| (September 23, 2009) Overall, I was happy with our experience. We parked our car in valet. It came back in the same condition we left it. The staff was friendly. They got us to our airline on time. The only thing that was a little annoying was that when we arrived back in town, we had to stand at the "pick-up" station for about 20 to 30 minutes. It wasn't that big of a deal, though. Our car was waiting for us when we got back to the parking structure. I was pleased. |

| (September 14, 2009) this was a wonderful spot to park. We arrived to the lot at "stupid o'clock" and the van was waiting to take is into the airport proper. On call on our return and we were picked up within 10 minutes and returned to the lot and our car. The car was in covered parking while we were gone. It was fabulous. If you need to park at LAX i would highly recommend this parking facility. |

| Awesome experience |
| (September 9, 2009) Convenient, secure, professional, clean...these are just words that accurately describe Park Air Express. The shuttle leaving the airport was clean, in great condition and waiting just outside the door to take us to the airport. The parking garage is located just down the street from LAX and we waited less than 10 minutes for pickup when we returned to LA. I have used several lots in the area, this is absolutely the best. I would recommend it to anyone and will continue to use it again and again. |

| (August 29, 2009) Don't park here. Find another facility that controls access to their lot better.
You won't find this information anywhere on their website, and I couldn't even find it on my tickets - but they accept zero liability for anything that happens in their facility.
I found this out because my car (self parked, in the touted "24-hr security monitored" area) was broken into during a 2 day stay, and the bottom of the steering column ripped out. The 'security' presence is apparently worthless, because they either have no information about what happened, or are refusing to share it.
The attendant tried to be helpful, but he wasn't authorized to do anything - not even refund my ticket - and there was no manager on duty (at 10pm on a weekday). To get my ticket refunded the next day, I had to complain as high as the regional manager. Everyone was polite and returned phone calls promptly, but only to tell me they accept no responsibility and won't pay for anything -- so my non-functioning car's still being held together with scotch tape, until I can get my own car insurance to approve a claim.
Since this parking structure can be accessed by anyone walking off the street or working in the multi-level building above it, and since Park Air's not going to take any responsibility for what happens in their lot -- you'd better go to a lot that does a better job of controlling access. That building is simply too vulnerable, and you're left shouldering all responsibility. |

| (August 19, 2009) The check-in process was great, however the check-out process needs improvement. It was very confusing, if one had to pay before or after picking up their car, as well as finding your way up to the register again. Nothing is marked, i.e. exit, entrance, ramp up and or down, neither are arrows on the ground.
The attendants were very helpful.
Overall, it was a good experience and I would probably use you again if needed.

| (August 11, 2009) This was our first time using Park Air and a valet parking service and it was excellent. While the service was a little more expensive than other valet parking services available for LAX, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Park Air to anyone interested in valet parking for LAX. |

| Comments on my stay |
| (August 10, 2009) I would have given the location 5 stars, however, I ended waiting close to 35 minutes, at the airport to pick me up. When I did get my car, the attendant, did not have a history of me paying for the first day, and he tried charging me a higher rate, than I had agreed to. Fortunately, I had a copy of my receipt, and the email with the quoted rate.
My car was waiting for me at the desk, and the facility was clean and secure.

| (August 9, 2009) The directions to get to your parking are very poor, and the signage for the parking are terrible; hard to see, harder to follow. By the time we finally found where we were to park - in the bowels of the building!! - we were so frustrated and upset we were ready to just drive out and forget the prepaid amount. The parking was adequate, but we will NOT use it again. |

| (August 3, 2009) First, we had to park the car deep in the garage, then CARRY our luggage to get to the shuttle. Returning from our trip, there was no good, designated place to leave our luggage while I trekked down to get my car. After I drove my car back up to ground level there was no indicated place to park my car when I went to the counter to pay my bill. After I paid, the girl at the counter told me to keep the receipt because I had to show it to SOME ONE when exiting to show I had paid. There were no good exit signs. I ended up going to a barrier (not a person) which took the ticket (I thought it wanted the receipt) but it turned out it wanted the original sign-in stub. The barrier accepted the stub even tho it had no indication on it that I had paid my bill!!! I admit it was 6 am but I thought the service/guidance was poor. |

I forgot something in the shuttle to the airport and never got it back.
However, when I came back everything worked fine. People were there to help and my car was in good condition. The price was as said online. I will probably use it again. |

| (July 5, 2009) I did not have my ticket when I arrived. The attendant gave me a hard time. He asked me several times where I parked. I replied that it was valet. He said without the ticket he could not locate the vehicle. I emphasized how ridiculous the notion was and insisted he look for the keys on the rack. After about one minute, he located them. I am sure that it is a common occurance for someone to have lost their ticket, especially when traveling. The procedure in place, or lack of one, was not efficient. Overall, not a good experience. |

| (July 3, 2009) I should know by now not to go with the low cost parking and stick with Wally Park or The Parking Spot at LAX. The parking here is shared with the office tenants. Very few vans running to pick you up. We waited about 30 minutes to get picked up at about 10pm. Wouldn't use them again. |

| (July 3, 2009) The parking personnel were generally friendly and helpful, especially the driver who picked us up upon our return. The lot is conveniently located and the cost reasonable. We would definitely consider using this service again. One minor concern... our reservation did not mention that self-parking was tandem only (we did not find out until we showed up to park) and that we needed to leave our keys. Thanks for a positive experience. |

| (June 29, 2009) The parking was covered and transportation to the airport very efficient. The came to pick me up quickly also. I didn't like the fact that it was stacked parking because I was afraid I might get blocked in and it take a while to get out. Luckily I didn't. The person at the cashier desk had some difficulty figuring out how much I owed since I had paid partial on line and ended up a minute over the time. Lastly it is a little confusing to find and very confusing to exit. |

| (June 15, 2009) I have parked my wife's Toyota previa mini van for a week. When I picked it up I noticed that it had sustained a big dent on the right hand door. The mirror had been pushed all the way forward as if someone had hit a colunm some how. I am very disappointed that when I reported it to the supervisor he could not tell what happened or even offered an apology. I could not stay to file a formal complaint because I was in a hurry to pick up my kids form the sitter. I will never park my car at your site ever agian!!! |

| Park Air Express Review May 16-17 |
| (May 20, 2009) A few complaints:
1. The guy I talked to to get directions to the parking told me to turn right off the Century off ramp, so I got a little lost.
2. When I called to get picked up it took a little long and the name and paint on the van looked like all the others so it was a little confusing, but not too bad.
3. When we picked up the car they told me to take a different elevator than the one we took when we dropped off the car, so when we got to the garage we had to walk a long way and it was hard to find the car.
Otherwise, it was fine. |

| (April 23, 2009) Using your facility for the second time, I was very satisfied with the service. When I got to garage, an attendant immediately came over and assisted me with my luggage, then wrote my valet ticket.
The shuttle driver was very courteous and friendly, he also assisted me with my luggage boarding the shuttle, and when I got to the airport.
On my return from my trip, I called the garage and was surprised haw quickly a shuttle arrived. when I got to the garage, my car was already up front and the attendant waiting again to assist me.
Overall, my experience was positive. I would definitely recommend your garage to my friends. |

| (April 22, 2009) I will start with the lack of posted clearance heights for vehicles and the staff/employee who directed me in my Sequoia past empty self-park spots to the low ceiling self park area resulting in significant damage to by roof rack. This was followed by the cashier/attendant attempting to charge a higher rate while including new taxes and not refunding the deposit after I presented her with your invoice. She had NO idea what to make of your internet invoice. Lastly, the exit procedure was so convoluted and byzantine, that more time was wasted in leaving your structure even after I paid for the parking. Overall, NOT a below average but AWLFUL experience. |

| Seemless, Not Fractured |
| (January 22, 2009) I went online to reserve and placed a deposit. The confirmation clearly indicated that a printed copy be brought to your facility to recieve credit. I used a wireless computer and had no printer available so I emailed you to ask if you'd note my reservation and deposit.
Upon return from my trip I waited a longer than usual but appropraiate amount of time for pick-up. The van is older and only fairly clean. The driver and staff to that point were all very nice and I thanked and tipped them well.
After standing in line to pay I noticed the bill to be higher than the balance due and asked if there was a deposit credit. The person was flustered and said no. I explained that I couldn't print but had emailed the confirmation page. There was no way for the clerk to confirm as you do not have a computer or any online references on customers at checkout. This is a major flaw causing frustration. Your system is therefore fractured and not fully integrated. I thought I would try you out and save a bit of money. I am used to Wally Park and thought the difference in cost reflected older and smaller vans and average service but by the end it was also clear that no one cared enough to note my email(no response has been received by the way) and give information to clerks which would have been easy to do. If you want to succeed you have to plan well, execute against a sound infrastruture and support it with great people and service. "No, I can't do that" or no response at all, is not the right message...to reasonable requests. |

On return to LAX pick up was quick, & they discounted further on the internet price. I'd definitely use them again. |

She was very rude and not willing to listen or consider correcting a situation created by incorrect documentation on their part. We will not use this service again. |

| (September 19, 2008) I love this place. After going to several other parking places this one is my favorite due to the ease of parking there. You pull into their parking lot, grab a ticket follow the signs to self park. Park in a tandem spot but park in one that is all the way in the back so you don't have leave your keys. Then hop on the elevator to the lobby where you catch a bus that is always waiting. The location is just on Century East of Airport Blvd so it is a very short ride to the airport. When you arrive back you call them and they are always quick to pick you up. When you get dropped back off you pay on your way to the elevator then you go get your car and drive out. So easy. It is not the cheapest one out there but it is the fastest by far and the best for the rate. PS it is an underground parking garage. |
