| (September 11, 2011) I have been parking in the Red Ramp at the terminal for a few years. On a recent business trip I scheduled a few extra "play days" at the venue. To save MY dime, I tried Team Parking.
I was picked up immediately upon my arrival to the lot. We didn't wait for a full bus or sufficient customers. When I returned to MSP, a van was waiting and again, we left immediately.
This could not have been easier or a more positive experience. I fly out tomorrow for business and I am using Team Parking!

| (August 30, 2011) Overall quite good. Drivers are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Only negative was the payment setup was strange when you come in with a partially prepaid reservation. It would be better to have a simplier system where you just resevered a spot and then paid on departure. |

However when we paid, it charged me about $10 more than that. It was late, we were tired and I had to go in and question the bill. The individual on duty gave me the $8 refund but kept my on line receipt; I haven't checked yet to make sure it went thru but that transaction was confusing. Other than that you would get 5 stars. |

| (April 4, 2011) I was very pleased with the location of the lot. The shuttle drivers were very polite. It was my first time using this service and the payment process was very confusing. I made a reservation on-line and made a deposit. When I got there I wasn't sure which lot to park in. After discussions with the drivers, since I had not paid in full, I needed to park in the lot with the gate/arm. When I left the lot, I paid with a credit card. My deposit was not applied to my payment. I asked about this and they instructed me to go across the stree to the office in the ramp. It was late at night and I wanted to go home, so I didn't. The best I can figure this out is to pay in full on line and park in the lot without the gate. |

| (March 15, 2011) We were very pleased with Team Parking. It was easy to get to and easy to find. If I remember right, you haven't changed you sign to Team Parking though, or it wasn't easy to see. We were picked up right away by our van on our departure day and only had to wait less then 5 minutes for a van when we returned. Our van's battery was dead and the bus driver notified someone in the garage that came right out and jumped our van. We really appreciated that at 10pm at night!
All in all we were very satisfied with the service and Team parking and would use it again. |

| (December 22, 2010) Immediately from driving in, to leaving, your team showed great service. No delays in getting parked and getting to the airport. Upon return you were there immediately for pickup and dropped us right at car side. The service that my car received while I was gone for 10 days was outstanding. We had extreme weather, many inches of snow and very cold weather. When I returned not one flake of snow was on my car, snow was completely cleared away from around the car, and my windows were clear of all frost or ice. The Bus driver let my wife sit in the car while I hoped it would start (which it did) and let us sit in the bus for several minutes while it warmed up. Much to my surprise the driver brought me to my car, had me start the car and told me to come back to the bus to stay warm. Then someone came immediately to dig out my car. Wow I was very happy and you have my business forever. I also was very impressed with everyone's attitude. The driver had been on the clock for 17 hours and was very friendly.

The driver made me very comfortable in his driving in the snow. When we got to the airport I discovered I left my cell phone in my car. He said no problem, he turned around and took me back to my car to get my phone. When I returned the van was there as soon as I came though the doors. The shuttle driver even used a broom to help sweep off snow from our car doors so we could get in (which should have been our problem for not paying extra for a covered spot in December). If there was some way to change this process to eliminate having to stop at the office to get a credit, that would certainly be more convenient. |

The driver was at the airport promptly when we returned and took us immediately to the lot and our car. He was very helpful when I did not have my printed copy of my e-mail reservation showing the down payment. He told me to go over to the office and ask to use a computer to look up the confirmation.

When we arrived back at MSP airport, once again the van was right there waiting for us and dropped us off (with other passengers) very close to our car. He excuse was that she had just completed a trip herself, was tired and was just filling in for a moment. If that's the case, Team Parking would have been better served by leaving the desk un-manned. Because the drivers were so great, we will try Team again next month. Our hope is that the office personnel are friendlier. |
