Security problem

(July 27, 2009) I have parked in this lot for years without a problem until now. (7/2009) When I returned from a 4 day business trip, my car had been drained dry of gas! I arrived at the lot with 3/4 of a full tank. The theft deterrant system had to be reset to start my car because it was giving the messsage of disabled engine due to theft attempt. I've never even heard of this type of problem happening.

Good value but you get what you pay for. It seems that 2 of ever other company's shuttles will pass while still waiting for Fast Park. The last 3 occasions the was been approximately 15 to 20 minutes and each time I have called to say I was there. Other travelers seem to report the same frustration.

(August 26, 2008) I absolutely love this company. Frequent shuttles, friendly staff and a very competive price to park near George Bush International Airport. Last year, I misplaced my cell phone and called them. They sent an employee out to the area I was parked in and they called me back to inform me they had found my cell phone. I immediately drove up (60 miles round trip) to retrieve my cell phone and to give them a reward! Add to this - I'm grateful I chose a covered parking stall since it had been raining and my phone was/is working fine. This is the only place I park when I fly out of IAH. On one occasion, they were completely sold out, but still managed to squeeze me into a parking space.
