From the early morning Friday dropoff (like 4:45 AM) until the return at 5 PM or so on Monday - every contact with any employee was friendly and courteous. | (September 30, 2009) Traveling with my partner and elderly mother (93 years old), and all of our luggage, I was beside myself how I was going to get all of our luggage and my frail mother to the airport. My daughter told me about valet parking by InstaParking through the Buffalo Airport website. From sign up through sign out, the experience was quick and painless. I could not have asked for a better way to deal with the stress of arriving at the airport. Personnel were polite, professional and efficient. The price was right. The timing of getting us to the drop-off at Departure was quick and easy. Kudos to all involved. I will definitely use InstaParking again! |

| (April 29, 2009) My wife and I were very pleased with the parking experience at Instapark Buffalo, NY. We drove in from Rochester early 4/18. We just parked right in front of the office, checked in, and the agent called the bus driver outside to let him know there was one more customer in just a minute.
The ride to the airport was fine and courteous.
The even bigger pluses were on the trip home. We arrived on 4/26; the plane was about 40 minute late, after 11 pm. I made the call to the park for pick up: the young women was courteous, and kindly repeated her instructions when a too loud airport announcement covered her voice. The pick up bus was there to pick us up in only a few minutes. When we arrived at the Park our car was already out of its parking spot and ready for us in front of the office. (Other parking places we've tried at Buffalo made us drive around the lot in the bus with everyone else, each looking for their car. Darkness and bad weather make that extremely difficult.)
At Instapark I quickly paid my bill, checked out, and drove home. This is the kind of total parking experience that makes me willing to come back and recommend to others when we have to fly out of Buffalo instead of Rochester.

The major problem was the wait time at the airport after we called and requested to be picked up. I have used your competitor down the street many times before and know I could have gotten to them and picked my car up much faster then what it took your shuttle to get to the airport. A minor problem is that when the shuttle did get there, we did not recognize it at first because it only had a small sign on the front and many larger rental car signs on the rest of the vehicle.

| (February 5, 2009) It would have been easier if after we called for the van when we arrived back to Buffalo we knew where to wait for it. We went outside and there were no signs. We waited in two places which were not the right ones. We finally got on the right side of the street and the van came. The driver was very polite and helpful. All of the other features were exceptional. We were very happy with your service.
