The wait at the airport was about 7 minutes. I driver on both trips were very helpful. It is easy to check in and out, even in the late hours of the morning. My car was in good shape when I returned. I would recommend Expresspark to my friends. I would also recommend going on line and reserving your space. |

| (June 8, 2013) We have used Express Park for our last four or five extended vacations. As has been normal, the gate attendants, drivers, and cashier were friendly and responsive. Time from arrival at the lot to arrival at the gate was probably on the order of 10-15 minutes, and that only because other passengers were on the van (we were the first picked up). Time from our call to the lot upon return to arrival of the van was on the order of five minutes. Our car was parked immediately behind the entry gate, right where we had left it. A quick inspection showed no damage. We plan to continue using this facility. |

No more lifting heavy bags onto a crowded bus; no more being jerked around as I ride; no more buses flying by me as I try to flag them down...just friendly, courteous people who take the stress out of my trip by providing help with my bags, a comfortable ride, and personalized service - all for a much lower price!

| (June 1, 2013) After some major research express park seemed to be the most reasonably priced lot. We arrived at the north epresspark where you park your own car (and get to hold onto your own keys) which is a plus in my book. A van pick you up and takes you to the airport right away. The drivers departing and returning we're both nice guys. Waiting for the shuttle took no more than 5-8 mins. They drop you off right at your car and you drive up to the teller to pay. Easy peasy.. I think I found my new place to park. |

Their vehicle was clean and easy to get into and out of. The shuttle was passing by as we parked on our way to the airport so they waited for us. Upon our return, the driver took each of us to our car and helped with the luggage. Definitely we'll do this again.

| (May 20, 2013) Rating would have been much higher. This was my first time using your lots. Biggest challenge was initial drvier never let anyone on the bus know that there are two lots. Obviously people that have used your services in the past know this. He did not give anyone a ticket when we got off of the bus. When I returned I called for pickup a bus showed up, I gave them my name and off we went to the South lot, my car was in the North lot. The driver was very apologetic and took me to the north lot when he finished with his folks at the south lot. I have no complaints other than the fact that if I had been given a ticket on the ride in I would have known about the other lot and would have saved everyone some time.I called two other folks that had been driven to your North lot and met me there for the ride in as they had not received tickets either to let them know about the different lots as they were coming back on later flights which saved them the time upon arrival. |

Upon returning I have waited only the time it takes them to get from Express Park to the airport. The staff is pleasant, the shuttles are clean and the check in check out process is simple and uncomplicated.I wouldn't think of using another parking .

| (May 13, 2013) I have used Expresspark for several years and very happy with the service. I normally use the About Parking site to reserve a spot and receive the discounted rate coupon. During my last visit while checking out and paying the remaining Balance, it was brought to my attention that the time on the reservation was for 11PM and not 11AM and I was being charged for an extra day. The ticket I received at the gate when I entered is timed stamped and clearly had 11:00 AM but APEARENTLY this ticket IS required to check out but NOT used to calculate the time. The charges are based on the times on the reservation. I was charged for 12 hours that I was not parked at the lot, and most likely if you return earlier than your reservation, you may still be charged for the time you reserved. I don't believe that this is a fair way to calculate charges since there is a time stamped ticket. Considering how often I use Express Park I would have thought there should be some flexibility, instead I was given the cold shoulder, so to speak. I myself will be looking to park at other lots in the future. |

| (May 7, 2013) We have preferred and used ExpressPark North for several years now. We have found all the quality, courtesy, cleanliness, safety, timeliness issues very good. Once in a while things can go wrong, however, our delayed pickup on May 04, 2013 was apparently avoidable. We called the dispatch after arriving at the outside pickup location. After a 15 minute wait, we called again and were told that the driver was approaching our location which was the first stop. The van showed up 7 minutes later. Since this had not happened before with Expresspark, we mentioned it to the driver who said he had been sitting in the van 5 minutes from us for the past 20 - 25 minutes. Clearly there was a problem at the dispatch point. After a long traveling time, the last thing someone wants is to have a long wait unnecessarily. |

Initially there was some concern because the name was unfamiliar to me, but it was closer to the airport than the others which is a great time saver, so I gave it a try. I was very impressed! The prices were affordable, service was excellent, and lot was safe and clean, and the shuttle drivers were polite. I felt relaxed with my car being parked there. This made for a comfortable trip and one less thing to be concerned about. This is where I plan to park in the future each time I use the airport or need temporary business parking.

Parking lot was fine and shuttle van followed us in and pulled up behind us to grab our bags and take us to airport. When we arrived back and called the dispatcher, the shuttle van was there within 2 minutes to take us to our car. Each attendant was courteous and helpful loading our bags.
