| Efficient and Positive |
| (March 19, 2011) I would definitely use them again. They were very quick and efficient with having us park, picking us up at our car, loading our luggage, and dropping us off at the airport. Staff and drivers were kind and answered any questions that we had. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because seat belts were broken in one of the vans that they transported us in. For me, safety is important and I don't just blow off seat belts. Overall positive experience though. |

| (January 26, 2011) It was great! your company Staff was so nice and hospitality, I made mistake took another company's bus and almost I wasn't make it your parking lot and felt so scared, there is nice lady helped me feel better and help me to get a van from parking lot entrance and look for my car, It was scare night,but she made me felt go home with safe. Thanks! I will stay there again,when I have a chance to park long term again.

| (December 31, 2010) I was very impressed at the service that I received, my worst fear came when i returned back to the lot and my car would not start. Without any hesitation the service man took control of the situation and jumped the battery and staryed until I was satified with the results, the problem had been that one of the small dome lights had been left on by me. What a relief not to have to call a service center for help. Cost was also less than the airport parking. when I returned back to the airport Cramer's van was waiting for me as well. Great service, I will use them again.

| (November 16, 2010) I was thoroughly pleased with the service provided and will definitely use Cramer Parking again.
The driver was already waiting at the airport for our flight (came in at 11:30 pm)which was a great relief because of the lateness of the hour. The driver was a jovial and kindly gentleman - good PR for your business. The same can be said for the woman at the booth (good for business). She greeted me cheerfully, and gave carefully articulated directions to get on the highway back to Lancaster ("be sure to got PAST the light b/f you turn left, or you'll be heading back to the airport").
Clearly, the 3 of us who came back to the parking lot that night were the last customers being served but neither employee treated us as though they wished we'd hurry up and get going so they could leave.
As I mentioned earlier in this post, I will definitely use Cramer's again and I will also strongly recommend it to others. You are blessed to have the 2 employees who worked on Sat. night, Nov. 13th and I hope that they are given opportunity to read this response. |

| Cramer parking |
| (October 19, 2010) The parking experience at Cramer parking (Harrisburg, PA airport) was stress-free and efficient. It was a bit hard to find and the telephone directions were incorrect, but that was my fault for forgetting to print out the internet instructions. The shuttle drivers were extremely friendly and professional, and were waiting for us in the lot when we parked and at the airport upon our return. I highly recommend Cramer's. |
