| I LOVE THE PARKING SPOT!! |
| (June 13, 2012) PARKING SPOT NORTH..I LOVE YOU!!! ..Because of your kindness, honesty and generosity, I pledge to NEVER to use another another parking service as long as you are available. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. David Shrewbury last week when he notified me that my lost IPAD (which was lost at the Dallas Airport) was found on one of his buses by a wonderful young man named Philip Whitlock. Mr. Whitlock did not have to turn it in. Being the unsecurity conscience person that I "was", I did not even have a lock code on it. Anyone...and unfortunately many would have taken it home and claimed it as their own. But not Mr. Whitlock!! He immediately gave it to Mr. Shrewbury and through good detective work was able to find my husband's contact information and notified me that it had been found. If that were not enough, we went through almost a week of dealing with a FEDEX who for whatever reason just could not seem to get the pick-up info correct. Finally Mr. Shrewbury took time away from his busy schedule and went to FEDEX, wrapped it, boxed it and actually mailed it to me. I received it yesterday.
I cannot imagine many companies or people that would have gone to such extremes to help a person they have never met. It is with all sincerity that I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I want the world to know that The Parking Spot DFW, David Shrewburg and Phillip Whitlock....there is a special place in heaven for people like you....you are THE BEST!!!!!

| So I have to come to you?? |
| (July 17, 2010) I got home yesterday Friday at 4 pm and waited at the designated parking while 3 shuttles for the north parking came by. The south shuttle finally came and did he stop where he was supposed to? NO. He stopped about 35 feet after where the sign was and told me i HAD TO WALK TO HIM. Why? Well according to him, he had a passenger to drop off (who was apparently more important than I was). I don't know about you but when I am tried from a trip and dragging luggage, I am not in a mood to be mistreated because a driver cannot stop where he is supposed to. Customer service is the business you are in, especially with an E M P T Y bus. |

| Outstanding Service |
| (July 20, 2009) The bad reviews listed are way out of line. I use this lot frequently and always get outstanding service. There is always room except at holidays. I recieved uncovered rates for covered parking when uncovered was not available once. Did not have to ask.

| (June 15, 2009) I also don't believe that the bad review is representative of the vast majority of experiences. I have been using this service for many years and find the assistance given by employees (pick up and drop off at car and luggage assistance) invaluable. Further, I locked my keys in my car at night and the manager stayed, made calls on my behalf, took care of me until a lock smith arrived, and stood with me at my car the whole time he worked on it until they could get me in and on my way. Further, he lent me his cell phone to get in contact with my family throughout the process. 1 bad experience is the exception that proves the rule, however, it does not signify the quality of the Parking Spot overall. |

| I too find the bad review |
| (August 16, 2008) I too find the bad review hard to believe. I have used this "SPOT" several times a year for 5 years and have always received excellent service. The buses are always right there, usually before I can even exit my car, and the drivers always help me with my luggage. One time in 5 years I received terrible service from a disgruntled employee and I went to the office and reported her and she was fired immediatly. I know because I checked when I parked there the very next week. So if you have any complaints about the employees be sure to go to the office and talk to the manager, because this is generally a great place to park. |
