Within a few minutes we were unloaded and loaded into your clean van and whisked away to the airport. On our return we called and again within a few minutes your van arrived and put our luggage in your van along with us and we were back to our car where your driver placed our bags into our car. This service was invaluable to us considering my husband has a bad back. I hope that your future customers appreciate your service and to remember the extra service should be kindly appreciated. Airport parking

(October 7, 2009) We had parked in this lot a couple of times in the last few months and had no issues to report. We were running late for a flight in our last trip and the driver did all he can to get us there as quick as possible. Upon our return, called the number and the car was there in 10 minutes to get us back into the parking lot. Happy with the service.

(September 22, 2009) My flight and PICK-UP should have been at terminal "A". Some how my wife and I wound up at terminal "B". Your dispatcher promply directed the driver to "reprogram" and get us at termnal "B". This was our fault and we appreciate the correction. Also the idea of having "CHECK -OUT" ready when we leave - the clerk gets our number when we call in for pick up - and all the paper work and the amount of payment is immediately ready when I go into the building to pay is great and fast. This simple thing was very impressive. Great idea!!

We usually leave on the first flight of the day and don't worrry about their staff not being there to take us promptly to the airport at 4AM. Happened to break my leg on vacation and they were very helpful with me and my crutches when they picked us up and also helped with getting me into our car upon our return. The parking lot is clean and easy to park with shuttle service to and from the airport with virtually no waiting. Employees are always courteous and plesant. If you want great parking and fast shuttle service to and from the Orlando Airport, choose Continental.

They had my reservation processed, provided courteous service at the facility and on the shuttle van and was prompt in getting us to and from the airport. Only recommendation would be to improve the appearance of the parking area.

Exceptional Service

(August 8, 2009) Pick up and delivery to and from the airport was exceptional. I used to travel frequently on business and have waited longer for a Hertz bus than I waited for the Continental pick up. When we got back from our European trip, we discovered we had lost the keys to our car. There were no rental cars available in Orlando, including Continental, and we lived 65 miles from the airport. After realizing we were in a real dilemma, the manager on duty let us use his personal car to drive home and return with duplicate keys for our car. So who the heck will be able to top that kind of service?? Not anybody. So to say it was a 5 star experience is somewhat of an understatement. Thanks again for all the exceptional service and to the manager for going well beyond what anybody would expect to help us out. Pete White

Not as good as previously

(July 28, 2009) This is my third time parking at Continental. On my return trip this time, the office wasn't "open." I had to wait while someone "woke up" and unlocked the door. Since I was tired after 17 hours of traveling, this wasn't very pleasant. I will look for alternative parking for my next trip.

(July 8, 2009) Fabulous service from the moment I walked thru the door. Courteous counter staff and shuttle driver. Lot is paved and no hassle. You park your own car, put in winshield visor and meanwhile the shuttle drive takes your luggage to the van! Can't beat it! Only 1.5 miles to airport and when you return the shuttle comes to the airport IMMEDIATELY! Price is right too. Love Continental parking!

Recent parking

(May 7, 2009) The staff is polite and efficient. No damage was incurred to my vehicle and I feel that it is safe in your lot. The only problem was when I returned from my travels. I called for a pickup and was told to go to pickup spot B37 and the van would be there in a few minutes. We proceeded to B37 aned waited...we waited over 30 minutes. We were just about to call again when I saw your van driving by and I flagged it down. The driver backed up and picked us up to return to your lot. She explained that she did not get the pickup notice for us. That's a communication problem that directly affects the customer. Just thought you should know.

(April 29, 2009) This was the first time I used Continental to park. I've always parked in the airport long-term parking. I think it was much faster to use Continental. Especially, on the return. By the time I got to the alloted space to get the van, it was already there. It could be because the person who was there had called ahead of me. Either way, I was happy. The biggest thing is this: I inadvertently left my passenger side window down when I parked. (Fortunately, it didn't rain while I was gone.) No one touched anything in my car. I had a radar detector and an E-Pass transponder right on the dashboard; CDs in the center console; sweatshirts and other miscellaneous things in the backset. It was all still there. I intend to always use Continental from here on out!

My experience

(April 10, 2009) Whenever I travel again, I will use them... It was a simple process. Upon return, my flight was delayed 3 hours. I got in at MCO around 2AM and when I called them, the wait was no longer than 10 minutes. The only downfall was that when I made my reservation online, the third source they use to charge the credit card manually input the numbers of my card and the bank automatically froze my card as they thought it was a fraudulent transaction... I hope they can make some adjustments in that aspect. Other than that, A+.

I would use them again. the only downside was how gritty my windshield got from the sand. we parked in the last row and it was not paved. Alos When I tried to put the extension # in the phone at the airport it didn't go thru. It could have been my mistake. parking and misplacing car keys

(March 14, 2009) Dear Sir, Continental parking was good. The drivers taking us to airport and returning us to our car were excellent. We did misplace our car keys and were told it would cost us $99.00 to rent a car for less than a day. I felt like we were being taken advantage of, it was 1:30 a.m. and we would have not had more options. THank goodness we continued looking for our keys and finally found them at 2:30 a.m. I am thankful we found our keys or otherwise I would have had to rate Continental poor becuase of the cost of a rental car. NO CAR is worth $99.00 a day. We would probably park at Continental again, the rate was good and service was great, the only thing that bothered me was the cost of a rental car.

Best place to park

(March 12, 2009) Check-in was EZ. Van to Air port was Timely. Pick-up from Air port was Timely. Check-out was fast and EZ. I would have given 5 stars, if I hadn't stubbed my tow just outside your office. You all need to fix that Sidewalk.
