| Liars period |
| (March 30, 2009) I called and explained exactly my travel plans. I was given a verbal quote. Wrote the ladies name down and price. Upon returning the price was 43% higher. Talked with a manager and she refused to correct the price or even listen. Very stubborn and quite rude! I believe its called "BAIT AND SWITCH".....very shameful especially the way the economy is now a day. |

| (February 13, 2009) I've used U.S. park for years, including our last trip in November 2008. Service has always been good, the drivers are courteous. The pick up and drop off is great.
Don't understand the negative comments, but I suggest them all the time.

| Fantastic Service |
| (February 2, 2009) I am shocked at the bad reviews actually, I have been using this company for about 8 months and have had NO PROBLEMS, and they have never even questioned my on line coupon and actually I never knew I could even book and pay online??? I have never had anyone lift my bags, I always travel light but I am really surprised that I like them so much and others have not had such great service as I have. |

| (December 15, 2008) Recently, my wife flew out of DTW. We chose US Park as it was close and convenient. They were right there to pick her up, delivered her to her terminal and again, were right there to bring her back to her car when she arrived back. GREAT service, friendly, couterous and reasonably priced. We'd use them again and highly recommend to friends. |

| Bait and Switch |
| (December 3, 2008) While the drivers were courteous and helpful, when we paid, the attendant and her manager refused to honor the "free night" coupon I had printed out from the web. We stayed 3 nights and they charged us $18 (we had already paid $14 on-line). When we presented the coupon for the free night, the manager said they didn't get any of the $14 we paid on-line so for our "free night" they were reducing the charge from $27 to $18 for using the coupon. After 15 minutes of arguing I gave up. They strongly encouraged us not to book on-line in the future. Don't worry, I won't. |

| (December 1, 2008) I agree with the above review....Horrible customer service from the driver. Cmon! I watched a 70 yr old lady struggle with a heavy bag. Do you think she was helped by US Park...Nope! I had to help her. Lazy driver...poor service, I see a pattern forming. I will never use this service again. |

| (October 30, 2008) Never had a problem. I have used several different off airport parking companies and keep coming back to US Park. Saving a buck and a half wasn't worth the trouble. Easy to find, Easy in and out. Courteous drivers, unlike several other park and shuttle services. I have seen them help others with bags. A lot of shuttles so you do not wait long. |

(July 23, 2007) Terrible service. You would expect help with heavy bags. You won't get it here. If you are elderly or have a heavy bag you may need help with this is not for you.
Pros: They show up.
