| Continued Excellent Experience |
| (September 2, 2010) I've been using Continental for 2 years. It has been the best experience ever. I feel just as safe parking my car there, as I would have if I had left the car in my own driveway. The staff is courteous, professional and very helpful with any questions. The shuttle drivers are wonderful. They are very careful with the bags, and make sure the ride is comfortable. The wait after returning to the airport is very minimal. I have been approached by other places to try them out, and I wont even consider it because I am afraid of something going wrong. I like the peace of mind that Continental provides me. I refer all my friends to Continental for parking. |

The shuttle bus was there to transport us to the airport within minutes of our arrival at the lot. Upon our return they were there within 10 minutes of my call. We had to wait only a few extra minutes upon our return for the shuttle to leave, as they were waiting for additional clients who had also called for pickup, but I would expect they would have done the same for us. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The lot was easy to find even amidst construction as it is well marked by a big sign. I intend to use Continental whenever we fly out of Orlando. |

All the construction on the road makes it a bit difficult to see where to turn into the parking area - the big billboard sign certainly helped. We had to go back up to the baggage claim area and call the extension number from the information kiosk there. We had a slight problem on our billing (our fault) which was taken care of promptly. | (July 17, 2010) I took my 80 year mother to Western New York to visit relatives at the end of June, 2010.
Making our parking reservation on the Internet was simple and quick.
Upon arrival at Continental, a short visit at the office got us registered.
We followed the shuttle bus to our parking spot. The driver took our baggage and placed it in the bus. Next was the hard part. The shuttle bus driver helped my mother get on the bus. A feat which is very difficult for her to do. He patiently encouraged and physically assisted her the whole time she struggled to climb onto the bus. Upon arrival at the airport, he also gave her full assistance in climbing down from the bus to the airline's check-in. He went beyond the call of duty in helping my mother.
Our return experience was equally as good as our departing experience. We called the office and a shuttle bus was there in a matter of minutes. Once again, the driver gave my mother full assistance.
We got our car. Then, a short visit in the office to pay our bill, and we were on our way home.
Fast, courteous service, inexpensive, safe, and just plain excellent in every way possible! It couldn't have been a better experience.
I plan to use Continental Airport Parking the next time I take a trip. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

| (July 15, 2010) I agree with the other reviews. Continental Airport Parking is an okay place to park. Staff at the beginning was very helpful and nice. Shuttle ride to airport was good. Only negative was when we came back. We arrived at 1:30 am. The guy on duty was not that friendly, his attitude gave the impression that his job was a chore that he had to do and really didn't care for doing it. We ended up having ants in our vehicle, but I may have parked to close to the overgrown area at the edge of the pavement. Some bug spray took care of them. Bugs are a part of Florida.
I would use Continental Airport Parking again because their fee is very reasonable, they are easy to get to even with the construction in the area and they are not that far from the airport. Make sure to arrive a little early, the shuttles run every 10-15 minutes and it takes a little time to check in. |

| (July 11, 2010) This is the second time I used this parking lot and I would use it again. It is close to the Airport and they were courteous. The first time I parked there, I did not understand that I had to go to the bottom level parking to be picked up so it caused a bit of distress for me because I kept calling them and asking them where they were. The employee on the phone did not speak very good English and I did not understand her at all, but this time I had no problem because I knew where to go to get picked up and the employee on the phone also told you where to go to get picked up. I will use them in the future when I travel again. |

| (July 9, 2010) We parked our car at Continental Airport Parking in Orlando for 1 month where it was safely parked, however the car didn't want to start! I called reception and asked if they had anyone with jumper cables. 2 minutes later someone arrived, started us up and off we went.
I can only recommend this location. Drop off to the airport as well as pick up was easy and quickly done. The online price was also one of the most competitive.

| (July 6, 2010) First of all let me say that the process is very slow compared to other parking facilities in the Orlando area. You have to go into the office and fill out all of your information, this takes up time, including your tag number (do you know yours? I didn't) another trip outside. Secondly you are parking in grass and its not mowed and where it was paved it had some pot holes with standing water in the holes. I also did not like to have to go in and pay and only one person was working the counter checking people in, renting cars and taking money for parking , to long of a process. You are required to call the courtesy phone in order to be picked or be advised where they are at. I tried to call the number provided with my cell but they did not answer. I would have rated lower (2) but the shuttle was available when I went down. use the more efficient locations save yourself the headaches of this business |

The problem was the need for more employees. We had to wait too long at the airport, over 20 minutes. We made three calls to see what the problem may be. When we arrived at the lot to pay our charges there was only one employee and 5 customers waiting. One customer was renting a car.

We have used Continental Airport Parking twice within the last month and both times were extremely pleased with the service. They pick us up and deliver us to our vehicle so all we have to do is unload the luggage. It's paved parking which makes it really nice if it's raining or just rained. The shuttle arrived at the airport within just a few minutes of calling them to take us to our car. We have been extremely pleased with the service we've received from Continental. |
