Convenient Parking

Courteous and Prompt

(August 17, 2010) The Park and Go lot was easy to find, and close to the airport. Their shuttle got us to the terminal within minutes after we parked our car. Upon our return we called for a pickup, and the shuttle arrived in minutes. Because there wasn't room for two more passengers, our driver called dispatch and arranged a pickup by the Budget shuttle. A very well-run operation!

Such a Breeze!

(August 12, 2010) The lot was almost full when we dropped our car off, but we found a spot to park. Then a quick ride to the airport. When we arrived back in San Diego & called to be piked up by the shuttle, they were there in 5 minutes! Great service. We will use Park & Go again in the future. Their rates are reasonable and it was hassle free!

Parking was so EASY!

(July 21, 2010) I had a great experience as a first timer. When we first arrived at the lot, the driver picked us up and explained what to do once we got back in town to get our shuttle. Called them, and they were there in 5 minutes. They even put my bags right in my trunk. Super service, and stress free! This was the part of traveling that I was most worried about and it turned out to be the easiest part!

Only had to wait 10 minutes after collecting our bags for the van. Good service in both directions, easy in, easy out - would definitely use this again!

I waited for 30 min

(June 21, 2010) I waited for total 30 min for the Park & Go shuttle since I waited for 15 min for the shuttle, unfortunately I did not see any for Park & Go. I waited another 15 min after calling Park & Go to pick me up. Anyway, the people over Park & Go are very nice, probably they forgot my flight.

Inexpensive and Great Service...

(June 17, 2010) Shuttle service was quick, piloted by a polite and helpful gentleman. Pick-up shuttle was prompt and again driven by a nice courteous fellow. The cost was less than $10 a day, since I reserved online. The best yet. Thanks Park & Go, I'll be back.

Friendly, Speedy Service at a Good Price

(June 9, 2010) Pulled up to my car as I parked it. Drove me to Terminal 2, less than 5 minutes. Gave me instructions on how to get picked up on my return. I called them & they picked me up in 5 minutes. Car was secure. Quick exit. Best price I could find.

(May 3, 2010) I found it easily and parked my car on a Thursday morning (April 29) - about 745am. The lot wasn't full but close. I did make an online reservation the day before just in case. After I parked, the shuttle drove by in about 2 minutes. The driver was very courteous and helpful. I over-tipped him. Anyway, when picking my car up later that evening, everything went pretty smoothly. All in all, no complaints and definitely will patronize this business again.

(April 23, 2010) I was very impressed with the whole operation. Excellent experience starting from the quick online registration, easy to find parking lot, very friendly drivers and cashier, clean parking lot & vans, and a quick airport pickup. I would certainly use your services again and recommend them to others. Only one minor negative: Driver who drops off at the airport and/or Person who receives airport pick-up call, should be sure to explain where the pick-up location will be. Tired travelers can easily get confused without the proper information (well, at least I did).

(April 19, 2010) The lot was clean and the associates were moderately friendly. We had to wait over 30 minutes for delivery from the lot to the cruiseship with no vans seen. Overall, I was disappointed with the timing, but everything else was satsifactory.

Disappointed

(April 14, 2010) My husband and I had used this lot before and all had gone well. This time luckily I had made a reservation, as when I arrived a sign was up that the Lot was Full. Attendant was courteous, confirmed my reservation and opened the gate for me. All was well, until I returned to San Diego. I called for my shuttle pickup at the airport and was told to catch the Budget shuttle. I waited for about 20 minutes before a shuttle arrived and told the driver that I needed to be dropped at the Park & Go lot and he said that was fine. The shuttle was overcrowded with people standing in the aisle holding their luggagge in front of me. When the driver passed the Park & Go lot, I tapped him on the shoulder and asked if he was going to drop me off later-he had completely forgotten about me. He then took me to the Budget lot and called for someone to come get me. I hauled my own luggage off of the top rack and exited the shuttle. Another driver showed up in just a couple of minutes who took me to my car. Overall it took me 45 minutes from landing at the airport to get to my car. Need better pickup system!

Quick and Easy

(December 20, 2009) This was my first time using Park and Go. I was overall satisfied with my experience. Upon receiving this prompt for feedback, however, I am remembering my return service experience. I arrived at the airport, collected my luggage and stepped outside. I called to be picked up and the person who answered asked if I was already waiting by the curb where shuttles go, and I wasn't quite there. I said I was outside, and would head in that direction right now. I hear the person on the phone talking to someone else saying, "You can have a third person if you wait a minute." Then back to me saying, "Okay, if you hurry, they will wait for you." I'm thinking I don't want to keep people waiting for me, and also it would be nice to catch the first available shuttle because I am eager to get home. I take off running- up the stairs, over the bridge, and down the escalator. I reach the curb out of breath, looking for the shuttle. It wasn't there. I wonder if they are still waiting for me, or if I missed it and should call again for pick-up. Soon enough, another shuttle comes, and I am the only one riding. I had missed it, AND was out of breath. Long story short, I wish the person on the phone had just said they would send another shuttle out shortly.

(December 9, 2009) WE RECENTLY USED PARK & GO FOR OUR TRIP TO VEGAS. THEIR ESTABLISHMENT IS VERY SECURE AND THE PERSONAL WAS VERY EFFICIENT. WE WERE AT THE AIRPORT WITHIN 10 FROM OUR ARRIVAL. IN OUR WAY BACK WE WERE PICKED UP WITHIN 15 MINUTES FROM CALLING THEM. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT AND WILL USE IT AGAIN.

Park and Go - feel secure!

(October 9, 2009) I was skeptical about leaving my car somewhere else other than the airport parking at first - but when we drove up, it looked safe and we felt safe leaving our car there. The lot is clean and kept up and is well secure and enclosed from the streets. The employees were all very cordial and on time when shuttling us to and from the airport. I would highly recommend using this service (at a fraction of the cost as airport parking service).

Hard To Find

(August 20, 2009) Our stay at your place was great, and the shuttle drivers were outstanding. Our one problem was finding your place. We reserved our spot over the internet and the name on the site was not the same as your sign. We tried to find it by the address but you don't have your street number posted either. We are not very experienced travelers and we had to drive up and down the street several times to find your place. Finally we pulled into your lot to ask for help and found we were at the right place. Everything else was very smooth.

(August 14, 2009) Park and Go provided excellent customer service. We were picked up within 10 minutes after arriving. The driver was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early for our flight. On our arrival back in San Diego, we walked to the shuttle pick up area and were picked up within 15 minutes. This driver was also friendly and helpful. Park and GO made the the entire transportation part of our trip plesant and easy.

(August 8, 2009) I'm happy with your service and will use it again. The price that I was quoted on the internet was the price I paid. The workers were polite, and I was able to easily get a shuttle even though my return flight came in after 10 PM. The only criticism I have is that there should be a more clear sign on the property stating the business name and address. I drove right past it on my arrival.

(July 1, 2009) It was good to be able to get to the airport and know the car was safe without paying a lot for the parking. I liked being able to reserve a space online. There was a new employee at the cashier's cage when we left so there were some delays in processing our exit fees because of the online booking. But he was pleasant and friendly which more than made up for the delay.

(June 25, 2009) I parked my car here for a week. Easy access from the freeway and easy to get out when you leave. The drivers were awesome! I only waited about 10 minutes to go to the airport and about 10 minutes to get picked up. They do accept the online coupons actually the driver that drove us to airport promoted it. So I ended up getting the $8 daily rate with the coupon. I highly reccomend this place.

Convenient & Close

(June 9, 2009) This parking lot is probably the closest to the airport. The parking spaces are a little narrow, but we didn't get any door dings. We arrived about 11:00am on a Friday and had to wait about 10 mins for the one and only shuttle. On Sunday night we had the Budget Rental Car shuttle bring us back to the lot, as they told us it would, but it dropped us off at the entrance and not at our car. We didn’t have any problems at all because we gave ourselves plenty of time, but I would’ve liked to see more shuttles.

It's worth trying.

(May 8, 2009) Close proximity to the airport and cruise terminal, competetive pricing, but the night cashier had no clue what he was doing. He couldn't figure out how to apply my online deposit of 7.50 or process a credit card. Paid cash. Overall service is good, beats paying $26 a day at the airport.

Good service but slow pickup

(April 23, 2009) For the price overall everything was great. Great service as well. The only issue was the airport pickup. It was a little slow after I had seen several pick up services come and go several times. But overall I was pleased.

Easy Parking!

(April 8, 2009) This was the first time I had to use a pay-parking lot in San Diego and it was quite painless. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because it WAS my first time and I haven't had a chance to use any other service. I thought it a bit pricey, but after looking at other places... it was, in fact, a deal. Everything in CA is more expensive!

The best in town

(March 24, 2009) Great, I mean great customer service.. I think there the best in town didn't have to worries about anything. I had some trouble getting my truck started and one of the employees came over and help every way that he could. I will most defiantly use this in the future……..

Quick and Easy

This Is The Only Service I Use

(March 18, 2009) I have used the Park & Go service several times now and it is consistently the same great service that I have grown used to and have come to expect. I never worry about the safety of my car, as the lot is secured and well-kept. The shuttle service to and from the airport is a breeze and the drivers are always friendly and efficient. This is the only parking and shuttle service that I use and will continue to use when I travel. I have also recommended this to all my family and friends as well.
