| (November 8, 2009) I have to admit that when I saw this site I was pretty skeptical. However, the price of $11 I couldn't pass down especially when it was at a reputable hotel. I read other comments by travelers about the length of time that they had to wait for the shuttle returning home and it did scare me a bit. However, I was determined that I wasn't going to have that experience.
When I dropped off my vehicle the process was fast. I walked out of my car and immediately I was on a shuttle. When I returned from my trip, as soon as the planes tires touched ground I called Hilton Valet to have them arrive at my baggage claim. For those of you not familiar with LAX shuttle pickup, look at the color signs that designate the type of transportation you are taking. I believe you will have to stand under the red sign for hotel shuttle pickup.
The shuttle arrived about 10 minutes late. That wasn't a big deal compared to some other traveler stories of 45 minutes. When I arrived at the hotel I gave my ticket to the attending. I then went inside the hotel to get a coffee. By the time my coffee purchased was made, my vehicle was waiting for me outside.
I recommend the Hilton Valet parking 100 times over. |

| (October 28, 2009) This is my first time parking at the Hilton LAX. Everything went smoothly. No Hassle. The parking lot was very close to the airport terminals and shuttle bus service to and from the airport is frequent enough that you don't have to wait long. The staff members were courteous. Contents in the car were as I left them. I reserved online and indicated that I would pick up my car at 3 pm but I had to transfer to a later flight so I got to the Hilton at 6 pm instead. I feared that I would be charged extra for the late pick up like in other parking lots around LAX, but I wasn't. I now know where to go again for my future long-term LAX parking needs. |

| (October 21, 2009) The parking part was a 10. We pulled up to the hotel, transferred luggage and got right on the bus. Bus took us to the terminal and dropped us off. What more could you ask?
The pick-up part was not as well choreographed. I called the hotel and waited for someone to answer the hotel. I waited and called back. The person answering the phone took my ticket number. It took over 20 minutes for the bus to arrive at American Airlines. Took us to Hilton. Car was waiting. Had to tip bus driver, person taking luggage off the bus. Person taking luggage from there to my car and the person bringing the car up. Seems like a lot.
It was a good value and I would probably use the service again. |

My only complaint was that the driveway to the parking was not well enough marked. I downloaded the instructions for getting to the hotel and the parking, but did not know which entrance was the right one for valet parking. Other than that, the service was great and I would use it again. |

It was my key and we were out of there in no time. Their service is great, the price is very reasonable and they are right next to the airport. I will always park there from now on. |

The only criticism is the wait for the Airport Shuttle 30 min and stopping at other hotels going to the Airport Terminals. I arrived at the Hilton in plenty of time but the wait and ride to LAX absorbed all of it. I think they need to add another bus so they run frequently. FYI the wait was 30-min at hotel and 15 min ride to terminal 4 I timed it. Giving me just 35 minutes to go through security and get to my gate. I will know better the next time.

My arriving plane to LAX was delayed so I did not arrive as I had planned at 12:30 pm on sat. 8/30 and arrived at the Hilton approx 4:30 PM. Your staff said I missed my time and charged me an additional day of $11.00 ??? I was so tired and stressed I had no energy to argue. I think she made a mistake. My car was parked in your facility for less than 96 hrs I had paid for. I will never use your services again and will spread the word to all my friends at church, work, and all the other organizations I belong to not to use the Hilton Parking for LAX, there are many others to use. You have a misleading advertised price of $11.00 dollars a day. |

| Excellent service INSPITE of terrible mistake |
| (August 30, 2009) Using L.A. Hilton valet was easy, efficient, and timely when dropping off my car.
Upon returning to LAX I called the valet and asked to have my car ready at curbside when I reached the hotel. I chose not to wait for the shuttle because the reviews I read all said the shuttle was very slow in coming for airport retrieval. I took a taxi to the Hilton and my car was waiting as promised when I arrived. However, when the taxi pulled up to the valet the doorman took my luggage and accidentally put it in the trunk of the wrong car, which drove off not knowing they had my luggage.
With the upmost in customer service Security was able to quickly rectify the situation!! Not only did they get my luggage back within 30 minutes, they also gave me a full refund for the parking bill and offered to buy me a meal in the bistro while they retrieved my luggage. They security manager had already left for the evening but was called back to the hotel to personally take care of the matter.
He and his employees were extremely professional in handling the situation. When I tried to tip the security manager and his employees for their excellent service he was very classy and said he would not accept my tip.
I would definetely use their service again!! |

Aftter several calls to the hotel a van with ripped up seats and the AC blasting a 6am picked us up. The van was so full from people waiting it was uncomfortable. The driver looked like hell....etc..you fill in the rest...

The shuttle was empty at this time...The second bus pulled way past the stop, again I thought they would pass us on by. | (July 1, 2009) I travel out of town for business 2-4 times a month. I've used Hilton LAX Parking before and been pleased so had decided to use them from now on. Each time I'd used them I'd taken care to take a print out of my reservation and was told each time that I wouldn't need it until I picked my car up. Running late I didn't have time to stop by Kinko's to print a copy, but based on past experience I wasn't worried because I knew I could print it at the hotel before returning.
Guess what?! Upon arrival I was told the parking lot was going to be very full for the weekend so I was required to show my printed reservation. I begged and looked pathetic enough that the nice man let me go with a promise to bring the printed copy. I did.
But when I arrived back in LAX and called them to let them know to have my car ready there was either no answer or a busy signal. I waited over 25 minutes for the shuttle that is promised every 15 minutes. I called 8 times with no luck. When I got to the hotel I had to wait in line to pay which was unavoidable, but waiting for my car to be brought out was an irritant especially since the my receipt kept reminding me that I wasn't getting the promised/expected service - that of having my car waiting for me. Maybe the guy in the office needed a helper to answer the phone or a recording stating the situation.
I will use Hilton again, but only if there is no special event going on that will negatively impact me.

| Review of the Valet Parking System at Hilton LAX |
| (July 1, 2009) It was fine, except it was often hard to get anyone to answer the phone, especially late at night, and sometimes the people who did -- again, this is late at night, which is when I came in -- weren't especially hospitable.
My husband and I somehow lost our ticket, if we ever had one, and the first person we talked with basically said we were screwed, as if we'd just never get the car back. My husband purused it, and finally someone got on and said, No, of course we can get you your car. And then all was fine. But it was a fight to get to him.
The people we spoke to at the hotel itself weren't especially helpful, either. Try calling the main number at around midnight. It's barely possible to understand what they're saying, because they sleepily slur out the words of whatever greeting it is that they're supposed to be giving. I had to say, "I'm sorry, I'm trying to reach the Hilton," at which point the woman said, "This IS the Hilton. That's what I just said." Not exactly good manners.
Still, the car was in good shape, and the shuttle did come and pick us up.

| (June 19, 2009) The whole experience was very pleasant. I was dreading the wait for the shuttle from the airport back to the hotel since I read many many reviews about the long wait. I called the shuttle when I was at the baggage claim. Apparently, I called too soon; I saw the shuttle passed by while I was still waiting to collect my luggage. As soon as I had my luggage, I called again and was told the shuttle would be there in 5 minutes. Sure enough, it was there in the specified time or less.
Also, I called ahead to have my car retrieved. When the shuttle arrived at the hotel, my car was already outside waiting. The line to pay was really short, only 2 people ahead of me.
I had no complaints whatsoever; everything went smoothly. I will definitely park here again. |

ALSO - the 12 NOON time is completely wrong on the receipt. We came in originally around 9PM and they wanted to charge me another day. It was worked out, but after a lot of yelling. |

| (June 16, 2009) I paid for valet, covered parking. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that valet was full and we would have to park the car ourselves. As we drove to the self park area, we passed through the valet area and saw numerous vacant parking stalls. This was somewhat annoying because the impression I got was the valet director just didn't want to be bothered with non-guest parking. I don't mind self-park as long as I'm not paying for valet. When it was time to retrieve my car, the check-out process was good and it was nice to exit the garage without waiting in a long line. The shuttle service to and from LAX was sufficient. Now that I am familiar with the Hilton garage I will most likely use it again. Thank you for your interest in my experience. |

When I returned I called them as soon as I was out of baggage claim area and waited 30 min. NO SHUTTLE IN SITE... I called again and they said a shuttle was on their way. I waited a total of 50 min before the shuttle arrived and again... the shuttle stopped at the other hotel first. I called the Hilton when I was on their shuttle to make sure to pull my car around and have it ready and I still waited 5+ min at Hilton! I am going to try another Lot due to the Extensive delay in pick up. Would park there again only if they had THEIR own shuttle... I noticed about 8 Spot parking vans and 10 Fox parking vans... while I waited for the Hilton shuttle... it was ridiculous! |

| (May 21, 2009) PROS: Great service and easy to reserve online. I reserved it online, then drove up on the day of my trip, valet took my car and drove away. when I got back the shuttle dropped me off and my car was there waiting.
CONS: the shuttle seems to take a while to get to the airport on the way back but it's definitely faster than other parking services. the line to pay is always sooo long and sooo slow. sit at the front of the bus on the way back so you're off first. |

| (May 21, 2009) Very Civilized way to park & fly. We drove up to the hotel vaslet, handed the keys to the valet, waited less than 5 minutes for the van to the airport.....same experience on the way back and all for a very reasonable price. |

I've parked at many remote parking lots. I liked parking at a hotel. It was well-lit and people were around--even though I came and went at odd hours. |

| (May 20, 2009) Terrific service. We arrived dropped the car at 5:30am and waited just a few minutes for the shuttle. Upon our return, we called when we were walking through the airport and our car was waiting for us. We waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle. One small observation, our car seemed much dirtier on the outside than when we left it. I thought it was parked in covered garage, but not sure it was. Still, the relationship for price and quality of service would inspire me to use Hilton Los Angeles Airport Valet in the future! |

The service was very good we called in advance and they were already starting our paperwork to pick up the car. No problems with the car and we did have to wait for a little bit but besides that we loved the service.

| (May 17, 2009) I left the car with the valet and was on the shuttle bus within 2 minutes. I had a disagreement with the driver about a terminal, and he politely corrected my mistake. On the way back, I called with my ticket number so the car was waiting for me. Will definitely use this service again.
