| (February 2, 2012) Thank you for your time. The day crew when I arrived were very friendly and professional. The pickup was a little confusing on where to stand as the words noted on the small yellow sheet did not quite match the words on the sign by the terminal. In all fairness to Park N Go, it was my first time using the Fort Lauderdale airport and pickup. The crew in the booth in the night shift were not very attentive. Overall, an extremely positive experience and I will use your service again. Thank you.

| (January 19, 2012) The service I received was great. The staff, lot and check in and out process was all good. This is about my fifth time parking at Park N Go and have never had a problem. The only thing that could be improved will be the waiting time once you arrive. After calling them, the waiting time is always a little long, but they are worth waiting for. |

| (December 13, 2011) This is the second time I used Park N Go and both experiences were fantastic. When we disembarked the cruise ship, we went over to the area to be picked up. In no time, the shuttle arrived and took us directly to our car. We got into the car, paid the fare, which was very reasonable, and off we went. We'll be a repeat customeer and thank the staff for another job well done. |

It was because of the other positive reviews, the close proximity to the airport and the low cost that made me try it. Everyone was friendly and the service was very good. The bus was waiting for me as I parked, and I only waited less than 5 minutes to be picked up when I returned. The bus was very clean and the driver was very courteous. He even took my bag to my car. And the bottle of water I was given when I checked out was very needed and a nice touch. Check out was quick and easy. I will never park in the airport lot again! |

| (November 18, 2011) We've been parking at Park N Go for years, using them for both flights out of Ft. Lauderdale and cruises out of Port Everglades and have never been disappointed. They are fast, efficient, and the most friendly people you'll ever do business with. Using Park N Go is so much easier then trying to find parking when are catching your flight and much better then trying to remember where you parked your car when you've returned. |

This Park N Go is the best off-airport parking lot at Fort Lauderdale. All the employees have been great and the wait times are far less than any of the others.

| (November 10, 2011) Parked our car while on vacation in the Bahamas. Before we were ready to leave, our ride to the airport was waiting for us. When we returned, we waited less than 5 minutes for our ride back to our car. We misplaced our parking ticket , and our driver said that was not a problem he would help us locate our car. He found it right away. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. And the free cold bottle of water was a pleasant surprise which was very much appreciated. I will definitely use Park and Go again. |

Both times, the check-in and check-out process was very smooth, the shuttle was right at my car as soon as I arrived, and the wait at the airport for the return trip to the lot was very short. Drivers are courteous and the vans are clean. The free bottle of water upon check-out is great - just what you need after flying! The only thing keeping me from giving Park 'N Go 5 stars is the way the cars were parked in the lot - very haphazardly, which made some of the aisles hard to maneuver. Perhaps someone directing drivers as they find a parking spot would ensure that the cars are parked in an organized manner. All in all, I would definitely use Park 'N Go in the future. |

| (August 6, 2011) I would have given this review 5 stars if it had not taken over 15 minutes to find my car. Everything went smooth on the day of our departure and the staff was very curteous. The lot was full so Park N Go valet my car. On our return, we were picked up very fast at FLL, but when we got back to the lot, the driver could not locate my car. Long story short, it took about 15 minutes before our car was located. We paid and were given complimentary bottled water. This must be an isolated incident so I would still recommend Park N Go for off airport parking. |

| (July 26, 2011) Its an easy place to find and the first attendant I dealt with was very nice and helpful. However, the attendant I had to deal with on the way out was very rude. She simply told me how much it was and then had an attitude when I said I had an online reservation. She also had a problem with me using the email on my phone instead of a print out, which I was told was ok to use. Overall, easy and cheap parking, will probably use again. Lets just hope the lady groucho in the booth is gone. |
