There evidently is only one drop off at terminal 2. After being dropped off, we had to rent a cart and push our luggage about a block up the sidewalk to our airline. |

| (August 8, 2012) After a year of frustrating waits caused by too few shuttles, my last two trips have been much better. I waited 12 minutes at Terminal 7 for the bus. I watched a couple of Wally Park and a several (they have 2 locations) Parking Spot shuttles go by. But you are getting better. I hope this trend continues. |

| (July 10, 2012) Pulled up...within 30 seconds had a valet person at my door. Asked if I needed help with my bags...told me the shuttle was waiting for me and within 1-2 minutes I was on my way to the airport. We stopped for less than a minute at Embassy Suites and straight to the terminal. Entire time from driving up to the hilton to walking up to the airline check-in...10 minutes.
When I arrived home from my trip...sent quick text to hilton as instructed on reservation paperwork to let them know I had arrived...walked out of baggage claim and walked out to "Red hotel transportation sign"...within 1-2 minutes a shuttle arrived and again we were back to our vehicle within 10 minutes and our car was already out waiting for us.
The final payment is processed through an automatic kiosk just inside door to the lobby with cash or credit. Without asking, I was escorted to the kiosk and helped with the entire transaction.
This is my second time using the Hilton Valet and I couldn't be happier!!!!
Valet...covered secure parking...amazing service and minimal wait time...who could ask for more???
And $12 a night is very reasonable for what you get!! |

| (May 31, 2012) Since parking the car for three days was cheaper than using an airport shuttle (which we hate for all sorts of reasons) we thought we'd make use of the Hilton airport parking. The valet was there within a few minutes, and the shuttle was there after a few more. The driver was a very friendly, helpful, and upbeat individual, which made the trip all the more fun. She got us to our terminal, which was tricky since the airlines had recently changed terminals. On the return trip, we didn't wait more than fifteen minutes for the parking shuttle to show up, and it was maybe another five until the valet got our car. A very positive experience! We saved money, and a lot of time! |

| (May 3, 2012) this was the first time i used the valet parking at the hilton hotel at lax for long term parking for my 5 day vacation. overall my experience was a pleasant one. the hotel is fairly busy and the valet gets a bit backed up but everyone is extremely courteous and it is so close to the airport. if you are stressed out about getting to the airport on time and don't leave yourself enough time, i would recommend another place. i like to give myself ample time to check in and i don't mind waiting for my plane, so i had a pleasant experience. the shuttle drivers were extremely helpful with the passengers bags and making sure that they had the right airlines to drop off passengers at their proper terminals. |

I returned from my trip with my car is perfect condition, and the staff working at the hotel were very professional and eager to help me with my luggage.
I did wait some time for the shuttle to pick me up and drop me off at the airport. However, I was not in a rush --- so it was not a huge inconvenience.
I travel out of LAX very frequently, and will leave my car at the Hilton for all my trips going-forward.

| (March 30, 2012) One of the reasons I chose valet service over self park was the ability to text after arriving in order to have my car waiting when the shuttle pulled up. I texted, then waited about 20 minutes for the Hilton shuttle to appear, but when I arrived at the Hilton my car was not waiting for me as I thought it would according to the directions on your information. I was greatly disappointed, because my plane was an hour late getting in and I wanted to leave for home as soon as I could, for it was midnight at that point and I was exhausted with a 45 minute drive home from the Hilton. I will say that when it came time to put my ticket in the machine in the lobby, someone was there to help with that, and made it much easier and faster.
Other than having to wait for the car, I always enjoy parking at the Hilton when I travel out of town for any length of time. |

We saw the Hilton shuttle bus, my husband and I waved are arms and signaled for the driver to stop. The shuttle was empty. The driver passed right past us. I don't think he saw us but my husband was quite angry. I also noticed that we were not in the right location for the hotel shuttle area we were over a bit. I didn't notice this until after the shuttle went by.
The next shuttle arrived approximately 5-10 minutes later.
I thought the staff are courteous and helpful whenever we use the shuttle. The staff on the buses are also helpful with getting our bags on and off.
My car was left just like I had left it.

| (October 6, 2011) This is the 2nd time I've used the valet service, and while it has improved significantly since the last time, there still remains room for improvement.
I made the reservation online, but that appeared to be meaningless except for the discount offered for per-booking. No one anticipated our arrival on either end, and there was no advantage, with the exception of a modest discount. The shuttle to the airport arrived at about the same time we did, but because their were so many passengers waiting, we were forced to take a taxi to the terminal.
Our ticket indicated that we could text the valet upon our return, and the car would be ready for pick-up, but apparently the valet does not receive text messages, and we had to go through a convoluted process of paying for parking at a machine inside the hotel, and then taking our ticket to the valet desk to prove that we had paid, before they would bring our car up.
Once the car was brought up, I had to provide the ticket as well as the paid receipt again, in order to get my keys.
In conclusion it was a generally positive experience, however some additional thought should be put into the process,and some thought should also go into the traffic flow through the portico...the biggest delays were from cars being dropped off/picked-up, and shuttles attempting to get to the door, around parked cars. |

| (August 25, 2011) I have been parking at the Hilton for years so am used to the procedure and can count on things working pretty well.
The main problem now is that the shuttle pick up at the airport runs much less frequently than most all of the other shuttles, so it means waiting a longer time.
I had trouble with the new procedure at the cashier window. Gave my barcoded form and the ticket. Then I had to go to the machine in the lobby to finish paying with my credit card and get a receipt. Am still not clear on whether I have to go to the window first and then to the machine--but the car was there by the time I had gone back and forth from window to machine twice!
Still like being able to make reservations on the internet, so will try again next time. |

| (August 21, 2011) I used the Hilton parking on two different occasions this week. The first was from Sunday August 14 to August 18. The second was August 19 to August 21.
The first parking experience was fine and I waited no more than 10 minutes for a pick-up. The second occasion was fine as far as a quick pickup, but when I went to pay my bill, the cost was $90+ instead of about $30. After complaining and showing a copy of my reservation, and waiting about 10 minutes for someone to come and attempt to figure out what happen, you finally agreed on the correct amount. The person in line behind me had the same problem, and fortunately someone finally showed up to allow us to pay the correct amount so we could get our keys. I found this very very disappointing! |

I was not certain if the car was going to airport parking or if he was even an employee. However when we returned the car was waiting and everything was fine.
