I have parked in several lots at MCO, none were any better than Continental. Courteous desk clerks and very courteous and helpful drivers. I like good service AND value for my money. I got both at Continental, so will park there again this week-end.
Pros: See above. Service and price. Cons: Some parking spots are paved, some are not. Not a problem with me, but can understand that some might not like an unpaved parking spot.

We have used this service many times and have recommended many friends here. The price savings is well worth the few extra minutes it takes to get to the airport. The shuttle has always been prompt and courteous. The punch card is also an extra value to get a free week when your card is full. Pros: Price. Cons: Need to plan a little extra time to get to the airport versus using the expensive parking lot at the airport. Staff can at times be a little short. But, who cares.. you don't have to marry them. Just enjoy your vacation with the extra $$$ you save from

We had an excellent experience on our recent trip out out of MCO where we parked at Continental. The staff was just fine. I am not sure where the other reviewers get off stating that the staff is rude. The woman at the front desk was very clear about the daily fees and how we should contact them when we were ready to be picked up at the end of our journey. When we came back from our trip, I called Continental for pick-up. We were delayed in getting to the pickup spot and missed the bus. I called for another bus, the driver was there in less than five minutes and was very pleasant. I would suggest Continental to anyone and would suspect that those reviewers who had a negative experience were probably rude to begin with. Pros: Cheap price, fast service. Cons: Gravel parking lot, car was dusty upon pick-up.

The Drivers as well as the folkes at the counter are wonderful! Upon returning from a trip, I some how left my money & Dr's Lic. ID pouch in the seat in the mini bus. I didn't realize I had lost it until Monday afternoon. After back tracking my steps, I called the office. They had it - the driver came with it after I had already left. However, the young man- Andrew at the counter offered to mail it to me. However, although I am very grateful for his kind act, I was alittle disappointed to hear that he would have to pay the postage out of his own pocket. (This I feel is not right!) Again, the service and honesty is what keeps me going back and no where else for my airport parking! Pros: Honest drivers! And very clean vans/mini busses! Cons: Gravel road in parking could use alittle work - large holes filled in.

I have used Continental parking for as long as I have lived in Florida, 7 years. I am very happy with the service , and the price. Pros: The price is right, the punch cards are a nice gift,the employees I have met have always been plesent. I have never had to wait long to be picked up or delivered. Cons: The car gets dirty because it is parked outside, however they do have a car wash service so you don't have to drive away with a dirty windshield.
