The only thing is this was a holiday trip and I made a reservation and was not informed that the lot may fill up and even if you have a reservations you will have to leave your car in a none parking space and leave the keys. Well this was a surprise and I was not too happy but had no choice. Nevertheless, things worked out and I will continue to use the lot if the price remains low. |

| (November 30, 2009) All the people at Expresso Parking were wonderful and very courteous. There were just not enough of them.
The busses didn't come often and were very full. When we got to the lot, there was a long wait to pay for parking because there was only one checkout person.
The facility and ameneties were terrific. They just need to hire more of those very helpful folks.

| Fast AND Courteous |
| (November 30, 2009) When I atrrived the outside lot was full . I was asked to double park . The Staff was gracious enough to valet park my car at no additional cost. When it was time to retrieve my car , they pulled it up , even tho it was in the self parking lot.
THe shuttle was clean and prompt. I will be doing alot of traveling in the next few months and look forward to leaving my car with EXPRESSO .

| Blocked in Car |
| (November 30, 2009) After many 5 star parking experiences at Expresso you really blew it this time. You oversold the lot and double parked cars so that many, many people couldn't get out. because of the way your operation is run, with only one bus stop on the return, a long walk to the car required a long walk back to find someone to move the blocking car; then another long walk back to the car.
My wife was furious and was promised a refund from a person who seemed to be your night manager. He said he would take care of it the next day (11/28). So far, no refund.
Note: If you are going to double park or block in cars you need to operate like the lots that do this all the time. They run their buses up and down the aisles. If your car is blocked they radio an employee who is cruising the lot. He arrives within a few minutes and moves the car in the way. Of course, you need 24 hour security because the keys are left in the blocking cars. |

| (November 25, 2009) The location was about 1 mile off of 880 and a quick shuttle to and from the airport. We were on our way to the shuttle pick-up and had just missed the a shuttle. In no more than 8-10 minutes later, another shuttle had arrived. Quick drop off and quick pick-up. There parking rates are great and they deliver excellent service. |

| (November 11, 2009) Well, the fact that I received a price on line and then went to pay and was asked to pay more despite the fact that I had given him my receipt of what I had been promised and printed off line. I refused to pay more and he said "he had to get it as close to the price as possible" which is not my problem. In the end I payed less but to be asked to pay more with a printed receipt is rediculous. |

| Coupon problems |
| (November 6, 2009) When I arrived, I showed my internet coupon to the attendant, who told me to park outside and use the machine to pay when I returned. When I attempted to pay at the machine, I was charged twice what I should have been. I was then told by the attendant I needed to present the coupon on payment to get the discount. Because I had not been told the coupon was necessary for payment, I did not keep track of it was unable to locate it. After an angry exchange of several minutes the attendant apparently concluded he was unable to make me overpay for what I had been promised, so he took a coupon out of the drawer in front of him and gave me the discount. The need to retain the coupon was not made clear when I entered, and would have made using the machine impossible if I expected the coupon rate. Since I had made the reservation on line, it should have been easy enough for him to check to see that I had the coupon, but he made no attempt to do so. This confrontation created unnecessary ill will after an otherwise quite acceptable experience. The transport to and from the airport were both very prompt and comfortable. |

| (October 21, 2009) All worked well with the exception of the payment. The folks at the pay window did not understand the pay in advance that we used. It took some time for them to come to terms with the paperwork that I had to support my advance payment. They finally got it worked out then all went well.
I use your parking when we fly from Oakland and find it to be first class all the way.
All in all it would be a perfect rating if they work out the payment understanding.

| Indoor Self Park Review |
| (October 16, 2009) The website made getting to the facility and booking my parking very easy. I even received a better rate by booking online than the published rate at the lot which saved me nearly $20.
The only negative is that the stalls are very narrow and tight. I have a mid-size sedan and had a huge SUV poorly parked next to me which made it difficult to open doors and load lugguge.
In spite of that, I fully intend to use Expresso Parking next time I fly out of Oakland.

| (July 22, 2009) I parked valet inside, your check in and bus staff were a 5+, and on my return the bus was a %+ again. Then I went to pay, I had a contract from the Internet that gave me the exact price, I'd payed a deposit, but your staff had trouble understanding that. Then I questioned the cost of additional hours, when I was in fact 2 hours earlier than the contract indicated. What a hassle. They then criticized me for using an Internet site that wasn't your directly, how would I know what site was what, I'd never been there before. It took me over 20 minutes to get my car (Valet) out of there after 10 hours of travel, perhaps I should go back to my old parking location. I travel weekly out of Oakland and I did not appreciate the way I was treated. I doubt I shall hear from you, but if I do, don't do business with Internet sites you don't like, or if you do blame yourself not me or my wife. |

| (June 8, 2009) I highly recommend Expresso to anyone looking for a long-term, covered, economical parking lot within a few minutes from the Oakland airport. The lot appears save and secure. We love the ease of dropping off and picking up car. The shuttle service was outstanding as well. They pick up from/to parking lot/airport frequently with very minimal wait time. |

The reason I didn't give Expresso a 5 star rating instead of 4 stars, was when I showed them my reservation sheet which I printed out when I booked the parking garage through your web site, the attendent had to go into the head office and delayed not only my departure but all of the customers standing in line behind me.
Due to the delay and the waiting, they eventually gave me one day free.
