| (November 18, 2009) The only problem that I had with the parking company is that they took too long to pick me up from the airport and my car was not washed. I had left my housekeys attatched to my car key ring and they took them off and left them out in the open in my car and the car was unlocked. So perhapd I would use another company for my next flight. |

We are early morning travelers, so as we pull in at 5:00 AM there is always a team there as soon as we pull in to get the luggage, quickly complete the minimal paperwork and get us in the van and off to the airport. The same is true for the return trip. They have always been great. Their proximity to the airport is fantastic. By the time you settle back into your seat, your are pulling up in front of the door to the airport.

When I drove in the lot I paniced. I have a new car and DO NOT WANT DINGS. I go to all kinds of lengths to be far from other cars. The nice man let me park my own car....the only way I would have stayed. I worried the whole time I was gone.....all for nothing. I was picked up promptly and NO DINGS. | (November 4, 2009) I had used this service several times, without incident, but after this incident, I will never use them again. I left my car there for 2 days. When I returned, I noticed that the driver had a battery charger in my back seat, but nothing was said to me, so I thought he used it for someone else's car. I then noticed that my radio stations were changed. As I drove home, my interior lights flickered off and on. It was 2 days later before I drove my car again, and when I put my key in, it was stone-cold dead. Now, I realize that my battery had been drained. The problem I have is that no one said a word to me about it! I called to complain, and was hung up on by an employee. I called back, angry, and spoke with a manager, who gave excuses and was argumentative. A trust was violated, and they were rude, to boot! |

The driver who picked us up was a little annoyed because he waited for almost 10 minutes once I called that we landed. They weren't kidding when they said "call when you are ready". I was anxious to get to work after landing and wanted to make sure I didn't have to wait 30 minutes for my car, but that wasn't the case! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone! |

I was taken to the airport almost immediately upon arrival, which was great since I was late. When I landed, I called and there was a shuttle waiting for me. Reserving online and paying upon arrival were straight forward and easy.
One slight "issue" that wasn't a big deal. The website said there would be a "free car wash" included, but there was not. That advertisement should be taken off lest other customers expect car washes as well. |

| (October 14, 2009) I dropped my Family off at the curb and then drove to Airways Parking Lot around the corner jumped in the Shuttle and was at the Gate a few minutes after my Family.
Upon return I then went to Baggage Claim saw the Shuttle sitting by the Door hopped in and was back in five minutes with my car as my Family just got the Baggage from the Carousel.
It was sweet and would recommend it to everyone. Forget about having someone drive and pick you up from Midway Airport when this is available for $10.00 bucks a day. That's not counting the few bucks I threw to the Driver but it was so painless the few bucks were worth it! |

| (October 7, 2009) I am a new transplant from Arizona. This was my first trip out of Midway Airport, and I was unfamiliar with parking. I found Airways on the internet. I made my reservation, printed my confirmation and drove to the lot the morning of my departure.
The service was amazing. I arrived, pulled into the lot and was greeted with a van. My luggage was quickly loaded from my car into the van, and I left my keys with the attendant, and entered the van. I was at the departure gate less than 4 minutes later, ready to reach security.
On return, I called, and van arrived within 10 minutes. Upon arrival, my car was waiting at the office. I stepped out of the van and into the office to pay my bill. Then, immediately into my car for the commute home. I will use this facility EVERY time I travel which is approximately 28-30 weeks per year. I cannot recommend this facility higher. |
