terrible

(March 30, 2009) We waited at the airport for over 40 minutes for a shuttle. No one answered the phone during that time. When I finally got someone they were rude and could not really be bothered. After 48 minutes someone showed up to take us back to our car, with no explanation or reason for the delay. The price is right, but not worth it. Stay away!!!!!!

Tried others, came back

(December 31, 2006) I am new to the Denver area and have been figuring out which parking is best. I have used DIA park before and thought it was good. I tried a another parking lot to go on a trip and we missed our flight because we sat in the shuttle for an hour and a half. Now I'm sticking to DIA value parking.
Pros: Pick-up at car, fast shuttle
Cons: Hard to find, back track if you take E-470
