| (January 6, 2012) I used Smart Park in Philly to park my car for an extended vacation. It was one of the best parking experiences I have had. The shuttle was very prompt in both directions. It is just a 5 minute ride to the airport. One the way back, my car battery had died in the cold weather as expected. The shuttle driver fetched the equipment and jump started my car in no time.. He also made sure my family stayed in the shuttle van all nice and warm while we were doing this. All in all, a very positive experience and I would definitely go back. |

| (August 17, 2011) The staff was very courteous and the lot was well lit. I arrived early in the morning and they had the van pull up right to my car and take my bags. The ride to the airport was short. I made it there with plenty of time.
When I arrived back, I called the dispatch service and they had a van arrive very shortly after I arrived at the pick up zone. It was a full ride going back and we made a few stop to get other passengers, but overall, it didn't take long to get back to my car. I arrived at night and again, the van pulled right up to my car and even helped me put my bag in the trunk.
Overall, I found the staff very pleasant and helpful and the service excellent. The lot is well lit and it's in a very convenient location. I had no issues finding the facility or finding my way back to 95.
I will use this service again.

Several SmartPark vehicles passed us by at the airport, and were already full of customers. I called after I picked up my baggage and expected to be picked up within 5-10 minutes -- that did not happen.. Keep in mind that when people return from trips -- they are ready to go home.. |

Suggestions: 1) rent or put up some signs in the area to give directions to the Park - wasted time looking for where to turn to find the park; 2) remind folks to REMEMBER the section where they parked - no one did this, so we spend a few minutes driving around when a reminder would have been much easier; 3) promote the car cleaning and other services - would have liked to have had my car detailed, etc, while gone, but did not know about the service - maybe a coupon for a free wash or something [one place I used to park washed every car when they left the lot - that was an excellent service and only took 5 minutes].

The only downside was that I was not able to print out a copy of my reservation which showed my deposit and the cashier, upon exiting, told me he couldn't read my receipt on my smartphone. Not good for a mobile app/interaction. I also wish they would allow prepaid reservations. |

| (April 20, 2011) After reading the positive reviews, I decided to use Smart Park during my recent trip. The lot was easy to find, I got on the shuttle right away, the employees were courteous, and I arrived to the airport in a timely manner.
When it was time for pick up, the shuttle bus was waiting on me (instead of the other way around). Again, the staff were all quite friendly and helpful.
I plan on using Smart Park for my next trip. I was impressed by their business.

| (January 3, 2011) Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We arrived at 4:45 AM on December 24, and a Smart Park van led us to an open parking space. The driver loaded our luggage into the van and immediately took us to the airport. Upon our return on December 29, we collected our luggage and called Smart Park. Almost immediately (less than one minute) we were picked up and taken back to our car. There was no snow from the recent snowstorm on our car, and the lot was completely plowed. One day I failed to remember in what section I parked and the driver was most accommodating. He said, "No problem we'll find your car." He drove around until we found it and he acted as though it wasn't a problem at all. Flying is hectic enough without having problems with parking. I just wish flying was as easy as parking. My only complaint is that when I went to pay for my parking, I mentioned that I had seen a coupon on their website from my phone (I had to search for their number when I landed after forgetting to ask for their card when I was dropped off). But the woman at the window would not give me the discount without the physical printed out coupon. It's not a huge deal, but it would have been nice if they had given me the special rate anyhow. |
