| (April 21, 2010) The experience was good - the shuttle picked us up at our car just as we had removed our suitcases from the trunk. After we returned to Phoenix, a shuttle was at the airport at the designated Blue Diamond pick-up point within 5 minutes of our reaching that area.
Arranging for the parking on the Web was easy. There were no hassles on check-out from the lot.
I have registered for a PreFlight parking card in anticipation of using the lot again. |

| (January 12, 2010) We found this lot to be very convenient. The service was excellent and the van was there to get our luggage as soon as we parked the car. Our flight got in at midnight and the van picked us up within 10 minutes after our calling them.
The only negative I found was that you have to keep your reservation number to get the price that was quoted on line. It seems like when we checked in they should have had that on file or in their computer system. Thank goodness I had put the paperwork in the glove box but it took a while to remember where it was after a wonderful week long vacation!! |

It was when I went to pay for my parking stay that I had issues with the teller at the gate. First off she said the credit cards were not available to run and that I had to pay cash. Then she over charged me on the ticket for my reserved reservation. I was to receive the $6.00 credit but she insisted on that fact I did not get a credit so I paid $36 dollars when I only should have paid $30. On top of that she did not offer me a receipt I had to ask for it. She did give me a free day for parking on my next trip but reluctantly. |

| (August 20, 2009) This is the 2nd time I have used your parking service and for the 2nd time I had problems with my truck when I got back into town. The first time i found that my truck door on the drivers side was wide open when I returned to town and although I could not find anything stolen I do wonder what personal information was taken from my truck. I overlooked this thinking it was a freak incident. This last time I returned to find that my passenger tire in the front was cut by a knife, leaving me with a flat tire. I aired it up with the help of the driver in hopes it would hold until I got home seeing how it was 1 am but that did'nt happen, I had a blow out on the highway which resulted in major damage to my truck. This is 2 times out of 2 times I had problems and will not be using your parking service again. |

The wait to be picked up at airport was 25 minutes and the check out was a hassel. I had to walk to a hotel in the area to print a receipt even though I had a confirmation number that I had prepaid and could show the clerk a copy of the receipt on my blackberry. This delayed me getting home another 30 minutes. |

Had to call twice for a shuttle, waited 30 mins before they told us we needed to go to the other side of the airport. Still no shuttle, another company offered to take us to the parking lot. Got there, was told to walk to our vehicle, manager on duty began verbally assaulting me and my family, including my son who is a Marine and was in uniform. This manager then began throwing out gang signs and threatening us. Overall; the preflight service was great but the return service was horrible. Will never use this company again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy. |
