| (November 17, 2009) You have very nice people working here, but the price is so helpful in today's economy. I am not a frequent flyer but I do use your park. I am glad you didn't move because I knew where you were and it is easy to get to. Also, I like to reserve online and you don't try to rip people off with that service. I also appreciate your efforts in the spirit of giving towards Feeding America. I will put it on my facebook when my daughter shows me how.

| (November 13, 2009) The shuttle drivers were extremly courteous and helpful with my bags.The shuttle was waiting for me both times, so that was great timing..
Unfortunately, when I returned to pick up my car, I had my reservation slip/confirmation with the price of stay(Reservation was made a little more than a week in advance). The attendant was not able to find my reservation , it was not pulling up for some reason. But of course I had my documents and it all clearly showed there was a reservation. I had to turn around twice to let other drivers get out. Then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes while she contacted a supervisor on the phone , who proceed to put her on hold forever.then when they returned to the phone, they had to figure out what key to press to get the "closest" to the remaining balance due which was $31-something.Afterwards the attendant was apoligatic , it just was a bit inconvienant to wait that long to correct the problem. |

| (November 6, 2009) This was our first time using airport parking. We found a park, got our luggage out of the truck, and within a couple of minutes a shuttle came by to pick us up. When we arrived back at the airport, the shuttle was there waiting for us, and loaded our bags into the shuttle and took us back to our truck where he also helped us unload our bags. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Great job AMPCO. |

| (November 2, 2009) Our SUV, a Silver 2008 Armada was apparently hit with paint while parked in your lot. On exit from the lot when we picked the SUV up, Ashley was as helpful as she could be - giving us a number to call (713-947-9125, ext 3) and asked us to speak to Lisa Hooper or Caroll McNeal. We did call the number and talked to a gentleman (Martelus - spelling???) who advised us to report this to the police and to wait for him to come and inspect the SUV. We didn't have time to do all of that on Sat., so we left the lot. I have found that the removal of the paint could well run into a few hundred dollars, and am extremely disappointed with AMPCO. Ashley was professional and couteous in her handling of the situation. We were pleased with your service on every other count. |

| (October 13, 2009) When I was leaving my vehicle, the "pick up" person was out of the van and grabbing my suitcase and had it loaded before I could finish locking my car. Same at the airport when he dropped me off.....VERY CONSIDERATE AND NICE!
When I came back on Saturday night, the "pick up" person just sat there while I struggled to get my suitcase on the van. I was halfway up the stairs before he asked me if I needed help. Same when I got out at my vehicle. Plus, he had already driven away before I ever got IN my vehicle which was little disconcerting since it was almost 10 p.m.!
Other than that, the convenience was wonderful.

Then upon arrival at the parking area, the service was quick and efficient. The shuttle took us to the airport shortly thereafter. and, we were on our way.
Then upon our return, the shuttle arrived within 5 to 7 minutes at the pick up spot. Once we were at our car, we paid at the exit and were on our way. Rates are very reasonable. |

I later on figured out that that shuttle is serving to some other parking lot. The AMPCO's shuttle has a clear sign on it but why is the same sign on other shuttle busses too?

| (September 2, 2009) I was able to park within seconds of arriving to the parking lot. By the time I have finished locking the car a shuttle arrived.
In my way out from the parking lot, the attendant gave me a higher amount due than the one quoted when I made the reservation, I showed him the print out and he correct the total making it right.

| Disappointing |
| (August 12, 2009) This was my second time using AMPCO, and I will not use them again. Upon our arrival, the gentleman at the gate was very nice and friendly, but it was downhill after that first impression. The driver on the way to the airport did not come to our car, but stopped at the end of the row. She did not make any attempt to help us with our bags. She did not even write down our space number and seemed surprised when we asked for a slip so that we could do it ourselves. She drove erratically, and the entire trip she had the music very loud. Our driver on the way back was only marginally better--loud music, no offer of baggage assistance, but somewhat better driving. |

| A great experience all around! |
| (August 1, 2009) I took a wrong turn, I think (or my Yahoo! Maps directions were off!), but we found the place with no problem once we got on the right street. Found a good space, covered, the van driver came right to us, his name was Herman, he was very nice, even took our bags up for us. The van was nicely air-condtioned and had seatbelts, which we didn't use, shame on us.
He had some trouble getting to the main entrance to the airport, but it wasn't his fault, there was an ambulance there! Herman then unloaded our luggage, and we were on our way.
Coming back, it was 1 a.m. Wednesday morning, I had to wait a few minutes in the stifling heat and carbon monoxide of Hobby Airport arrivals gate underground, but apparently they were expecting me, the van arrived, this time I had to schlep my own luggage up, but the driver (a young lady, I didn't get her name), was very friendly and again took me right to my car!
For about $35 for not quite 6 days of parking, if I fly out of Hobby again I will definitely use this parking lot again! |

| Interesting experience...... |
| (July 22, 2009) The location was very easy to get to. The front gate personnel could not have been nicer & more friendly- answering my questions & directing me where to go. The drivers, on the other hand, were a different story. The female driver that picked up myself and 3 other passengers on the way to the terminal never bothered to get out and help me with my bags (female traveling alone with several large and bulky bags). She never spoke or provided me with any paper to indicate where my vehicle was parked. The worst part, however, was the drive to the terminal. She drove VERY fast, sent us flying over speed bumps and threw some of us off of the seats!!!! When we arrived at the terminal area, she began screaming and cursing out the window at other drivers in line at the terminal. She then began talking to herself very loudly. We were all so disconcerted by her behavior that we asked to be let off at the very end of the terminal and chose to walk!
Upon my arrival back to Houston (well after midnight) we had to wait about 15 minutes for a shuttle. While this gentleman was much nicer, he had an evangelical religious sermon playing on the sound system as loud as it would go! Again, since we had no ticket or verification of where we had parked, he simply drove up and down the aisles until one of us yelled, "Stop, this is my car!".
I give it a three because the directions were easy to find and the front gate personnel were exceptional. The shuttle bus experience was a nightmare.(perhaps more humorous now that I am not actually experiencing it!) I will pay a little more and use The Parking Spot next time I fly!

| Quick Shuttle Service |
| (July 9, 2009) The shuttle driver saw us when we entered the parking area. He followed us until we found a spot. He was immediately at the rear of our vehicle to assist with the loading of our luggage. We boarded the shuttle and were delivered straight to the airport.
Upon returning to the airport, we went out to the shuttle zone and found the bus waiting. The driver waited a few seconds for any other passengers and then headed out to take us back to our car. He delivered us straight to our vehicle and, once again, helped with the luggage.
I couldn't have asked for a quicker parking service. |

| (June 24, 2009) First I was hesitating to park at AMPCO as it is away from airport but because of their rates and covered parking compelled me to park there for one week.
I am really impressed with your service as you have every 5 minutes shuttle service to and from. I dont know about 5 minutes but I saw very quick several times at the airport.
Drivers were very helpful with the luggage and pick and drop right away and no waiting.
I will certainly recommend my friends to park at AMPCO and I always will as well as my kids.

| (June 16, 2009) Our experience with AMPCO parking was pretty good. We were picked up by the shuttle promptly and taken to the airport. I was a bit concerned that there were no seat belts on the shuttle. When we got back we were able to get on a return shuttle right away, but again the lack of seat belts concerned me especially since another car pulled out in front of our shuttle and caused the driver to have to brake hard. It was about 12:00 midnight when we returned to the lot, and we couldn't find the booth attendant to pay our fee. We waited about 5-10 minutes, and then found a shuttle driver, and he found the attendant for us. All the personnel were very courteous. |

The only problem was that when I tried to check out, using a reservation I made on-line, the clerk in the booth was unable to process the reservation. According to her, the computer that does the on-line reservations and payment was not connected to the computer at the actual parking lot. So the parking lot computer said I owed more than my reservation slip did. Eventually the clerk was able to work things out manually, but it took a few moments. As a result, what should have been a smooth exit became a confused and delayed one. |

Also, when we were trying to pay, the cashier did not know how to apply our deposit that we have paid when reserving the reservations. She kept telling us to call her manager the next day, but I refused to do that and so she ended up having to subtract a day to compensate for the deposit. |

| (February 25, 2009) Reservation over the net, leaving the car at the lot, delivery to airport, is excellent and went very well. Bus driver was very supportive and helpful.
On my return, I took the wrong bus to the other AMPCO place, which is different company, but have almost the same name. That got me so confused as well as another customer had the same situation. The driver for the other company was very helpful and supportive that he droped us off at the gate of the correct lot.

The bus was waiting at the airport when I left the baggage area, so the there was no waiting which was nice since it was a fairly late arrival.
