| (October 21, 2009) I had a good experience. I saved my reservation form that had the bar code on it in the car. I lost the little credit card size ticket that I received at parking. On leaving on 10/18 in the evening I showed the lady my reservation printout and she said the barcode on it identified me as a customer and charged me the rate as if I still had the ticket. I really appreciated this and will be back when I need long term parking again. |

| (October 8, 2009) When I parked my car I received excellent service from the shuttle service to the airport and when I returned I received very good service.
It was when I went to pay for my parking stay that I had issues with the teller at the gate. First off she said the credit cards were not available to run and that I had to pay cash. Then she over charged me on the ticket for my reserved reservation. I was to receive the $6.00 credit but she insisted on that fact I did not get a credit so I paid $36 dollars when I only should have paid $30. On top of that she did not offer me a receipt I had to ask for it. She did give me a free day for parking on my next trip but reluctantly. |

| (September 24, 2009) For the most part we were very satisfied with the parking facility. The shuttle was there as we arrived and at the airport within minutes of our exiting the airport. Drivers were curtious and friendly. The only disappointment was the addition fee of $10.00 upon our "check out" as we had arrived 20 minutes later than our reservation indicated.
All in all - would use Preflight parking again in the future. |

| (August 26, 2009) The parking was very good and the shuddle was excellant, when we got back from California and got our luggage the shuddle was right there waiting and didn't have to wait at all to get back to the parking. The car was just like we left it and even though it was very warm I am very please with the parking. I would use Pre-Flight again.

| (August 20, 2009) This is the 2nd time I have used your parking service and for the 2nd time I had problems with my truck when I got back into town. The first time i found that my truck door on the drivers side was wide open when I returned to town and although I could not find anything stolen I do wonder what personal information was taken from my truck. I overlooked this thinking it was a freak incident. This last time I returned to find that my passenger tire in the front was cut by a knife, leaving me with a flat tire. I aired it up with the help of the driver in hopes it would hold until I got home seeing how it was 1 am but that did'nt happen, I had a blow out on the highway which resulted in major damage to my truck. This is 2 times out of 2 times I had problems and will not be using your parking service again. |

Had to wait >10 minutes for the shuttle bus to pick me up at my car and only occurred after I called the office from my cell phone. Bus drivers very courteous. Prompt pick up when I returned from my trip. Will use again because I'd like to believe that the delay with the initial bus pick-up was an anomoly....we'll see next time! |

| (August 4, 2009) The rate was good and service to car was good. The shuttle to airport was clean and the driver was very pleasant. The wait to be picked up at airport was 25 minutes and the check out was a hassel. I had to walk to a hotel in the area to print a receipt even though I had a confirmation number that I had prepaid and could show the clerk a copy of the receipt on my blackberry. This delayed me getting home another 30 minutes. |

| (July 30, 2009) We had the most courteous driver who went out of his way to make our experience pleasant...newspaper for the ride included and a GOOD MORNING when we boarded...grabbed our bags and off we went to a very quick ride to the airport.
On the return my husband said "great" in and out no problem.

That being said, your company picked us up almost immediately after parking and when we returned to town after midnight, you were at the airport to retrieve us within 5 minutes. Unexpected was the dispenser of free bottled water at the exit to your parking lot. Midnight in Phoenix is still hot and dry and the free water was a welcome surprise. Well done. |

Had to call twice for a shuttle, waited 30 mins before they told us we needed to go to the other side of the airport. Still no shuttle, another company offered to take us to the parking lot. Got there, was told to walk to our vehicle, manager on duty began verbally assaulting me and my family, including my son who is a Marine and was in uniform. This manager then began throwing out gang signs and threatening us. Overall; the preflight service was great but the return service was horrible. Will never use this company again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy. |

You do have to give yourself a little more time, but at least with preflight, if a flight is delayed, or it just takes longer than expected to d/o or p/u someone from the airport, you know how much you are paying. I also liked that I could reserve a spot online prior to getting there, that way I know I have a spot guaranteed! |
