| (January 1, 2012) Staff courteous and helpful. Check in and out very satisfactory. As I usually return after dark (flying from the West Coast) lack of any lighting in parking lot makes it difficult to find my car. That and the lack of paved parking prevents me from giving a 5-star rating. |

| All good ... except... |
| (January 1, 2012) The individual who initially drove me to the airport made me feel preesured and rushed, yet there was another driver in another shuttle I saw on sight at the same time. He also complained about working extra hours, the other driver slacking, etc.
This type of interaction with a paying client should not be tolerated.
Further, when I returned and called for pick up, the individual who answered the telephone said "hello" only. I had to ask whether it was in fact Continental parking that I was speaking with.
The return driver was patient, kind and helpful. The problem was that no one could remember what section they had parked in. It would be helpful to have a driver record this on the receipt after the car has been initially located in a particular area.

| (December 18, 2011) Driving to facility was easy. Had to register at office shuttle was waiting after registering to lead us to the parking site. Driver helped with bags and got to airport in sufficient time.
On returning, called the office from telephones at baggage pickup. Got thru the first call. Advised there was a shuttle just coming to our point. When the shuttle came it was full. Had to wait about 10 minutes for next shuttle.. Had only one other couple in shuttle.

I only wish I had known to look for the Ace rental car outside instead of searching for the sign that say's Continental because it's easily overlooked. I would put an advisory on your website because I drove around for 20 minutes looking. | (July 28, 2011) Traveling is stressful enough especially with the unfortunate hassles of security. The more things that can go smoothly, the more tolerable traveling is. Continental Airport Parking definitely falls into that category. Granted, I was traveling from Wednesday to Tuesday, apparently the slowest travel days, so there weren't many other customers there while I was dropping off and picking up my car. However, the service was fast and friendly none the less, and at a very reasonable price. I didn't have to wait for the shuttle coming or going. I've used them twice now, and would highly recommend them. My only complaint: a large billboard leads you to their parking lot, but the name on the building is not Continental Airport Parking, so you feel like you took a wrong turn somewhere. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience. |

| Dependable Shuttle Service to MCO Airport |
| (July 3, 2011) I recently had a frustrating experience using the MCO satellite blue lot parking bus service. I was directed by signage in the farthest lot, and no bus ever stopped there to pick up customers. I nearly missed my flight since I had to hump my bags four bus stops to finally get transportation to the terminal.
With Continental Parking, the shuttle van is usually ready to leave the parking yard immediately for the terminal. On the return, I never have a long wait at the terminal for a ride back to the parking yard. Continental has earned my business.

The only problem we have experienced is tht when we return to the airport and call for the shuttle to take us back to our automobile, sometimes we have to wait longer than we feel is reasonable.
The prices far outweight onsite prices, and our vehicle is safe and secure while we are away. Online reservations make it easy to arrange this part of any airline travels. |
