| (June 18, 2010) These guys are great. They are so much more convenient than other long term parking options it's impossible to imagine. They park your car for you, have it ready when you get back, drive you to and from the airport without making you wait around for an overcrowded shuttle.
We lost our ticket and they were able to find our car anyway. The internet price is only a little more than a third of what you would pay if you parked at the airport and you don't have to drag your baggage and kids from some distant shuttle drop off to the parking spot where you parked your own car.
I highly recommend these guys to anyone flying out of JFK in New York. |

Upon our return, we called for a shuttle from the airport and one arrived within 5 minutes. Our car was waiting for us when we arrived and within 5 minutes we were heading home.
I recommend this service to anyone looking for airport parking at JFK. |

I had an early morning flight from JFK, so I stayed at the Holiday Inn (which is basically adjacent to the Air Park lot) and parked at Air Park the night before so I didn't need to be hassled early in the am. When I came back from my trip I called the number on my voucher and a shuttle picked me up at the airport within 15 minutes. And I got the $11/day internet rate. I have nothing bad to say about this service. |

| (April 20, 2010) The people at the counter and the drivers were very courteous. I missed my flight and had to return for my vehicle, but was not informed that I needed to book another reservation. I also noticed that there was gravel in my car from the parking facility. I would have expected it to be vacuumed out of the vehicle and oddly there was gravel on the passenger side. This means there was at least two people sitting in my car, which I find very odd. Other than these issues I had a pleasant experience with your facility. With the cost of leaving the vehicle at you facility, I would do it again in the future. |

1. Got a great discount by reserving online and leaving a deposit.
2. Got there easily because their directions were good.
3. They were friendly to deal with in person, especially for 5 in the morning.
4. They drove me to the terminal quickly for my departure.
5. When I got back home a week later I called from the terminal and they gave me clear directions on where to wait for a van pickup.
6. My car was retrieved from its spot and warmed up, idling, waiting for me when the van arrived at the rental house.
7. Paid the balance due and drove home.
Painless. I was pretty concerned about my parking situation - normally I take a cab to the airport, but this time I would be gone for a full 8 days so I was screwed when it came to alternate side parking on my street! But knowing that this company is there makes for one less stressful thing to think about next time I fly. |

We did have a bit of an issue when we arrived back at JFK getting our car back., Due to numerous canceled flights many people who were supposed to pick there cars up before us did not make it back so our car was stuck behind all of theirs. However it only took 30o minutes so i was happy when they called and said they were on the way to pick us up. Maybe work on a system of how to get peoples cars out that are arriving in that situation. Otherwise everything was GREAT, I'll be using you guys again for sure. |

When we got back, the driver said he'd pick us up in 10 minutes, but it was more like 25. Could have been out of his control, but was certainly annoying standing in the cold rain at passenger pick-up. It was nice that they had the car ready and waiting, started with the lights on when we got to the lot. Would use them again if we knew we were not returning in bad weather or at night. |

I drove from central NJ, place was extremely easy to find and the service was beyond perfect. They took care of everything before I could think to ask any questions. Nice to have someone think about the small stuff when your already stressed about traveling. Also, a great sense of humor helps, and all the guys there had a one!! Hi, "Mr. G"! | (February 17, 2010) I picked AirPark because I thought it would be more convenient coming from eastern Long Island during early morning rush hour, and it was. I exited for the parking just before the JFK Airport exit and before Belt Parkway became bumper to bumper. Previously I had used Avistar which was good but is located west of Van Wyck Expressway. The AirPark service was quick and efficient. I was at the JetBlue terminal within 15 minutes (I wish checking in at JetBlue had gone so efficiently). On our return I called when I got my bag and, fortunately, was picked up within 10 minutes of calling. This was a great relief as it was bitter cold as I stood outside Terminal 4 at 8:00 pm. I prepaid the parking online which made the 7 day parking very reasonable. I would definitley use them again. It would be nice, however, if they had a shuttle bus instead of the van, but that wouldn't prevent me from using AirPark again. |

I drove to Airpark and was greeted by the attendant driving the van who loaded up our bags out of our car. Seconds later, we were checked in and on our way to the gate (I planned a lot of extra time thinking it would be a poor process, it wasn't!). Coming back was easy as well. I called when we had our bags, waited 10 minutes, and when we arrived at Airpark our car was in the front all warmed up. Great service and awesome pricing! |

| (January 28, 2010) Drop off was a breeze- it look about 10 minutes from the time I pulled into the lot to the time that I was dropped off at the terminal (it helped that I was terminal 1, so I was dropped off before anyone was picked up). When we arrived back at the airport, I called the number on the claim ticket, gave the man who answered the phone my claim ticket number, told him what terminal we had arrived at and how many people were in our party. He told us where to wait for the van. I would have appreciated it if he had told us about how long before we could expect the van (did it just leave the lot or was it already at another terminal, if so which one?) since it was cold out. Also, I had kind of forgotten what the van looked like while I was gone, so it would have been nice to be reminded to look for a white passenger van with AirPark written on it in black letters. When we arrived back at the lot, my car was the only one out of the 4 groups that were in the van that wasn't waiting in front of the office. But, after I went into the office and asked about my car, it only took about 5 minutes for someone to bring my car around. So, all in all, an almost perfect experience. Well worth the price- with the internet discount, I paid about $13 a day (when you factor in tax & the gas surcharge), much more worth it than spending $18 a day at the JFK long term lot. |
