When I arrived before sunrise a van was immediately available and the trip to my airport terminal took only a few minutes. When I returned, I was promptly picked up and delivered to my vehicle. | (November 5, 2009) We checked website reviews when looking for a place to park our car and EXPRESSPARK (E.P.) was rated as one of the best, so we gave them a try. Each employee we dealt with was a delight and actually seemed happy to be there. Once we parked our car, the van driver pulled up, helped us with our luggage and had us at the terminal in about 10 minutes. We were at the terminal for about 15 mins. when I realized we left one piece of luggage in our car. The E.P operator was so pleasant when I called to tell her what happened. They promptly picked me up and I was back at the terminal within 20 minutes. It does not get much better than that. From now on this will be the ONLY service we use. Thank you E.P. (date: 11/09) |

Expresspark employees were hospitable, helpful and were immediately by our side to take us to the airport. In fact on the return trip after I had gotten my luggage, I didn't even have to call for a ride. As I proceeded to the pickup area, an Expresspark shuttle van was onloading passengers already. I walked up, handed the driver my bag and was on board. Judging by the amount of riders your service is very popular. I was back at my truck and on the way home in under a half hour. The driver was courteous and helpful and patiently got everyone to their vehicles even in the pouring rain. I absolutely would choose your service again. |

On our return had a 5 minute wait for the shuttle. I have waited as much as an hour for other shuttles services that will pick you up and take you to your home. A few years ago I left my vehicle at a park much closer, and it cost me twice as much. For just 5 to 10 minutes of a shuttle ride it is advantageous to use Express Park. They get 5 stars. Not to use their park would be foolish. There are always two prices one for the wise and one for the foolish. So be wise and use this Park. |

| (October 23, 2009) I love parking here for several reasons. One is that I always feel safe on the lot. There are always people available to help you with your bags and get in the vans. Secondly, the people that work there have all been INSANELY nice. Now I think I would lose my mind if all I did was drive back and forth to the airport, but never once have I had a bad experience with them. Thirdly, they are prompt. I haven't really ever had to wait long to be picked up. Even in rush hour traffic this last time I only waited about 10 minutes to be picked up. Oh, and who can beat the price!!

It is not fair for me to criticize ExpressPark for MY having lost my ticket and receipt. Just YOU make sure you dont make my mistake. They were very helpful nonetheless, and I will make certain to have that receipt handy next time I return to the lot. |

The Expresspark lot was full when I arrived, but an "extra" space was found for me immediately and I experienced no delay. The Expresspark folks continue to be courteous and demonstrate an interest in getting you to and from the airport quickly. Plus, use of the online reservation service gets you a reduced daily rate. Would've been 5 stars if they would get those larger vehicles that let you walk in, put your luggage on a rack and sit facing the middle rather than crawling into the back of a stretch van. |

Need to improve: The vans are limited in space and luggage capacity. The driver has to stack bags in a random order based on who gets in the van 1st. Then when arriving at the drop off point, the 1st person off may have the bags at the bottom of the pile. Driver has to off load everything to get to these bags. Then has to reload.... randomly again.
This bad on the driver and makes everybody else wait.
I will use your services again. |

| (October 20, 2009) My stay with Smart Park, my first, could not have been any better. We called after picking up our luggage and the shuttle was already out there at the pick-up terminal. I had valet parked the car and since it was raining when we came back it worked out great. They had already pulled our car under the covered area before we reached the parking area. The shuttle pulled up next to out car and we were out in five minutes and they honored our parking coupon also. I don't know about other car parks but can't see how they could be any better. |
