| (December 4, 2009) Convenient location, prompt shuttle pickup. It is inexpensive compared to other parking facilities. However, I believe, paying for parking more than a couple of dollars is in general nonsense as you are paying basically for a tiny space under the sun. The only guys who deserve paying are the shuttle drivers and the dispatcher, who service you only when you arrive and leave, and not all the 10 days that you are away.
Express Park is a good parking service with marginally acceptable rates in my opinion. I am grateful to the people who do the real work there for their excellent effort and friendliness. |

| (December 2, 2009) This was my 1st time using anything other than the airport's parking and it was a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, a van followed us to our parking spot and our luggage was put on it immediately. We picked up a few other people in the parking lot and were on our way for the short drive to the airport.
The return experience was just as great! I called ExpressPark from the terminal to let them know I was ready to be picked up and within (5) minutes a van pulled up. Our van waited about 5-8 minutes for another family to get outside and then we headed back to our cars. I was dropped off at my car and my luggage was unloaded. The check-out process went extremely smooth and fast. I was on my way home about 30 minutes after I landed!!!
Both drivers were pleasant and the woman at the check-out was very nice and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. ExpressPark is convenient, affordable, close to the airport, and employs friendly/helpful people. |

| (December 2, 2009) I have nothing but praise for Express parking. However, I was a little put off that even though I had reservations for parking you had no space available. I was glad that I was able to park elsewhere because Express park had made an agreement with another lot.
I thought by reserving a spot early I would be garaunteed a parking spot-but it appears that is not the case. What would have happened if the other lot was full? I am happy that Express park had a parking spot for me-but I do not believe I should have had to be moved because of over booking. It appears from others I was talking with on the van to the airport that they had not made reservations but was able to park without incident. If this was truly the case, why would anyone pay ahead of time?
Except for this issue, I have always been pleased with Express park's service |

On the return trip, the van arrived within 5 minutes of being called and once again the driver helped my sister on and off the van.

| (December 1, 2009) Parking at Express Park was a breeze. The location is right off the freeway, about a mile from the exit. They have numerous shuttle vans, so parking and getting to the airport terminal is super fast. I called them from my gate after I landed and the shuttle was waiting by the time I came out. Landing to my car to the freeway in less than 20 minutes! The very competitive price also helps. Highly recommend!!! |

| (December 1, 2009) Our GPS had some trouble locating Expresspark but once we actually used THEIR directions, we were fine (stupid GPS!). We arrived at the lot and were delighted to be greeted by very nice staff who showed us EXACTLY where to park (the shuttle driver was waiting in our spot so we could easily find it in the dark - at 5am!). I loved how each lane was named after a street in Philadelphia. Very cute (and easier to remember than a number!).
My ONLY complaint was that the dispatcher when we called to get a pick up on the way back was a bit curt. But, our driver came to get us within 15 minutes and he was the same awesome sweet guy so he made up for it.
The price was GREAT! Our week of parking was less than a cab would have been one way so, for us, this made total sense and I will use them again!

The cost, I would rate a 5(just remember to use the internet to reserve a space to receive the best rate). The personel that I encountered,(driver and toll booth person) I would rate a 5. The transportation time to and from the airport, I would rate a 5. The pick up time from the airport, I would rate a 5. (I arrived at 5:00pm). The only improvement that I would recommend is designation signs to remember where you park your car in the parking lot area. Example: Section A,B,C etc. Remembering where you park your car was not to difficult BUT section signs would be helpful. Otherwise, I would differently park at Expresspark again |

| (November 19, 2009) Unlike most airports I've parked at, where when you park it's hit or miss if they pick you up at the airport on your return, this operation is a tightly run operation. In fact, I wondered if the operation was commanded by a drill sergeant! Sitting in the van, I heard the radio dispatcher confirmed every pickup by name, so there was no chance of being left at an airport stop as I've experienced in other major airports. (EWR & SFO come to mind!) I paid a very fair price, and the parking lot security appeared to be first rate. Next time I fly out of PHL, I'll certainly go online and reserve my parking here! |

The overall communication between the drivers and base kept things very well organized, the vans all spread out so no one had to wait for a van longer than a few minutes to return to the lot from baggage claim.
