| (February 4, 2012) I chose this place upon a recommendation. The advantage was supposed be that my car would be ready to go when I picked it up. As it was winter when I traveled, this seemed like a good way to go. However, I waited too long for my shuttle. I checked from when I called to the shuttle arrival, it was close to thirty minutes. If I travel in the winter again I may use this place. Otherwise, I'll use other parking services that do a better job with shuttle service. |

| Super experience - will definitely use again |
| (February 2, 2012) No wait time when we arrived at the parking site - the shuttle took us right there (2 minutes from the airport). We called as we picked up our luggage on the return flight and they were there to pick us up in less than 5 minutes. Our car was all warmed up when we got back which was so great since we had two little ones w/ us - tired and grumpy at 9:30pm.
Note: The address sent our GPS to a random alley on the side of the parking lot that doesn't go to the actual lot. Just turn onto Airport Road and it's just down the road on the left.

The car was fine and I think it may have been washed or at least, wiped off. The driver of the pick up van was very patient and helpful as we helped her on the bus, which arrived within seconds of when we came to the pickup location. When we arrived at the lot, my car was running and cool. The van driver actually put our bags in my trunk for me while I was helping my wife into the car. We were in and out within minutes. If I had parked in Lot A at the airport, I would not have been on my way as fast, and the cost would have been considerably higher. I am sold on Airport Valet! |

The shuttle was waiting when we got out of the car, they promptly removed the luggage from the trunk and loaded it on the shuttle and we were at out terminal in no time!!!!!! On the return home, within 3 minutes of my call they were there picking us up. My car was ready and cool and waiting for us!!!!! Would recommend this to anyone flying out of T F Green.....will definitely use them again...just wish Jet blue flew out of there. And the price was more than right!!!!! |

We had not flown for a couple of years and are getting older so it was appreciated that they moved our bags from our car to the bus which was ready to go to the TF Green (Providence) Airport; on our return trip we did call when we arrived though a bus was already waiting outside the airport. | (June 5, 2011) I was very pleased with the service, both on departure and arrival. I arrived back a couple of days early, but had been advised to call ahead of time if that might happen. I did, and my car was ready for pick-up as on a scheduled arrival. The only minor issue is getting into their facility if there is heavy commuter traffic while you have to cross two lanes of opposing traffic. It was better at their old location. Not a major problem, more of an inconvenience. |

I had to let the phone ring a very long time before someone picked it up to get my request to be picked up at the airport. Once I got someone on the phone, I felt that the wait time for the van to come was overly long.
Then when I arrived at the office, a person was waiting to greet us and help out with the luggage which seemed to irritate the driver who was planning on helping me with my luggage in order to get a tip. Then I ended up feeling obligated to tip both of them. That did not make me happy. |
