| (January 17, 2012) You asked how my recent stay was, but I didn't stay there, my truck did. So far I have not heard any complaints from it. Seriuosly, everything was fine. The person who shuttled us to the airport was very friendly and helpful. When we returned, the shuttle was pulling up just as we got there. That driver was helpful as well. I like the card that you give me with the location when I parked. Other places I have parked, I had to remember where I was, and one time a had the wrong row, and the driver was getting frustrated. I usually book with you through an internet price special, and I paid $54 for 9 days. That is very reasonable. I have used your lot several times, and will in the future. As I can never find reasonably priced flights out of Colorado SPrings, I almost always fly out of Denver. Thanks

company's shuttles went by 2 or 3 times before a
parking spot shuttle arrived, and that is only because a man waiting with me called you to let you know there was no parking spot shuttle in sight. |

| (December 1, 2011) This is my second experience with The Parking Spot. From the first contact at the main gate on arrival to the last payment at the booth, I found the employees to be exceptional. Only one thing I might mention...the fellow who was helping load the shuttle w/luggage etc. told me I didn't need the ticket I got at the entrance and that I could leave it on the dash, which I did. I didn't get another tkt from the driver. On the return, the driver asked me for a tkt which I didn't have. The driver didn't skip a beat..."no problem...don't worry about it" and he found my car and loaded my luggage for me. As with all your employees, he was very friendly, polite and helpful. The only thing I'm concerned about is that everyone will find out about the Parking Spot and next time I want to use it, it will be full! None the less, I continue to tell all my friends about you.

| (November 30, 2011) I received exceptional service upon entering the parking lot to leaving. I was greeted warmly upon entering and directed immediately to an awaiting shuttle. Upon my return there were two shuttles at the curb. In both instances, the drivers were very helpful and courteous. Although a longer distance from the airport, its convenience to Pena Blvd. minus the congestion headaches, the customer service and the short but quick shuttle ride to the airport made it a worthwhile choice. I will definately be using it again. |

I was given a newspaper on the way in and a bottle of water on exiting. Very nice touch. The new shuttles are cleaner, more comfortable and run frequently. Could they be retro-fitted with seat belts for the passengers? |

The shuttle was waiting for us at the lot and came within one minute at DIA. The parking spots were better marked for easier, faster retrieval of the car. I've booked 2 more reservations in the next month. I used another lot previously with valet parking. It was winter and when we returned we found the interior car lights were left on, a window was down, the car was filled with snow and the battery was dead. So.. I prefer the self park at the Parking Spot. The shuttle is easy to identify as it pulls up at DIA. |

Being a rookie one of you staff helped me ensure I was doing things correctly. The drivers of the bus were quick to get me where I needed to go and was extremely timely in the pick-up.
The only negative I had was I didn't get a card to say what my parking spot was by Herman was able to help me simply find it when I returned.

We have had very convenient, hassle free, worry free, safe and economic parking everytime we have used this company! We always recommend it to all of our friends, family, and aquaintances using the Denver Airport. Since we come from a small town we always worry about "big city crime", and have never had an incident, and feel very safe wether we arrive during the day or at night, and absolutely recommend using this parking service!! We are making plans for another trip soon, and are sure that we will be using the Parking Spot again, I guess we better sign up for the frequent user program!! |

Although I was nervous about the distance out to the lot and whether I would find the van or get to the airport on time....I shouldn't have worried. It went very smoothly ..... better than smooth.....SLICK!
Your employees at the gate and the drivers were awesome. They made me feel right at home.

| (July 21, 2011) I found The Parking Spot DEN on line. The rate I was actually charged was $1 per day less than the on-line rate.
I was picked up at my vehicle within 5 minutes of my arrival, and then picked up just about as promptly in front of the airport 6 days later and dropped off at my vehicle.
I will definitely use this parking location again. The drivers are courteous and quick to grab your luggage and hoist it into the van.
An affordable covered parking option would be nice - perhaps that is in the works. |

We had previously used a shuttle to go from Colorado Springs to DEN because we did not want to pay crazy money for parking... and the airfare out of DEN was so different it was worth our time to get there. The Parking Spot was great. Easy to get to, friendly gate staff, friendly and helpful drivers. Pickup at baggage claim was every 7 minutes (regular Denver Airport parking is 15). Shuttle was clean and nice. They gave us cold bottled water when we left. Service was great. We will return and use this service as well again. |

| The Best Parking Experience So Far. |
| (May 10, 2011) Finally. A parking spot that is efficient, effective and treats customers like they are there to assist them.
No time was wasted from the moment we entered the parking spot. People were on hand to direct us at 5 a.m. to our parking spot and people were at our trunk to unload our bags as soon as we were parked and within a minute or two we were on a van and headed for DIA.
When leaving DIA it was just a few minutes until a Parking Spot van showed up to take us back to our car and we were taken right to our car.
My husband and I had a totally positive experience with The Parking Spot.
We will be using this parking spot for all future trips out of DIA. |

The only negative was that the cashier would not accept the 25% off coupon we had. She claimed it was not usable because we had used a different website to make the reservations, but I did not read any such disclaimer on the coupon. That was a disappointment, as we had researched several parking lots and selected this one based on the cost using the coupon. Won't make that mistake again. |
