| First time parking to fly out of O'Hare |
| (January 26, 2012) This was my first time using airport parking to fly out of O'Hare, so I can't compare Four Points to other lots around O'Hare.
This is a secured, uncovered, outdoor hotel parking lot. You must go into the hotel lobby to pay for parking, get a hang tag, and the code to open the gate to the lot. While the lot is small, it is fenced and seemed relatively secure.
Shuttle pick-up is from the hotel lobby which is a short hike from the lot. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes and arrived and departed on time. The driver was helpful, drove smoothly, and the trip to the terminal took about 5 minutes.
Upon return, pick-up for domestic flights is not curb-side at the baggage claim, but from the transportation center, which is a short hike from the main terminal building. The return shuttle trip was similar to the departing trip.
Overall, the service was satisfactory and reasonably priced. However, I will probably try to find a lot that offers drive-through check-in, covered parking, and car-side pick-up and drop-off for the added convenience. |

| (January 13, 2012) We got there right in time (accidentally turned the wrong direction once) and were the last ones to board the shuttle because by the time we parked, we were actually a minute late. But, the shuttle driver was nice enough to drive up to our parking spot. I think if we had been later than that, we would have had to wait, which actually is something I liked; to me, it means that they are always prompt and serious about leaving on-time.
Also, in the rush, I accidentally dropped my glove in the lot. At the airport, we called the hotel and asked if they could grab it and save it for us when we got back. Sure enough, upon our return, they returned the glove and we were on our way.
In short, their service is efficient and timely and a really good deal. |

| Lady had no clue about this program |
| (January 6, 2012) The person in charge at my time of check-in and check-out had no idea about this program and it's pre-payment. Ended up checking out, and she charged me for my full reservation rather than the day less, since I was checking out a day early. Called her out on it, and she credited my card for $10. As I drove away I realized, she actually owed me $20 - go figure. In the end, it only cost me $12 a day, so that's fine.
Very accessible, convenient, and the shuttle driver was awesome. Still, pay close attention to how much you're paying...it's sad the woman who was in charge of taking my payment seemed completely clueless. I will be even more vigilant next time. |

| Secure Parking |
| (January 2, 2012) This lot was the easiest of all the choices to get to from the tollway. Everyone was very friendly. Even though I forgot to put the tag on the mirror, I called when I got to my destination and was promised that my vehicle would still be there when I returned (which it was). Having a locked lot with an entry code put my mind at ease since this was the first time I had tried this. I will definitely do it again. |

| A Nice Service |
| (December 5, 2011) My only suggestion is to explicitly state where to catch the shuttle at the airport. Perhaps a map would help. We finally called the hotel to get the information. We must have just missed the shuttle at the airport because it was exactly a 20 minute wait. The staff at the hotel was helpful and courteous and the car after 3 days was just as we left it. We will use this parking service again. |

The shuttle left within 10 minutes of us arriving at the hotel, and upon returning, we waited less than 10 minutes as well. Very nice drivers both times. We will use this hotel's parking anytime we fly out of Chicago. |

| (October 19, 2011) Check in at the desk was very quick with online reservation. Shuttle departed promptly per their schedule and I was at the terminal in 15 minutes. Return shuttle was also prompt and well marked. This was my first time using this service and will definitely be a repeat customer. |

Shuttle was there and waiting when we got to the parking lot, and only waited about 10 minutes at the airport on the way back after our trip. Safe and secure, and all employees were very helpful and friendly - will DEFINITELY use again! |

The staff was very courteous and the parking was simple and you are able to park your own car. When we arrived a shuttle was just leaving. but another shuttle was there within 10-15 minutes to pick us up. I will use the Four Points Sheraton again. |

| Great option for $10/day |
| (September 3, 2011) Never having used a hotel as a option for parking, I was a bit hesitant but willing to try other options for the $40 a day airport parking. At $10.00 per day it made sence to try it. My hesitation was more in the steps to get my vehicle into the fenced lot. (After all nobody is just sitting there waiting for your arrival) You park in front and check in at the front desk which is where they provide you with a pass code, mirror hanger and some instructions as to shuttle service. You then self park your car in the lot. Yes, just that simple. You then make your way back to the front of the hotel where the shuttle busses run every 20 minutes starting at the top of the hour. The shuttle ride was just a few minutes and were timely both departing and returning from the airport which was very important. (nothing more frustrating than shuttles that don’t show when expected). Now that I know what to expect and how it works, I wouldn’t hesitate on using this service again. |

The shuttle picked us up at the airport and the driver was great we were driving back to the hotel in Chicago's version of a monsoon. Would highly recommend to anyone else and will use it when we fly again. |

| (April 12, 2011) My wife found your hotel on line as knew that parking at the airport was difficult and expensive. Your location right off the interstate made the hotel easy to find. Check in was simple; using the code to get into the gated section of the parking lot was easy and worked perfectly both coming and going. The shuttle also was on time both coming and going and the drivers were both very pleasant.
I would highly recommend your hotel for ease of parking near Chicago O-Hare to anyone looking for overnight parking in lieu of parking at the airport. I can't really comment on the hotel itself since we did not stay over night in Chicago on this trip.

| (March 26, 2011) Other than checking in, the experience was great. I appreciated the timeliness of the shuttle, efficiency of parking and that my vehicle was safe. Thank you. My only issue with check in was that the clerk on duty was not familiar with the internet voucher when using it without a stay at the hotel. We had to wait for a manager to come take care of it, not a big deal but something for you to be aware of.

| (October 3, 2010) I would have given 5 stars but I had to wait on the shuttle bus for 40 minutes to get a ride back to the hotel to pick up my truck. Maybe you should park in a more visible spot at the airport and the driver should get out to let passengers know they are ready for pick up. Otherwise, it was economical and my truck was in the same condition it was in when I left it. I felt safe leaving my truck there due to the gated area where cars are left. |

The shuttle driver said he would wait but then left without me when I asked him to wait while I got one thing from the car, but another shuttle showed up soon afterward and I was at the airport within 10 minutes. The car was untouched and intact when I arrived after a full week of parking. Seems like a safe area, lots of constant activity. |

Make sure you get the proper code before driving around back to park (I didn't get it last time and had to run to catch the shuttle). Give yourself enough time, but don't worry, the next shuttle will leave promptly every 20 minutes. |

Operator I called before arriving didn't have any information and passed me off to off site person with less. Pick up and delivery to airport was slow. | Good service; poor directions |
| (August 31, 2009) Parking was secure and the location was convenient for us but there is no signage to get you from the parking area to the front desk to pick up the shuttle; we got lost in the hotel. There is also no signage to get you back to the lot and the door is tricky to find. Shuttle drivers were very curteous and helpful. You can unload your luggage under the awning out front before parking, which is nice in bad weather.
Upon our return we had poor directions for meeting the shuttle at the airport. The overhead red airport signs for hotel shuttels are accurate, though the walk was lengthy, especially with all our luggage in tow. Those signs are what you need to follow. Our instructions to look for "ground transportation" signs and "follow the blue arrows on the floor" were confusing; we saw neither. Perhaps they are giving out old information.
When we arrived back at the hotel we were told at the front desk the code had not changed, but it didn't work. We had to repark the car and return to the front desk where we were then told the code HAD changed. Lots of wasted time & effort there. All the confusion took its toll in time - at both ends of the trip - but we weren't in a hurry; it would have been different if we'd been under a time crunch. The location worked well for us so we would probably use this service again, especially now that we know how the system works. |

| (August 16, 2009) It was somewhat confusing for a first time user. I did not know if I should park at the front door? I sure didn't want to find a parking place first and then go inside. The desk clerk didn't seem to understand why I was there and the directions for parking my car seemed rather vague until I got to the location. Also, really wasn't sure where to enter the building to get back to the front lobby. When I returned from my trip, the driver was very helpful to assure me that all I needed to do was to go to my car. It appears that anyone who is in the hotel has easy access to the parking area and easy access to return to the hotel. I didn't have any problem with my car but I wonder how safe it really is.

| (July 29, 2009) I was pleased with service provided. Upon arrival to the airport I arrived maybe 2 minutes prior to departure of the bus, to the airport the driver was excellent and patience. Front desk clerk completed the transaction & we were off to the airport within 2.5min. My car was safe. The raates are GREAT! The ride to the airport is like so short maybe 5min +/-...
Lastly, although my resevre time wasn't until 12p that afternoon, it didn't matter I was able to park way earlier I had a 620am flight and with no extra charge I was able to park there.

| (July 8, 2009) I was starting a job at O'hare and needed a inexpensive place to park for my first day. I choose Four Points and it was worth it. Easy to reserve spot on the internet. Staff at the hotel was very professional and helpful. Just know that you have to park the car, go into the hotel and register your car and then go back to your car to hang the parking permit on your mirror. Very safe and would defintely use them again when needed. |

Friendly and helpful hotel staff ( phone operator and front dest person ) and even Your staff was quick a helpful and efficient as I had lost my confirmation and emailed you for the information and got a quick and friendly response.. I will use your product again and will recommend it to my friends . I am a retired Unitrd Airlines employee who no longer has access to the employee parking lot at ORD and who had no use for the city's parking facilities.

| Four Points remote parking |
| (February 24, 2009) It's quick, easy, and inexpensive. On-line reservations makes it even easier. The rear lot parking is secure, but not covered. It's probably just as quick as O'Hare remote parking - free shuttle every 20 minutes, right up to the departure terminal. It's not obvious how to get back to the shuttle through the hotel, but it is pretty easy. |
