| (December 15, 2011) There was confusion over whether we were parked at AirPark or AviStar. My mistake. I made the reservation for 12/4 through 12/10/2011 at AirPArk, but drove to AviStar lot instead. The error wasn't caught until we returned to JFK and called for pickup.
AviStar honored our reservation at the discount, although whether we paid the deposit twice is still a question.
On a separate issue:
Why do you require your customers to produce a voucher at the end of their trip rather than at arrival at your lot? It's too easy to misplace documentation during a travel period and puts an undue burden on your customers. Additionally, since reservations are made on-line, you already have the required info to honor the discount voucher. Why ask the customer to produce it again?

Shuttle was waiting to take us to JFK, was clean and the driver very polite. On our return Juan gave me clear direction as to our pick-up location and the van arrived in about 7 minutes. My car was at the front of the office, was in exactly the same condition as I left it, the check-out was fast and efficient and Juan couldn't have been more pleasant. Will certainly use this facility in the future. Also, my total bill was actually less than I expected - another plus! |

| (July 9, 2011) This was my second experience using AirPark - Valet, and both times the overall experience has been very good. You seem to be a business dedicated to an overall pursuit of customer satisfaction and I am very happy to recommend you in that regard.
There are only two problems I've experienced, one quite minor, the other somewhat more significant. It might be argued that the more major problem was not directly under your control, but perhaps you could do something to address it anyway. On our more recent trip, we arrived back at JFK very early in the day (5:50AM arrival and through customs well before 7) but there was already major congestion problems near Terminal 4. We called you shortly after exiting the customs area and were told to cross the street to Passenger Pickup Area C, and that your van would be by within 10 minutes. As it turned out the passenger pickup areas were absolutely packed with unauthorized stopped cars (the right two lanes completely filled with waiting cars and some drivers trying to stop even in the third lane over). At one point an airport security officer came out and made a token effort to clear these drivers out, but as soon as he started walking down toward another part of the pickup area the problem went back to being just as bad as ever in front of us. We waited a full half hour and saw no sign of your van, but then we wondered how you would even be able to stop for us anyway even if you did get there. At that point we just gave up on having you pick us up and went through the barricade to the taxi stand. Obviously a part of your business depends on being able to pick up customers, so if there is anything you can do to remedy this situation (in part by working with airport authorities if necessary) you're likely to have happier customers.
The more minor problem I experienced might be very easily remidied. It was easy enough to find your location partly because I printed directions off the internet ahead of time, but when departing from your location the first time I found it a little confusing trying to get back on the Van Wyck Expressway at first (particularly in the sense of what lane I should be in once I got onto North Conduit so that I could smoothly exit onto the expressway). Keeping in mind that there may be other customers like me who have neither GPS units nor extensive NYC driving experience, might I suggest that you print up simple directions on how to get onto various highways near you? Then when you print out the customer receipt, just ask the customer if he would like a copy of any of these.

| (January 2, 2011) The folks at the AirPark were very helpful in parking the car and getting us to the terminal in less than 15 minutes. While we were away, the airport was snowed in for a couple of days with 30 inches of snow fall. On our return, post snow storm, the parking facility responded quckly to our call and told us that they will send the shuttle to pick us up as soon as the car is located under the mounds of snow and cleaned up. About half hour later the call came in that the car is ready and the shuttle was coming to pick us up. The shuttle came within ten minutes. We were happy to see the car all clean and warmed up. We are very happy with the service and will park there again for our next trip out of JFK. |

I was promptly picked up and brought back to the parking area where again I was greeted by friendly employees. My vehicle was ready and I was charged only a minor fee for the few hours that passed.

The parking center was less than 3 miles from JFK and very easy to access. We got there early enough to be sure we had plenty of time to check in prior to our flight, and were shuttled to the airport within 20 minutes. Our pick-up was outstanding. We called when we were at the baggage terminal and by the time we gathered our luggage, the shuttle was outside. We were back in our car 10 minutes later. I will use the service in the future and recommend it without reservation. |

| (October 7, 2010) Dropping off the car, service was excellent. The reservation was located quickly. Our bags were put on the minivan and we were transported promptly to our terminal.
When we returned, our car was available immediately and check-out was quick.
There was a problem getting from the arrival terminal to AirPark-Valet. It was about 40 minutes from the time we gave the correct terminal information to the dispatcher to the time we were picked up. We made a number of calls during that time, some of which were transferred to a voice mail box that was full, some were unanswered, and the calls that got through elicited the statement that someone would be there soon. Apparently, AirPark and the airport were busy and Airpark was short-handed, however we watched two AirPark minivans pass our terminal during our wait.
Had we been picked up more promptly on arrival, I would have rated your service at least 4 stars. As it is, I would have second thoughts about parking at AirPark again.
