I was blown away by the price of the parking and was willing to deal with the consequences, if any. From the help in the booth, to the superfriendly drivers to the conveyance of location and timeliness. Im willing to pay the extra money for a plane ticket just for this convenience!
For frequent fliers like myself, have no expectations bc they aimportant to please! I've already passed on the word to friends and family. |

| (February 7, 2012) I have been parking here ever since moving to this area in Nov 2010. By the time you park the car, the shuttle is usually waiting for you. The drivers are very friendly, engaging in casual conversation, the staff wishes you a safe flight and a welcome when you come back. Treat you like a friend rather than a business object.
Am scared to praise it too much because more people might start parking there making it more difficult to find a parking space, but they deserve the praise. Ofcourse, it is stil one of the cheapest places to park |

| (February 3, 2012) This was our first time parking at the Expresspark. I couldn't believe how close to the airport it was. Checkin was easy. The lot was secure and well lit. The shuttle van was ready to take me to the airport. The drivers were very friendly. When I arrived back at the airport, I called Expresspark to pick me up. The operator told me were to go. I waited less than 5 minutes. The driver took me right to my car. It couldn't have been easier. I will definitely park at Expresspark again.

| (January 30, 2012) As I arrived to park for my flight, I was directed to a specific area of the lot with a shuttle van following me to where I parked. Upon my return, timing was such that there was a van waiting at curbside for me to walk out of the terminal and into the van. Passengers (and then I) needed to wait about two more minutes as another passenger did the same thing that I did before the van left to return us to the lot and our cars.
Staff is consistently courteous. On my way to the airport, a driver was being patient with a woman who was talking loudly enough on her cell phone to disrupt other passengers' conversation. When she ended her calls, the driver's conversation with her made it clear that she was flying out to visit her very ill mother and that her cell phone behavior was extremely reasonable-- and greeted that way by the driver! |

| Great except for North Lot/ South Lot confusion |
| (January 20, 2012) Good experience overall with only one item being a spoiler. Finding the lot was very easy, parking as well, almost immediate turnaround on the shuttle taking me to the gate, faster than I had even hoped for. Staff was very friendly as well as courteous and professional, both coming and checking out.
The only problem I had was when coming back. There are two ExpressPark shuttles, which I didn't know, and I wound up on the wrong one. These two really need to be differentiated somehow. This will not be an issue on my next visit since now I know what to look out for. |

THis confusion caused us to miss a shuttle that was waiting just as we exited the terminal. Had we known this, we would have had no wait. Note to others - if your ticket is buff colored and you parked on Tinicum Island Road, take the North lot shuttle, If you have a blue ticket and parked across from the Ramada Inn on the Industrial Highway, Rt 291, take the South lot shuttle.
Now that we know the ropes, we'll use Express park again. |

| (January 5, 2012) While parking or returning during day time is very good, when I have to return from my trips at night, the waiting is very long and only two vans are available. After I wait 20 -30 min I get into a full populate van only to see a second van passing by completely empty. Appers to me the at night there is no coordination between the vans. I would recommend to ask everyone the return time. This will allow you to plan better. It is a shame to be so dissapointed at night after a long flight, to have to wait another 20-30 min for the van.
The 3 stars are only because twice returning at night I experienced the same situation.
Otherwise would be a 5 stars. |

| (January 4, 2012) I have used this service in the past and waiting time has been 10 min or less. However, this opportunity the waiting time when leaving to the airport was longer than 10 minutes. The bus was in the lot and picked me and others as we arrived, but waited longer for other passengers arriving to the lot. In the past there was more bus movement and the wait had been shorter. Wish this could be maintained.
Lot has some darker areas (arrived early morning), but center of lot was well lit. The driver was courteous, offered a card to call back upon arrival (though forgot to offer to all passengers he was picking up). Pickup at the airport upon arrival was timely. This service has a "north" and "south" lot with separate shuttles and this can be confusing for the passengers.

| (December 30, 2011) What a great experience I had with Expresspark. First its not hard to find and when you get in the gate, they have signs showing you exactly where to park. When you arrive at the open spots the shuttle is already waiting for you. Courteous driver takes your baggage and waits for a couple parties and then off to the airport which is only 2-3 minutes away. When you arrive back in Philly they just ask that you call when you have your luggage. A wait of less than 5 minutes and I was on the shuttle being taken care of by yet another courteous driver. The driver will drop your right at your vehicle and then you're off on your way home. No complaints at all! |
