Poor Pick-up Service

(August 12, 2009) On Aug. 10 at approx. 10:20 a pick-up bus was just missed at Hobby airport. It took the driver at least 25 min. to return. During this time 3 to 4 other company buses made at least 3 pick-ups. This is totally unacceptable and I will not be using Super Park in the future unless more buses are put into service. Up to now I have used Super Park whenever travelling out of Hobby. Year to date I have spent $91.62 at your facility on 3 different ocassions.
