I'm VERY impressed
(March 21, 2011) My first time using Airlines Parking and was very impressed with the shuttle drivers and the service. However upon my return to pick up our car, shuttle driver Steve went above and beyond. I accidentially left one bag in the shuttle van. About 10 minutes later he called me on my cell phone to let me know he had it. Impressive. But he blew me away when we returned to pick it up and there he was, standing there with my bag to make sure I got it. Now that's customer service. Thank you Steve, and to Airlines Parking for hiring such great drivers!
