| (August 6, 2009) The lot was ok, not the best lit, but it seemed secure enough, no entry/exit except through the courtyard of the motel and past the office. Pickup and drop-off was smooth, I would recommend and will likely use again. |

| It was OK |
| (July 29, 2009) Everything went fine. Nothing excellent about them and nothing really bad about them. They're not that far from the airport terminal and since they weren't very busy at all for pick up or drop off, everything worked out fine. I'd use them again but they wouldn't be my first choice. Security looked kind of iffy, but nothing happened to my car. |

| (July 13, 2009) We parked here for 3 nights. The van service to and from the airport was very prompt and the driver was very courteous. Couldn't tell a difference from parking at other places, and it was 1/2 the price. |

Online transaction was smooth, when we got to Sandstone our van was parked and we were at the airport in no time. The customer service was A+. When we returned our van was safe and secure and we were on our way home. Thank you Sandstone for your great service we will use you again if/when we use long term parking in Seattle. |

| (July 13, 2009) We just recently used Sandstone when we traveled over the 4th of July holiday. I had looked up many parking options and this seemed to be the better and more affordable choice. I was right in that assumption as we were greeted and met at the office with the shuttle. Everything was easy and it was the first time we didn't have a huge hassle going to the airport. |

| (July 1, 2009) We parked at the Sandstone Inn Airport Parking for a total of 6 days. Great rate and great service. We only waited for about 5 minutes for the shuttle to the airport. We expected a 40 minute wait for the shuttle from the airport, but it was only 15 minutes. Will definately use them in the future! |

I had to wait for 25 minutes at station one to be picked up and when I was picked up the driver had friends in the car, was talking with them, and didn't offer to help get my bags in the van. I'm five months pregnant and have some help with my bags would be have nice. I was ready to tip! |

| (June 25, 2009) The people are very courteous, and we were taken to the airport promptly. The only downside was that it took 20 or 30 minutes to get picked up at the airport and taken back to our car. I have no idea if they were only having a bad day or if that is the norm. |

| (June 6, 2009) This was a standard "park and fly" stay. For the price, definetly 5 stars, lobby 3 stars, service 4 stars, front desk help 2. I heard most experiences were encountered with rude personell. I wasn't any different. However knowing this I was insanely happy and appreciated--"killed um with kindness". Overall our car was safe and left in the exact spot we left it. No bumps or bruises on car.
I would use this service again.

| (June 1, 2009) The service was excellent! I was picked up promptly from the air port right where they told me to wait. They dropped me off at my vehickle when I arrived back at the lot. The only problem I found was that initially I had difficulty finding the Entrance to the Sandstone. Once I recognised that it went under a building, it was a sweet expierience from then on. |

| (May 27, 2009) I used Sandstone Inn for airport parking after trying a few others at SeaTac. Check in (at the Econo Lodge) and payment was straight forward and the shuttle to the airport was timely. On the return I had to wait about 15 or 20 minutes for the shuttle which was okay. I wish they had more regular shuttles coming through the airport for pickup, but they come after a reasonable time when you call. I will likely use them again. |

| (May 23, 2009) It seemed to take over 40 minutes to be picked up. I did call the 44# and the guy on the phone ( it was really hard to hear with the phone connection)was very friendly. He did send a van in about 10 minutes (good) but when it got to us it was full. So we waitied another 20 min or so. We reailize that there are times when the pick-up is not very busy so you only use 1 van. How about a little bigger van or a small bus something like that. Anyway everybody that we talked to at Sandstone were very friendly and courtious. You have good people.I hope you can get a little better on the pick-up.

| (April 3, 2009) We just used these folks during a spring break trip we just took. Even though we did not make reservations in advance (we had reserved a space at a different lot which cancelled on us), they offered a good deal and treated us very nicely. The shuttle dropped us off and picked us up in less than 10 minutes wait. The place is conveniently located and the personnel is polite and friendly over the phone and in person. |
