| (August 30, 2010) This was the 5th time I've used the Hilton LAX Airport Parking. Each time was positive. I use the Valet service...and book online. What I like best is when you arrive, you pull up in the front of the hotel, show your receipt that you have paid a deposit, give your keys to the attendant....and hop on the shuttle. ( it's 10 yards away..if that)
When I return from my trip, after retrieving my baggage from baggage claim, I call the valet....and my car is waiting for me. The shuttles run about every 15 min. It makes getting in and out of LAX so much easier.
Parking at the LAX Hilton, for my trips, is less expensive than taking a shuttle....or going thru the trouble of having someone drop me off and pick me up.
Although the price did go up this time (about $1 a day over last time) to me, it's still a good deal for me. |

| (July 25, 2010) The parking itself was fine. The shuttle experience was awful. The drivers tend to load luggage onto seats rather than the racks that are there specifically to hold luggage. The shuttle was really full on the way to the airport. But the way back from the airport was the worst. The shuttle was so full that it was dangerous. In fact, some of the luggage stacked on one of the seats started to slide and would have hit a little girl in the back of the head if the man standing next to her hadn't caught the bag.
The parking was fine but they really need to work on getting the shuttle system organized. |

| (July 21, 2010) I am 72 years old. I was traveling alone. Used Valey Parking. Left my car there at the entrance and boarded the bus. It is not just a small shuttle. There was a line of people, but the driver informed his company that there was a few people left and assured everyone that another bus was coming soon.
Upon return, I texted my number into the phone # they gave me, and waited for the bus at the car rental designated stop and the bus came within 5 or 10 minutes and when I arrived at the parking lot, my car was brought to the front.
It was very convenient. I will use this place again. |

| (July 18, 2010) We were able to drop our car off and be shuttled off almost immediately to the terminal for departure. Upon our return, we waited for the shuttle for approximately 15 minutes (extremely busy on Friday night), paid at the cashier's then had the valet deliver our car and we took off. The car was not dusty since it was in a covered parking area for over two weeks. The whole process was very easy. You can be assured that we will continue to use Hilton Airport Valet each time we are at LAX. Thank you! |

| (June 28, 2010) The parking experience was just ok; honestly the shuttle van ruined the convenience. The van was over packed and continued circling the airport despite the lack of seats on the van. I chose this location based on the proximity to the airport so it would be quick....unfortunately when it takes 20 minutes for the van to show up and 45 minutes to get to the parking location it becomes totally inefficient. The fact that the van was overloaded and hot made me car sick, furthering the less than impressive experience. On a positive note my car was as promised waiting at the curb. I would doubt using this location again. |

| (June 28, 2010) Parking went very smoothly. Delivered the car to Hilton's valet and within 10 minutes our family of four, and luggage, were on the airport shuttle to LAX.
Upon return, we waited 15 minutes for the return shuttle at LAX, hopped on and then sent Hilton a text message that we were ready for our vehicle. When we arrived the car was waiting, and the staff had our luggage loaded and everyone seated (except me) before I finished paying the fee at the window.

The shuttle time advertised is every 15-20 minutes, it took at least 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at my terminal after calling twice. The reception upon arrival, and retrieval of car was excellent, only a five minute wait for the car. The valet who
brought the car, a lady, was thoughtful and courteous.
The cost per day was reasonable for covered parking and valet,
and the car arrived clean by being inside...that was nice.
Upon my arrival at LAX, the timing was good because the shuttle wait was not long after I got my checked-in luggage.

The valet fetched my bags from my vehicle and deposited them into the bus. I had an international flight so was the third person to be dropped off. Upon my arrival, I was directed to the hotel area of the airport pick up. I waited for no more than 10 minutes before the bus arrived. I had read a previous review that said the bus was indescript. I had no problems however. The bus was blue and said Hilton LAX clearly on the LED display. We had to stop at 3-4 more terminals before heading to the hotel. Check out was as easy as check in. I will definitely use this service again!!! |

| (February 17, 2010) i didnt know where to go exactly so i went into self parking which was a big mistake.. just go directly to valet in front of the hotel.. they will give u a stub and hold on to the printout because you will need both when u get back from yer trip. without the printout the regular price per day there is $30 so keep it as proof. when you get back from yer trip, just flag down any of the hilton shuttles and while yer on the way back, call the valet. the number is on the ticket stub they give and yer car will be ready at the front as soon as you get dropped off. hope this helps |

The Hilton is my favorite because of the cost of valet parking--cheaper when I book online--the friendliness of the employees, the ease of texting them so my car's out front when I arrive back, and the frequency of their shuttle service. I've parked at cheaper lots but always with regret. The last cheap lot kept me waiting 40 min before they came to pick me up. I was parked on their top floor and the lights were out. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Saving 2$/night is not worth it to me. |

Upon my return I just missed the shuttle van and had to wait a while 20-30 minutes for the next van. This was the only drawback but I also arrived at 5:00 pm on a Friday night. I had called ahead and my car was sitting in front waiting for me. After a quick settling of my bill, I was on my way. Very Happy overall and had I not had to wait what seemed like a long time for the shuttle it would have been great. Will definitely use the service again. |

Other parking locations had buses come by three times before the shuttle for the Hilton showed up. The shuttle to the Hilton was very crowded, standing room only as well.
It could have been that the Hilton shuttle bus just came right before I walked out. I will give it another try and see how long the wait is at the airport. |
