I've parked at Smart Park many times during various trips out of Sky Harbor. I have always found the staff to be courteous, helpful and see that they care about customer satisfaction. The parking lot is both covered and uncovered. The prices are fair. Pros: Prices, small business owned, good customer service Cons: Construction near entrance but not a major issue
