| Great service, but... |
| (January 26, 2012) Returned last night from a week-long trip using Park-n-Go. Shuttle pickups were perfect: the first was there before we got our bags out and the driver got them in immediately. The second, the terminal pickup, took a bit longer, but again the driver took care of us, including stopping so that the shuttle's door was directly behind our van's rear gate.
We docked one "star" because of:
1) I was very offended by the cigarette smoke I had to encounter coming from the checkout booth.
2) I received a discounted rate by way of my paid online reservation, but was refused the advertised AARP discount. My follow-up today was with someone higher than the booth attendant, who indicated that, inspite of the advertisement, they don't give the AARP discount if you make a reservation online with a one-day deposit.
Without the above, we would have given the added "star".

| (January 10, 2012) The staff at Park N Go was helpful and courteous and my wife and I only had to wait about 5 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at our car and help with luggage.
On our return, we called for pick up and the shuttle arrived within 10 to 15 minutes to return us to our car. |

On our return, the shuttle was at the airport within 5 minutes of our phone call. When we arrived at the lot our vehicle was as we had left it. |

and sort of wish I hadn't because he wasn't friendly or helpful at all. When I got to the check
out place the girl working was super friendly and
helpful. When I asked her the best route to get to I35 south, she told me she takes 24th when she goes
to her grandparents who live by Buck Hill and I found it easily. So of the three people I dealt
with two were fantastic but the third one was not the greatest.

| (November 30, 2011) I'm fairly new to parking like this. (done it once before)I reserved my parking spot online and paid a small deposit. I drove right to the lot, (very easy to find!) and they told me exactly what row to drive down.
The service was just great! When I pulled in, the shuttle driver pointed to where I should park, got out of my truck, and they were there to pick me up.
When I returned, I walked out of the airport, and the shuttle was waiting for me! The driver then drove me back to the parking lot, and dropped me off right at my truck. My vehicle was just as I left it. I drove to the gate, paid the balance and was on my way!
A+ service and convienience! I will absolutely use them again! |

There are a few things one learns using the service for the first time that were not communicated explicitly: 1) keys will stay in the car and you will be waived to where you leave the car by attendants, 2) you will get a yellow stub to give to the bus driver on your return and a white ticket-like stub that will determine the exact stay and cost, and 3) to find the pickup location on return, go to baggage claim and then follow signs to "off-site parking shuttles". |

I thought the cashier would give me credit for past parking on the card however when queried the cashier mentioned that I had to request credit before presenting card. This was somewhat annoying since he did not offer to redo the charges. Everything else was fine. |

most often I drive an extended cab truck which is longer than normal trucks and it makes it hard to get into a parking spot.
i would appreciate the option to park in a spot I can actually get into with out attempting it three times.
Maybe keep some spaces along the fence line available for trucks. I can parallel park it lots easier than trying to squeeze into a spot in a row. |

After a Park N Go van drove by I figured we were in the wrong spot and approached another family waiting for a ride that were just as confused as we were. There is no signage outside as to where to go. A traveler told us to go "inside" the parking ramp to be picked up. It was our first time, I think better directions would have been in order. |

| (July 6, 2011) Booked online 1 or 2 days in advance. Not sure if online was cheaper than just driving in, but it was definitely cheaper than airport parking at Minneapolis.
Hardly any wait times. The shuttle picked us up from the lot right by our car in less than a minute after parking. No walking needed.
Drivers were friendly and courteous for both trips.
There was a 10 minute wait at the airport at the shuttle pickup location when we returned at 10:30 am but I didn't find that inconvenient.
I would use "Park and Go" service again, except in winter -- where I would choose a covered parking facility of some sort.
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because there was no feature that enabled customers to choose or pick a parking spot in advance. I had to hope that there would be a parking spot available when I got there. |

| (July 1, 2011) I always use Park N Go....I always try make my reservations in advance. This time, I forgot my coupon for the discount and when I got to the window, the gentleman was so kind, said "give me a minute" and traced it on the computer and gave me the discount.
I also VERY much appreciate that I do not have to spend time waiting for the bus when I arrive!
The only complaint I should bring up is: when we arrived on Sun. p.m. the driver seemed really in a hurry and our ride was extremely FAST and bumpy, I was actually a little concerned. I would rather take 5 more minutes than land on it's side! |
