The best part is you don't have to deal with parking directly at the airport which is very costly, and that alone is a definite plus in my opinion. |

| Very Reasonably Priced - Good Experience |
| (March 25, 2010) We used this facility for the first time on our recent trip to Vegas. First of all, it took us awhile to find a space to park until we drove way into the back of the lot. Unlike other parking lots, they do not pick you up at your vehicle. Here, you have to walk to the covered pick up area for the shuttle. It's OK if you don't have a lot of luggage and are not running late. On the trip home, I called the shuttle (as advised on your ticket) and it showed up in 5 minutes. Not bad. They drop you off inside the covered area where my husband grabbed a quick cup of coffee and muffin...nice touch. It also had departure screen on most airlines, a TV and a computer to print your boarding passes if you are also waiting there to depart for the airport. Since we had a lot of luggage, my husband walked back to the car and picked me up with our stuff. Overall, good experience. The best part of this lot was that I paid $5.95/day and that included taxes...so there were no surprises. I would it give it 5 stars if their shuttle would pick you up and also drop you off at your car. |

| (March 25, 2010) I can not begin to thank your staff for their professionalism and the greatest customer service I have ever received in a while. I arrived w/ my sister from Las Vegas on an evening flight, 8:45pm. Arriving in Oakland, Ca. in the pm is not the most comfortable situation. To be met from the airport with no wait time is fantastic. We paid for out ticket and proceeded to our car in the middle of the parking lot. Lo and behold my car would not start. Heart thumping, I asked the night crew if they could help me figure out or start my car. They couldn't produce a telephone directory. Cynthia used her personal phone and got some numbers for the tow service. Unfortunately, not a single one out 6 numbers were able to respond. She eventually got her car and started to jump it. My car was in a difficult spot sandwiched bet 2 cars and facing the fence. The cable would not reach. She figured 2 cables would do it but people were streaming from the airport and needed to get back. In between trips to the airport, Fred and the Fil. man, shuttle drivers, kept on checking on us and reassuring us. In between their routes to the airport they rigged up two cables and restarted my car. What a great relief!!!! I would definitely recommend and use your parking service again. It was safe and if the service is always going to be like what we experienced, I would give this crew a gold medal. Thank you again Cynthia, Fred, Fil man, and Steven, you're the best!!!!!

| (March 18, 2010) I loved everything about this service. The parking area is easy to navigate. The staff is super friendly. They offer free pastries, newspapers, and coffee while you wait for your shuttle. The shuttles come and go about every 10 minutes.
The only complaint I had about this service was when I arrived home after a long (but much needed) vacation to Vegas, the shuttle was driving off just as I walked up. I waved at the driver to stop (as I was extremely tired and just wanted to get home) and he saw me and waved back but just kept driving. I sat there for the next 10 minutes stewing mad, waiting for him to come back and pick me up. When he came back he was very friendly and apologized. He told me that if he stops outside of the pick-up area the airport police will ticket him. At that point I was calm again and completely understood.
I will gladly use this service for every trip I take in the future!!! |

The shuttle left about 10 minutes after I boarded, and got to the airport quickly. The pickup area was hard to find, but when I did, there was a shuttle waiting. The checkout process was fairly quick, but the gates weren't working when I left, and had to wait longer than I had hoped to get on the road. |

There seems to be an over booking of drivers during the day and not enough during the pm. One driver is never enough. Period. |

| (March 6, 2010) I arrived at 5:26 with my flight leaving at 6. I was on a shuttle at 6:33 and arrived at the airport a few short minutes later because of speedy no nonsense driving. I made my flight with 10 minutes to spare. Of all the lots I've used around Oakland, best facilities and service, and with the online reservation you can't beat the price. Despite being further away, the route has no stop lights so the shuttle actually arrives fast.
Just remember to bring a printed out copy of your reservation. If they accepted the email off my phone then I'd give them 5 stars. |

| (March 5, 2010) When we got to the parking lot there was no one in sight. I parked, got out our luggage and stood by a kind of bus stop shelter. I left my wife there and started looking around. Found that in a hanger-like building were cars parked inside and a shuttle van. Got my wife, boarded the van and we were on our way. On our return, the van came within just a few minutes and we boarded, were returned and directed to go to a cashier. After going through the process once, we will be happy to use the parking service now that we understand it. |

I pulled into a dark lot with no person in sight. following the shuttle stop signs I walked into the garage. I was suprised to find it well lit & clean. I was still concerned about leaving my car in the first part of the lot since its only 6 months old, but I took the risk. Returning home the shuttle picked me up in a couple of minutes. I got my car back with no damage and no gas stolen. Overall i found your staff very helpful and friendly, the restroom was clean and the price was right. I will park again when flying out of Oakland, but...I would suggest a little more lighting at the exterior and leave the lights on till the sun comes up. Next time I'll come early for coffee. Thanks

| (January 20, 2010) What a fantastic experience...There is no reason I will ever leave out of SFO, now that I know I have this option at OAK. This parking is easy to find, and then you have the option of parking indoors, outdoors, or having them valet your car indoors. I paid the tiny bit more to do valet/indoors, but now that I saw the secure outdoor parking and how easy it is to get from outdoors into the main area, I will feel comfortable doing that next time. Be sure to make an online reservation for a discount, which they will honor. The hangar/warehouse structure where the drop-off is has bag tags, a printer to print your boarding pass, and a scale to weigh your luggage! They also provide free muffins and coffee, and a bottle of water was waiting for me in my car when I picked it up. The staff was professional, the shuttle was clean and fast (no more than 5 minutes to the airport), and they were right there to pick me up after arrival. |

I booked online the night before, the web page delivers the crucial ingredients like times and cost with easy links to details like directions and shuttle times. The drop off was simple and the parking area has ample space for all sorts of vehicles and SUV’s. The pickup was seamless at Oakland Airport and we were delivered promptly to the depot. Some tips – You are best to use a real teller to complete the transaction at the depot, the automated machine is set at an hourly rate so it occasionally doesn’t match the online discount you received. And Book directly with the www.expressoparking.com web site, using any other associated web site could cost you a $4.95 transaction fee. The week I used this service was when California was experiencing torrential rain and even that could dampen the positive attitude of all the Expresso Staff. |

I was not feeling too safe when I had to walk from and back to my car...The only spot that I found available was way far in the A6 section. No one offered to escort me and my 2 big suitcases. But the staff was still very nice....
The "exit" process could have been a little easier... I got my reservation online and I had to find the proof of partial payment that was in my suitcase. It is not easy when one travel to keep all the paperwork on hand.
I liked your rates. I will most likely return to your parking lot next time I travel.
Please ask your drivers or attendants to provide more security for women especially at night.

I've parked at several of the off-site parking lots, but this one was my favorite by far. I will definitely use it again! |

| (December 31, 2009) I was very lost from the moment I drove onto the lot. I drove into the self parking and was greeted by nobody. Finally somebody gave me a blue ticket and I unloaded my five bags, my wife, and my 2 year old son. The shuttle bus showed up very fast and we easially made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. When we returned from our trip a shuttle bus was at the airport, but only had room for my wife and son. I stayed behind with the bags and waited for another shuttle. It came very fast and I was reunited with my family within a matter of minutes. The reason for the 7 out of 10 is because you must have the printed receipt from the online reservation to get the discounted rate. Maybe you should get a computer system that keeps a customers last name on file, because after traveling for 5 days, it is very easy to loose your paperwork. |

| (December 29, 2009) I was looking for reasonable parking around Oakland airport when I came accross Expresso Airport Parking website/coupon. At first I was in doubt that for the price they charge the service would be good but then I read the reviews other customers wrote and I was encouraged to give it a try. And yes, the reviews were right: the personnel was very curteous, the service was good, I was able to print my boarding pass before I got on the shuttle (I didn't try the coffee but indeed it was Peet's). I was a little bit nervous to leave my keys with the attendat since the parking lot was full but he assured me that everything will be ok and so it was. For such great price and service I will go back there. I wish them to keep up the good job they have been doing so far. |

| (December 27, 2009) Got there very early in the am and found the outdoor self parking to be full. Parked inside self park. No problem with the shuttle service at all. Return pick up required a call, but no big deal, they were there very quickly. Leaving was a major hassle. It wasn't clear where and how to pay, so I had to go inside the valet parking area after I had already drove my car to the gate. The cashier was helpful. Getting out of the lot was the problem. They had parked all the cars in so tightly, it was like running the gauntlet to get out. Very nervewracking. |

| (December 23, 2009) Shuttle service prompt and on time; drivers were helpful and friendly; parking lot safe, lighted and secure. I will use Expresso Parking again in my travels. |
