| (July 20, 2010) The only negative thing I have to say is that even though I made a reservation, when I arrived I got the last spot that was outside. If someone had come in just a few minutes ahead of me, they would have gotten the last outside spot and I would have been forced to find other parking, even at your facility. | (July 17, 2010) The only reason I gave this a 4-star rather than a 5-star review is that it was not clear when we returned to pick up our car that we needed to pay at the inside kiosk before going to our car. It would have been less confusing if the driver had told the passengers to go to the kiosk and pay. We got to the exit and inserted the parking ticket in the machine only to have it show a charge that was almost twice the agreed-upon rate we had gotten online when we made the reservation several months ago. I was able to sort it out by returning inside the building to where we were dropped off and paying at the kiosk but it wasn't clear ahead of time that that was what I needed to do.
Otherwise, everything was great - inexpensive and safe parking and quick drop off and pick up at the airport. |

| (July 10, 2010) Your facility worked well. The sign should be a bit more obvious on Doolittle. It's a bit of luck that I found it without more searching. If someone was coming at night it might be difficult.
Also, if people, like me, book in advance, there should be instructions on the receipt about the process. With other parking places, I've given my key to a worker and pick it up upon returning. It was fortunate I met some others who understood that I simply left the car. Don't misunderstand. I like the process because it's simple and easy. |

Getting a shuttle to the airport was quick and with us landing at 5 am Ithought we would have to wait a while but to my surprise, as we took our last step to the shuttle area a bus arrived and wisked us away. Very satisfied and we will use again. |

| (June 23, 2010) I couldn't find my little red ticket when I returned from my travels though I had used it to phone from the airport to request shuttle pickup. this caused a delay of 20+ minutes and then was told I had to have the original computer print-out. After a week of traveling, I could not locate it. I was finally allowed to leave but it was already midnight and I still had a hour's drive home. I was surprised that the attendants could not seem to retrieve any of my information. |

| (June 19, 2010) These guys are simply outstanding. They have the best prices, and over the years this has brought them the most customers. Because they have all those customers, they also have the most frequent bus service.
Their location just over the city line in San Leandro allows them to avoid outrageous airport taxes on parking. The price you see is the price you pay.
I recommend Expresso Airport Parking to everyone who uses the Oakland airport. |

| (May 26, 2010) It was nice to be close to the airport. We had a lot of luggage and people traveling with us. It was a hassel waiting for the bus to pick us up. We were waiting at the outside location, and found that everyone was just waiting in the inside. So they should just make one location pickup. The othere disappointment was that they dropped you off at a generic spot, instead of at the check in area for which plane you are taking. On the return back to our car, we had one person go get the car, with no luggage and then return to the airport to pick up luggage and family. That worked out better, so that we didn't have to wait for an additional bus to have enough room for the whole family. |

The only drawback is that if you park outside self park, you have to take your luggage to the shuttle pick-up area whereas some other off site long term parking facilities will actually have the shuttle follow you to your parking space and pick you up where you and luggage are. |

| (April 11, 2010) I was really impressed by this experience at Expresso Airport Parking (it was my first time). Everything was fast, smooth and friendly. My only comment is that what I paid there did not match my receipt from AboutAirportParking.com and they said it was due to "it was an estimate" that I received online. Well if that were the case many customers could be baited and switched. Luckily the amount difference was very small (less than $1) and thus negligible (hence still the 5 star rating), but I have to point this out for future customers since not everyone likes a surprise that is not in their favor. In the future I would rather print the coupon off of Expressoparking.com and use the AAA discount and know EXACTLY what I was paying ahead of time. No guessing needed. I am happy, though, by this internet experience through aboutairportparking.com. |

| Very Reasonably Priced - Good Experience |
| (March 25, 2010) We used this facility for the first time on our recent trip to Vegas. First of all, it took us awhile to find a space to park until we drove way into the back of the lot. Unlike other parking lots, they do not pick you up at your vehicle. Here, you have to walk to the covered pick up area for the shuttle. It's OK if you don't have a lot of luggage and are not running late. On the trip home, I called the shuttle (as advised on your ticket) and it showed up in 5 minutes. Not bad. They drop you off inside the covered area where my husband grabbed a quick cup of coffee and muffin...nice touch. It also had departure screen on most airlines, a TV and a computer to print your boarding passes if you are also waiting there to depart for the airport. Since we had a lot of luggage, my husband walked back to the car and picked me up with our stuff. Overall, good experience. The best part of this lot was that I paid $5.95/day and that included taxes...so there were no surprises. I would it give it 5 stars if their shuttle would pick you up and also drop you off at your car. |

| (March 25, 2010) I can not begin to thank your staff for their professionalism and the greatest customer service I have ever received in a while. I arrived w/ my sister from Las Vegas on an evening flight, 8:45pm. Arriving in Oakland, Ca. in the pm is not the most comfortable situation. To be met from the airport with no wait time is fantastic. We paid for out ticket and proceeded to our car in the middle of the parking lot. Lo and behold my car would not start. Heart thumping, I asked the night crew if they could help me figure out or start my car. They couldn't produce a telephone directory. Cynthia used her personal phone and got some numbers for the tow service. Unfortunately, not a single one out 6 numbers were able to respond. She eventually got her car and started to jump it. My car was in a difficult spot sandwiched bet 2 cars and facing the fence. The cable would not reach. She figured 2 cables would do it but people were streaming from the airport and needed to get back. In between trips to the airport, Fred and the Fil. man, shuttle drivers, kept on checking on us and reassuring us. In between their routes to the airport they rigged up two cables and restarted my car. What a great relief!!!! I would definitely recommend and use your parking service again. It was safe and if the service is always going to be like what we experienced, I would give this crew a gold medal. Thank you again Cynthia, Fred, Fil man, and Steven, you're the best!!!!!

| (March 18, 2010) I loved everything about this service. The parking area is easy to navigate. The staff is super friendly. They offer free pastries, newspapers, and coffee while you wait for your shuttle. The shuttles come and go about every 10 minutes.
The only complaint I had about this service was when I arrived home after a long (but much needed) vacation to Vegas, the shuttle was driving off just as I walked up. I waved at the driver to stop (as I was extremely tired and just wanted to get home) and he saw me and waved back but just kept driving. I sat there for the next 10 minutes stewing mad, waiting for him to come back and pick me up. When he came back he was very friendly and apologized. He told me that if he stops outside of the pick-up area the airport police will ticket him. At that point I was calm again and completely understood.
I will gladly use this service for every trip I take in the future!!! |
