| Great service!! |
| (November 9, 2009) I've been using Fast Track for years (and PCA before that), the service has always been great, I've never had to wait long, the drivers pick up and pack off everything for you. It is HARD WORK and they always do it with a smile on their face. Sure, there have been minor complaints here and there - but all in all they are first choice. I have tried others, but always got back to Fast Track. I think people have a tendency to only write reviews when they want to complain - so I wanted to give them what I think they deserve. |

| driver was awful |
| (June 26, 2009) The driver could not find the cars for the two groups of people he had picked up. The other family in the shuttle had to use the car key fob to signal him with the car lights where the car was. He didn't read the parking card correctly and instead for several minutes he argued with us that our car was in row A3 and it was "right there". He was pointing at a silver Honda Civic and I drive a silver Toyota pickup truck. We repeatedly said we had parked on the far end of the lot on the right hand side, in row D.
He started to drive towards the end of the lot but then turned around to go pick up another large family instead of taking us to our car first. We got so frustrated since we had been driving around the lot for more than 15 minutes we grabbed our luggage and asked to be let out so that we could walk to our car. Will not use the service again since I had never had someone argue with me what my own car was before. horrible service. Park at the airport.

| Poor Customer Service |
| (June 13, 2009) Frequent flyer. One of my worst customer experiences. Tried to use one of their coupons & they wouldn't accept it. Gave them a chance to fix it, and they wouldn't. Yelled at me for parking in the wrong spot when they did have sufficient signs up. I could go on and on.....
Will never park there again. |

| (March 25, 2009) We have used Fasttrack (&PCA)since moving to Colorado 12 years ago. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes and that was only in the middle of the night. The drivers are always friendly and courteous. They pick you (& your luggage) up at your car and drop you off at your car, what more could you want? |

| Slow Service |

airport.I have used this service for a long long time. However, I'm using it on Dec 23rd and if things have not changed, will never use it again... |

| Things Change |
(July 7, 2007) Used to park frequently at PCA. It appears that they have made quite a few changes with the new owners and it isn't just the design on the shuttles. I now wait longer to leave the lot to head for the airport. They want to fill the shuttle up which makes for less trips on the drivers but makes for delays for us flyers. Also, I now wait for 15 to 30 minutes for a pick-up to go back to my truck. I see 2 to 4 shuttles for the other services come past before I am picked up by FastTracks. The reduced frequency of trips is the main thing that is making me go elsewhere now.
Pros: Prices have gone up but service has gone significantly down. Too many other lots around for this to work for them.
Cons: Drivers are courteous and helpful. |

(June 16, 2007) Slow service. Rather than taking you to the airport right after you board the shuttle, they wait until the shuttle is full, sometimes a dely of 20 minutes or more. Waiting for the shuttle at the airport is also delayed, on several occasions I had to call company to see if they even had a shuttle in service. Now that they have jacked the prices I am going elsewhere.
Pros: Used to be fairly inexpensive despite hidden charges in their rates.
Cons: Delays in getting to airport, long wait for shuttle at airport. |

| Great service, delayed pickup |
(May 25, 2007) I have used all other airport parking and I always seem to go back to these guys. They offer a more of a personalized service than any other company. My stepdad couldn't start his car, they helped him get it running fast. A few times I never got a ticket stating where I parked, but the drivers were willing to help me find it.
Pros: Personalized service and very friendly. They are more than willing to help you find your car if you loose the ticket (BE SURE TO ASK FOR ONE WHEN THEY PICK YOU UP).
Cons: They say they have a shuttle every 5 minutes to pick you up from the airport, but it's more like 15-30 minutes depending on the time. Also, they seem to forget to give you a ticket frequently. |

| Long Waits |
(April 23, 2007) Normally long waits...I would see 3 - 4 other PArking servies' shuttle zip by then a PCA shuttle would arrive. I am chaging to Pike Peak Shuttle Park....closer and faster server..and now cheaper tha PCA..
PCA with Coupoon is 5.50 and pikes peak is $5....go figure
Pros: Under $5 rate..no longer available though..so not really a pros unless they bring the coupon back.
Cons: Late, Long waits in SHuttle ...you could miss your flite. |

| (February 6, 2007) I WAS IN THERE ON FEB 04 AND FEB 05 I HAD THE WORST EXPERINCE PARKING IN MY LIFE.
ON THE 4TH I ARRIVED AROUND 700 AM THE CREW AT THE GATE WAS VERY RUDE. NO HELP AT ALL.
ON THE 5TH WHEN I GOT BACK INTO TOWN THE GUY AT THE WINDOW WAS VERY RUDE AND THE DRIVER ON THE BUS WAS A CARZY DRIVER. UNSAFE. THAT WAS AROUND 12:00AM

| Parking Rate |
(December 20, 2006) I use PCA parking on all my trips out of Denver. The rate indicated in the description is not really the rate that you pay. I have always experienced lower rates based on coupons on the PCA website, promotions through the airlines, length of stay, etc.
Pros: Extremely fast pick up at the PCA lot. The driver takes your luggage from your car and places it in the van and upon your arrival at the terminal he again places it at the curbside. Pick-up at the terminal is not as fast but you are picked up within 15
Cons: No cons. |
