While parked at Air Park my car was seriously damaged. Somebody splattered paint all over my car's surface and then tried to remove the spots with a sandpaper. I am sure that the damage was done by the staff working in the garage on the premises. Juan, the parking lot attendant, was present at the pick-up, and confirmed the damages. He took pictures of the car and we wrote a report that stayed at Airpark. However, when my insurance contacted the general manager Jim Sparro he denied their involvement. He claimed that I do not have any proof that the damage happened at the lot. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS OR YOU WILL END UP PAYING FOR DAMAGES THEY CAUSE TO YOUR CAR! I would give them zero star rating if the rating drop-down menu had such option.

My flight was @ 8pm international...i arrived @ 5:45pm in the lot. This particular day of the week it seemed pretty busy there @ Airpark @ Kennedy. The counterman Juan was fast and friendly dispite the busy rushtime and the shuttle driver Julian was just as corteous helping us with our luggage and getting us to terminal 4 in a descent manner.
