My wait time from the parking lot for the shuttle was zero minutes. The driver was helpful and courteous. On the return from the airport, my wait time was less than 10 minutes (and the driver apologized for the wait because of heavy traffic). This driver stopped the shuttle at the foot of my car. He was also excellent.
The lot was clean, well lit and secure. My car and I felt safe. I'd use P & G again! Thank you for everything! |

Coming home the shuttle was timely. Unfortunately when we got to our car it presented us with a dead battery. The office sent the driver back to us who helped us push the car back so that he could jump start our car. Excellent service. Will certainly use this lot again.

| (August 11, 2011) We choose you location normally because of the price that we get off of your website. We have used your lot at least 5-6 times. The good: easy access/secure/quick to get us to the airport. The bad:the last 2 times we have waited too long to get picked up from the airport and back to our car. This last time we had to call 2 times/by the time we called and in our car, it was an hour. This is wayyyyyy to long to take to get to our car. It happened last time also.
One time last year, we were hung up at the gate getting out while they cahnged shifts and counted money. We sat there for 20 minutes waiting to pay.
I will be considering a new location when I fly Aug 23rd and Sept 25 and just pay a little more. |

| (July 23, 2011) Departure - Could not have gone smoother. Van pulled up right after we parked and it was a quick trip to the Southwest terminal. Pleasant driver.
Arrival - Could not have gone worse. It took 4 calls to reach live person to request pickup. There were so many arrivals, we were directed to catch the Budget Rental Shuttle at the other end of the pickup curb which dropped us off at front gate and we had to lug our 5 bags 50 yards to our car. Computer system was malfunctioning so it took over 20 minutes to exit lot. Pleasant driver who directed us to catch the Budget Shuttle and nice, apologetic cashier who processed our payment.
Overall, willing to try again since location is close to airport, rates are good, staff is nice and it's easy to catch I-5 after exit. |

Once we figured it out,a shuttle arrive and dropped us off right in front of hte Southwest terminal. The wait for a shuttle back was a bit long I thought, but the man who picked us up was very nice. When we got back to the lot our car battery was dead, the man who picked us up was very willing to help us try to get the car jump started. Overall the experience was good, and we would use again. |

The drivers were friendly and helpful, even making sure we knew where to catch our return ride and the number to call. | (May 23, 2011) It says in their website that as soon as you parked your car that a shuttle will follow you to be ready to pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Unfortunately, I did not find any and have to call them just to let them know we need one. We waited for a good 10 minutes before one arrived, it was 3:30am so we waited in the cold a bit with a toddler.
Good parking lot anyways and our car was safely there for 6 days so no problem there.
Probably, gonna be back for our next flight vacation. I just hope, specially in a cold morning, that the pick ups will be faster and more shuttle is more available around the parking and airport itself. Thanks! |

As soon as I parked a van was right outside of my car waiting for me to load to go to the parking lot. The employee helped me with my bags on and off the van. When I got back into town I just walked across the street to where the vans line up, called the company, and the van was there within 5 minutes. I was the only one in the van, and the employee helped me on and off the van with my bags. There was no trouble finding my car. It all worked out so well. So much easier than hriing a taxi or using one of those shuttles to take me to and from my house. |

The morning we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes for our shuttle to take us over to the airport. There were about 15 people waiting when we arrived. Two vans were running. A third, larger van, was not being used. Luckily we did not have to check any baggage and already had our boarding passes. Upon our return we got a recorded message when we called for pick up. We continued to call and finally spoke to someone. Several Pank & Go vans drove right by us in the waiting area - suppossedly full already. After more than 30 minutes waiting a van finally stopped. On a positive note, the drivers were very nice. We will choose another spot to park next time! |

The drivers on either end of my trip were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I lost my paperwork during my trip that showed I had already paid a deposit toward my reservation so I didn't get credit for it. But, I also got back a little later than I estimated and the booth attendant waived the extra cost it would have been. I was very appreciative since that made up for most of the deposit I was losing. It does seem though that there should be a record of the deposit charged to my credit card without having to show a printout from my computer. We would definitely use Park & Go again. |

I chose it based on the coupon that allowed my rate to go down by 20% which made parking at the airport the same rate as taking Super Shuttle but I could go at the time I wanted. While there is nothing different or special about the lot itself compared with other airport lots, I did find the location and the bus transportation easy and accessible. The bus driver on my trip back to the lot was very helpful and put my luggage in my car for me. The only reason I didin't rate it at 5 stars is because I fell that there is an abruptness at times from the person who answers the phone. After travelling for 24 hours, I didn't need someone to be short with me. Thanks for being convenient and budget worthy during these economic times. |

| (March 27, 2011) A dollar per day saving turns out to be a nightmare experience for us. The major problem for this company is the fact that there is no reguraly scheduled shuttle service to the airport: we had to wait about 30 minutes until the shuttle bus was ready to take us to the airport on the day of our departure early in the morning. Upon our arrival we called their office, according to their instruction, to ask them to pick us up at the airport. After 45 minutes wait time and after three calls to them, we realized that there is no shuttle bus available from Park-n-Go and instead we had to take courtesy shuttle bus owned by Budget Rental Car company for us to go their parking lot. Adding injury to insult, the driver of the Budget shuttle dropped us in the middle of the road in front of the Park-n-Go lot. I do not recommend this company at all unless you don't mind waiting more than 30 minutes for the shuttle bus and don't mind being dropped off in the road with dagerous traffic situation and walking long distance to retrieve your parked car. Definitely, you don't want let this unprofessional parking company ruin your final moment of your travel. |
