(August 19, 2010) Overall it was very good, the wait at the airport for a bus was a little longer than was expected as it was so so hot outside.

Good service, but was overcharged

(August 12, 2010) The service at the parking facility was very positive. The bus driver picked us up and dropped us off right next to our car. The driver also loaded and unloaded our bags for us. We had reserved a spot online to receive the discounted rate. When the time came to pay and leave at the end of our stay, we were charged the correct online rate, but were not credited the $3.15 deposit we had already paid.

PARKING LOT RATING FOR 8 DAY VACATION

(August 10, 2010) USING THE WEB SITE TO MAKE OUR PARKING ARRANGEMENTS WAS CONVENIENT AND USER FRIENDLY. WE WERE QUICKLY TAKEN TO THE AIRPORT, HOWEVER UPON OUR RETURN WE HAD TO CALL THEM TO COME PICK US UP TO TAKE US BACK TO OUR PARKING SPOT, WHICH WAS A QUICK RESPONSE TIME AFTER WE CALLED THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PARKING ARRANGEMENT TO ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING DOING LONG TERM PARKING.

Off Airport Parking at SkyHarbor Parking

(July 29, 2010) Ihad my car in covered parking for six days. The shuttle service was excellent and very convenient. The shuttle drivers were curtious and helpful. I would recommend the facility to others.

Parking Experience

(July 28, 2010) Our experience with Skyharbor parking was basically a pleasant one. We quickly found a covered parking space (which we had reserved). Both of our drivers were friendly and helpful. They quickly picked up our bags and place them in the bus or in front of our drop off point. Our wait when we returned at 10:30PM on Sunday was a bit long--about 15 minutes. From the comments by the driver, you appeared to be short staffed at that time, or the drivers were not coordinating their trips. The gal at the toll booth was rather dour--no "Hi," or "Good evening." She took our discount form and money without a word and returned them without a word. I will probably use Skyharbor Parking again. You haven't won me over completely (which slightly better and friendlier service would have), but I do have another coupon.

(July 24, 2010) You guys were just fine. our wait at the airport was brief. When picked up the driver asked us what lot and I realized we did not know for sure. He asked if we received a ticket and we did not but he was able to determine based on questions where we might be and found our car

What is this???

(July 21, 2010) Everything went very well except we were confused by two things. We had reserved a covered space and when we arrived there was only one space available. Was that space reserved for us or if we had arrived a bit later could someone else had parked there. Also we did not show our reservation papers to anyone until checking out. Not even the driver who picked us up. We were not sure if we would be towed away. So the online reservation procedure once you get to the parking facility needs to be explained more clearly on your web site.

(June 15, 2010) It was very simple to make the reservation. We got there and had the shuttle right behind us to take us to the airport. Also on the way back we did not have to wait long for the shuttle or even to get out of the lot.

Inexpensive Airport Parking

(May 25, 2010) This parking was a bargain. I left my car in uncovered parking and everything was fine. One observation I would offer is that staffing seemed minimal both days I was there but those staff on duty worked hard to manage everything. Finding the shuttle location at the airport upon return could have been easier if there was a sign or clear marking so passengers would know where to stand. I had to call to ask where to look for the shuttle --forget "look for the blue diamond" -- it's blue stripes painted on the road. Other than that, it was fine.

(April 14, 2010) Sky Harbor parking was very efficient in getting us to the airport and picking us up when we returned. We didn't wait more than 2 minutes when the tram arrived to take us back to our vehicle.

(February 20, 2010) Thank you for the courtesy you extended to me. I was glad that I was picked up and dropped off at my car. The area was fairley well lit for the night time. I was in an unfortunate circumstance where I had lost the keys to my car--or so I thought. The people in the vans took care in providing me a safe place to wait for a friend. Luckily I found my keys after digging through my things. I will definitly use your parking facility again, and recommend you to my friends.

Great Parking

(January 7, 2010) I have been parking here for years. You leave your car and the shuttle takes you to the terminal and then when you come back they pick you up and take you to your car. Great service and good prices compared to parking at the airport.

Great place to park

(January 6, 2010) I've used Sky Harbor Airport Prking for 10 years and have always been pleased with the experience. The shuttle service is very quick and efficient with very courteous and helpful drivers. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes at the airport for the return shuttle. The price is right.

Worth It

(December 2, 2009) Using Sky Harbor was painless! They had me picked up shortly after arriving and had me at the airport shortly there after. Upon my return, the wait at the airport was minimal. I will use it again and recommend it to others.

Airport Parking

(October 25, 2009) parking lot was easy to find. Everyone was friendly and helpful even when we got to the airport we had to go back to the parking lot to get eye glasses that were forgotten. Returning from our trip we just went to the Blue Diamond north side and were picked up very quickly. Thank you.

(October 20, 2009) The lot is is much to dark. We arrived in the dark and returned in the dark. Please install more lighting as we could not locate our car very well. Otherwise we were transported in a timely and polite manner.

Airport parking.

(October 14, 2009) I have parked at Sky Harbor about 5 times now and I love it! I am picked up by my car, baggaged is carried and put on the shuttle and also taken off the shuttle and put on the curb at the ariport and the same service on return trip back to my car. The drivers are always nice and helpful and the check out lady at the gate is great too!

Expensive considering distance from the terminal

(September 11, 2009) I though it was rather expensive considering the remote location from the airport terminal. The courtesy of the shuttle driver was excellent!

PARKING

(September 5, 2009) We didn't even know about Sky Harbor Parking, until running across it on the internet, but decided to give it a try. What impressed us most was the "ease of use", very convenient, and a VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL STAFF. Can't say enough good things about the staff, and a $9.00 for Covered Parking, it all adds up to a great deal.

Adequate but not exceptional

(September 4, 2009) I pulled into the lot and was told to go down to the end where there was a shuttle van waiting. I had made a reservation for covered parking, but apparently I was supposed to get my resevation slip stamped or something, which I didn't...so the driver of the shuttle told me to go "over there and find a spot." This was easy enough to do, not really a problem. When I got back from my trip I was proptly picked up at the airport and delivered to my vehicle. That was nice. As I was trying to pay, though, I was told I had to have a ticket stub, which was never given to me! I did still have my reservation paperwork so that seemed to be good enough, but the gal at the check out place didn't know how to do the transaction and had to get help...and there were lots of really happy people behind me honking their horns and being pleasent (NOT!). Kind of embarassing if you know what I mean. So I did get parked, and I did get back, and over all therre weren't BIG problems...just several little ones. So, would I recommend this lot to others? Sure, why not. But was it a great deal? Not really...just "OK".

A good experience

(September 2, 2009) Prices were as advertised; virtually no wait for shuttle vans; drivers were courteous and careful drivers. The only reasons the rating is less than perfect is that the person who checked us in (pre-trip) seemed to be completely unaware of the company's on-line procesesses and the driver on the return shuttle was playing his music a little bit too loud for my liking. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Misleading rates

(August 24, 2009) Stated the parking was $8.50 per day. Charged me $10 per day when I exited. Said that the $8.50 per day was with a coupon. Didn't say how to get a coupon. I won't be back.

Good choice for parking

Smooth Parking

(August 11, 2009) I came in on Thursday afternoon and I was surprised on how easy it was to drive in and park. I was told to go to Row 3 and drive West until I saw the shuttle. The shuttle driver pointed out a parking spot for me and then he came and helped me with my luggage and got me settled. He drove me and another couple to the airport and dropped us off promptly. He gave me a piece of paper with the name of the parking lot and the Row I was parked in. When I got back on Sunday, I had to wait about 20 minutes before a shuttle came to pick us up but after that it went very smoothly. I highly recommend parking here. It is close to the airport and very reasonably priced.

Covered Parking

(August 10, 2009) In the Arizona heat covered parking is the only way to go. The covered parking protected our vehicle from the extreme heat condition. Parking spaces are wide enough that you don't have to worry about other vehicles bumping into yours. Everyone at the Sky Harbor Parking Lot were professional and courteous, making sure parking was quick and getting their customers to and from the airport in a timely manner.

Parking at Sky Harbor Airport Parking

(July 28, 2009) On July 26, 2009, I returned to Phoenix, and caught the Van to Sky Harbor Airport Parking. The vans are clean and the driver was very helpful. In fact I still owe the driver a tip. When he dropped me at my car, we found out I had a dead dead battery. He and another drive both tried to help me charge my car, but nothing would happen, not even a spark. I called road side service at On Star and they sent some one out which took about an hour and the guys took me to the office to spend my time in the office where it was nice and cool. I believe I would have had a heat stroke if they hadn't done that, they made my stay more than pleasing and every one in the office was very nice to an eldery lady. I would like to thank them and I will make sure to make it out to the lot to get these guys a tip. I will be using Sky Harbor Airport Parking on my next trip in October. I have a new battery and I would like to thank the drivers and all of the staff for being so very helpful. Thanks again and God Bless. Vivian L Anderson.

Hard to find

(July 19, 2009) I made an online reservation for parking at Sky Harbor Airport at About Airport Parking. It was difficult to find since the online receipt gave no driving directions and the business was not signed as "About Airport Parking". The facility did not appear very organized or well run. The ticket machine at the entrance was out of order with old tape & sign on the machine. Paint on the attendant's booth was obviously not new or well kept. Once inside the parking was poorly organized. I had reserved a covered parking and when the attendant told me to park in Aisle 6 I proceeded down rows of cars without knowing for sure where aisle 6 was. I eventually found it by driving around. I was a little hesitant about leaving my car there for 5 days. Once the shuttle found us, which was pretty quick, our bags were loaded up right away and we headed straight for the airport. The driver was very helpful and efficient. We got to the airport quickly. I tipped the driver better than usual. On the return trip I had a little difficulty knowing where to stand for the shuttle or what my shuttle looked like. (couldn't remember) Once on the shuttle there was no problems getting back. My car was OK and I checked out OK. The attendant had a little trouble understanding I needed a receipt for my records that listed the total, not just what my balance was. She made a photo copy of the total receipt and I was on my way. I might park there again now being familiar with the place, but first impressions were not good.

Airport parking rating

(July 16, 2009) There was little direction to the appropriate airport parking lot and as a result, I ended up parking in the wrong lot which cost me 100.00 more than I would have paid. The airport is very difficult to negotiate.

As Quick As On-Site Parking

(July 14, 2009) The friendly staff, competitive rates, internet coupons, on-line reservations, and speedy shuttle service make this easier and less expensive to use than parking lots operated by the airport.

PARKING SITE

(July 13, 2009) ARRIVED AT 3:30am. GOT A PARKING SPOT AND A BUS TO THE AIRPORT WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE SPOT WE PARKED IN. GOT TO THE AIRPORT IN PLENTY OF TIME. WHEN WE RETURNED, THE BUS WAS THERE TO PICK US UP WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF US RETRIEVING OUR LUGGAGE AND HAD US BACK AT THE PARKING SITE QUICKLY. OVERALL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THAT IS WHY I CHOSE THE SAME PARKING SITE FOR A FLIGHT ON AUGUST THE 7TH.

(July 10, 2009) customer service was good but I had a hard time finding the place; they helped with this. The shuttle service was good to get to the airport but the return ride was a little scary. I don't know if the driver was overly tired, sick, in pain or something else but he seemed like he could not focus in on his driving and something was definately distracting him.

Almost a 5!

(July 2, 2009) Dear Sky Harbor Airport Parking, I reserved online and a deposit of $4.80 was deducted from my debit card. I parked as directed and was picked up immediately by a van. Smooth ride to the airport and delivery to Frontier Airlines. Upon my return I called for pick up after getting my luggage from baggage claim, found door 5 on the North side as directed and 'voila' there was your van. I'll bet I didn't wait 5 minutes! Great service! But I wished you would have deducted my complete fee at least after I checked in and not at the gate when leaving. It makes a wait in line and by that time I was very anxious to get home to prepare for work the following day. Almost a 5! Sincerely, Anita De Boer

Sky Harbor Airport Parking

(June 4, 2009) I am 6-months pregnant and was traveling with my two small children (ages 2 and 3). The man driving the bus picked me up right at my car, loaded my luggage and dropped me off right across from the skycap. When arriving home, I had to get the luggage and kids out to the farthest curb, but we only had to wait 5 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Again, the driver loaded my luggage and dropped me off directly at my car. This was great! Usually I park in the airport parking (Gecko) and have to get all my luggage, car seats, kids, stroller over to the elevator, then out to the shuttle, then onto the shuttle, then inside the airport, etc. So this was a nice change. We were gone for 8 days, only $60 and the car was in perfect condition. Drivers are very courteous. I will definitely be using Sky Harbor Airport Parking for future travels.

reservation mistake

(March 13, 2009) There has been a mistake... I was not there 3/5/09 My flight is for 3/26/09 returning 3/31/09 I will arrive @3am returning to Phoenix @ 12noon. I do not know how this happened but is it possible to make reservations for the 26th and change my deposit to this date . Thank you, Jeannie Ford.

Eddie and Jesus are the best!

(September 5, 2007) We had the best service ever. Jesus dropped us off (we said we were letting Jesus drive the bus on this trip) and he did! Got us to the airport on time. When we got back Eddie picked us up with no wait at all! We called and he was there eager to load up our luggage and get us safely to our truck. It was safe and sound for a week. Plus we used our $5.50 a day coupon found online! We'll definitely use Sky Harbor Airport Parking in the future!
Pros: The service was great. Eddie was very friendly and helpful. We could tell he loves his job, even after three months.
Cons: Nothing bad to report at all.
