I was running late and I called them , they said to go ahead and drive to the departure gate and they would have someone pick up my car and drive it back to the lot. It wasn't even 3 or 4 minutes and the guy was there. Leaving was an easy as pie picked up my luggage made the call and they were there to pick me up in only about 5 minutes. 2 or three minute drive to the lot and my car was already pulled to the front waiting for me. The ride to the airport is less than 5 minutes and we were dropped off right at our terminal. When we returned we waited less than 5 minutes to be picked up and were dropped off with our car ready and waiting already started with the snow off. It was a very smooth process. When we called for pick up when we arrived back at Midway, the shuttle arrived in a few minutes. On our return we got our luggage, called to be picked up and by the time we got to the curb the shuttle was there. Our car was waiting and running when we got back to the lot. Very good experience. |

| (December 30, 2011) I erronously reserved my arrival time as 8pm. I actually intended to put in 8am. This caused an additional $15 charge when I picked up my car. This is clearly my fault but it would have been nice if when I arrived someone matched my arrival time with with my reservation time and told me there would be an additional charge. There would have been no surprizes then. Also, I believe I left a pair of black gloves on the counter when I paid. If someone would look in your lost and found and contact me if the gloves are there, that would be great. Otherwise, you are the best parking service in the world. Thank you.

I expected to have to wait for more people to board, but they took me all by myself, and the driver was very personable. When I got back to the airport, I only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle to come pick me up. When we got back to the lot, my car was sitting right where the shuttle stops waiting for me. I paid $72 for about 5 days of parking, and it was much more convenient and timely than having to park in a giant lot and retrieve my car myself. |

| (December 7, 2011) This was my first time using your lot and I was a bit apprehensive. When I checked in both men were helpful and courteous. When I said I would park my car they showed me where to park it and they took my luggage and put it into the van. Then they took me right to the airport. They explained the process for my return.
On arriving at airport I called Airways and within 10 minutes they were there picking up a group of us. Check out was easy. They knew I had paid the $5 in advance and got me checked out quickly.
I will definitely recommend Airways and will certainly be using them again. |

| (November 30, 2011) Airways Parking took care of my parking needs over the Thanksgiving weekend. I dropped my car off Wednesday morning, got a shuttle ride to the orange line, went to work, took the orange line back to Midway, got picked up by the shuttle, grabbed my luggage from my car in the parking lot, got back on the shuttle to the airport...the Airways staff was more than accomodating to needs. Returning on late Sunday, or should I say early Monday morning at 1am, again everyone was very courteous and efficient to get me in my car and on my way home as quickly as possible. I will definitely use Airways again when I fly out of Midway. Cheaper and more convenient than taking a taxi to and from the northwest corner of the city for me. |

| (November 24, 2011) I saw the add on the web and I was impressed with the pricing and the location. I easily made a reservation through the web and Saturday morning we pulled into the well marked lot. We were greeted, received a claim ticket and in a very few minutes we were on the shuttle and in front of our terminal in a very short period of time.
When we landed we picked up our bags, walked to the middle aisle and I called the number on the claim ticket. While I was making the call a driver came up to us, called us by name and in a minute we were heading back to Airways. When we arrived our car was running, the shuttle drive transferred our bags to our car, I paid the bill and we were on our way.
a VERY pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Airways Parking for anyone driving to Midway and in need of a parking lot. |

Airways Parking have beaten all my expectations. I reserved the lot online at 4:30 am. When I got there, a shuttle was already waiting for me and in 2 minutes I was at my terminal. When I arrived to Chicago and walked out of the terminal Airways Parking shuttle was waiting outside. I am completely satisfied and recommend Airways Parking to everyone! |

| (November 10, 2011) The people at the parking lot were very courteous, and they took me right to the terminal once I parked my car. Since I had no checked bags to claim, I called for pick-up just after I got off the plane. I waited less than 5 minutes in front of the terminal for the shuttle, but I was picked up about 8 minutes from the time I called. Driver was courteous, as was the cashier at the lot.
Location was well lit near the main building, but lot was not well lit toward the back. My car was just as I left it.
Check in and out was quick, and painless. I will park at this lot again.!!

| (November 2, 2011) I was dreading flying out of Midway, which is a long one hour plus drive from my home in the northwest suburbs. My drive took over 2 hours and I was pretty sure I would never make my flight. When I arrived at Airways, someone immediately greeted me, grabbed my suitcase, took my car keys and within less than a minute we were on our way to the airport. The vans are roomy and comfortable. I had plenty of time to check my bag and I was at the gate in 20 minutes. When I arrived back, a shuttle came and got me in less than a few minutes and my car was waiting for me all warmed up. It would have cost me easily another $120 to have taken a cab from my house. Parking is also way cheaper than O'Hare. My experience was A plus! |

The only problem is the train tracks that are between the airport and Airways Parking. BI was delayed (about 5-10 minutes) both on my way to park there and while waiting for pick-up shuttle. (The shuttle was delayed.)
Otherwise, very convenient and affordable parking. |
