| (January 3, 2012) We arrived at the gate around 9 am om Xmas morning. The lit looked closed and we could not find anyone to let us in. I drove around the corner and could not find another entrance. I drove back to the main gate for a last try. I sounded my horn, and only then did someone appear to let us n. the shuttle service to the airport was very slow and I was getting concerned that we may miss our flight. We did not miss our flight. All in all, the service was ok. The driver who pick us up upon our return was great! Very helpful to many travelers. |

| Economical Parking at Sky Harbor |
| (December 3, 2011) Sky Harbor Airport Parking is efficient and economical for someone parking a week or so. It is cheaper than leaving your car at home and taking a shuttle to Sky Harbor. They do all the lifting of heavy bags for you upon entering their shuttle and leaving the shuttle.
I would recommend them for anyone living as far south and east as Gilbert and San Tan Valley.

Pickup at the airport was about a 5-7 minute wait. My car was blocked in back at the parking lot, but they moved it immediately. |

| (October 1, 2011) After looking at many choices, we settled on SHAP, made a reservation online the day before and dropped the car off before the flight. After returning from a week in Hawaii, our F150 was still safely under the covered parking after a short ride back to the lot. It took only a few minutes from the time we walked out until the van was there to pick us up and the driver both ways was helpful and helped get the bags in and out.
Using the reservation approach we saved enough to get a car wash on our return, and the covered parking was only $1 a day more with the coupon.
We will use this facility again....maybe they will even provide a car wash next time.....just kidding. |

| (September 29, 2011) The lot was open not a concrete building,and I passed the location twice not expecting an open area.It was a little scary located next to railroad and a lot of bushes.I had no time to change location so had to try it.I was led to my covered space by staff and told he would be right over to pick me up which he did right away taking my luggage right from my car and helping me onto the shuttle,immediately leaving to airport.Extending my reservation was not a problem and I was extended the same courtesy upon my return.The driver waited until I was safely in my car before leaving.My only regret is not having cash to tip 1st driver.I hope i see him next time. |

| (September 24, 2011) My experience using the parking service was nothing more than average. When I got back into town I waited over 20 minutes before the first Sky Harbor Airport Parking shuttle ever came to the airport to pick up their customers. What made things worse was that the competitors shuttles were coming by every 5 - 10 minutes. I saw one companies shuttle at least 10 times before even seeing a Sky Harbor Airport Parking shuttle. In the future I will not use Sky Harbor Airport Parking and try a different parking service to see how their service is. |

| Fine, a few ways to improve |

Those of us who are not familiar with Sky Harbor don't know that "blue triangle" means a portion of the ground that has diaganol blue stripes - I think a better description of where to wait for van could be used on the ticket. Also, it was pretty inconvenient that cars had been double parked, causing a further delay upon being dropped off at my car while the driver had to go drop off the remaining customers and then get the keys to the other vehicle and move it. I guess it was a pretty busy time, but knowing that ahead would have resulted in more realistic expectations about how long it would take to get out.

we seen three other parking lot drivers from 3 different companies all pass us 4 to 5 times.
45 minutes from when we called . our stop filled the bus.
poor excuse for not having sufficient help.
the pilot next to me said, this is the last time. he said he almost always has to wait and sees the other companies come by again and again before you show up.
Drivers are great guys. someone is not getting it done.

| (December 2, 2010) I made a reservation in advance, as was suggested, but when I arrived at the lot and indicated that (a) I had a reservation and (b) had prepaid an amount, all the woman said, at the gate, was go in an park, all the way back, row 8. I did as I was instructed and was picked up promptly for the airport by a driver who gave me another ticket indicating row 8. Upon return, the bus picked my up at the airport promptly and took me to the lot. I indicated I was in row 8, to the driver and he kept asking me for a space number. I do not think he was happy when I indicated I did not have one. I found the car and proceded to check out without further incident. Why reserve? I saw an area near the front of the lot with a sign, indicating reserved, but I was not directed there.
All in all it was a reasonable good experience, the "advance reservation" and "reserved lot vs row 8" confused me. |
