| (January 25, 2012) We have used the Hilton L.A. airport valet parking about 6x now. We are recommending it to everyone we know who flies out of LAX. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else to leave our car long term. Everyone is very polite and helpful..I loved when the Hilton even had small cups of coffee for us while we waited for the shuttle..how great is that? We won't go anywhere else. |

| (November 2, 2011) I have been very happpy with the valet service. I have used it several times over the past few years.
I particularly liked texting my number to them after our flight landed and my car was ready when the shuttle arrived. I used this service for the first time. It worked quite well.
The only complaint I have this last time when we used the shuttle is when my husband and I exited the baggage claim. We saw the Hilton shuttle bus, my husband and I waved are arms and signaled for the driver to stop. The shuttle was empty. The driver passed right past us. I don't think he saw us but my husband was quite angry. I also noticed that we were not in the right location for the hotel shuttle area we were over a bit. I didn't notice this until after the shuttle went by.
The next shuttle arrived approximately 5-10 minutes later.
I thought the staff are courteous and helpful whenever we use the shuttle. The staff on the buses are also helpful with getting our bags on and off.
My car was left just like I had left it.
I think the price is competitive with other shuttle services.
I plan on using the shuttle service again the next time I fly out of LAX. |

| (October 6, 2011) This is the 2nd time I've used the valet service, and while it has improved significantly since the last time, there still remains room for improvement.
I made the reservation online, but that appeared to be meaningless except for the discount offered for per-booking. No one anticipated our arrival on either end, and there was no advantage, with the exception of a modest discount. The shuttle to the airport arrived at about the same time we did, but because their were so many passengers waiting, we were forced to take a taxi to the terminal.
Our ticket indicated that we could text the valet upon our return, and the car would be ready for pick-up, but apparently the valet does not receive text messages, and we had to go through a convoluted process of paying for parking at a machine inside the hotel, and then taking our ticket to the valet desk to prove that we had paid, before they would bring our car up.
Once the car was brought up, I had to provide the ticket as well as the paid receipt again, in order to get my keys.
In conclusion it was a generally positive experience, however some additional thought should be put into the process,and some thought should also go into the traffic flow through the portico...the biggest delays were from cars being dropped off/picked-up, and shuttles attempting to get to the door, around parked cars. |

| (August 25, 2011) I have been parking at the Hilton for years so am used to the procedure and can count on things working pretty well.
The main problem now is that the shuttle pick up at the airport runs much less frequently than most all of the other shuttles, so it means waiting a longer time.
I had trouble with the new procedure at the cashier window. Gave my barcoded form and the ticket. Then I had to go to the machine in the lobby to finish paying with my credit card and get a receipt. Am still not clear on whether I have to go to the window first and then to the machine--but the car was there by the time I had gone back and forth from window to machine twice!
Still like being able to make reservations on the internet, so will try again next time. |

| (August 21, 2011) I used the Hilton parking on two different occasions this week. The first was from Sunday August 14 to August 18. The second was August 19 to August 21.
The first parking experience was fine and I waited no more than 10 minutes for a pick-up. The second occasion was fine as far as a quick pickup, but when I went to pay my bill, the cost was $90+ instead of about $30. After complaining and showing a copy of my reservation, and waiting about 10 minutes for someone to come and attempt to figure out what happen, you finally agreed on the correct amount. The person in line behind me had the same problem, and fortunately someone finally showed up to allow us to pay the correct amount so we could get our keys. I found this very very disappointing! |

I struggled with whether to use self park or valet, but considering they cautioned about the height limit and there was only a $1/day difference between the two I opted for the valet. The valet was great on the way in (just left my key and hopped on the shuttle), but on the way back they were slow in getting my car especially since they claim you can just text them from the shuttle and your car will be waiting (not true). Maybe next tiem I will try the self park.

I had read a number of the reviews and had some hesitancy about using the Hilton for parking given that most reviews complained about the airport shuttle, but my experince wiht the shuttle was great. When I arrived the shuttle was right there, I gave my key to the valet and just hopped on. On the way back, I waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, but otherwise it was quick and reliable.
Overall a very positive experience parking at the Hilton and would definitely do it again though I might use the self park instead. |

| Slow Shuttles and Poor Customer Service |
| (December 31, 2010) I have been a big fan of the Hilton LA Airport Valet and have used it ever since I moved to LA in 2008 but unfortunately, the service has gotten so terrible that I will never be using it again.
First of all, the shuttles have gotten slower and slower over the years. When I first started parking at the Valet, shuttles came every 10-15 minutes both from the Valet to the airport and vice-versa. Now, to get to the airport, the shuttle is a 10-15 minute wait but when you're at the airport waiting to be picked up, expect to wait at least 25 minutes. Now that's not necessarily a long time but when you see The Parking Spot shuttles come every 5-10 minutes and they've passed you several times before you've seen one Hilton LA Airport Valet shuttle, that's really frustrating.
Secondly, the customer service has really gone downhill over the years. The drivers are rarely friendly, especially if they know you've been waiting 25 minutes for them to pick you up and will probably not give them a tip. Also, the customer service at the valet window is completely apathetic. When I asked the gentleman working the window if there was a problem with the shuttles, considering I had waited 30 minutes for one, he said "Yeah, everyone's coming in at the same time." Well, of course, we are, it's an airport!!! We don't choose the times the planes fly in and out!!
All in all, I am really disappointed with the Hilton LA Airport Valet and will start paying the extra $2/day to park at The Parking Spot. It's right next door and I know I won't have to wait for a shuttle. |

I've used several of the competing lots and they have all been way less professional compared to the Hilton.. I would definitly reccommend the valet as opposed to self park. The first time I used this lot I did do the self park and was a little confused as to where I was supposed to park. I circled the lot a few times and lost some precious minutes trying to find a spot.. The valet is just a few dollars more, you pull right up to the enterance, get a little card with the phone number etc on it and youre off to catch your shuttle which picks up at the same place.. I also like the fact I dont have to keep track of my car keys while Im traveling.. |

We waited about two minutes for a shuttle to take us to the airport and when we returned, we waited approximately five minutes for a shuttle to pick us up and take us to the Hilton. I also utilized the text method while on the shuttle, which consisted of texting my parking ticket number and got an immediate response and my auto was waiting for me at the valet area when I arrived at the Hilton. This service was less costly than a shuttle service and I would definitely recommend the airport parking and will definitely use it again. |

| (December 5, 2010) I was very pleased with the service I received. My flight was first thing in the morning and did not expect a valet attendant to be present. To my surprise, one was waiting. I would recommend this airport parking. |

| Hilton LA Airport Valet |
| (November 29, 2010) EXCELLENT. Smooth and seamlessly easy. Those were the first words in the car as we started the drive back home after leaving the valet parking area. Drop off was smooth and simple and the pick up and trip back to the valet area was equally simple. Overall the experience was outstanding and when we travel again, we will be using the Hilton valet area for parking. See you soon. |
