| (August 5, 2010) The staff is always nice and they all wear smiles. That really means something to one who is leaving home or coming home. I used to park at the Spot around the corner, not any more. Why pay more money when you can save and be treated just as well if not better here.
I will say the only thing that surprised me was that the a/c was not working and it was really hot. I would have thought the company would not run that van that day. I was surprised and even then the driver was nice and apologetic.

| (August 5, 2010) We got out of town quickly but had to wait about 20 minutes in the hot garage waiting on the one shuttle bus that was running that Sunday evening about 6pm. It wouldn't have been that bad except in the mean while three preflight vans passed. |

| (August 4, 2010) Our first experience with AMPCO Parking at Hobby was excellent. We found out about AMPCO via internet and received a discount when reserving our space. Arrival was easy - no waiting - and we were directed to our space. The transit bus was waiting on us even before we had our bags out of the car. Quick ride to the airport was perfect. On our return, we only had to wait 10 minutes before the AMPCO bus picked us up. The weather outside was HOT, but inside the bus, it was cool (and we were grateful!) The bus was full, but not overcrowded (and a pilot was on the bus - said he used AMPCO all the time.) We were delivered to our car straight away. We will definitely use AMPCO next time! |

| (August 3, 2010) Everything went very smoothly. I reserved a covered space via the AMPCO website. A shuttle was leaving the AMPCO lot when I pulled into the lot. I parked and removed my bags from the trunk and waited about 2 minutes for the next shuttle. Same experience on my return. My wait for the shuttle was less than 1 minute after exiting Baggage Claim. I was with my 82 year old father and the driver carried our bags off the shuttle and placed them in my trunk while I assisted Dad. Both drivers as well as the gate personnel were attentive, courteous and aware of special needs. I will definitely use AMPCO again. |

| (July 28, 2010) I was very impressed with AMPCO parking service especially considering that it is the cheapest option for Hobby airport - possibly b/c it is a little further than most of the other lots, but not a big deal at all. The driver picked me up right in front of my car immediately after I parked (and it was busy Thursday evening). She was extremely nice so we chatted the entire trip to the airport - maybe 5 to 7 minutes tops. She also happened to be the same driver who picked me up immediately when I stepped out of the ground transport area on my return trip - maybe I was just lucky, but it was nice. And I dropped off right in front of my car. So a great price along with prompt, friendly service - I am most likely to always choose AMPCO when flying into and out off Hobby airport. |

The driver of the shuttle was the perfect gentleman. Not only did he carry all 3 bags for me, when I returned to took the time to put them in my trunk. Did I mention it had started to rain? It was the best experience and I plan to use their services again. |

When we got to the lot and were directed where to park, we were still pulling our suitcases out of the car when the shuttle pulled around to pick us up and the driver assisted my husband with our luggage on and off the bus. When we returned 8 days later on a Saturday, while we were walking to the pick up area the bus pulled up and took us back to our vehicle immediately. The check out was quick and it was even a little cheaper than I thought. We were very impressed by this company and we will use it again. |

| (July 5, 2010) Upon reviewing the ratings, I decided to try the AMPCO online service and schedule my parking while away on business. From June 27 - July 1, my parking cost was under $22.00 (!). Though the covered parking is a carport (and a big puddle formed where my car was), my car was secure within their parking facility. Therefore, AMPCO is a great parking facility, the shuttle operators and parking booth operators were very courteous, and the parking cost was amazingly low - a win, win situation for travelers.

Once parked the transfer bus arrived quickly and driver helped us load our bags onto the bus. There was no wait for other customers - we then went directly to the airport terminal. On our return the bus was waiting at the terminal near baggage reclaim and again the driver helped us load our bags and took us straight away to the parking lot. Once at our car we were again assisted with our bags. There was no wait at the pay point either and we showed our online booking information and paid with credit card. All very easy! |

| (June 23, 2010) I decided to use the park and ride service for the first time on my last trip. I went with AMPCO because many of their reviews were positive. On my way to the airport, the service was quick, easy, and the drive was very friendly. However, when I returned many of us waited on the bus for 20 minutes because the driver ran out of gas. That did not seem right since many other park and ride services has multiple vans picking up passangers. Seems like everyone one van pulled off, another would show up immediately. Why did AMPCO have only one van that night? It did not make them look very good compared to the other park and ride services offered. Overall, the service was good and I would likely try them again with hopes that they get more drivers for the evening flights. |

However, BEFORE I made my online reservation, I called the local Houston AMPCO number and advised the representative my printer was not working and asked if it would be a problem if I could not print my reservation receipt. She advised me that I did not need a printout, I only needed my reservation number. I took the representative's word, because she works for the company and one would assume she knew what she was talking about, but once I returned from my trip, the lady in the booth said I had to have the printout and the information given to me before my trip was erroneous. Luckily I had not paid for the entire stay on line because I would have really been angry at having to pay double because I did not have the printout that I was assured I did not need to begin with. |

| (May 5, 2010) First time user of AMPCO for Houston Hobby parking. I appreciated the option for covered parking and appreciate being picked-up and dropped-off at my vehicle. My return flight was late but the shuttle was waiting when I picked up my luggage and left the terminal. The parking lot is easy to access and the commute to/from the airport is not long. I would have given my experience a five-star rating except for one thing... When I was lined up to pay & depart, the vehicle two ahead of me did not want to pay their bill and the whole line was stuck for ten minutes while waiting for the dispute to be resolved. I know that AMPCO cannot control how a customer responds, but I downgrading you because there was not a plan for such a contingency which I assume is something the parking lot experiences during the normal course of business. No other exit windows were open and no apparent plan in place until either the driver or the attendant gives up. AMPCO should have a procedure for such an occurence. No other problems/issues other than that. Thank you.
