But with the courteous service and promptness that I recieved that day MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE. And to arrive to receive the same service was a perfect ending to my PERFECT WEEKEND. THANK YOU.
I cannot say the same for the Flight, which of course was delayed because of the storm..

| (September 16, 2009) the overall experience was lesseneed severally when we were leaving the lot at check out. I had our reservation number and amount due, but they insisted on having the printed receipt. i told them i did ot have it but had all of the proper info. It took them over 20 minutes to finally get the info to process us. Another rep told they this never should have happened as having the reservation/Confirmation # should have been enough. But from the looks of it I wonder as they did not have a computer there. They should have a computerized link up with your business to eliminate any problems. pen and paper does not work anymore. we were so frustrated as we both stated while we we were waiting, NEVER AGAIN. That is a shame as the drop off went well and the people seemed nice. but the system is horrific.
I really hope this info gets to Expresspark as they have potential to improve with a computerized booking engine with your system. Otherwise they are operating in the past. Thanks,

Sometimes it feels like the vans don't come quite quick enough to pick up when you arrive at the airport, but it could also be the desire to "just get home" that makes it seem a little longer. |

| (September 13, 2009) About airport parking was an easy website to use and you can not beet the price. The parking experience at Express-park was good and also easy to do. Just park your car, they load your luggage and drop you off to your terminal. Then when you return they pick you up, load you bags, and take you back to your car. They even load your back back into your car for you. Then you pay with the receipt from about airport parking and pay the price you were quoted. |

| (September 12, 2009) I arrived here to park my car and it took just couple of minutes to take the shuttle. They pretty much taken care of moving the luggages to the shuttle van from my car. It took about 5 minutes to reach the airport. Same like while returning to the parking spot, it took about 5 minutes wait time to take the shuttle since i made a call to the parking lot and another 5 minutes to reach the actual parking. Over all its a very convenient and friendly service. I strongly recommend. I will definitely comeback to this place if i travel again. |

| (September 11, 2009) The directions they gave were very good. I found them easily, parked easily, and was shuttled right to where I needed to be. When I returned, I had to wait about 20 minutes for them to pick me up, which was longer than I anticipated. Especially in the windy weather. They dropped me off right at my car, and it was an easy check-out at the booth from my car. They were very courteous and helpful. I will park with them again the next time I fly out of Philly. |

| (September 9, 2009) We booked online with deposit and were charged slightly less than expected upon exit (9 day stay) which was refreshing. It took 15 min from entering the lot to arrival at the airport. We were picked up within 15 min of calling however, others in our van were disgruntled because they had to wait longer due to earlier vans being full. One party was left to wait for the next van. There was parallel parking behind some cars due to the high volume holiday (Labor Day) and not sure how that would have been handled if our car was blocked. |

| (September 9, 2009) Yes, it was my first experience with Expresspark and It was a good one! I was talked into doing it and I have no regrets. The only problem was finding the lot. On the GPS system, it only gets you to the street and then you have to ask to find it. A little sign after Wally park will be nice to direct customers to the lot. |

| (September 1, 2009) EP is a good deal, especially compared to cabs and the like to and from the airport. I don't know if it's any cheaper than the other remote parking services, but it's reasonable enough.
The lot is very crowded, so it may take you a while to find a space. It doesn't take a lot of time to get out of the lot and to the airport. However, I've had different experiences on my return. The first time, I watched any number of vans from the other services pass by while I waited for the EP van. The second time, they were waiting for me.
I travel a fair amount, and until I have reason not to, will continue to use EP. |

| (August 29, 2009) Imagine arriving at the airport year after year and parking miles and miles away in their very own lot. You wait for a bus heave your several bags heavy as all get out on to a bus that finally arrives. Oh but first to have to haul them to the nearest bus pick up spot. It's never next to your car. Now in the earlier years in your life your muscles are up to it, but now I am handicap, never thinking that would happen since I am only 53, and in constant pain. I can't lift and my husband shouldn't. he's had knee replacement surgery and has a hernia. Then your heaving your stuff off a bus to whatever airline counter. Well after years of Parking in both Philadelphia and Newark airport parking lots, they will NEVER see us again! Express park was THE most Fabulous experience I have had in all my travelling life, at 1/2 the cost which was the decision breaker! Thank God, what lovely ,jovial, polite and happy bunch of people work at this spot. Wow, they are either terribly happy to have a job, or something. It was our pleasure. As I was calling for a pickup-I was told and saw for my self, one of their drivers was already there picking up another customer. How lucky were we after a 20 hr flight. It would have come within minutes anyway, they are situated so close.
We know for sure we will always use them when ever we travel again.

| (August 26, 2009) I reserved the parking online to save some money and all they required was a small deposit. I drove in the gate they told me where to park and our driver was right there to collect our belongings and take us to the airport for departure.
Our arrival home was a bit different. make sure you call as soon as you get your bags- the wait was somewhat long but they picked us up and we were on our way. I would definately use them again in the fututre. |
