| (September 2, 2010) I've never used off-site parking before but this was amazing! It was so nice to reserve on-line and someone was there on the spot to drive me to the airport and was waiting when I returned. Everyone was so nice. It was a great experience and I'll do this from now on and tell my friends about it too! Thanks for making that part of my trip so much easier. |

| Easier than I thought |
| (September 1, 2010) My experience parking was easier than I thought in the sense that I was able to park without any problem and was immediately picked up from the lot by the Pakr N Go shuttle. On my return trip the first shuttle van filled up, but the second van arrived right away. The entire wait was no more than 15 minutes. |

| (August 14, 2010) You offer a good value for the price. The shuttle is clean and seats comfortable. The signs in parking lot are easy to read. I like the personal guidance as I entered the lot. The one driver was very friendly and helpful. The other driver did a fine job driving but did not help with my bag. The weeds in the parking lot give it a worn-out look. The security appeared to be good; I felt my car was secure. |

| Pretty Smooth |
| (August 13, 2010) Overall things went pretty smooth. We did not have to wait at all on our way out of town for the shuttle to bring us to the airport. The shuttle driver was extremely friendly and talkative.
We did have a little wait when we returned. Of course, coming home we tend to be a little cranky because we are anxious to get home. Once the shuttle arrived we were expected to hand our bags up to the shuttle driver who remained in the air conditioned shuttle. It was 96 degrees outside. He redeemed himself in the parking lot when he placed the bags into the vehicle. All in all, we will definitely park here next trip. |

I was very pleased with Park N Go. When arriving, I was immediately directed to a parking space and the shuttle was there waiting for me. The driver was so pleasant...we had a wonderful conversation on the way over to the terminal.
On returning to Minneapolis, the shuttle was waiting at the terminal. Again I had a very friendly driver who helped me with my luggage. He even placed it in my car for me.
I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. I will definitely use Park N Go again. And will recommend you very highly.

| Quicker Check Out! |
| (August 10, 2010) It was great to be able to reserve a spot online ahead of time so I knew where I was headed. Pick up from lot and airport upon return were good- no real wait. When you "reserve" your spot, they have your cc number so why does it take soooo long for them to process the ending transaction? Check out the only downfall of the whole thing. |

The shuttle service was prompt and rates were much competitive than what the others were offering. I will recommend this place to all my friends who are planning drive to fly out of MSP. | (August 5, 2010) The service was very good. We parked the car and was picked up at that spot and taken directly to the Humphery terminal. Back home another person had called you from the teminal so we were picked up and brought to our car with very curtious drivers (both ways). We paid the ticket less AARP discount and were on our way home.

| (July 29, 2010) We've used Park N Go several times and have always been impressed with the courtesy, punctuality, and assistance given by the staff. One suggestion is that paper coupons be allowed in online reservations as this caused the gate attendant some consternation during our recent check-out. She was very helpful despite the pressure of a number of people trying to check out at once. |

| (April 9, 2009) Why do I have so much trouble trying to make a reservation at ParknGo? If I wanted to go to Park and Fly I'd have no trouble but I can sit for hours and try to make the reservation where I want it. The only complaint I have. I still haven't been able to get my reservation |

(April 10, 2007) I used to park at the blue/white competitor (name withheld on purpose) across the way from this one. Last trip I parked with Park n Go and had top notch service. They were quick in picking up and dropping off. The competitor always seemed to wait to leave the lot or airport until the van was full, delaying quite a bit. But PnG took me right away. The driver also wanted to be sure that I knew about discounts they offered for AARP, AAA and government employees. I saved $ then on the parking that I didn't anticipate. I am flying again tomorrow and plan to park at PnG again.
Pros: Promptness, friendly drivers, lower prices for AAA, AARP & government employees |

| Park N Go Is a Bust! |
(February 20, 2007) I will NEVER use this business again when travelling. I dropped my car off and explained that you must leave the keys in the ignition, or the doors automatically lock. After the parking attendant belittled me on this - it is my car, so I should know how it works - he left the keys in the seat anyway. I got back to me car and realized that someone at the lot had to pry my door open in order to get my keys out of the car. In addition to that, when we got back tot he lot fomr the airport, there were three people on our bus whose cars they couldn't locate for about 20 minutes. The van driver then proceeded to drive around the lot using the keyless entry keys to set off alarms in order to find the cars. This place is the most unorganized parking ever!!! Do not use them. You will regret it!
