| (August 3, 2012) I do not park my car very often and found your site online. I liked the price to park my car in a covered space for 5 days. I got taken to the airport quickly and didn't have to wait long to get picked up when I got back from my trip.
My flight was delayed and it was about 30 minutes from airport to lot and I was concerned that I would get charged for another day but it didn't happen that way and I was thankful for that. Things happen beyond our control and it seems like everyone is out to make money off that and this was a pleasant surprise so thanks!
I will park there again. |

That is ridiculous and she was rude about it also, not friendly at all. It is only 20 cents but it is the principal, that is ripping people off and nothing in my confirmation stated they do this. |

Upon leaving the guy in the kiosk even checked our tires as they were making a sqeeky noise. He also gladly gave us direction the the I-!) South.Covered is not much more if you use the internet coupon. I always use them. |

| (July 18, 2012) Everything worked out fine except when we arrived the attendant did not tell us to wait by our car to be picked up by the shuttle bus. We waited for a while and then walked all the way to the front gate from the last covered parking area. Some instruction would have been nice for us first timers. Other than that, booking on line was easy, our car appeared to be as we left it, and we would use SHAP again. |

| (July 17, 2012) I parked in the covered spaces, which I recall was a dollar more per day, and it was well worth it. Not only is the car out of the sun, but it was not in any water from the monsoon that had just hit. This service was terrific - for my departure, it was no more than 15 minutes from the time I entered the lot, until we were leaving the lot heading to the airport. On my return, there was already a shuttle waiting, and before our shuttle pulled away from the curb at the airport, another shuttle arrived to be waiting for the next group of passengers. I will never park at the airport again! $25 per day, vs. $8 per day equals huge savings, especially if you're parking for several days. I've lived in the Valley my whole life - not sure how I missed this deal all these years.
I highly recommend the service. Don't forget cash to tip the driver like I did! |

| (June 24, 2012) Our experience with Sky Harbor Airport Parking was just fine. There was a shuttle waiting for us by the time we parked our car, the friendly driver loaded our bags and got us to the airport safely and timely. On our return it seemed to take a little longer for one of their shuttles to pick us up - we had seen at least 2 from the other companies come by before one arrived. Then my wife reminded me we had only been waiting about 15 minutes, so that is not so bad. Again the driver was not only courteous and polite, he was genuinely friendly and made the trip pleasant. Sky Harbor's rates were also the lowest we found on-line when we did our search and we will definitely start there again next trip.

The only complaint I have would be the attendants when you enter or leave they both seemed very involved in phone convesations to help us and it seemed as we were bothering them. When we entered to park the attendant just handed us a ticket and didn't bother to speak to us (she was on the phone) and ignored me telling her we had a reservation for covered parking. |

| (May 23, 2012) My only concern was not being told to have parking ticket for covered parking stamped at the drive through,(online request with partial payment)After parking I questioned the attendant about how the lot knew that we were authorized to park in covered parking. It was at that time I was told to bring my ticket stub and online receipt to her and have it stamped and then placed on the dashboard showing the authorization for covered parking.
No delay at the lot could have been while doing all the above and holding up the other people also riding to the airport. Upon return, 5-10 min delay. Great service to and from by the shuttle van drivers. Thank you

| (January 3, 2012) We arrived at the gate around 9 am om Xmas morning. The lit looked closed and we could not find anyone to let us in. I drove around the corner and could not find another entrance. I drove back to the main gate for a last try. I sounded my horn, and only then did someone appear to let us n. the shuttle service to the airport was very slow and I was getting concerned that we may miss our flight. We did not miss our flight. All in all, the service was ok. The driver who pick us up upon our return was great! Very helpful to many travelers. |

| Economical Parking at Sky Harbor |
| (December 3, 2011) Sky Harbor Airport Parking is efficient and economical for someone parking a week or so. It is cheaper than leaving your car at home and taking a shuttle to Sky Harbor. They do all the lifting of heavy bags for you upon entering their shuttle and leaving the shuttle.
I would recommend them for anyone living as far south and east as Gilbert and San Tan Valley.

| (October 1, 2011) After looking at many choices, we settled on SHAP, made a reservation online the day before and dropped the car off before the flight. After returning from a week in Hawaii, our F150 was still safely under the covered parking after a short ride back to the lot. It took only a few minutes from the time we walked out until the van was there to pick us up and the driver both ways was helpful and helped get the bags in and out.
Using the reservation approach we saved enough to get a car wash on our return, and the covered parking was only $1 a day more with the coupon.
We will use this facility again....maybe they will even provide a car wash next time.....just kidding. |

| (September 29, 2011) The lot was open not a concrete building,and I passed the location twice not expecting an open area.It was a little scary located next to railroad and a lot of bushes.I had no time to change location so had to try it.I was led to my covered space by staff and told he would be right over to pick me up which he did right away taking my luggage right from my car and helping me onto the shuttle,immediately leaving to airport.Extending my reservation was not a problem and I was extended the same courtesy upon my return.The driver waited until I was safely in my car before leaving.My only regret is not having cash to tip 1st driver.I hope i see him next time. |

When I got back into town I waited over 20 minutes before the first Sky Harbor Airport Parking shuttle ever came to the airport to pick up their customers. What made things worse was that the competitors shuttles were coming by every 5 - 10 minutes. I saw one companies shuttle at least 10 times before even seeing a Sky Harbor Airport Parking shuttle. In the future I will not use Sky Harbor Airport Parking and try a different parking service to see how their service is. |
