| Need line organization at airport |
| (December 2, 2010) The only negative was at the airport there was no line organization. When a bus would pull up everyone tried to get on making it a bad situation. Need to put up rope area so people could be in a line and get on the bus in an ordererly fashion. The driver was great but with everyone trying to get on the same time was a problem. I had to wait for three buses before I was able to get on.

I wish he had dropped me off closer to the curb at airport so i wouldn't gotten too wet from the rain. Hopefully, my comments will help improve the service because your rates are economical. There were at least two to three shuttles during that time for each of the other parking services. I will likely try a different parking service next time. |

Friends that were parked at another lot had to wait for their shuttle. When we arrived at our car, the battery was dead and an employee of AMPCO jumped us and we were on our way. It was a very positive experience and we will use AMPCO again in the future. |

I accidently got on a shuttle to a different AMPCO lot when returning from my trip, and the driver was nice enough to make a detour to drop me off at my lot. My only complaint would be that my just washed car was filthy, albeit I did park an an uncovered space. |

| (October 3, 2010) First, count your blessing that you're parking in Houston. If this had been like Seattle, you'd be paying big bucks each day. For Houston, it's $6 covered and that is cheap for airport parking. Service is very good. I left very early like 5 AM and returned late, so there was no line and the shuttle was right there before I could park my car on my departure. Likewise, my arrival I was the only passenger so there was no waiting. The car was covered with dust after 10 days, but that's NOT their fault. Total with tax was around $70 for 10 days. Thank you Ampco and thank you Houston for cheap airport parking. |

2) Few minor problems that could be improved:
a) we reserved an uncovered spot, but at the gate was issued a Covered spot, and a wrong spot that we could not find -- thus we had to return to the gate to have a new uncovered spot assigned.
b) Waiting for the shuttle to the airport terminal was rather long.

I was a little confused on arrival, did not seem to be anyone around to let know where, how to park, etc. I did call and there was someone in the ticket booth, but not very visible. On arriving at airport there was a bus there but full. I did have to wait about 20 minutes for another bus to show up. The drivers were very courteous and the night driver took everyone direct to their car. Being a woman I did appreciate that courtesy. I would use your facility again. |

When I returned the car was fine and did not look as if it had been messed with in any way. There was no waiting for the shuttle - either direction. | Top Rate Parking Facility |
| (September 20, 2010) We recently parked our truck at Ampco Parking for ten days while we were in New England. We reserved a spot ahead of time online and when we arrived we were told by the person on duty where we should park and were parked and picked up by the friendliest shuttle driver who took us to Hobby within moments of our arrival. She gave us a paper with our parking spot noted to use when we returned.
After getting our luggage at Hobby we went directly to the shuttle lane at the airport and there was a shuttle from Ampco waiting to take us to our truck. No waiting!
We checked the prices online at the different facilities and found that Ampco was not only less expensive, but was rated the top by customers who had previously used their business. In the future we will use Ampco again.

The only question we had was why we didn't qualify for a free day of parking under the frequent parker program at the end of our stay as we were there 10-11 days. The attendant did not clearly explain the reason, but it was around 1:00AM and we had been awake and traveling for 30+ hours, so we did not press the issue. |

| (August 19, 2010) All aspects of parking at AMPCO were excellent, especially the drivers who were very courteous and helpful with luggage. The transportation was timely and efficient. We didn't have to wander around the parking lot before leaving and our wait at Hobby was very short. Even the young lady at checkout was courteous when she told me how to recover my deposit. Speaking of my deposit, I, unfortunately, misplaced my printed reservation and did not have it when checking out. I would like may american express account credited with the rate of $5.95 per day for 9 days and the $8.03 deposit per confirmation of reservation #239057.

| (August 5, 2010) The staff is always nice and they all wear smiles. That really means something to one who is leaving home or coming home. I used to park at the Spot around the corner, not any more. Why pay more money when you can save and be treated just as well if not better here.
I will say the only thing that surprised me was that the a/c was not working and it was really hot. I would have thought the company would not run that van that day. I was surprised and even then the driver was nice and apologetic.
