Your cashier didn't understand my bill he tried to over charge me. If it wasn't for Roberto the manager (which it took me numerous request to the cashier to talk to) I would been paying 3times what my bill should have been.

| (December 1, 2011) The parking facility & shuttle service is very good & I have no complaints. It is very convenient for me. Since moving to CT, I always use this parking facility when using Bradley airport.
I also like the on-line reservation process as well. This was my 1st time using it. I will use it in the future as well.
The person that processed my ticket at this last time was very frustrated about another person's "lost" vehicle & hurried & did not process my bill correctly & was not as customer friendly & accommodating as I was used to at this facility.
The experience will not deter me from using the facility again. |

The shuttle bus driver loaded our luggage right away and was very courteous and polite both going and coming back. When we picked up the car it was parked right up front. | (September 26, 2011) Overall speaking, it's convenient and reasonably priced. However, the staff at the counter is extremely rude and always calculated higher than you should pay. It happened to the guy in front of me and myself as well. You have to pay attention about the amount. Besides, if you made a reservation, definitely confirm with them for more than 3 times, or they are going to say they are not acknowledged about the reservation and insist you pay them full price. The checkout staff was so rude that he insisted I never showed him the reservation even he dealt with hundreds of people per day while I just dealt with him and clearly remembered it's him who staple the pick up claim check to my order. However, he denied and blamed me for not showing him, which is ridiculous.
Other than that staff, things are good. |

Van was ready and waiting for us when we got there, and took us to the airport right away. we had 4 heavy bags and the driver helped us so much with all our luggage. I would have given 5 stars but the only issue was it was a long wait for the van after we got our luggage, therefore they only got 4 stars... however when we got back to the parking lot, they had our car out at the main office waiting for us. Sure did make carrying those heavy bags easier!! I will definitely use Z parking again for sure. |

| (August 21, 2011) The price was excellent - about half of what I would have paid at the long term parking garage. We were transported to the airport promptly. Our car was ready for us when we returned about 1:30 A. M. The drivers coming and going were extremely courteous. Slight glitch: When we called for pick up the attendant asked us what airline we came in on. I assumed all I had to do was exit the building through the door nearest to the baggage conveyor and await pick-up. The van however, parked about 100 feet away at the sign for van pick-ups. So we had to drag our overweight bags to the van. We did have to wait about 10 minutes to be picked up. That wasn't bad though we saw vans for other lots make multiple passes while waiting for the Z van. Based on this experience I will certainly use Z Airport Parking again. No one is perfect and overall I was extremely satisfied. |

| (August 18, 2011) I had used Z parking once before my most recent trip. I had a good experience the first time. When I landed at BDL at 1 am on Tuesday August 16, i called at 12:55 and then twice more. I was not picked up at the terminal until almost 1:30 a.m. That was too long to wait. Every other van had come and gone several times. I was not happy, especially at that time of night.
otherwise, i was satisfied with the service. The clerk gave me a free day because of the long wait, so at least he recognized that it was a problem. |

| (July 21, 2011) We traveled from upstate New York to depart from Bradley International at Hartford, CT in order to take advantage of air fare savings, so economy was a large factor in all decisions related to our flight. Generally, there is a direct relationship between cost and service levels, so we didn't expect much in terms of service when it came to long-term airport parking. We were more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Z Airport Parking lot. We were checked in and whisked away to the terminal in less than 5 minutes. A quick call upon our return and the shuttle was waiting when our bags arrived at Baggage Claim. Once again, check-out took less than 5 minutes and our car was just outside the Z Parking office, so there was no walk-and-search to find our car. Thank you, Z Parking, for your attention to detail and efficiency in managing our parking needs. We actually look forward to our next departure from Bradley to park with you again.

This visit could have been improved by a speeder check in and drop off at the airport. The person at the front desk was answering phones and speaking on walkie talkies and could not process my reservation right away. There was no one else working at the desk. There was also a delay with the driver leaving the lot. There were no other customers to go to the airport and yet we didn't leave right away.

| (January 19, 2011) I recently parked at Z Parking from 1/14 to 1/17/2011. After booking on AboutAirportParking.com, I proceeded to the lot. It is quite large, well lit, and in plain sight. Checked in at the office, they hadn't yet received my reservation (I made it about an hour before dropoff and was unable to print my confirmation page) and confirmed that when it came in that I'd like to get the rate that I had bokked for online. Parked, took the very quick shuttle to the airport, and felt very safe leaving my car there.
Arrived back from my trip, shuttle arrived quickly. Back at facility, car was started and warm with lights on and ready to go! Went in to pay and was unable to get my online confirmation rate because I did not bring in my paper when I dropped my car off. Was only about about $3 more (online rate was $6.75, rate i was charged $7.50.) I'd park there again and recommend it as long as you follow this one tip: BRING YOUR CONFIRMATION PAGE!!! :D Happy Travels! |

They should keep a van closer to the airport when flights are expected like the other lots do. We are tired of the wait and will try another lot next time. |
