| (September 29, 2009) Hard to locate with instructions given...also found everyone we traveled with got to keep their cars inside out of the weather for the same price that we parked out in the wind for.
It would have been cheaper for us to use the airport shuttle to travel from Eau Claire WI, rather than park by the airport...better pricing could offer an offset to make taking the car instead of the shuttle more appealing...and that isn't even factoring in $20 worth of gas for the car. |

| (September 15, 2009) Everything was great. Our car was safe, the drop off and pick up were very quick. Only problem was when I went to check out, I had reserved a spot online and had already payed a $10.50 holding fee and had a hard time getting that pre-payed money off my weekly rate. I had to find an attendant, get let out of the lot and go to the office and explain to someone what I had already paid for. In the end, it all worked out and I would park with Team Parking again. |

| (August 31, 2009) The lot location was convenient and much more accessible than the airport parking. The price was totally reasonable. The shuttle service was quick (we didn't even have our luggage out of the car before they were there to pick us up), friendly, and easy to use. I couldn't imagine going back to parking at the airport after our experience with Team Parking. |

| (April 16, 2009) This was our first experience using Team Parking. It was a good experience. A friend recommended them to us (they use them at least twice a year and have had no problems).
Team wasn't waiting for us when our plane arrived at 11pm, however, I made a call to the phone# they give us when they shuttled us to the airport, we picked up our bags and they were there within 5 minutes. The drivers were friendly & helpful to us.
We will use them again.

Reserved on internet with deposit, but had to go to multi-level ramp to get attendant to adjust for credit since the surface lot was a credit card only checkout that did not recognize my prepay. Knowing this, I will park in the multi-level ramp if I prepay a deposit thru internet reservation. |

| (April 2, 2009) This was my second time at Team Parking. It was not explained well how to get out of the lot when leaving. The first time I paid in advance and just drove out. This latest time, I thought I had already paid and then was asked to pay again $50.00. After some anguish, I found my little receipt I was given at check in. I wish that this proceedure was explained better. I was not sure if I was double charged or not but I assume I was not. I have to wait for my statement to know for sure. Not sure I would use the service again. |

| (March 17, 2009) The parking site was somewhat hard to find for the first time user and the signage on entry gave very little clue as to what to do or expect. When there was no room on the bus that was leaving we were left with little confidence that there would be another bus coming soon thereafter. Fortunately one did come within 10 minutes.
On our return, the process was very efficient and the driver was most pleasant and helpful.
Again, however, there was little information at the site about how to pay. Then when I did pay I was charged the full price (i.e. $70) even though I had supposedly already made a deposit of $10.50 and had been told that my balance due would be $59.50. I am waiting to see what actually gets charged on my credit card.
Bottom line --- better signage would be a big improvement. |

The driver was great help and prompt. Will definitely use again but find a different map to use to get there. |

There was no wait going to the airport and when we were ready to leave the airport to go home they were there waiting for us. It was December so when we got to our car it was cold and the driver waited to make sure our car started before leaving. GREATJOB team parking!!!

(February 21, 2008) We have parked here for years, never a problem, no waiting, friendly personnel and always there if problems like a dead battery. Even if there late at night, you feel safe as they are always around. Would highly recommend this business and do!
Pros: Easy to find, nice people, always helpful no matter which venue of communications used.
Cons: Construction 2007 made it a bit tough to get in and out of but not under the business's control - we still got there. |

(April 18, 2007) I used this parking for 3 days, and their service all the way was great. I returned at 1 AM in the morning, and the shuttle was there for me in no time. I was new to the off-airport parking, and so the driver explained me what to do. I will definitely use this parking again.
