| Shocking Incompetence |
| (July 8, 2009) Arrived at dfw last night at about 11:00 and called the number on my parking ticket. A recording advised that there was no one there to take my call and that their mailbox was full. After waiting an hour, I got a Parking Spot bus to take me to the Fasttrack lot. Never saw a Fasttrack bus anywhere. Unbelievable. |

| (December 9, 2008) What could've been a great experience, ended up being a terrible customer experience story. On november 30th we took a the returning Fasttrack shuttle from the DWF airport to the Fasttrack parking lot around 8:20pm. When we got off at our parking space, the driver unloaded our luggage while I loaded it onto our car and my wife stayed in our car with our baby. We were the only ones at that time in the shuttle. When we got home in Austin (about 4 hours later)we realized that our carry on luggage was missing (the driver didn't unloaded it....I guess he forgot). My wife called Fasttrack office and spoke to a lady that confirmed that our carry on luggage was brought into the office by the driver. The attendant was very rude and just kept saying "come in get it".... "just come and get it" just like a recording.
We requested Fedex to pick up the carry on and deliver it to us in Austin. Three days later we received our carry on which to our surprise our Digital Video camara was missing along with it carrying case.
My wife called Fasttrack to report the incident and the only thing they kept saying was "we are not responsible for any loss" "what do you want me to do? do you want me to ask the driver if he stole it? It could've been anybody (of course, we expeceted them to ask everyone, don't you think???) they kept blaming on Fedex without even try to do something about it. Anyway, I called and asked for the manager who by the way wasn't there. I talked to the assistant manager or at least that is what she told me, and after talking to her I kept getting the same answer "we are not responsible for any loss". She never offered me to search for it or to ask their employees; I was the one who actually requested her to do something, at least to investigate this. I asked her to check their security video but she told me that they do not have cameras therefore, no video. Bottom line of all this story, you can not trust the people who work there. If something happens they will never be responsible and even more, they will not even try to do anything. We never got any call or response from them.
