| (January 5, 2010) I used their Park & Fly package for holiday travel. My original reservation was for just parking for eight days. The hotel operator showed me where I could instead still park for the eight days plus have a room on the night of my return trip to Seattle for 30.00 more. I opted for this. My trip to the airport on 12/24 and back on 1/1 went off without a hitch. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I have done quite a bit of traveling this past year and this hotel exceeded what I was expecting with respect to the higher priced hotels I have stayed at. |

At the airport just dial at the pick-up area and the van promptly arrives in just a few minutes (this can be a bit discouraging when you see the multiple vans from larger lots pass by, nut the wait is quite short and well worth the substantially lower price |

The only reason it has 4 stars instead of 5 is the van took a while (about 15-20 mins) to arrive at the airport after we called.

| (January 1, 2010) Parking was fine, but obviously not their main business - a bit unorganized, but OK. The real issue was after an 8 day trip - the shuttle took 40minutes to arrive. I had to call 3 times, and each time the person told us that the shuttle was either on the way or checked Island 3 at the airport and we werent there - which was not the case. 40 minutes in the cold was just not acceptable. |

| (December 31, 2009) We self-parked at around 7:00AM on Christmas day. We had a printed reservation from AboutAirportParking, and managed to find what appeared to be the last available space in the lot.
When we walked back to the office with our luggage, the woman at the front desk immediately expressed her strong frustration that we had parked our car. She said we should have had them valet-park us as they were very full. She said that the additional service would have been free as they were very full.
I asked if we had passed a sign indicating this. She said no, and then countered by asking if we had parked there before, still venting her frustration at us. When we replied that we had not been there before, she countered again, stating that our reservation material gave us directions to follow this procedure (we read the reservation printout later, and it did not provide any such direction).
She continued to vent that we had not done what we “should have done”, and gave us a slip of paper to place on the dash. She asked us about the status of remaining spaces available, and continued expressing frustration at our actions.
We walked out and placed the paper on the dash. When we returned, she said the next shuttle would be leaving in 12 minutes. A minute later, the driver invited us to jump into the shuttle and drove us to the airport. He was very nice.
The price was OK. The diagonal space where we parked at the back of the motel building was adequate to prevent door dings. Access was generally a bit tight. The lot paving is pretty old and very uneven. Other parking spaces looked like they might generally be adequate. Someone had parked and blocked one aisle.
Basically, the woman at the desk was so thoroughly unpleasant, we would only go back if it was the only option. Otherwise, both shuttle drivers were very courteous, loading and unloading our luggage, etc.
The spaces were probably generally all “OK”. The fencing and security appeared like they might be all right, though it appears that there is no occupied booth where an attendant would be able to overlook the lot, which is a big minus.

| (December 31, 2009) We used this lot for a Christmas time trip and found the online rate of 7.99 the cheapest around for that time. Van pick up was pretty quick. We did self-parking vs. valet. The only downside was that the parking was not fenced and near the road--that said we didn't have any security problems. |

| (December 2, 2009) I tried parking at the Econo Lodge for the first time over this Thanksgiving weekend. The check in was fast and effecient. The pickup took a little longer as too many people stampeded the van when it arrived at the airport. Myself and another couple had called, but it did appear that three men just jumped on the van without verification. They could have been customers or employees, but it did look suspicious. The driver was apologetic and returned as quickly as possible. It was not a big deal for me, but the other couple was quite upset. I would recommend that the driver require the proof of parking before allowing people to enter the van. That would at least verify that everyone had the right to be there and that legitimate paying customers wouldn't be bumped by someone just looking for a free ride. All in all, a decent enough experience and at a very reasonable price so I will most likely use the parking again. Thank you

| (November 28, 2009) Courteous folks to do business with, professional and timely. We parked our own car and was whisked off to the airport in minutes. When we returned, we called as instructed and again, with in minutes, the shuttle was at the airport to pick us up. Nice thing about parking off site is I did not half to deal with all the airport traffic. Having a driver who is very familiar with airport driving makes the trip all that much more relaxing. When we returned to the parking area we were taken directly to our car and the driver helped us with the luggage. I highly recommend utilizing this company for airport parking. |

It took about 20-25 minutes from arrival at sandstone to airport includes paying the fee, parking my car and being dropped off. The pickup was fine the guy arrived quickly. For about the price of a taxi home i was able to drive my own vehicle with minimal annoyance so im pretty happy about it. Next time i might try some other park places nearby to be able to compare services (there seems to be about 10 or so different options at SEATAC) |

| Parking Experience @ Econo Lodge |
| (November 15, 2009) I had an 8:10 AM flight out to Las Vegas and knowing how long it takes to park your vehicle and go through all the hoops I arrived at Econo Lodge at 6:30 AM by 7:00 AM I was in the Airport standing in line to get my boarding pass. It took longer to do that than it took to check in my car at Econo Lodge I would recommend this parking spot for any travelers leaving from SeaTac airport. OH, and by the way it is very inexpensive compared to other facilities. KUDO's to you guys at Econo Lodge.

I took off very early in the morning and returned very late at night, and felt very safe parking my car, etc. Pickup from the airport was as fast as I have seen with any of the other parking facilities that I used, faster than many. I will definitely use them again, in fact, they are the only airport parking facility that I can recommend, having used several of the others and not having had great experiences with those. |

| (October 7, 2009) This was my first visit Sandstone. Upon arrival I was given clear, detailed instructions and appropriate paperwork. Parking was easy (personal choice in fenced lot) with a short walk, with luggage, back to check in area. My shuttle arrived within 12 minutes and the driver assisted with loading my luggage. The driver was courteous and drove safely. At this facility, you are responsible for your own keys. I like that! On my return, my flight was delayed by 3 hours (arrived wee hours of morning). When I called for a pick-up, they answered right away, were courteous without complaints or questions, and arrived within 10 minutes. When we got back to Sandstone, the driver drove me right to my vehicle in the back lot, and waited until I was loaded and engine started. Thanks for a wonderful experience. I'll be using this facility again. |

The people were friendly and drop off and pick up were timely. The close location to the airport made for very quick trips. The only thing that was a little confusing was that all references on the web are to "Sandstone Inn" but all you see when you drive to the address is "Econo Lodge". I will definitly be parking there in the future. |

We arrived in enough time to catch an early shuttle, but the driver ignored our please to stay a minute or two more and drove off without us. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the next shuttle. On return, at 9pm, we called as required for the shuttle and were told it was on its way to us. Thirty minutes later, when I called again, we were told the same thing. Complaints to their employees were turned away by a deaf ear. Never again! |

| (August 6, 2009) The Staff at the Sandstone Inn were very helpful and courteous. We left the car at the Sandstone Inn for 2 weeks and it worked out perfectly we will use this park and fly again |
