But hey, it was Christmas and they still honored my reservation and my car was fine when I got back. The driver wanted to drive everyone right to their car because it was raining hard, even if it was only a few car lengths.And the price was reasonable. |

| (December 28, 2011) This was my first experience with airport parking. I chose Sandstone Inn because it had a low rate and good reviews. This was a good option. There is a very large lot and it is not too far from the airport. It took about 30 minutes to get to the airport from the time I checked in and it took 10 minutes for the shuttle to arrive from when I called at the waiting area. I think it is probably a bit slower than others due to one driver rotating around, so we may try something different next time to see if we can streamline the wait time a little. The lot is a little dark; I wouldn't feel comfortable being alone at night as a woman. |

| Good Fare, Long Wait Though |
| (December 28, 2011) We arrived at the Sandstone Inn around 4 PM (supposed to be a business prime time) but there was only one shuttle van running. The shuttle van only holds 11 passengers max. Because we were a party of 4, the party before us had 9 people, the party after us had 2 people so our party had to wait for the shuttle van twice and waited for over 30 minutes. On returning, it was around 9 PM, we waited over 30 minutes but other passengers complained that they have waited for over 40 minutes. Again, some passengers did not get on the shuttle van that we got on because there were more than 11 people waiting. The parking fare is good but only the gravel with grasses parking stalls were available for airport parking. I got what I paid for. |

| (December 27, 2011) The sign-in process and shuttle on our way out, were great; clean and efficient. We returned on Christmas Day, though, and waited over 45 min. at the airport for the shuttle. By then there was a crowd, so the van was fully loaded. The driver was courteous, though unapologetic; maybe they were shorthanded that evening. But the price was fair, our car was safe, and it ended well. I'll be back... |

They then said we do not have any reservations left except for valet(which is what had reserved already)at a much higher price! What disappointed me the most was how they handled the situation (NO CUSTMER SERVICE)

| (December 3, 2011) Sandstone Inn's parking suited us 'budget travelers' perfectly. A good deal for the service. It was pretty easy to find using a smartphone, and the checkin was fast as we had reserved online. You can speed things up by having your CCard, License, plate number and the reservation request printed out for them to scan. We were in a hurry (our fault!) and did not want to miss the already-waiting van, so they parked my car for me. Do your nervous system a favor— get there 15 minutes earlier than you think you need to avoid a potential wait for a 'just left' van. Their car lot is fenced in and lit, and as safe as anyone's in the area. There was even a snack and coffee at the checkin desk. When I returned to SeaTac at the late hour of 11:45pm, I just called them as requested, told them what pickup island I would be on, and they showed up in about 15 minutes as they claimed they would. The driver was courteous, helpful and handed me my car key as he dropped us off to the car. Do not be put off my the second-class look of the Sandstone Inn at first glance from street; it seemed like a well run place with a smart, friendly staff. Everyone was quite professional. I'll be back!

The woman who was working on that day was very friendly and helpful. My car was right where I left it and there was no damage so I was greatly pleased. | (November 29, 2011) We have been using Sanstone Inn for years to park our vehicle when we go on vacation and have never had any issues with damage or a break in. The shuttle is a different story. On 11-27-11, I called for a pick up, 20 minutes later, no shuttle. So I called again and he came 10-15 minutes later to pick us up. 35 minutes waiting. When my husband talked to the manager, he said that he thought we had been picked up, since the driver brought people back to the Inn. Well, the shuttle had already passed the Island that we were at when I called. I gave the guy my last name and ticket # when I called. Why? He never asked the driver if he picked us up. What good is your walkie talkie system, if your people don't use it correctly? We were the first people to the pick up area and the last to be picked up! Other companies are showing that they are more efficient. When it has been a long flying day and 1:00 am in the morning, anyone would want to get home as soon as possible! |

| (November 21, 2011) A friend suggested that I try Sandstone Inn Parking. I'm very glad I did. The woman at the counter in the motel lobby was VERY helpful and I parked and caught the shuttle in a quick amount of time. The driver was pleasant and helpful. When I returned to SeaTac, it took a little longer for the van to come pick me up but it was not a problem - maybe 8 minutes ? The same driver was again nice and helpful. My car was right where I left it; it was evening but the lot was well lit and I felt safe getting into my car. I will definitely use Sandstone next time I fly. Thank you. |

Checkin and driver staff have all been very nice and take care of me quickly. Wait time might be longer than the 15 minutes they promise but so far I have not waited longer. I do call them as soon as I get off the plane since I always use the same island and never have checked bags - that way they are there within a few minutes. |

My only comment is during the holiday season they need to have more than one person taking care of check in for parking. The line gets backed up. People get angry because they think they're going to miss the shuttle and their flight. Everyone crowds the counter and the one person doing the check in doesn't know who was next in line and neither do the people waiting because the line turns into a crowd of people at the counter. It might be quicker if you advertise the form that you have to fill out with your dates, license plate #, etc. with your online site and also advertise it with your coupons in the local newspapers. |
