| (July 10, 2010) The woman who handled the front desk was very good. She had a lot going on, including phone calls, and she handled things adeptly. (Give her a raise!)
The driving instructions were poor. I was lost for about five-ten minutes, and concerned I might miss my plane. I cannot recall the name of the street, but things went sideways near the airport. I was not that far from Hwy. 99 (International Blvd), but had a difficult time getting on the right street. I called Econo Lodge, and the woman I mentioned earlier helped me find my way and got me to calm down. She was great.
I now know how to get to Econo Lodge, and will park there again.

The attendant was very good, she told me exactly what to do, printed out my boarding pass, and generally organized me, and got me on the shuttle. The shuttle drivers each way were great as well. Thank you for making a stressful situation, less so.

| (July 9, 2010) I was please with this company except for the ride home. We landed, called for our ride back to the lot and when the driver showed up (almost 30 min later) the van was full. We had to wait another 15-20 min for them to drop off and come back. I do realize that this is not their fault, it would just be nice if they had more drivers when they knew they would be busier. Since we tell them about our arrival times when we leave, they should know how many people they have to pick up. |

(This lot allows you to take your keys with you.) No problems & price was lower than most. Would definitely use again. |

| (May 5, 2010) I travel to CA almost every month and have been using Standstone Inn for more than an year now. Its safe, sound and reliable. The staff is friendly and there is a set protocol that they follow its neat. The distance from the airport is approx 5 min and never had any problems with the shuttle service that they offer.
Never has my car been damaged or compromised in any way. I would recommend this parking over Master Park and some of the others who charge more jus because they are a few blocks closer to the airport. This is value for money and max return on the risk. |

| (March 10, 2010) The hotel concierge was absolutely wonderful - incredibly positive and friendly. The 20 minute wait between shuttles was a bit of a concern they did not hold the one about to leave when we arrived, but airport security was not bad so we had plenty of time to catch our flight. Ditto at the other end of our trip we called they said they would be 10 minutes but were more like 23 minutes (cold long wait)and we had trouble identifying the van taking us back to the hotel parking lot. Car was safe for the few days we were gone. We will use this place again as it is a great price. |

The only issue is knowing which driveway to enter to park your car. If you choose the wrong one, you may have to circle around the block to get to the right one.
To park your car, enter the main Econo Lodge Hotel driveway and stop next to the main lobby. Drop off your luggage and passengers inside the main lobby and ask the desk clerk where to park your car.

I came in at about 4am, and found out that before 5am, the shuttles only run every half hour, so be aware of that. Otherwise, it was no problem, the lot is fenced in, with cameras, I felt safe parking there. They need to replace some of the lights in the lot, but it was no big deal.
I read the reviews on a bunch of places before coming here, and this place had the best reviews, and best price. I will probably make this my regular spot, so please find another place and don't park here - I want it all to myself. :-)

| (January 20, 2010) The price we got when we made the reservation changed when we payed at the location. They said the rate was calendar days (which means that if you park your car friday night at 9PM and pick it up 12 hours later 9AM saturday you pay for two days. Also they added an $8 airport fee, that wasn't mentioned until you make the actual reservation.
I only made reservation with Econo Lodge because the company I normally use didn't have any vacancys.
Besides rates the parking worked out fine. |

| (January 5, 2010) I used their Park & Fly package for holiday travel. My original reservation was for just parking for eight days. The hotel operator showed me where I could instead still park for the eight days plus have a room on the night of my return trip to Seattle for 30.00 more. I opted for this. My trip to the airport on 12/24 and back on 1/1 went off without a hitch. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I have done quite a bit of traveling this past year and this hotel exceeded what I was expecting with respect to the higher priced hotels I have stayed at. |

| (December 31, 2009) We self-parked at around 7:00AM on Christmas day. We had a printed reservation from AboutAirportParking, and managed to find what appeared to be the last available space in the lot.
When we walked back to the office with our luggage, the woman at the front desk immediately expressed her strong frustration that we had parked our car. She said we should have had them valet-park us as they were very full. She said that the additional service would have been free as they were very full.
I asked if we had passed a sign indicating this. She said no, and then countered by asking if we had parked there before, still venting her frustration at us. When we replied that we had not been there before, she countered again, stating that our reservation material gave us directions to follow this procedure (we read the reservation printout later, and it did not provide any such direction).
She continued to vent that we had not done what we “should have done”, and gave us a slip of paper to place on the dash. She asked us about the status of remaining spaces available, and continued expressing frustration at our actions.
We walked out and placed the paper on the dash. When we returned, she said the next shuttle would be leaving in 12 minutes. A minute later, the driver invited us to jump into the shuttle and drove us to the airport. He was very nice.
The price was OK. The diagonal space where we parked at the back of the motel building was adequate to prevent door dings. Access was generally a bit tight. The lot paving is pretty old and very uneven. Other parking spaces looked like they might generally be adequate. Someone had parked and blocked one aisle.
Basically, the woman at the desk was so thoroughly unpleasant, we would only go back if it was the only option. Otherwise, both shuttle drivers were very courteous, loading and unloading our luggage, etc.
The spaces were probably generally all “OK”. The fencing and security appeared like they might be all right, though it appears that there is no occupied booth where an attendant would be able to overlook the lot, which is a big minus.

The only downside was that the parking was not fenced and near the road--that said we didn't have any security problems. |
